Abstract

Настоящая заявка относится к способам получения напитков с низкими уровнями содержания кислот, катионов и/или сахаров. Способы предусматривают стадию удаления кислотных ионов посредством мембранного пакета для АО-ОЭД и необязательно удаления катионов посредством мембранного пакета для КО-ОЭД. Согласно некоторым вариантам осуществления мембранные пакеты для АО-ОЭД и КО-ОЭД работают параллельно. Способы могут также предусматривать стадию превращения сахара в органическую кислоту, в то же время одновременного удаления образованной органической кислоты посредством мембранного пакета для АО-ОЭД. Сахар можно, например, превращать при помощи ферментов и/или микроорганизмов.
