Abstract

Цей винахід відноситься до способу фракціонування розчину на дві або більше фракцій, збагачених різними компонентами. Спосіб фракціонування розчину методом хроматографічного поділу, при якому здійснюють потік рідини в системі, що містить, щонайменше, два шари хроматографічного секціонованого наповнювача в різних іонних формах, причому фракціонування здійснюють способом із псевдорухомим шаром, і розчин пропускають від одного шару секціонованого наповнювача до наступного шару секціонованого наповнювача, що має іншу іонну форму, так що профіль концентрацій по сухій речовині, наявній у розчині, залишається по суті незмінним.
