  • the plastering tool for use in the present invention is attached and detached, in a disposable manner, to and from the joining tube of a cover body.

  • the container 10 as shown in FIG. 2 includes compartments 11 and 12 having, in its inside, a predetermined volume for separately storing a hairdye and an oxidizer of different ingredients, and whose lower ends is sealed, in an ultrasonic bonding manner, by sealing caps 13 and 14 , and closed by corks 13 a and 14 a ; and a cover body 15 having a joining tube 15 a in its one side.
  • a ratchet rod 21 constituting an extruding means 20 is installed, in a passing through manner, at each of compartment 11 and 12 of the container 10 , and the upper end on which a hooking protuberance 21 a (refer to FIG. 3 and FIG.
  • ratchet rod 21 is formed, is joined, in a supporting manner, to a supporting cap 22 and the upper cap 23 respectively inserted, in a supporting manner, into the inner lower end and the upper outer periphery of each supporting tube 11 a , and a ratchet screw 21 b is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the lower end extended to the lower part of each compartment 11 and 12 , and a ratchet wheel 24 is installed, in a passing through manner, at the ratchet rod 21 between the supporting cap 22 and the upper cap 23 , with a hooking groove 24 a fitted into a hooking protuberance 21 a.
  • the ratchet wheel 24 is always given downward pressure by an elastic member 26 positioned below the upper cap 23 and stuck on the supporting cap 22 , and as shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4 , ratchet gears 24 b and 22 b formed on the rear side of the ratchet wheel 24 and the front side of the supporting cap 22 , respectively, are mutually engaged, so that the ratchet wheel 24 is always rotated in one direction.
  • the ratchet rod 21 whose hooking protuberance 21 a is joined to the hooking groove 24 a of the ratchet wheel 24 , is also rotated in one direction only.
  • pistons 25 and 25 a for extruding the hairdye and the oxidizer stored in each compartment 11 and 12 are joined, for being movable downward, in a screw joining manner, to the ratchet screw 21 b of the ratchet rod 21 extended to each compartment 11 and 12 .
  • the pistons 25 and 25 a preferably do not rotate along the ratchet screw 21 b but perform straight-line motion. In other wards, as shown in FIG. 5 b , the pistons 25 and 25 a are lowered vertically along each compartment 11 and 12 upon rotation of the ratchet screw 21 b.
  • the ratchet rod 21 is preferably extended to have a predetermined absorbing space so that the lower end of the ratchet rod 21 absorbs the hairdye and the oxidizer on the lower sealing caps 13 and 14 , and the hairdye and the oxidizer in each compartment are transferred, in an extruding manner, and gathered to one single mixing chamber 30 through a cavity of the ratchet rod 21 .
  • the mixing chamber 30 is configured such that a transferring tube 31 is connected with the upper cap 23 of each compartment 11 and 12 for the hairdye and the oxidizer provided, in an extruding manner, from the relevant compartment 11 and 12 , to be gathered to one place, and the mixing chamber 30 is joined to the lower part of the joining tube 15 a of the cover body 15 .
  • the hairdye and the oxidizer gathered to the mixing chamber 30 are agitated by means of the mixing member 40 .
  • the mixing member 40 has a fitting end 401 and a fixing end 402 respectively inserted, in a supporting manner, into a head part 411 of a valve 41 and a slit part 611 of the transferring path 61 of the plastering tool 60 that will be described in the following.
  • FIG. 6 and FIG. 7 the hairdye and the oxidizer gathered to the mixing chamber 30 are agitated by means of the mixing member 40 .
  • the mixing member 40 has a fitting end 401 and a fixing end 402 respectively inserted, in a supporting manner, into a head part 411 of a valve 41 and a slit part 611 of the transferring path 61 of the plastering tool 60 that will be described in the following.
  • the slit part 611 has a plurality of narrow gaps formed in a dividing manner, and the fixing end 402 of the mixing member 40 is inserted, in a supporting manner, into the central part of the slit part 611 , for being rotatable and simultaneously, the mixed hairdye possibly passes through the central part.
  • the ratchet wheel 42 is mounted on the supporting tube 43 on the lower side, for being rotatable in one direction only.
  • the ratchet wheel 42 is always given downward elastic force by an elastic member 44 and stuck on and supported by the lower supporting tube 43 .
  • the ratchet wheel 42 having a protuberance 422 for preventing reverse rotation on its rear side, is engaged with a protuberance 422 for preventing reverse rotation formed on the front side of the supporting tube 43 , so that the ratchet wheel 42 is always rotated in one direction only.
  • the valve 41 is raised by elasticity of the spring 44 , so that the head part 411 simultaneously seals up the transferring tube 31 of the mixing chamber 30 , thereby stopping extrusion of the hairdye and the oxidizer from each compartment 11 and 12 .
  • the button part 50 is pressed for extruding the hairdye and the oxidizer from each compartment 11 and 12 of the container 10 , and for simultaneously mixing the hairdye and the oxidizer gathered to the mixing chamber 30 , providing the same to the plastering tool 60 upon dyeing.
  • the button part 50 includes a pressing piece 51 ; pushing pieces 52 and 53 respectively extended from the pressing piece 51 and having ratchet gears 521 and 531 for being engaged with the ratchet wheels 24 and 42 in order to rotate them in one direction; an elastic member 55 for elastically operating the pressing piece 51 . Also, a decorating cover 511 is additionally provided on the outside of the pressing piece 51 .
  • each ratchet wheel 24 and 42 is pushed and rotated in an arrow direction (clockwise direction) by pressing of the button part 50 , and simultaneously ratchet rod 21 and the valve 41 respectively joined, in a hooking manner, to the ratchet wheels 24 and 42 , are rotated, so that extrusion and mixing of the hairdye and the oxidizer are performed.
  • the plastering tool 60 is configured such that the lower end having the transferring path 61 is joined, in an attachable/detachable manner, to the joining tube 15 a of the cover body 15 , and the upper end is covered with a cover 63 so that an exhausting path 62 of the mixed hairdye and oxidizer, for being connected with the transferring path 61 , is prepared, and a plurality of combs 64 having a rib-shaped cavity 641 is provided, with constant interval, to the front side of the exhausting path 62 .
  • the mixing member 40 whose fixing end 402 is joined to the slit part 611 of the transferring path 61 of the plastering tool 60 , is configured such that the fitting end 401 of the mixing member 40 is separated from the central cavity 411 a formed on the head part 411 of the valve 41 and thrown away after one use of the mixing member 40 is completed.
  • the plastering tool 60 including the mixing member 40 is forcibly pushed into and joined to the joining tube 15 a of the cover body 15 by a user as shown in FIG. 10 .
  • the fitting end 401 of the plastering tool 60 is supported, in an inserting manner, by the central cavity 411 a formed on the head part 411 of the valve 41 elastically installed by the elastic member 44 (Refer to FIG. 6 ). Therefore, if the mixing member 40 is pressed and joined to the valve 41 , an exit of the transferring tube 31 of the mixing chamber 30 maintains open status by forcibly pressing joining of the valve 41 as shown in FIG. 7 .
  • each pushing piece 52 and 53 connected with the pressing piece 51 is simultaneously moved and the relevant ratchet gears 521 and 531 rotate the ratchet wheels 24 and 42 in one direction (Refer to FIG. 9 b ).
  • the ratchet rod 21 extended to the inside of each compartment 11 and 12 is rotated by rotation of the ratchet wheel 24 , whereby each piston 25 and 25 a installed on the ratchet screw 21 b is gradually moved to the downward of the compartments 11 and 12 as shown in FIG. 2 , and the hairdye and the oxidizer respectively accommodated in the inside of the compartments are extruded. Then, the hairdye and the oxidizer flow in through a lower bottom space by extrusion operation of the pistons 25 and 25 a , and simultaneously are extruded into the mixing chamber 30 to which the transferring tube 31 is connected through the inside of the ratchet rod 21 and the upper cap 23 of each compartment 11 and 12 (Refer to FIG. 2 and FIG. 5 a ).
  • the hairdye and the oxidizer extruded into the mixing chamber 30 are uniformly mixed by the mixing member 40 rotated in one direction by the valve 41 that is being rotated simultaneously with the pressing of the button part 50 .
  • such mixed hairdye and oxidizer is provided to the exhausting path 62 of the plastering tool 60 , and uniformly spouted out to the comb 64 through each rib-shaped cavity 641 and dyeing process is finally performed through combing operation of the comb 64 (Refer to FIG. 7 ).
  • the hairdye and the oxidizer accommodated in each compartment 11 and 12 are extruded into the mixing chamber 30 through descending motion of the pistons 25 and 25 a by operation of such button part 50 , and simultaneously the hairdye and the oxidizer uniformly mixed by the mixing member 40 is provided to each comb 64 of the plastering tool 60 , whereby dyeing is possibly performed.
  • the mixing member 40 is separated from the cover body 15 of the container 10 as shown in FIG. 10 .
  • the container 10 is taken with one hand and the plastering tool 60 joined to the cover body 15 is pulled by the other hand, they are separated.
  • each transferring tube 31 of the mixing chamber 30 is sealed by the head part 411 of the valve 41 raised by elastic force of the elastic member 44 upon separation of the plastering tool 60 , so that the unmixed hairdye and oxidizer remaining in the inside of each compartment 11 and 12 , are repeatedly reusable. Also, after dyeing, the separated plastering tool 60 is washed with warm water and possibly reused.
  • FIG. 11 a and FIG. 11 b illustrate another embodiments of the mixing member 40 for use in the present invention.
  • the mixing member 40 may consist of a plurality of spiral protuberances provided on the outer peripheral surface, and design change of the mixing member to other shape, is possible.
  • FIG. 12 illustrates another embodiment of the button part 50 shown in FIG. 9 a and FIG. 9 b .
  • the pushing pieces 52 and 53 of the button part 50 could be changed in their design to have a plurality of ratchet gears 521 and 531 , not one single gears, so that much strong engaging force may be applied to the ratchet wheels 24 and 42 compared with the case that one single ratchet gears 521 and 531 are formed as shown in FIG. 10 a and FIG. 10 b.
  • the first and the second dyeing agents could be separately stored in the inside of one single container, and if necessary, the dyeing agent could be simultaneously extruded and mixed by button operation and supplied through ribs, so that dyeing process could be performed by combing in a more simple and convenient manner. Also, upon separation of the plastering tool, extrusion of the hairdye and the oxidizer in each of the compartments is automatically stopped, so that reuse of the hairdye and the oxidizer is possible until their complete consumption. In the meantime, the plastering tool is separated from the container and washed with warm water, so that waste of dyeing agent is reduced.
