Abstract

本創作提供一種支撐架。支撐架包含直立柱、風扇模組及紫外光模組。直立柱包含外殼、進氣口以及出氣口,外殼內形成一容置空間,進氣口形成於外殼上,以及出氣口形成於外殼上且與進氣口連通。風扇模組設置於容置空間中,以導引空氣自進氣口進入外殼並沿一氣流路徑於出氣口離開外殼。紫外光模組設置於容置空間中且位於氣流路徑上。

Description

支撐架
本創作係關於一種支撐架。具體而言,本創作係提升周圍空氣品質的支撐架。
顯示器常見固定於支架上,以穩定地設置於牆上或工作面上供使用者使用,而使用者在不同的應用場景及環境下,對於顯示器的設置需求也不同。使用者長時間於室內環境中使用顯示器的同時,也對環境的空氣品質越來越重視。當室內環境的空氣品質不良時,使用者通常會開啟空氣清淨機,以對室內空氣進行淨化。然而,若使用者距離空氣清淨機的距離太遠,則使用者周圍的空氣仍無法有效被淨化。因此,需要一種可淨化使用者周圍空氣的支撐架。
本創作之目的在於提供一種支撐架,其利用在直立柱內部設置風扇模組以引導外部空氣進入直立柱內部,並透過紫外光模組照射進入直立柱內部的空氣,以達到殺菌的目的。此外,本創作更可設置負離子模組釋放負離子,來達到淨化空氣的效果。因為支撐架與使用者的距離近,本創作之支撐架可直接提供淨化過後的空氣給使用者。
為達上述目的,本創作揭露一種支撐架,其用於承載一顯示器。支撐架包括一直立柱、一風扇模組以及一紫外光模組。該直立柱包含一外殼、一進氣口以及一出氣口。該外殼內形成一容置空間。該進氣口形成於該外殼上。該出氣口形成於該外殼上且與該進氣口連通。該風扇模組設置於該容置空間中,用以導引空氣自該進氣口進入該外殼並沿一氣流路徑於該出氣口離開該外殼。該紫外光模組設置於該容置空間中且於該氣流路徑上,並對空氣進行照射處理。
於一實施例中,該直立柱定義一正面,該出氣口位於該直立柱之該正面,且該顯示器鄰設於該直立柱之該正面。
該風扇模組具有一風流入口及一風流出口,該風流入口對應於該進氣口,該風流出口對應於該出氣口。
該出氣口呈環形且位於該直立柱之一底部。
該外殼具有一外環部及一內環部,該內環部設置於該外環部中,該外環部及該內環部共同形成該出氣口。
該外環部與該內環部之間形成一導風空間,空氣自該風流出口進入該導風空間後,被導引至該出氣口離開該導風空間。
該外殼更具有一封閉端,相對於該出氣口且位於該外環部及該內環部之間。
於一實施例中,該支撐架更包含一負離子模組,設置於該容置空間中,該負離子模組具有一放電單元,設置於該氣流路徑上,並對空氣進行放電處理,以產生複數負離子。
該負離子模組更包含一供電盒,電性連接該放電單元。
於一實施例中,該支撐架更包含一光源模組,當該風扇模組、該紫外光模組及該負離子模組啟動,該光源模組投射光線於該內環部上。

以下將透過實施例來解釋本創作內容,本創作的實施例並非用以限制本創作須在如實施例所述之任何特定的環境、應用或特殊方式方能實施。因此,關於實施例之說明僅為闡釋本創作之目的,而非用以限制本創作。需說明者,以下實施例及圖式中,與本創作非直接相關之部分元件已省略而未繪示,且圖式中各元件間之尺寸關係僅為求容易瞭解,並非用以限制實際比例。
請參考圖1至圖4,本創作的支撐架1000用於承載顯示器2000,包括一直立柱1、一風扇模組2、一紫外光模組3、一負離子模組4、一光源模組5、一承載件6、一基座7以及一開關模組8。
直立柱1包含一外殼11、一進氣口12(參圖5)、一出氣口13、一外環部14、一內環部15及一封閉端16(參圖6)。外殼11內形成一容置空間S1,進氣口12形成於外殼11上。如圖3及圖4所示,內環部15設置於外環部14中,外環部14與內環部15之間形成一導風空間S2,且外環部14及內環部15共同形成出氣口13,出氣口13呈環形並與進氣口12連通。
如圖6所示,封閉端16相對於出氣口13且位於外環部14及內環部15之間,避免導風空間S2內的氣流從與出氣口13相反方向流出。直立柱1定義一正面(圖未標示),出氣口13位於直立柱1之正面的底部處,承載件6設置於直立柱1之正面,並承載顯示器2000。此外,開關模組8設置於外殼11上,使用者可操作開關模組8來開啟或關閉風扇模組2、紫外光模組3、負離子模組4以及光源模組5。
於本實施例中,外殼11之底部具有一凸柱,基座7具有一凹槽,凸柱之形狀與凹槽之形狀相互對應且匹配,因此外殼11之底部可拆卸地安裝於基座7。然而,凸柱及凹槽也可以交換配置,在此不作限制。
請再配合參考圖5及圖6,風扇模組2設置於容置空間S1中,且具有一風流入口21及一風流出口22,風流入口21的位置對應於進氣口12,風流出口22對應於出氣口13,風扇模組2導引外部空氣自進氣口12進入外殼11,再從進氣口12進入風流入口21,並沿一氣流路徑導送至風流出口22,空氣自風流出口22進入導風空間S2後,被導引至出氣口13離開導風空間S2,再從出氣口13離開外殼11。
紫外光模組3設置於容置空間S1中且照射處理由風扇模組2引導至氣流路徑上的空氣。詳言之,紫外光模組3可提供短波紫外線(UVC),例如:波長範圍介於100奈米(nm)至290 nm之間的紫外線,由於大多數的微生物、黴菌、孢子、細菌、病毒都是由去氧核糖核酸(deoxyribonucleic acid;DNA)及核糖核酸(ribonucleic acid;RNA)所組成,而短波紫外線可破壞DNA及RNA之分子結構,使微生物、細菌、病毒等立即死亡或喪失活性,達到消毒及殺菌的效果。由於紫外光模組3是被包覆在外殼11內,且紫外光不會向外照射出來,因此不用擔心會對使用者造成不當傷害。
負離子模組4設置於容置空間S1中,且具有一放電單元41及一供電盒42。供電盒42電性連接放電單元41,以提供電力給放電單元41,於本實施例中,供電盒42設置於風扇模組2上方,但不作限制。放電單元41設置於氣流路徑上,且放電處理由風扇模組2引導至氣流路徑上的空氣,以產生複數負離子。透過負離子與空氣中汙染物質的結合可達到淨化氣流路徑上空氣的效果。
光源模組5可為發光二極體(light emitting diode;LED)模組,當使用者打開開關模組8,使風扇模組2、紫外光模組3及負離子模組4啟動時,光源模組5投射光線於內環部15上,實際上,光源模組5的光線經由導風空間S2向外投射,以示意使用者各個模組在運作中。
基座7具有一電源孔71,用於連接外部電源(例如市電),以提供電力給需要用電的元件,例如提供給風扇模組2、紫外光模組3、負離子模組之供電盒42及光源模組5等。
綜上所述,本創作之支撐架透過設置風扇模組、紫外光模組及負離子模組,可達到對空氣進行殺菌及淨化的作用,並且在使用者使用支撐架時,將殺菌及淨化過的空氣由直立柱底部吹出。

Claims (10)

  1. 一種支撐架,用以承載一顯示器,該支撐架包括: 一直立柱,包含: 一外殼,其內形成一容置空間; 一進氣口,形成於該外殼上;以及 一出氣口,與該進氣口連通; 一風扇模組,設置於該容置空間中,用以導引空氣自該進氣口進入該外殼並沿一氣流路徑於該出氣口離開該外殼;以及 一紫外光模組,設置於該容置空間中且於該氣流路徑上,並對空氣進行照射處理。
  2. 如請求項1所述之支撐架,其中,該直立柱定義一正面,該出氣口位於該直立柱之該正面,且該顯示器鄰設於該直立柱之該正面。
  3. 如請求項2所述之支撐架,其中,該風扇模組具有一風流入口及一風流出口,該風流入口對應於該進氣口,該風流出口對應於該出氣口。
  4. 如請求項3所述之支撐架,其中,該出氣口呈環形且位於該直立柱之一底部。
  5. 如請求項4所述之支撐架,其中,該直立柱具有一外環部及一內環部,該內環部設置於該外環部中,該外環部及該內環部共同形成該出氣口。
  6. 如請求項5所述之支撐架,其中,該外環部與該內環部之間形成一導風空間,空氣自該風流出口進入該導風空間後,被導引至該出氣口離開該導風空間。
  7. 如請求項6所述之支撐架,其中,該直立柱更具有一封閉端,相對於該出氣口且位於該外環部及該內環部之間。
  8. 如請求項1至7中任一項所述之支撐架,更包含一負離子模組,設置於該容置空間中,該負離子模組具有一放電單元,設置於該氣流路徑上,並對空氣進行放電處理,以產生複數負離子。
  9. 如請求項8所述之支撐架,其中,該負離子模組更包含一供電盒,電性連接該放電單元。
  10. 如請求項9所述之支撐架,更包含一光源模組,當該風扇模組、該紫外光模組及該負離子模組啟動,該光源模組投射光線於該內環部上。
