Abstract

Изобретение относится к заменителю соли NaCl, содержащему по крайней мере дрожжевой экстракт, муку с ароматическим свойством и соль с низким содержанием натрия, в котором соль с низким содержанием натрия представляет собой съедобное неорганическое вещество, не содержащее натрия, и в котором мука с ароматическим свойством выбрана из видов муки с ароматической активностью, полученной в результате нагревания, видов муки с ароматом естественного происхождения и их смесей. Изобретение относится также к применению дрожжевого экстракта и муки с ароматическим свойством для маскировки привкуса солей с низким содержанием натрия, в частности, солей калия и/или аммония.
