Abstract

本發明公開一種製作模具的派工系統及派工方法,製作模具的派工系統包括一控制單元、一模具素材倉儲單元、一加工刀具倉儲單元、一物件取放與傳送單元、一模具加工單元以及一模具成品倉儲單元。模具素材倉儲單元包括有多個尚未加工的模具素材。加工刀具倉儲單元包括有多個加工刀具。物件取放與傳送單元電性連接於控制單元,且設置於模具素材倉儲單元與加工刀具倉儲單元之間,物件取放與傳送單元包括有一第一夾爪。其中一尚未加工的模具素材與至少一加工刀具透過物件取放與傳送單元以傳送至模具加工單元,尚未加工的模具素材透過模具加工單元的加工後而形成一模具成品。模具成品被運送到模具成品倉儲單元。藉此,本發明所提供的製作模具的派工系統及派工方法可提升模具加工的效率。

Description

製作模具的派工系統及派工方法
本發明涉及一種派工系統及派工方法,特別是涉及一種製作模具的派工系統及派工方法。
自18世紀工業革命以來,人類的生產方式不再以傳統的人力或獸力作為生產力,取而代之的是,大規模工廠的設置,以及大量機器的使用。
目前現代化工業的生產過程,雖以大量機器取代人力或獸力作為主要的生產力,但在更換或切換工作機台的工具與模具,仍以人工方式進行,因此,增加人事成本以及生產所耗的時間,導致生產效率無法達到最佳狀態。
本發明所要解決的技術問題在於,針對現有技術的不足提供一種製作模具的派工系統及派工方法。
為了解決上述的技術問題,本發明所採用的其中一技術方案是,提供一種製作模具的派工系統,其包括一控制單元、一模具素材倉儲單元、一加工刀具倉儲單元、一物件取放與傳送單元、一模具加工單元以及一模具成品倉儲單元。模具素材倉儲單元電性連接於該控制單元,該模具素材倉儲單元包括有多個尚未加工的模具素材。加工刀具倉儲單元電性連接於該控制單元,該加工刀具倉儲單元包括有多個加工刀具。物件取放與傳送單元電性連接於該控制單元,且設置於該模具素材倉儲單元與該加工刀具倉儲單元之間,該物件取放與傳送單元包括有一第一夾爪。模具加工單元電性連接於該控制單元,其中一該尚未加工的模具素材與至少一該加工刀具透過該物件取放與傳送單元以傳送至該模具加工單元,該尚未加工的模具素材透過該模具加工單元的加工後而形成一模具成品。模具成品倉儲單元電性連接於該控制單元,該模具成品被運送到該模具成品倉儲單元。
為了解決上述的技術問題,本發明所採用的另外一技術方案是,提供一種製作模具的派工方法,其包括:提供一模具素材倉儲單元以及一加工刀具倉儲單元,該模具素材倉儲單元與該加工刀具倉儲單元都電性連接於一控制單元,該模具素材倉儲單元包括有多個尚未加工的模具素材,該加工刀具倉儲單元包括有多個加工刀具;其中一該尚未加工的模具素材透過一物件取放與傳送單元以傳送至一模具加工單元,該物件取放與傳送單元與該模具加工單元都電性連接於該控制單元;該尚未加工的模具素材透過該模具加工單元的加工,而形成一模具成品;以及將該模具成品運送到一模具成品倉儲單元,該模具成品倉儲單元電性連接於該控制單元。

[第一實施例]
參閱圖1至圖8所示,本發明第一實施例提供一種製作模具的派工方法,其至少包括下列幾個步驟:
首先,提供一模具素材倉儲單元2以及一加工刀具倉儲單元3。(步驟S100)。舉例來說,配合圖1至圖3所示,模具素材倉儲單元2包括了有多個尚未加工的模具素材M;其中,模具素材倉儲單元2可為素材倉儲,模具素材M可為電極素材,但不以此為限。加工刀具倉儲單元3包括有多個加工刀具L;其中,加工刀具倉儲單元3可為刀具倉儲,加工刀具L可為一般模具加工刀具,但不以此為限。並且,模具素材倉儲單元2與加工刀具倉儲單元3都電性連接或無線通訊連結於一控制單元1,控制單元1可為控制設備,但不以此為限。因此,控制單元1可即時監控模具素材倉儲單元2的運作或者使用是否正常,以及加工刀具倉儲單元3的運作或者使用是否正常。
進一步地,配合圖2至圖4所示,每一個尚未加工的模具素材M可被一承載件C所承載,承載件C可為一承載基座。每一個尚未加工的模具素材M都會預先定義一模具編碼M1(可為文字、數字或其他編碼形式),每一個承載件C上具有相對應模具編碼M1的一模具號碼C1(同樣可為文字、數字或其他編碼形式的二維條碼,但不以此為限)。因此,控制單元1能透過掃描的方式以辨識出承載件C所承載的尚未加工的模具素材M的型號。多個尚未加工的模具素材M可放置在模具素材倉儲架20上;也就是說,模具素材倉儲架20上可存放多個承載件C,每一個承載件C可承載尚未加工的模具素材M。再配合圖4所示,模具素材倉儲單元2可包括一模具素材倉儲架20,其可為一般置物架,但不以此為限。此外,在模具素材倉儲單元2的模具素材倉儲架20上可設置一影像擷取裝置(圖中未繪示,如攝影機,但不以此為限),控制單元1可通過電性連接且控制該影像擷取裝置,以透過該影像擷取裝置擷取其中一承載件C上的模具號碼C1,以辨識出承載件C所承載的尚未加工的模具素材M的型號;並且,控制單元1也能一併判斷尚未加工的模具素材M所放置的位置或者型號是否正確。
更進一步來說,配合圖2及圖5所示,每一個加工刀具L上具有一刀具號碼L1(可為文字、數字或其他編碼形式的二維條碼,但不以此為限),因此,控制單元1能透過掃描方式,以辨識加工刀具L的型號。並且,加工刀具倉儲單元3還包括一加工刀具倉儲架30,其可為一般置物架,但不以此為限。多個加工刀具L放置在加工刀具倉儲架30上;舉例來說,每一個加工刀具L可通過一夾持基座(圖中未標示)而放置在加工刀具倉儲架30上。此外,在加工刀具倉儲單元3的加工刀具倉儲架30上可設置一影像擷取裝置(圖中未繪示,如攝影機,但不以此為限),控制單元1可通過電性連接且控制該影像擷取裝置,以透過該影像擷取裝置擷取其中一個加工刀具L上的刀具號碼L1,以辨識出該加工刀具L的型號;並且,控制單元1也能一併判斷加工刀具L所放置的位置或者型號是否正確。
接著,其中一個尚未加工的模具素材M透過一物件取放與傳送單元4以傳送至一模具加工單元5(步驟S102)。舉例來說,配合圖1、圖2、圖6及圖7所示,本發明可通過物件取放與傳送單元4的第一夾爪40將模具素材倉儲單元2上的其中一個尚未加工的模具素材M取出並傳送至模具加工單元5。物件取放與傳送單元4與模具加工單元5都電性連接或無線通訊連結於控制單元1,物件取放與傳送單元4可為可移動式機械手臂,模具加工單元5可為一般模具加工設備,但不以此為限;且,控制單元1可即時監控物件取放與傳送單元4的運作或者使用是否正常,以及模具加工單元5的運作或者使用是否正常。在模具加工單元5中已具有加工刀具L的情況下,通過物件取放與傳送單元4的第一夾爪40將尚未加工的模具素材M傳送至模具加工單元5後,即可進行加工;而當模具加工單元5需要更換加工刀具L或者需要安裝加工刀具L時,可依控制單元1的控制而選擇性地先更換或安裝加工刀具L,再將尚未加工的模具素材M傳送至模具加工單元5,或者先將尚未加工的模具素材M傳送至模具加工單元5,再更換或安裝加工刀具L。
進一步地,配合圖2及圖8所示,在模具素材倉儲單元2、加工刀具倉儲單元3以及模具加工單元5之間可設置軌道T,以供物件取放與傳送單元4透過軌道T以在模具素材倉儲單元2、加工刀具倉儲單元3以及模具加工單元5之間移動。並且,物件取放與傳送單元4還可進一步包括至少一個機器手臂41以及一第二夾爪42,在本實施例中,以一個機器手臂41的兩端分別連接第一夾爪40以及第二夾爪42作為示例,但不以此為限;在實際實施時,也可以以兩個機器手臂41分別連接第一夾爪40以及第二夾爪42。更進一步來說,第一夾爪40與第二夾爪42分別設置在機器手臂41的兩相反側端上而呈180度水平設置。並且,加工刀具倉儲架30上的多個加工刀具L可被區分成多個可使用的加工刀具L2以及多個被磨損的加工刀具L3。因此,物件取放與傳送單元4可透過第一夾爪40夾取其中一個可使用的加工刀具L2;接著,將可使用的加工刀具L2傳送至模具加工單元5時,可視模具加工單元5是否需要更換被磨損的加工刀具L3,而透過第二夾爪42夾取模具加工單元5上的被磨損的加工刀具L3,並將可使用的加工刀具L2安裝於模具加工單元5。如果有將被磨損的加工刀具L3卸下,可通過物件取放與傳送單元4傳送至加工刀具倉儲單元3,並將被磨損的加工刀具L3放置於加工刀具倉儲架30上。
此外,物件取放與傳送單元4也可透過第一夾爪40夾取其中一個可使用的加工刀具L2,第二夾爪42夾取其中一個尚未加工的模具素材M;接著,將可使用的加工刀具L2與尚未加工的模具素材M同時傳送至模具加工單元5後,放置模具素材M並安裝加工刀具L2後,即可進行加工。
此外,在物件取放與傳送單元4以及模具加工單元5上可設置一影像擷取裝置(圖中未繪示,如攝影機,但不以此為限),控制單元1可通過電性連接且控制該影像擷取裝置,以透過多個影像擷取裝置分別擷物件取放與傳送單元4以及模具加工單元5的運作或者使用的狀況。
接下來,尚未加工的模具素材M透過模具加工單元5的加工,而形成一模具成品F(步驟S104)。舉例來說,配合圖1及圖2所示,在物件取放與傳送單元4將尚未加工的模具素材M傳送至模具加工單元5後,即可通過模具加工單元5對尚未加工的模具素材M進行加工,以形成模具成品F;其中,模具成品F可為拉鍊頭,但不以此為限。此外,在模具成品倉儲單元6上可設置一影像擷取裝置(圖中未繪示,如攝影機,但不以此為限),控制單元1可通過電性連接且控制該影像擷取裝置,以透過該影像擷取裝置擷取模具成品倉儲單元6上所擺放的模具成品F的數量以及位置,以辨識出模具成品F所放置的位置或者型號是否正確。
緊接著,將模具成品F運送到一模具成品倉儲單元6(步驟S106)。舉例來說,配合圖1及圖2所示,模具成品倉儲單元6電性連接或無線通訊連結於控制單元1,模具成品倉儲單元6可為置物檯或者置物架,但不以此為限;且,控制單元1可即時監控模具成品倉儲單元6的運作或者使用是否正常。在尚未加工的模具素材M通過加工而形成模具成品F後,可通過機械運送或人力運送等方式,運送到模具成品倉儲單元6進行儲存。此外,在模具成品倉儲單元6上可設置一影像擷取裝置(圖中未繪示,如攝影機,但不以此為限),控制單元1可通過電性連接且控制該影像擷取裝置,以透過該影像擷取裝置擷取模具成品倉儲單元6上所擺放的模具成品F的數量以及位置,以辨識出模具成品F所放置的位置或者型號是否正確。
根據上述內容,本發明還進一步提供一種製作模具的派工系統Z,其包括一控制單元1、一模具素材倉儲單元2、一加工刀具倉儲單元3、一物件取放與傳送單元4、一模具加工單元5以及一模具成品倉儲單元6。模具素材倉儲單元2電性連接於控制單元1,模具素材倉儲單元2包括有多個尚未加工的模具素材M。加工刀具倉儲單元3電性連接於控制單元1,加工刀具倉儲單元3包括有多個加工刀具L。物件取放與傳送單元4電性連接於控制單元1,且設置於模具素材倉儲單元2與加工刀具倉儲單元3之間,物件取放與傳送單元4包括有一第一夾爪40。模具加工單元5電性連接於控制單元1,其中一個尚未加工的模具素材M與至少一個加工刀具L透過物件取放與傳送單元4以傳送至模具加工單元5,尚未加工的模具素材M透過模具加工單元5的加工後而形成一模具成品F。模具成品倉儲單元6電性連接於控制單元1,模具成品F被運送到模具成品倉儲單元6。
藉此,本發明所提供的製作模具的派工系統Z及派工方法通過上述的技術方案,能利用「模具素材倉儲單元2」、「加工刀具倉儲單元3」、「物件取放與傳送單元4」的搭配,取代以「採用人工配合單一工具機的方式製作模具」的傳統加工方式,不僅能夠節省模具加工時的人工成本與速度,並且能藉由智慧化的方式,提供模具加工時的最佳加工參數(例如加工刀具的選用)。
然而,上述所舉的例子只是其中一可行的實施例而並非用以限定本發明。
[第二實施例]
參閱圖9及圖10所示,本發明第二實施例提供一種製作模具的派工方法,還進一步包括:透過一超音波清洗槽7清洗模具成品F(步驟S105)。舉例來說,配合圖9及圖10所示,本發明的製作模具的派工系統Z還可進一步包括一超音波清洗槽7,其可電性連接或無線通訊連結於控制單元1,且控制單元1可即時超音波清洗槽7的運作或者使用是否正常。超音波清洗槽7可設置在模具加工單元5與模具成品倉儲單元6之間。因此,在模具加工單元5產出模具成品F後,可透過機械運送或人力運送等方式,將模具成品F運送到超音波清洗槽7進行清洗。此外,在超音波清洗槽7上可設置一影像擷取裝置(圖中未繪示,如攝影機,但不以此為限),控制單元1可通過電性連接且控制該影像擷取裝置,以透過該影像擷取裝置擷取超音波清洗槽7的運作或者使用的狀況。
進一步地,配合圖9及圖10所示,本發明的製作模具的派工系統Z還包括一手持式裝置8,其可為電子通訊裝置,例如手機或平板,但不以此為限。手持式裝置8可通訊連結於控制單元1,以接收製作模具的派工系統Z的相關即時資訊。其中,相關即時資訊包括了模具素材倉儲單元2的運作或者使用是否正常的資訊、加工刀具倉儲單元3的運作或者使用是否正常的資訊、物件取放與傳送單元4的運作或者使用是否正常的資訊、模具加工單元5的運作或者使用是否正常的資訊、模具成品倉儲單元6的運作或者使用是否正常的資訊、超音波清洗槽7的運作或者使用是否正常的資訊、尚未加工的模具素材M所放置的位置或者型號是否正確的資訊、加工刀具L所放置的位置或者型號是否正確的資訊以及模具成品F所放置的位置或者型號是否正確的資訊。
然而,上述所舉的例子只是其中一個可行的實施例而並非用以限定本發明。

本發明的另外一有益效果在於,本發明所提供的製作模具的派工方法,其能通過“提供一模具素材倉儲單元以及一加工刀具倉儲單元,模具素材倉儲單元與加工刀具倉儲單元都電性連接於一控制單元,模具素材倉儲單元包括有多個尚未加工的模具素材,加工刀具倉儲單元包括有多個加工刀具”、“其中一個尚未加工的模具素材透過一物件取放與傳送單元以傳送至一模具加工單元,物件取放與傳送單元與模具加工單元都電性連接於控制單元”、“尚未加工的模具素材透過模具加工單元的加工,而形成一模具成品”以及“將模具成品運送到一模具成品倉儲單元,模具成品倉儲單元電性連接於控制單元”的技術方案,以提升模具加工的效率。
更進一步來說,本發明所提供的製作模具的派工系統Z及派工方法通過上述的技術方案,能利用「模具素材倉儲單元2」、「加工刀具倉儲單元3」、「物件取放與傳送單元4」的搭配,取代以「採用人工配合單一工作機的方式製作模具」的傳統加工方式,不僅能夠節省模具加工時的人工成本與速度,並且能藉由智能化的方式,提供模具加工時的最佳加工參數(例如加工刀具的選用)。另外,本發明也能有效收集相關的加工資訊,以作為後續相關改進的評估資料。
以上所公開的內容僅為本發明的優選可行實施例,並非因此侷限本發明的申請專利範圍,所以凡是運用本發明說明書及圖式內容所做的等效技術變化,均包含於本發明的申請專利範圍內。

Claims (9)

  1. 一種製作模具的派工系統,其包括:一控制單元;一模具素材倉儲單元,其電性連接於該控制單元,該模具素材倉儲單元包括有多個尚未加工的模具素材;一加工刀具倉儲單元,其電性連接於該控制單元,該加工刀具倉儲單元包括有多個加工刀具;一物件取放與傳送單元,其電性連接於該控制單元,且設置於該模具素材倉儲單元與該加工刀具倉儲單元之間,該物件取放與傳送單元包括有一第一夾爪;一模具加工單元,其電性連接於該控制單元,其中一該尚未加工的模具素材與至少一該加工刀具透過該物件取放與傳送單元以傳送至該模具加工單元,該尚未加工的模具素材透過該模具加工單元的加工後而形成一模具成品;以及一模具成品倉儲單元,其電性連接於該控制單元,該模具成品被運送到該模具成品倉儲單元;其中,該物件取放與傳送單元透過一軌道以在該模具素材倉儲單元、該加工刀具倉儲單元以及該模具加工單元之間移動,該物件取放與傳送單元還進一步包括至少一機器手臂以及一第二夾爪。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的製作模具的派工系統,其中,每一該尚未加工的模具素材被一承載件所承載,每一該尚未加工的模具素材都預先定義一模具編碼,每一該承載件上具有相對應該模具編碼的一模具號碼,以讓該控制單元能透過掃描以辨識該承載件所承載的該尚未加工的模具素材的型號;其中,該模具素材倉儲單元包括一模具素材倉儲架,該些尚未加工的模具素材放置在該模具素材倉儲架上。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的製作模具的派工系統,其中,每一該加工刀具具有一刀具號碼,以讓該控制單元能透過掃描以辨識該加工刀具的型號;其中,該加工刀具倉儲單元包括一加工刀具倉儲架,該些加工刀具放置在該加工刀具倉儲架上。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的製作模具的派工系統,其中,該第一夾爪與該第二夾爪分別設置在該機器手臂的兩相反側端上而呈180度水平設置,該些加工刀具被區分成多個可使用的加工刀具以及多個被磨損的加工刀具,該第一夾爪夾取其中一該可使用的加工刀具,該第二夾爪夾取其中一該被磨損的加工刀且。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第4項所述的製作模具的派工系統,還進一步包括:一超音波清洗槽,其電性連接於該控制單元,且設置在該模具加工單元與該模具成品倉儲單元之間,該模具成品透過超音波清洗槽進行清洗。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第5項所述的製作模具的派工系統,還進一步包括:一手持式裝置,其電性連接於該控制單元,以接收該製作模具的派工系統的相關即時資訊,該相關即時資訊包括該模具素材倉儲單元的運作或者使用是否正常的資訊、該加工刀具倉儲單元的運作或者使用是否正常的資訊、該物件取放與傳送單元的運作或者使用是否正常的資訊、該模具加工單元的運作或者使用是否正常的資訊、該模具成品倉儲單元的運作或者使用是否正常的資訊、該超音波清洗槽的運作或者使用是否正常的資訊、該尚未加工的模具素材所放置的位置或者型號是否正確的資訊、該加工刀具所放置的位置或者型號是否正確的資訊以及該模具成品所放置的位置或者型號是否正確的資訊。
  7. 一種製作模具的派工方法,其包括:提供一模具素材倉儲單元以及一加工刀具倉儲單元,該模具素 材倉儲單元與該加工刀具倉儲單元都電性連接於一控制單元,該模具素材倉儲單元包括有多個尚未加工的模具素材,該加工刀具倉儲單元包括有多個加工刀具;其中一該尚未加工的模具素材透過一物件取放與傳送單元以傳送至一模具加工單元,該物件取放與傳送單元與該模具加工單元都電性連接於該控制單元,該物件取放與傳送單元包括有一第一夾爪;該尚未加工的模具素材透過該模具加工單元的加工,而形成一模具成品;以及將該模具成品運送到一模具成品倉儲單元,該模具成品倉儲單元電性連接於該控制單元;其中,該物件取放與傳送單元透過一軌道以在該模具素材倉儲單元、該加工刀具倉儲單元以及該模具加工單元之間移動,該物件取放與傳送單元還進一步包括至少一機器手臂以及一第二夾爪。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第7項所述的製作模具的派工方法,其中,每一該尚未加工的模具素材被一承載件所承載,每一該尚未加工的模具素材都預先定義一模具編碼,每一該承載件上具有相對應該模具編碼的一模具號碼,以讓該控制單元能透過掃描以辨識該承載件所承載的該尚未加工的模具素材的型號;其中,該模具素材倉儲單元包括一模具素材倉儲架,該些尚未加工的模具素材放置在該模具素材倉儲架上;其中,每一該加工刀具具有一刀具號碼,以讓該控制單元能透過掃描以辨識該加工刀具的型號;其中,該加工刀具倉儲單元包括一加工刀具倉儲架,該些加工刀具放置在該加工刀具倉儲架上。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第7項所述的製作模具的派工方法,還進一步包括:透過一超音波清洗槽清洗該模具成品。
