Abstract
Описан способ изготовления порошка металла или порошка сплава со средним размером частиц до 10 мкм, который состоит из или содержит, по крайней мере, один из химически активных металлов: цирконий, титан или гафний, путем металлотермического восстановления оксидов или галогенидов указанных химически активных металлов с помощью металла-восстановителя, причем порошок металла или сплава – флегматизируют путем добавления пассивирующего газа или смеси газов при и/или после восстановления оксидов или галогенидов, и/или – флегматизируют путем добавления пассивирующего твердого материала перед восстановлением оксида или галогенида, причем как восстановление, так и флегматизацию осуществляют в одном вакуумированном и герметичном реакторе.
