Abstract

Изобретение относится к способу разрежения и осахаривания биомасс, которые содержат полисахариды, которые имеют относительно высокое содержание сухого вещество. В данном изобретении ферментативный гидролиз комбинируют с типом перемешивания, основанном на принципе действия силы тяжести, что обеспечивает применение к биомассам механических сил, главным образом усилия сдвига и силы разрыва. Кроме того, данное изобретение относится к дополнительной утилизации таких обработанных биомасс, например, для последующей ферментации в биоэтанол, биогаз, специализированные углеводороды для продуктов питания и кормов, а также для сырья, которое содержит углеводород для переработки в пластмассу и химические продукты.
