Abstract

Изобретение относится к агломерированным цеолитовым адсорбентам на основе цеолита X с соотношением Si/Al, таким, что 1,15<Si/Al=1,5, которые состоят из кристаллов со средним диаметром, который меньше или равен 1,7 мкм, и инертного связующего, в которых, по крайней мере, 90 % катионных обменных центров цеолита X заняты ионами бария, которые можно получать агломерацией порошка цеолита X со средним диаметром, который меньше или равен 1,7 мкм, со связующим, с последующим превращением связующего в цеолит, обменом ионов цеолита на ионы бария (и калия) и активацией адсорбентов, в которых осуществлен такой обмен, причем полученные адсорбенты одновременно имеют прекрасные показатели по селективности, пониженному сопротивлению массопереносу и механической прочности и, преимущественно, приспособлены для адсорбции параксилола, содержащегося во фракциях ароматических углеводородов C8, в жидкой фазе в способах по типу имитированного подвижного слоя и, преимущественно, для выделения параксилола адсорбцией из фракций ароматических углеводородов C8, а также для разделения сахаров, многоатомных спиртов, крезолов и изомеров замещенного толуола.
