Abstract
Объектом данного изобретения является горячекатанный стальной лист или деталь с прочностью, превышающей 800 МПа, с удлинением при разрыве, превышающий 10%, из стали, в состав которой входят, в мас. %: 0,050 С 0,090, 1 Μn 2, 0,015 Αl 0,050, 0,1 Si 0,3, 0,10 Mo 0,40, S 0,010, Ρ 0,025, 0,003 N 0,009, 0,12 V 0,22, Те 0,005 , Nb 0,020 и необязательно, Cr 0,45, остальные железо и примеси, появление которых при выплавке неизбежна, при этом микроструктура стального листа или стали содержит в поверхностной части менее 80 об. % верхнего бейнита, и возможное дополнение состоит из нижнего бейнита, мартенсита и остаточного аустенита, при этом общее содержание мартенсита и остаточного аустенита является меньше 5 об. %.
