Abstract

Способ производства жидкого сахара, включающий этап получения сахарного раствора из воды для смачивания и сахарсодержащего натурального сока, регулирование уровня pH упомянутого сахарного раствора в пределах 1,0-2,0 с получением инвертированного сока, фильтрование и обесцвечивание упомянутого инвертироованного сока с получением сахарного сиропа; деминерализацию сахарного сиропа, випарювання деминерализованного сахарного сиропа и охлаждение сахарного сиропа с получением жидкого сахара.
