Abstract

Винахід належить до способу обробки матеріалу, що складається з лігноцелюлозного органічного відходу чи біомаси і включає комбінацію наступних технологічних стадій: термічного гідролізу при температурі вищій за 140 °С, окислювання при тиску 15-35 бар та температурі 170-210°С й мокрого вибуху, який здійснюють шляхом зниження тиску від 5-35 бар до атмосферного тиску. Винахід забезпечує переведення вуглеводів, що містяться в матеріалі в більш доступний стан для наступної реакції ферментативного гідролізу, наприклад, з уведенням ферментів чи прямого бродіння з утворенням одного чи декількох бажаних продуктів.
