Способ и устройство для частичного или полного запенивания пустот в балластной структуре балластного слоя, под которым находится земляное полотно (7), реактивным полимером, где реактивные компоненты смешивают в по меньшей мере одной мешалке высокого давления (1, 26), причем время старта для реактивной смеси (4) устанавливается таким, чтобы процесс вспенивания начинался по сути только тогда, когда реактивная смесь достигнет земляного полотна (7).
