Abstract

本發明為透氣性包裝材料、包裝體及該包裝體之製造方法;前述透氣性包裝材料具有無孔聚烯烴層與網狀補強層,前述無孔聚烯烴層由選自於由聚丙烯及聚乙烯所構成群組中之至少1種所構成,且厚度為3μm~18μm;前述包裝體於至少一部分使用該透氣性包裝材料,且令前述無孔聚烯烴層在外側,並收納有脫氧劑、乾燥劑、除臭劑、防蟲劑或芳香劑。

Description

透氣性包裝材料、包裝體及其製造方法
本發明有關於透氣性包裝材料、包裝體及其製造方法。 本申請案依據2018年3月20日在日本申請之特願2018-053350號主張優先權,且在此引用其內容。
為防止加工食品腐敗、變質、劣化等,多使用有脫氧劑或乾燥劑等。該種脫氧劑或乾燥劑包裝於具透氣性之小袋內,與食品一同收納於外包裝袋中使用。又,食品以外,會因氧化或吸溼等導致變質之內容物的包裝方面亦進行相同做法。包裝脫氧劑或乾燥劑所用之包裝材料,以往使用的是表層採用紙等具透氣性之基材者。但,為避免如此之表層產生起毛或紙粉,近年來使用表層採用耐綸或聚丙烯等之有孔薄膜(參照例如專利文獻1~3)。專利文獻1及2中揭示了一種3層結構之透氣性包裝材料,其為了確保機械強度與包裝材料全體之透氣性,於基材內面積層由不織布所構成之強化材層,更於強化材層下積層有滲透薄膜。專利文獻3中揭示了一種透氣性包裝材料,其係依序積層有孔耐綸層、強化材層、及有孔直鏈狀低密度聚乙烯層而形成。 先前技術文獻 專利文獻

發明概要 發明欲解決之課題 然而,上述透氣性包裝材料因均於外層設置有孔薄膜,故於熱層壓各層後需進行開孔步驟。 又,上述透氣性包裝材料因均於外層設置有孔薄膜,故有包裝之脫氧劑或乾燥劑等內容物外漏的疑慮。
本發明係有鑑於前述情事而構成,課題在於提供不會產生紙粉或起毛、內容物等不會外漏之透氣性包裝材料、包裝體及其製造方法。 用以解決課題之手段
本發明之第一態樣為一種透氣性包裝材料,具有無孔聚烯烴層與網狀補強層,前述無孔聚烯烴層由選自於由聚丙烯及聚乙烯所構成群組中之至少1種所構成;前述無孔聚烯烴層之厚度為3μm~18μm。
本發明之第二態樣為一種包裝體,於至少一部分使用前述第一態樣之透氣性包裝材料,且令前述無孔聚烯烴層在外側,並收納有脫氧劑、乾燥劑、除臭劑、防蟲劑或芳香劑。
本發明之第三態樣為一種包裝體之製造方法,包含以下步驟:於至少一部分使用前述第一態樣之透氣性包裝材料,以前述網狀補強層之兩端對向接觸之方式使前述網狀補強層在內側而將透氣性包裝材料做成袋狀的步驟; 於前述袋狀透氣性包裝材料中收納脫氧劑、乾燥劑、除臭劑、防蟲劑或芳香劑的步驟;及 藉由熱壓法熱封前述袋狀透氣性包裝材料之邊緣部的步驟。 發明效果
依據本發明,可提供不會產生紙粉或起毛、內容物等不會外漏之透氣性包裝材料、包裝體及其製造方法。
用以實施發明之形態 (第1實施形態) 圖1係顯示本實施形態之透氣性包裝材料之一例的截面示意圖。本實施形態之透氣性包裝材料1使用於包裝脫氧劑或乾燥劑等內容物並與食品一同收納於外包裝袋中的包裝體,具有無孔聚烯烴層2與網狀補強層3。 透氣性包裝材料1如後述因構成材料中未使用紙,故不會產生紙粉或起毛,防塵性良好(無塵)。 以下,詳細地說明構成透氣性包裝材料1之各層。
(無孔聚烯烴層) 無孔聚烯烴層2於透氣性包裝材料1中構成一最表面層,通常是以於外包裝袋內與食品接觸之層來作用。無孔聚烯烴層2可使用聚丙烯薄膜及/或聚乙烯薄膜,並且,薄膜可為於縱向或橫向、抑或兩方向拉伸之薄膜。 本實施形態中,無孔聚烯烴層2之厚度以3μm~18μm為佳,以5μm~16μm較佳。藉使無孔聚烯烴層2之厚度為前述範圍上限值以下,可得充分之透氣性(透氧)。又,藉使無孔聚烯烴層2之厚度為前述範圍下限值以上,可得充分之強度,可形成薄膜。
構成無孔聚烯烴層2之聚丙烯薄膜及/或聚乙烯薄膜只要為習於此技藝者均可適當地製造,但市售品之具體例,可舉東洋紡製PYLEN(註冊商標)薄膜、FUTAMURA化學製之聚丙烯薄膜及/或聚乙烯薄膜等為例。
又,由更加提高透氣性(透氧)之觀點來看,聚乙烯薄膜以直鏈狀低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)及/或高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)為佳,以直鏈狀低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)較佳。 直鏈狀低密度聚乙烯可藉由例如下述方式獲得:於茂金屬觸媒存在下利用氣相聚合法、漿體聚合法、溶液聚合法等製造程序使乙烯及α-烯烴共聚合。共聚物中以使用碳數4~12之α-烯烴為佳。具體可舉丁烯、戊烯、己烯、庚烯、辛烯、壬烯、癸烯等為例。
又,視需要,亦可使用最表面已施行過賦與所期機能之表面處理的無孔聚烯烴層2。
無孔聚烯烴層2通常用於不與內含物接觸之最表面層,藉此,有因無孔聚烯烴層2本身具透氣度故不需設孔,而可與網狀補強層3熱壓著的優點。
於無孔聚烯烴層2之與網狀補強層3相接之面可施行印刷。可於無孔聚烯烴層2清楚地印刷,且自表面側亦可清楚地看見印刷內容。因係於無孔聚烯烴層2之內面進行印刷,故印刷部未露出於包裝體之表面,即使將包裝體與食品一同收納,印刷用之油墨也不會與食品接觸。因此,印刷可使用符合印刷油墨工業協會制訂之「食品包裝材料印刷油墨相關之自律規範」NL規範的一般使用於包裝材料之印刷的油墨。 又,本實施形態中,無孔聚烯烴層2於透氣性包裝材料1中,通常構成與食品接觸之最表面層。因此,使用透氣性包裝材料1形成包裝體時,無內含物外漏的疑慮。
(網狀補強層) 網狀補強層3係構成與無孔聚烯烴層2相反側之最表面層,通常,作為與內含物接觸之面作用。網狀補強層3可賦與透氣性包裝材料1機械強度,並確保必需之透氣性。 網狀補強層3只要具有一定強度與來自網狀結構之透氣性即可,並未特別限定。換言之,可使用所有眾所周知的不織布。不織布可舉例如:乾式不織布、溼式不織布、紡絲黏合不織布、熔噴紡絲不織布、熱導率結合不織布、化學結合不織布、針軋不織布、水針不織布、針縫不織布、蒸氣噴射不織布等。網狀補強層3之材料可舉例如:聚乙烯、聚丙烯、嫘縈、聚酯、聚醯胺、聚烯烴、丙烯酸纖維、維尼綸、醯胺纖維、玻璃纖維、纖維素纖維等。
本實施形態中網狀補強層3以含有積層或交織第1纖維層與第2纖維層而成的網狀結構體為佳,前述第1纖維層由互相於相同方向(以下,稱作「第1方向」)上配列之多數第1纖維所構成,前述第2纖維層由互相於相同方向上配列且與前述第1纖維為相異方向(以下,稱作「第2方向」)之多數第2纖維所構成。此處,第1纖維層與第2纖維層之用語並無區別,可互換使用。若將特徵相異之纖維層作為第1纖維層、第2纖維層積層,關於是哪一纖維層與無孔聚烯烴層2相接並未特別限定。如此之網狀結構體可舉各種態樣為例,並未特別限定,但以具有一定強度與來自網狀結構之透氣性者為佳。 網狀補強層3含有前述網狀結構體的情況下,因透氣性包裝材料1之抗拉強度與穿刺強度提升故為佳。
構成前述網狀結構體之前述多數第1纖維,可為構成經於前述第1方向單軸拉伸之第1單軸拉伸網狀薄膜的多數纖維(即,前述第1單軸拉伸網狀薄膜之結構纖維)、或分別於軸向拉伸且沿著前述第1方向配列之多數拉伸纖維(拉伸纖維群)。同樣地,構成前述網狀結構體之前述多數第2纖維,可為構成經於前述第2方向單軸拉伸之第2單軸拉伸網狀薄膜的多數纖維(即,前述第2單軸拉伸網狀薄膜之結構纖維)、或分別於軸向拉伸且沿著前述第2方向配列之多數拉伸纖維(拉伸纖維群)。
前述單軸拉伸網狀薄膜為具經單軸拉伸之網狀結構的薄膜,包含:經單軸拉伸且多處裂織之多層薄膜於與其拉伸方向正交的方向上展伸的分裂纖維薄膜(以下稱作「分裂網」(split web)),與具有多數狹縫之多層薄膜被單軸拉伸的網狀薄膜(以下稱作「狹縫網」(slit web))。前述多層薄膜以具有於第1熱塑性樹脂層之至少一面積層有第2熱塑性樹脂層(接著層)的多層結構為佳,以具有於第1熱塑性樹脂層之兩面積層有第2熱塑性樹脂層(接著層)的三層結構較佳。
第1熱塑性樹脂層及第2熱塑性樹脂層為以熱塑性樹脂作為主成分之樹脂層。熱塑性樹脂可舉可分割性良好之聚乙烯、聚丙烯等聚烯烴及該等之共聚物為例。又,構成第1熱塑性樹脂層之熱塑性樹脂(以下稱作「第1熱塑性樹脂」)與構成第2熱塑性樹脂層之熱塑性樹脂(以下稱作「第2熱塑性樹脂」)的熔點差,由製造上之理由來看,需為5℃以上,以10~50℃為佳。 前述第1纖維及前述第2纖維以前述第2熱塑性樹脂層作為接著層互相接著為佳。 又,本實施形態中,若無孔聚烯烴層由聚乙烯所構成,且前述聚乙烯為直鏈狀低密度聚乙烯的話,以網狀結構體由聚乙烯所構成,且前述聚乙烯為直鏈狀低密度聚乙烯為佳。 又,本實施形態中,若無孔聚烯烴層由聚丙烯所構成的話,則以網狀結構體由聚丙烯所構成為佳。
以下,說明前述網狀結構體之幾個實施形態。 (第1網狀結構體) 第1網狀結構體為積層接著有分裂網與狹縫網之積層不織布,作為前述單軸拉伸網狀薄膜之分裂網與作為前述單軸拉伸網狀薄膜之狹縫網互相之拉伸方向略為正交。圖2顯示前述分裂網,圖3顯示前述狹縫網,圖4顯示前述第1網狀結構體。
分裂網31可藉由以下形成:將多層薄膜於長度方向(縱向)上單軸拉伸,沿著拉伸方向之縱向於多處分裂纖維(例如分裂纖維成千鳥狀),之後,於與拉伸方向正交之橫向(寬度方向)上展伸(拓寬)。此處,如上述,前述多層薄膜以具有於前述第1熱塑性樹脂之兩面積層有前述第2熱塑性樹脂層的三層結構為佳。如圖2所示,分裂網31具有網目狀結構,且其結構纖維具有於拉伸方向上延伸之互相大致平行的多數幹纖維31a,與連接鄰接之幹纖維31a彼此的支纖維31b。藉將前述多層薄膜單軸拉伸,構成前述多層薄膜之分子於拉伸方向上配向。結果,分裂網31於拉伸方向(結構分子之配向方向)之長度方向(縱向)上具有較強的強度。
狹縫網32可藉由以下形成:於多層薄膜形成於寬度方向(橫向)上延伸之多數狹縫(例如形成為千鳥狀),之後,於寬度方向(橫向)上拉伸。如上述,前述多層薄膜以具有於前述第1熱塑性樹脂之兩面積層有前述第2熱塑性樹脂層的三層結構為佳。如圖3所示,狹縫網32以具有菱形之網目狀結構為佳。藉單軸拉伸前述多層薄膜,構成前述多層薄膜之分子於拉伸方向上配向,結果,狹縫網32於拉伸方向(結構分子之配向方向)之寬度方向(橫向)上具有較強的強度。
如圖4所示,使圖2所示之分裂網31與圖3所示之狹縫網32互相之拉伸方向略為正交地積層,之後,藉由熱壓著接著而形成前述第1網狀結構體30。第1網狀結構體之外觀、結構纖維尺寸(厚度或寬度)、抗拉強度等各種特性,可藉由適當地調整前述多層薄膜之前述第1熱塑性樹脂層之厚度、拉伸倍率、分裂網31中之分裂纖維處、狹縫網32中狹縫之形成處等來控制。再者,前述第1網狀結構體中,構成分裂網31之纖維群,主要是幹纖維31a群相當於前述多數第1纖維,而構成狹縫網32之纖維群相當於前述多數第2纖維。
(第2網狀結構體) 如圖5所示,第2網狀結構體300為由網狀基材13所構成的積層不織布,前述網狀基材13係將如圖2所示之分裂網31彼此以彼此互相之拉伸方向略為正交之方式積層接著而成。第2網狀結構體之外觀、結構纖維尺寸(厚度或寬度)、抗拉強度等各種特性,可藉由適當地調整前述多層薄膜之前述第1熱塑性樹脂層之厚度、拉伸倍率、分裂網31中之分裂纖維處等來控制。再者,前述第2網狀結構體中,構成一分裂網31的纖維群、主要是幹纖維31a群相當於前述多數第1纖維,構成另一分裂網31的纖維群、主要是幹纖維31a群相當於前述多數第2纖維。
(第3網狀結構體) 第3網狀結構體為積層接著有第1拉伸纖維群與第2拉伸纖維群之積層不織布,前述第1拉伸纖維群由分別於軸向拉伸且沿著前述第1方向配列之多數拉伸纖維所構成,前述第2拉伸纖維群由分別於軸向拉伸且沿著前述第2方向配列之多數拉伸纖維所構成。前述拉伸纖維可藉由例如將與前述多層薄膜相同結構之多層帶於長度方向(縱向)上單軸拉伸而形成。再者,前述第3網狀結構體中,構成前述第1拉伸纖維群之多數拉伸纖維相當於前述多數第1纖維,構成前述第2拉伸纖維群之多數拉伸纖維相當於前述多數第2纖維。
(第4網狀結構體) 第4網狀結構體係以構成前述第1拉伸纖維群之多數拉伸纖維作為經線、構成前述第2拉伸纖維群之多數拉伸纖維作為緯線之方式利用任意之織法交織,之後,藉由接著等將前述第1拉伸纖維群與前述第2拉伸纖維群一體化而成的織布。再者,前述第4網狀結構體中,相當於經線之構成前述第1拉伸纖維群的多數拉伸纖維相當於前述多數第1纖維,相當於緯線之構成前述第2拉伸纖維群的多數拉伸纖維相當於前述多數第2纖維。
(第5網狀結構體) 第5網狀結構體為例如,積層接著有圖2所示之分裂網31與由多數拉伸纖維所構成之拉伸纖維群的積層不織布。前述第5網狀結構體可具有例如,積層接著有分裂網31與前述第2拉伸纖維群之三層結構、或於分裂網31之兩面積層接著有前述第2拉伸纖維群之三層結構。再者,前述第5網狀結構體中,構成分裂網31之纖維群,主要是幹纖維31a群相當於前述多數第1纖維,構成前述第2拉伸纖維群之多數拉伸纖維相當於前述多數第2纖維。
(第6網狀結構體) 又,其他實施形態中,網狀結構體為將縱向單軸拉伸多層聚烯烴帶進行經緯積層而成之不織布、或交織而成的織布。換言之,第1纖維層、第2纖維層均由多數縱向單軸拉伸多層聚烯烴帶群所構成。並且,若為不織布,係以多數縱向單軸拉伸多層聚烯烴帶群之拉伸方向大致正交之方式進行經緯積層並熔著或接著。若為織布,則係以多數縱向單軸拉伸多層聚烯烴帶群為經線、多數縱向單軸拉伸多層聚烯烴帶群為緯線(配置成緯線之結果即聚烯烴帶之配向方向相對於經線為直角的方向)之方式,利用任意織法交織並熔著或接著。
縱向單軸拉伸多層聚烯烴帶可利用下述方式製造:藉由多層充氣法或多層T字模法等擠壓成形製造3層結構之胚料薄膜,再於縱向單軸拉伸成1.1~15倍,較佳為3~10倍,然後沿著拉伸方向,以例如2mm~7mm之寬度裁切。抑或,可利用下述方式製造:依相同方法製造3層結構之胚料薄膜,沿著機械方向以相同寬度裁切後,再於縱向單軸拉伸成1.1~15倍,較佳為3~10倍。
於圖6顯示由不織布所構成之網狀結構體之一例。圖6中,網狀結構體40係將相當於經線之多數單軸拉伸多層帶隔著一定間隔平行地排列作為第1纖維層402,再將相當於緯線之其他多數單軸拉伸多層帶作為第2纖維層403並以使該等單軸拉伸多層帶之長度方向與前述第1纖維層402略成正交之方式進行積層而成。並且,藉由加熱熔著經線與緯線之接觸面,獲得網狀結構體。此時,熱熔著或接著態樣與前述實施形態相同。織布方面,除了將多數單軸拉伸多層帶以交織取代積層以外,其他可以同樣方式製造。
如此不織布之市售品之例可使用積水薄膜(股)製的Soft(商品名)HN55、HN66。織布之市售品之例亦可使用萩原工業(股)製的Meltac(商品名)等。
[第7網狀結構體:各種積層體] 又,網狀補強層3亦可使用積層體或織布或不織布,前述積層體為積層前述分裂纖維維薄膜(縱向網)、或網狀薄膜(橫向網)與縱向單軸拉伸多層聚烯烴帶,使其等之拉伸方向為略正交、或斜交;前述織布或不織布為組合由熱塑性樹脂紡絲並拉伸之絲,使其等之拉伸方向為略正交。總之,只要為多數網狀體層之拉伸方向大致正交、或斜交,且具有透氣性的一體化之結構即可。
(透氣性包裝材料之變更例) 圖7係顯示本實施形態透氣性包裝材料之變更例的截面示意圖。圖7所示之變更例中,透氣性包裝材料1A具有無孔聚烯烴層2與網狀補強層3A。網狀補強層3A具有網狀結構體以外之不織布34(以下稱作「不織布34」)與由網狀結構體所構成之層33(以下稱作「網狀結構體層33」)。圖7所示之變更例中,由上依序積層有無孔聚烯烴層2、不織布34及網狀結構體層33。 圖8係顯示本實施形態透氣性包裝材料之其他變更例的截面示意圖。圖8所示之變更例中,透氣性包裝材料1B具有無孔聚烯烴層2與網狀補強層3B。網狀補強層3B具有網狀結構體層33與不織布34。圖8所示之變更例中,由上依序積層有無孔聚烯烴層2、網狀結構體層33及不織布34。 圖7及8所示之變更例中,可加大網狀結構體層33之網目,再以不織布34補強。 再者,圖7及8所示之變更例中,亦可積層有孔薄膜34’取代不織布34。藉由使用有孔薄膜34’,可更加提高透氣性包裝材料之透氣性。
(透氣性包裝材料之製造方法) 接著,由製造方法之觀點說明本實施形態透氣性包裝材料。透氣性包裝材料之製造方法包含藉由熱壓著法接合無孔聚烯烴層2與網狀補強層3之步驟。該等層之接合可於個別製造各層後,藉由熱壓著法一連串地進行,藉由該步驟可得本發明透氣性包裝材料1。此時,熱壓著條件可設為例如,120~140℃,以125~140℃之溫度條件為佳,例如線壓150~260N/cm,以線壓200~250N/cm之壓力條件為佳。具體之熱壓著方法,可藉由蒸氣加熱輥或介電加熱輥實施,但並未受該等方法所限定。
再者,本實施形態中,亦可藉由線疊合加工接合無孔聚烯烴層2與網狀補強層3。此時,例如,於擠壓積層之T字模裝設例如每隔1mm配置有2mmφ之孔的模唇,自該孔將熔融後之樹脂擠壓成條紋狀,可貼合異素材。藉由線疊合加工接合無孔聚烯烴層2與網狀補強層3的情況,因網狀補強層3表面呈條紋狀,故可未損及透氣性地結合。
藉由本實施形態而得之透氣性包裝材料通常是具100~300μm左右、較佳為100~200μm左右之膜厚的具可撓性之薄膜形態。本實施形態透氣性包裝材料1因結構材料中未使用紙,故不會產生紙粉或起毛,防塵性良好(無塵)。 又,本實施形態透氣性包裝材料1可於無孔聚烯烴層2之與網狀補強層3相接之面施行印刷。此時,因印刷係於無孔聚烯烴層2之內面進行,印刷部未露出於包裝體之表面,即使於包裝體中收納食品等內含物,印刷用之油墨也不會與內含物接觸。並且,可防止印刷用之油墨脫落、轉印等。 又,本實施形態透氣性包裝材料1具有如前述之網狀補強層3。因此,可做成與習知技術同樣具有優異抗拉強度等機械強度的透氣性包裝材料1。此外,於網狀補強層3含有網狀結構體的情況下,縱向與橫向之強度均衡性亦優異,且可更加提升抗拉強度、穿刺強度及透氣度。 另,網狀補強層3之第2熱塑性樹脂層(接著層)具有作為熱封層之作用。因此,本實施形態透氣性包裝材料1不需另外設置熱封層,可減少步驟,故由製造成本面來看亦有利。 又,本實施形態透氣性包裝材料1因無孔聚烯烴層2本身具有透氣度,故不需設置孔。因此,本實施形態透氣性包裝材料1無內含物外漏的疑慮。
又,本實施形態透氣性包裝材料1藉由具有前述層結構,適合依據食品衛生法中食品、添加物等規格基準(S34厚生省告示第370號)之4%醋酸溶析殘渣試驗。具體而言,本實施形態透氣性包裝材料1滿足前述規格基準規定之蒸發殘留物「30μg/ml以下」。本實施形態之透氣性包裝材料1的蒸發殘留物量之較佳者為10μg/ml以下,更佳者是5μg/ml以下。藉由適合該基準,可用於例如,食品包裝中內含之乾燥劑等之包裝材。
(第2實施形態) 於圖9顯示本發明之第2實施形態。 圖9顯示本實施形態之包裝體之一例的截面示意圖。本實施形態之包裝體6係將第1實施形態之透氣性包裝材料1以網狀補強層3成為在內側之方式成形成袋狀,並於其中收納有乾燥劑、除臭劑、防蟲劑或芳香劑等機能性物品5。
由透氣性包裝材料1製作包裝體6之際,網狀補強層3之第2熱塑性樹脂層(接著層)具有作為熱封層之作用。因此,不需於透氣性包裝材料1另外設置密封層。具體而言,係以網狀補強層3之兩端對向接觸之方式使網狀補強層3在內側而將透氣性包裝材料1折彎成袋狀,並包入機能性物品5,再藉由熱壓法熱封邊緣部。藉此,密封使機能性物品5不會漏出至包裝體外部。
本實施形態中,與網狀補強層3相接之機能性物品5的粒徑以600μm以上為佳,以1000μm以上尤佳。舉一例來說,適用本實施形態透氣性包裝材料之包裝對象的矽膠之大小,通常是7~12篩孔(粒徑2.83~1.40mm)、或5~8篩孔(粒徑4.00~2.36mm),但並未限定為該等大小。此係為了防止自網狀補強層3之孔外漏至外部之故。具體之機能性物品5可舉二氧化矽、沸石、活性碳為例,特別以作為乾燥劑之二氧化矽為佳,但並未受限為該等。
如以上說明,於透氣性包裝材料1之外層設有無孔聚烯烴層2。因此,使用透氣性包裝材料1形成了包裝體6時,因包裝體6之表層為無孔聚烯烴層2,不會如以往產生紙粉且衛生。又,因包裝體6之表層無孔,故無收納於內部之機能性物品5的粉末等內含物外漏的疑慮。又,因包裝體6之表層為無孔聚烯烴層2,故透氣性包裝材料1之耐油性優異。 又,透氣性包裝材料1具有網狀補強層3。如前述,特別於網狀補強層3含有網狀結構體的情況下,縱向與橫向之強度均衡性亦優異,且可更加提升抗拉強度、穿刺強度及透氣度。因此,使用透氣性包裝材料1形成包裝體6後,亦不易產生因內部收納之機能性物品5造成的損傷,且除了乾燥劑以外,亦可有效地作為收納活性碳或木碳等重量較重之機能性物品5的大型包裝材料使用。 又,形成包裝體6之際,因網狀補強層3之第2熱塑性樹脂層具有作為熱封層之作用,故於較低溫下就會熔化。因此,可縮短熱封時間並隨之加速機能性物品5之填充速度,故可提升包裝體6之生產性。又,本實施形態包裝體6不需另外設置熱封層,可減少步驟,故由製造成本面來看亦有利。 又,本實施形態包裝體6可於無孔聚烯烴層2之與網狀補強層3相接之面施行印刷。此時,因係於無孔聚烯烴層2之內面進行印刷,故印刷部未露出於包裝體表面,即使包裝體6中收納食品等內含物,印刷用之油墨也不會與食品接觸。並且,可防止印刷用油墨的脫落、轉印等。
本發明之透氣性包裝材料適用於乾燥劑之包裝,但亦適用於芳香劑、消臭劑、防蟲劑等機能性物品5之包裝。只要機能性物品5能產生作用,收納該等機能性物品5之包裝體可為任何形態。於包裝體為袋狀之形態的情況,透氣性包裝材料可使用於該袋之一部分、一面或全體。用以形成包裝體之透氣性包裝材料的熱封方法一般係使用利用加熱密封輥之熱壓法。因此,於包裝體為袋狀之形態的情況,可使用自片材形成袋之一般的製袋包裝機。又,如前述,本發明之透氣性包裝材料因抗拉強度優異,故亦可作為大型包裝體或片材狀之包裝體使用。 [實施例]
接著,藉由實施例更詳細地說明本發明,但本發明並未受該等例所限定。又,實施例及比較例中之各值係由下述方法求出。
(網狀結構體之製造例1) 製造積層接著有分裂網31彼此之網狀結構體(第2網狀結構體300),前述分裂網31彼此互相之拉伸方向略為正交。於分裂網31中前述多層薄膜之主層內於某第1熱塑性樹脂層使用樹脂A,於前述第1熱塑樹脂層之兩面藉由水冷卻壓印法積層作為前述第2熱塑性樹脂層(接著層)的樹脂B。並且,藉由熱黏著接著分裂網31與分裂網31,得到網狀結構體(3-1)。
樹脂A及B係如下述。 樹脂A:聚丙烯PL400A(SunAllomer公司製) 樹脂B:聚丙烯FX4ET(日本聚丙烯公司製)
(網狀結構體之製造例2) 使用下述樹脂C取代樹脂A,使用下述樹脂D取代樹脂B,其他以與製造例1同樣方式製作,得到網狀結構體(3-2)。 樹脂C:高密度聚乙烯HY444(日本聚乙烯製) 樹脂D:低密度聚乙烯LE541H(日本聚乙烯製)
(實施例1) 製造本發明第1實施形態透氣性包裝材料。使用層厚6μm之雙軸拉伸無孔聚丙烯薄膜作為無孔聚丙烯層。於該無孔聚丙烯薄膜之一面藉由凹板印刷施行商標等必要之印刷。使用前述網狀結構體(3-1)作為網狀補強層。 令無孔聚丙烯層之印刷層在內側,然後於網狀補強層施行電暈處理並以與印刷層接觸之方式同時使2層通過熱輥,製成透氣性包裝材料。積層條件設為熱輥溫度135℃、線壓200N/cm、輸送速度20m/min.。以無孔聚丙烯層側與熱輥接觸。電暈處理以100W/(m2・min.)之輸出進行。
(實施例2) 製造本發明第1實施形態透氣性包裝材料。使用層厚12μm之雙軸拉伸無孔聚丙烯薄膜作為無孔聚丙烯層。於該無孔聚丙烯薄膜之一面藉由凹板印刷施行商標等必要之印刷。使用前述網狀結構體(3-1)及芯包層不織布(芯:PET,包層:PE製20g/m2 之不織布)作為網狀補強層。 令無孔聚丙烯層之印刷層在內側,然後於網狀結構體(3-1)施行電暈處理,進而同時以芯包層不織布與印刷層接觸之方式紡出芯包層不織布,並使3層同時通過熱輥,製成透氣性包裝材料。積層條件設為熱輥溫度135℃、線壓200N/cm、輸送速度20m/min.。以無孔聚丙烯層側與熱輥接觸。電暈處理以100W/(m2・min.)之輸出進行。
(實施例3) 製造本發明第1實施形態透氣性包裝材料。使用層厚15μm之無孔直鏈狀低密度聚乙烯薄膜作為無孔聚乙烯層。於該無孔直鏈狀低密度聚乙烯薄膜之一面藉由凹板印刷施行商標等必要之印刷。使用前述網狀結構體(3-2)及芯包層不織布(芯:PET,包層:PE製20g/m2之不織布)作為網狀補強層。 令無孔聚乙烯層之印刷層在內側,然後於網狀結構體(3-2)施行電暈處理,進而同時以芯包層不織布與印刷層接觸之方式紡出芯包層不織布,並使3層同時通過熱輥,製成透氣性包裝材料。積層條件設為熱輥溫度125℃、線壓200N/cm、輸送速度20m/min.。以無孔聚乙烯層側與熱輥接觸。電暈處理以100W/(m2・min.)之輸出進行。
(比較例1) 製造比較用之透氣性包裝材料。使用層厚12μm之有孔PET薄膜作為最外層。該有孔PET薄膜係於PET薄膜之一面藉由凹板印刷施行商標等必要之印刷,並以擠壓積層塗布LDPE獲得積層薄膜再於積層薄膜開孔而成者。使用前述網狀結構體(3-2)及微多孔質薄膜(40g/m2)作為網狀補強層。 令有孔PET層之印刷層在內側,然後於網狀結構體(3-2)施行電暈處理,進而同時以無孔MPF與印刷層接觸之方式紡出微多孔質薄膜,並使3層同時通過熱輥,製成透氣性包裝材料。積層條件設為熱輥溫度125℃、線壓200N/cm、輸送速度20m/min.。以有孔PET層側與熱輥接觸。電暈處理以100W/(m2・min.)之輸出進行。
(比較例2) 製造比較用之透氣性包裝材料。使用層厚12μm之有孔PET薄膜作為最外層。於該有孔PET薄膜之一面藉由凹板印刷施行商標等必要之印刷。使用前述網狀結構體(3-2)及層厚20μm之直鏈狀低密度聚乙烯薄膜作為網狀補強層。 令有孔PET層之印刷層在內側,然後於網狀結構體(3-2)施行電暈處理,進而同時以直鏈狀低密度聚乙烯薄膜與印刷層接觸之方式紡出直鏈狀低密度聚乙烯薄膜,並使3層同時通過熱輥,製成透氣性包裝材料。積層條件設為熱輥溫度125℃、線壓200N/cm、輸送速度20m/min.。以有孔PET層側與熱輥接觸。電暈處理以100W/(m2・min.)之輸出進行。
(比較例3) 製造比較用之透氣性包裝材料。使用層厚20μm之直鏈狀低密度聚乙烯薄膜作為無孔聚乙烯層。於該直鏈狀低密度聚乙烯薄膜之一面藉由凹板印刷施行商標等必要之印刷。使用前述網狀結構體(3-2)及芯包層不織布(芯:PET,包層:PE製20g/m2之不織布)作為網狀補強層。 令無孔聚乙烯層之印刷層在內側,然後於網狀結構體(3-2)施行電暈處理,進而同時以芯包層不織布與印刷層接觸之方式紡出芯包層不織布,並使3層同時通過熱輥,製成透氣性包裝材料。積層條件設為熱輥溫度125℃、線壓200N/cm、輸送速度20m/min.。以無孔聚乙烯層側與熱輥接觸。電暈處理以100W/(m2・min.)之輸出進行。
(比較例4) 製造比較用之透氣性包裝材料。使用層厚40μm之雙軸拉伸聚丙烯薄膜作為無孔聚丙烯層。於該聚丙烯薄膜之一面藉由凹板印刷施行商標等必要之印刷。使用前述網狀結構體(3-1)及芯包層不織布(芯:PET,包層:PE製20g/m2之不織布)作為網狀補強層。 令無孔聚丙烯層之印刷層在內側,然後於網狀結構體(3-1)施行電暈處理,進而同時以芯包層不織布與印刷層接觸之方式紡出芯包層不織布,並使3層同時通過熱輥,製成透氣性包裝材料。積層條件設為熱輥溫度135℃、線壓200N/cm、輸送速度20m/min.。以無孔聚丙烯層側與熱輥接觸。電暈處理以100W/(m2・min.)之輸出進行。
(透氧評價) 於實施例1~3及比較例1~4所得之各透氣性包裝材料中填充脫氧劑(5g)。將填充有脫氧劑之各透氣性包裝材料裝入防漏袋內,與空氣500ml一同密封,測定每段時間之氧濃度,依據以下基準評價透氧。(評價基準) A:15日以內氧濃度為0%。 B:15日以內氧濃度不為0%。
(耐油性評價) 於實施例1~3及比較例1~4所得之各透氣性包裝材料上放置含油量多之甜甜圈,於其下鋪上市售之吸油紙後於30℃恆溫器中保管2週。保管2週後,對於自恆溫器取出之吸油紙的狀態,依據以下基準評價耐油性。 (評價基準) A:吸油紙未出現油斑。 B:吸油紙出現油斑。

由表1所示之結果,可確認適用本申請案發明之實施例1~3透氣性包裝材料的透氧(透氣性)及耐油性良好。

Claims (8)

  1. 一種透氧性包裝材料,具有無孔聚烯烴層與網狀補強層,前述無孔聚烯烴層由選自於由聚丙烯及聚乙烯所構成群組中之至少1種所構成;前述網狀補強層包含由積層不織布構成之網狀結構體,該積層不織布為下述(i)分裂網與(ii)狹縫網各1個、或2個下述(i)分裂網以彼此之延伸方向交叉之方式積層接著而成者:(i)分裂網,係可透過將薄膜於長度方向(縱向)上單軸拉伸,沿著拉伸方向之縱向於多處分裂纖維,之後於與拉伸方向正交之橫向上拓寬來形成者;(ii)狹縫網,係具有多數狹縫之薄膜經單軸拉伸而成者;前述無孔聚烯烴層之厚度為3μm~18μm。
  2. 如請求項1之透氧性包裝材料,其中前述無孔聚烯烴層由聚乙烯所構成,前述聚乙烯為直鏈狀低密度聚乙烯。
  3. 如請求項1之透氧性包裝材料,其中前述分裂網及前述狹縫網包含由第1熱塑性樹脂所構成之第1熱塑性樹脂層、與由第2熱塑性樹脂所構成之第2熱塑性樹脂層;前述第1熱塑性樹脂與前述第2熱塑性樹脂之熔點差為5℃以上;並且,構成前述分裂網及前述狹縫網之纖維以前述第2熱塑性樹脂層作為接著層互相接著。
  4. 如請求項1之透氧性包裝材料,其中前述 無孔聚烯烴層由聚乙烯所構成,前述聚乙烯為直鏈狀低密度聚乙烯;前述網狀結構體由聚乙烯所構成,前述聚乙烯為直鏈狀低密度聚乙烯。
  5. 如請求項1之透氧性包裝材料,其中前述無孔聚烯烴層由聚丙烯所構成;前述網狀結構體由聚丙烯所構成。
  6. 如請求項1之透氧性包裝材料,其中前述網狀補強層具有由前述網狀結構體所構成之層與由前述網狀結構體以外之不織布所構成之層。
  7. 一種包裝體,係於至少一部分使用如請求項1或2之透氧性包裝材料,且令前述無孔聚烯烴層在外側,並收納有脫氧劑。
  8. 一種包裝體之製造方法,包含以下步驟:於至少一部分使用如請求項1或2之透氧性包裝材料,以前述網狀補強層之兩端對向接觸之方式使前述網狀補強層在內側而將透氧性包裝材料做成袋狀的步驟;於前述袋狀透氧性包裝材料中收納脫氧劑的步驟;及藉由熱壓法熱封前述袋狀透氧性包裝材料之邊緣部的步驟。
