Abstract

Заявлено спосіб отримання біологічно активних мукополісахаридів деполімеризацією гепарину в розчині демінералізованої води у присутності деполімеризувального агента з виділенням цільового продукту осадженням етапом. Нітрит натрію використовують як деполімеризувальний агент. Деполімерізацию здійснюють при концентрації гепарину 5 мас. % і нітриту натрію - 0,0435 М при рН 2,5 до повної відсутності іонів NO-2. Перед виділенням цільового продукту доводять рН реакційної суміші до 7 розчином їдкого натру. Вводять в неї етанол в об'ємному співвідношенні етанол: реакційна суміш, рівному 2:1, і осад, що утворився, розчиняють у водному розчині NаСl при рН 3,8. Виділення цільового продукту проводять при об'ємному співвідношенні етанолу і реакційної суміші 1:1.
