Abstract
Для получения керамического покрытия на электропроводном изделии первый анодный электрод, содержащий электропроводное изделие, окунают в электролит, который состоит из водного раствора гидроксида щелочного металла и силиката щелочного металла, обеспечивают контакт второго электрода с электролитом и пропускают переменный ток от резонансного источника питания через первый электрод ко второму электроду. Угол φ между током и напряжением поддерживают ровным нулю, а напряжение поддерживают в предварительно определенном диапазоне. В результате получают покрытие, включающее металл, кремний и кислород, в котором концентрация кремния увеличивается в направлении от поверхности изделия к внешней поверхности слоя керамического покрытия.
