Abstract

Изобретение в целом относится к способам переработки лигноцеллюлозной биомассы в ферментируемые сахара и к способам на основе гидротермической предварительной обработки. В частности, изобретение относится к способу переработки лигноцеллюлозной биомассы, который включает получение исходного сырья на основе мягкой лигноцеллюлозной биомассы, предварительную обработку исходного сырья путем одностадийной гидротермической предварительной обработки в условиях очень низкой жесткости, разделение предварительно обработанной биомассы на твердую фракцию и жидкую фракцию, гидролизование твердой фракции с помощью ферментативного гидролиза, катализируемого смесью ферментов, и дальнейшее смешивание отделенной жидкой фракции и гидролизованной твердой фракции, при этом ксилоолигомеры в жидкой фракции разлагаются до мономеров ксилозы.
