Abstract

本发明公开一种制作模具的派工系统及派工方法,制作模具的派工系统包括控制单元、包括有多个尚未加工的模具素材的模具素材仓储单元、包括有多个加工刀具的加工刀具仓储单元、物件取放与传送单元、模具加工单元以及模具成品仓储单元。物件取放与传送单元电连接控制单元,且设置于模具素材仓储单元与加工刀具仓储单元之间,物件取放与传送单元包括有第一夹爪。其中一个尚未加工的模具素材与至少一个加工刀具通过物件取放与传送单元以传送至模具加工单元,尚未加工的模具素材通过模具加工单元的加工后而形成模具成品。模具成品被运送到模具成品仓储单元。借此,本发明所提供的制作模具的派工系统及派工方法可提升模具加工的效率。

本发明涉及一种派工系统及派工方法,特别涉及一种制作模具的派工系统及派工方法。
背景技术
自18世纪工业革命以来,人类的生产方式不再以传统的人力或兽力作为生产力,取而代之的是,大规模工厂的设置,以及大量机器的使用。
目前现代化工业的生产过程,虽以大量机器取代人力或兽力作为主要的生产力,但在更换或切换工作机台的工具与模具,仍以人工方式进行,因此,增加人事成本以及生产所耗的时间,导致生产效率无法达到最佳状态。
实用发明
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的不足提供一种制作模具的派工系统及派工方法。
为了解决上述的技术问题,本发明所采用的其中一技术方案是,提供一种制作模具的派工系统,包括控制单元、模具素材仓储单元、加工刀具仓储单元、物件取放与传送单元、模具加工单元以及模具成品仓储单元;
所述模具素材仓储单元电连接于所述控制单元,所述模具素材仓储单元包括有多个尚未加工的模具素材;
所述加工刀具仓储单元电连接于所述控制单元,所述加工刀具仓储单元包括有多个加工刀具;
所述物件取放与传送单元电连接于所述控制单元,且设置于所述模具素材仓储单元与所述加工刀具仓储单元之间,所述物件取放与传送单元包括有第一夹爪;
所述模具加工单元电连接于所述控制单元,其中一个所述尚未加工的模具素材与至少一个所述加工刀具通过所述物件取放与传送单元以传送至所述模具加工单元,所述尚未加工的模具素材通过所述模具加工单元的加工后而形成模具成品;
所述模具成品仓储单元电连接于所述控制单元,所述模具成品被运送到所述模具成品仓储单元。
优选地,每一个所述尚未加工的模具素材被承载件所承载,每一个所述尚未加工的模具素材都预先定义模具编码,每一个所述承载件上具有相对应所述模具编码的模具号码,以让所述控制单元能通过扫描以辨识所述承载件所承载的所述尚未加工的模具素材的型号;
其中,所述模具素材仓储单元包括模具素材仓储架,所述多个尚未加工的模具素材放置在所述模具素材仓储架上。
优选地,每一个所述加工刀具具有刀具号码,以让所述控制单元能通过扫描以辨识所述加工刀具的型号;
其中,所述加工刀具仓储单元包括加工刀具仓储架,所述多个加工刀具放置在所述加工刀具仓储架上。
优选地,所述物件取放与传送单元通过轨道以在所述模具素材仓储单元、所述加工刀具仓储单元以及所述模具加工单元之间移动,所述物件取放与传送单元还进一步包括至少一个机器手臂以及第二夹爪。
优选地,所述第一夹爪与所述第二夹爪分别设置在所述机器手臂的两相反侧端上而呈180度水平设置,所述多个加工刀具被区分成多个可使用的加工刀具以及多个被磨损的加工刀具,所述第一夹爪夹取其中一个所述可使用的加工刀具,所述第二夹爪夹取其中一个所述被磨损的加工刀具。
优选地,所述制作模具的派工系统还进一步包括:超音波清洗槽,所述超音波清洗槽电连接于所述控制单元,且设置在所述模具加工单元与所述模具成品仓储单元之间,所述模具成品通过所述超音波清洗槽进行清洗。
优选地,所述制作模具的派工系统还进一步包括:手持式装置,所述手持式装置电连接于所述控制单元,以接收所述制作模具的派工系统的相关实时资信;
其中,所述相关实时资信包括所述模具素材仓储单元的运作或者使用是否正常的资信、所述加工刀具仓储单元的运作或者使用是否正常的资信、所述物件取放与传送单元的运作或者使用是否正常的资信、所述模具加工单元的运作或者使用是否正常的资信、所述模具成品仓储单元的运作或者使用是否正常的资信、所述超音波清洗槽的运作或者使用是否正常的资信、所述尚未加工的模具素材所放置的位置或者型号是否正确的资信、所述加工刀具所放置的位置或者型号是否正确的资信以及所述模具成品所放置的位置或者型号是否正确的资信。
为了解决上述的技术问题,本发明所采用的另外一技术方案是,提供一种制作模具的派工方法,包括:提供模具素材仓储单元以及加工刀具仓储单元,所述模具素材仓储单元与所述加工刀具仓储单元都电连接于控制单元,所述模具素材仓储单元包括有多个尚未加工的模具素材,所述加工刀具仓储单元包括有多个加工刀具;
其中一个所述尚未加工的模具素材通过物件取放与传送单元以传送至模具加工单元,所述物件取放与传送单元与所述模具加工单元都电连接于所述控制单元;
所述尚未加工的模具素材通过所述模具加工单元的加工,而形成模具成品;
以及将所述模具成品运送到模具成品仓储单元,所述模具成品仓储单元电连接于所述控制单元。
优选地,每一个所述尚未加工的模具素材被一承载件所承载,每一个所述尚未加工的模具素材都预先定义模具编码,每一个所述承载件上具有相对应所述模具编码的模具号码,以让所述控制单元能通过扫描以辨识所述承载件所承载的所述尚未加工的模具素材的型号;
其中,所述模具素材仓储单元包括模具素材仓储架,所述多个尚未加工的模具素材放置在所述模具素材仓储架上;
其中,每一个所述加工刀具具有刀具号码,以让所述控制单元能通过扫描以辨识所述加工刀具的型号;
其中,所述加工刀具仓储单元包括加工刀具仓储架,所述多个加工刀具放置在所述加工刀具仓储架上。
优选地,所述制作模具的派工方法还进一步包括:通过超音波清洗槽清洗所述模具成品。

第一实施例
参阅图1至图8所示,本发明第一实施例提供一种制作模具的派工方法,至少包括下列几个步骤:
首先,提供模具素材仓储单元2以及加工刀具仓储单元3(步骤S100)。举例来说,配合图1至图3所示,模具素材仓储单元2包括了有多个尚未加工的模具素材M;其中,模具素材仓储单元2可为素材仓储,模具素材M可为电极素材,但不以此为限。加工刀具仓储单元3包括有多个加工刀具L;其中,加工刀具仓储单元3可为刀具仓储,加工刀具L可为一般模具加工刀具,但不以此为限。并且,模具素材仓储单元2与加工刀具仓储单元3都电连接或无线通信连结于控制单元1,控制单元1可为控制设备,但不以此为限。因此,控制单元1可实时监控模具素材仓储单元2的运作或者使用是否正常,以及加工刀具仓储单元3的运作或者使用是否正常。
进一步地,配合图2至图4所示,每一个尚未加工的模具素材M可被承载件C所承载,承载件C可为承载基座。每一个尚未加工的模具素材M都会预先定义模具编码M1(可为文字、数字或其他编码形式),每一个承载件C上具有相对应模具编码M1的模具号码C1(同样可为文字、数字或其他编码形式的二维条码,或者为QR图码(Quick Response Code),但不以此为限)。因此,控制单元1能通过扫描的方式以辨识出承载件C所承载的尚未加工的模具素材M的型号。多个尚未加工的模具素材M可放置在模具素材仓储架20上;也就是说,模具素材仓储架20上可存放多个承载件C,每一个承载件C可承载尚未加工的模具素材M。再配合图4所示,模具素材仓储单元2可包括模具素材仓储架20,模具素材仓储架20可为一般置物架,但不以此为限。此外,在模具素材仓储单元2的模具素材仓储架20上可设置图像选取装置(图中未绘示,如摄影机,但不以此为限),控制单元1可通过电连接且控制所述图像选取装置,以通过所述图像选取装置选取其中一个承载件C上的模具号码C1,以辨识出承载件C所承载的尚未加工的模具素材M的型号;并且,控制单元1也能一并判断尚未加工的模具素材M所放置的位置或者型号是否正确。
更进一步来说,配合图2及图5所示,每一个加工刀具L上具有刀具号码L1(可为文字、数字或其他编码形式的二维条码,或者为QR图码(Quick Response Code),但不以此为限),因此,控制单元1能通过扫描方式,以辨识加工刀具L的型号。并且,加工刀具仓储单元3还包括加工刀具仓储架30,加工刀具仓储架30可为一般置物架,但不以此为限。多个加工刀具L放置在加工刀具仓储架30上;举例来说,每一个加工刀具L可通过夹持基座(图中未标示)而放置在加工刀具仓储架30上。此外,在加工刀具仓储单元3的加工刀具仓储架30上可设置图像选取装置(图中未绘示,如摄影机,但不以此为限),控制单元1可通过电连接且控制所述图像选取装置,以通过所述图像选取装置选取其中一个加工刀具L上的刀具号码L1,以辨识出所述加工刀具L的型号;并且,控制单元1也能一并判断加工刀具L所放置的位置或者型号是否正确。
接着,其中一个尚未加工的模具素材M通过物件取放与传送单元4以传送至模具加工单元5(步骤S102)。举例来说,配合图1、图2、图6及图7所示,本发明可通过物件取放与传送单元4的第一夹爪40将模具素材仓储单元2上的其中一个尚未加工的模具素材M取出并传送至模具加工单元5。物件取放与传送单元4与模具加工单元5都电连接或无线通信连结于控制单元1,物件取放与传送单元4可为可移动式机械手臂,模具加工单元5可为一般模具加工设备,但不以此为限;并且,控制单元1可实时监控物件取放与传送单元4的运作或者使用是否正常,以及模具加工单元5的运作或者使用是否正常。在模具加工单元5中已具有加工刀具L的情况下,通过物件取放与传送单元4的第一夹爪40将尚未加工的模具素材M传送至模具加工单元5后,即可进行加工;而当模具加工单元5需要更换加工刀具L或者需要安装加工刀具L时,可依控制单元1的控制而选择性地先更换或安装加工刀具L,再将尚未加工的模具素材M传送至模具加工单元5,或者先将尚未加工的模具素材M传送至模具加工单元5,再更换或安装加工刀具L。
进一步地,配合图2、图5及图8所示,在模具素材仓储单元2、加工刀具仓储单元3以及模具加工单元5之间可设置轨道T,以供物件取放与传送单元4通过轨道T以在模具素材仓储单元2、加工刀具仓储单元3以及模具加工单元5之间移动。并且,物件取放与传送单元4还可进一步包括至少一个机器手臂41以及第二夹爪42,在本实施例中,以一个机器手臂41的两端分别连接第一夹爪40以及第二夹爪42作为示例,但不以此为限;在实际实施时,也可以以两个机器手臂41分别连接第一夹爪40以及第二夹爪42。更进一步来说,第一夹爪40与第二夹爪42分别设置在机器手臂41的两相反侧端上而呈180度水平设置。并且,加工刀具仓储架30上的多个加工刀具L可被区分成多个可使用的加工刀具L2以及多个被磨损的加工刀具L3。因此,物件取放与传送单元4可通过第一夹爪40夹取其中一个可使用的加工刀具L2;接着,将可使用的加工刀具L2传送至模具加工单元5时,可视模具加工单元5是否需要更换被磨损的加工刀具L3,而通过第二夹爪42夹取模具加工单元5上的被磨损的加工刀具L3,并将可使用的加工刀具L2安装于模具加工单元5。如果有将被磨损的加工刀具L3卸下,可通过物件取放与传送单元4传送至加工刀具仓储单元3,并将被磨损的加工刀具L3放置于加工刀具仓储架30上。
此外,物件取放与传送单元4也可通过第一夹爪40夹取其中一个可使用的加工刀具L2,第二夹爪42夹取其中一个尚未加工的模具素材M;接着,将可使用的加工刀具L2与尚未加工的模具素材M同时传送至模具加工单元5后,放置模具素材M并安装加工刀具L2后,即可进行加工。
此外,在物件取放与传送单元4以及模具加工单元5上可设置图像选取装置(图中未绘示,如摄影机,但不以此为限),控制单元1可通过电连接且控制所述图像选取装置,以通过多个图像选取装置分别撷物件取放与传送单元4以及模具加工单元5的运作或者使用的状况。
接下来,尚未加工的模具素材M通过模具加工单元5的加工,而形成模具成品F(步骤S104)。举例来说,配合图1及图2所示,在物件取放与传送单元4将尚未加工的模具素材M传送至模具加工单元5后,即可通过模具加工单元5对尚未加工的模具素材M进行加工,以形成模具成品F;其中,模具成品F可为拉链头,但不以此为限。此外,在模具成品仓储单元6上可设置图像选取装置(图中未绘示,如摄影机,但不以此为限),控制单元1可通过电连接且控制所述图像选取装置,以通过所述图像选取装置选取模具成品仓储单元6上所摆放的模具成品F的数量以及位置,以辨识出模具成品F所放置的位置或者型号是否正确。
紧接着,将模具成品F运送到模具成品仓储单元6(步骤S106)。举例来说,配合图1及图2所示,模具成品仓储单元6电连接或无线通信连结于控制单元1,模具成品仓储单元6可为置物台或者置物架,但不以此为限;并且,控制单元1可实时监控模具成品仓储单元6的运作或者使用是否正常。在尚未加工的模具素材M通过加工而形成模具成品F后,可通过机械运送或人力运送等方式,运送到模具成品仓储单元6进行储存。此外,在模具成品仓储单元6上可设置图像选取装置(图中未绘示,如摄影机,但不以此为限),控制单元1可通过电连接且控制所述图像选取装置,以通过所述图像选取装置选取模具成品仓储单元6上所摆放的模具成品F的数量以及位置,以辨识出模具成品F所放置的位置或者型号是否正确。
根据上述内容,本发明还进一步提供一种制作模具的派工系统Z,包括控制单元1、模具素材仓储单元2、加工刀具仓储单元3、物件取放与传送单元4、模具加工单元5以及模具成品仓储单元6;所述模具素材仓储单元2电连接于控制单元1,模具素材仓储单元2包括有多个尚未加工的模具素材M;所述加工刀具仓储单元3电连接于控制单元1,加工刀具仓储单元3包括有多个加工刀具L;所述物件取放与传送单元4电连接于控制单元1,且设置于模具素材仓储单元2与加工刀具仓储单元3之间,物件取放与传送单元4包括有第一夹爪40;所述模具加工单元5电连接于控制单元1,其中一个尚未加工的模具素材M与至少一个加工刀具L通过物件取放与传送单元4以传送至模具加工单元5,尚未加工的模具素材M通过模具加工单元5的加工后而形成模具成品F;所述模具成品仓储单元6电连接于控制单元1,模具成品F被运送到模具成品仓储单元6。
借此,本发明所提供的制作模具的派工系统Z及派工方法通过上述的技术方案,能利用“模具素材仓储单元2”、“加工刀具仓储单元3”、“物件取放与传送单元4”的搭配,取代以“采用人工配合单一工具机的方式制作模具”的传统加工方式,不仅能够节省模具加工时的人工成本与速度,并且能通过智能化的方式,提供模具加工时的最佳加工参数(例如加工刀具的选用)。
然而,上述所举的例子只是其中一可行的实施例而并非用以限定本发明。
第二实施例
参阅图9及图10所示,本发明第二实施例提供一种制作模具的派工方法,还进一步包括:通过一超音波清洗槽7清洗模具成品F(步骤S105)。
举例来说,配合图9及图10所示,本发明的制作模具的派工系统Z还可进一步包括超音波清洗槽7,超音波清洗槽7可电连接或无线通信连结于控制单元1,且控制单元1可实时监控超音波清洗槽7的运作或者使用是否正常。超音波清洗槽7可设置在模具加工单元5与模具成品仓储单元6之间。因此,在模具加工单元5产出模具成品F后,可通过机械运送或人力运送等方式,将模具成品F运送到超音波清洗槽7进行清洗。此外,在超音波清洗槽7上可设置图像选取装置(图中未绘示,如摄影机,但不以此为限),控制单元1可通过电连接且控制所述图像选取装置,以通过所述图像选取装置选取超音波清洗槽7的运作或者使用的状况。
进一步地,配合图9及图10所示,本发明的制作模具的派工系统Z还包括手持式装置8,手持式装置8可为电子通信装置,例如手机或平板计算机,但不以此为限。手持式装置8可通信连结于控制单元1,以接收制作模具的派工系统Z的相关实时资讯。
其中,相关实时资讯包括了模具素材仓储单元2的运作或者使用是否正常的资讯、加工刀具仓储单元3的运作或者使用是否正常的资讯、物件取放与传送单元4的运作或者使用是否正常的资讯、模具加工单元5的运作或者使用是否正常的资讯、模具成品仓储单元6的运作或者使用是否正常的资讯、超音波清洗槽7的运作或者使用是否正常的资讯、尚未加工的模具素材M所放置的位置或者型号是否正确的资讯、加工刀具L所放置的位置或者型号是否正确的资讯以及模具成品F所放置的位置或者型号是否正确的资讯。
然而,上述所举的例子只是其中一个可行的实施例而并非用以限定本发明。
实施例的有益效果
本发明的其中一有益效果在于,本发明所提供的制作模具的派工系统Z,能通过“模具素材仓储单元2电连接于控制单元1,模具素材仓储单元2包括有多个尚未加工的模具素材M”、“加工刀具仓储单元3电连接于控制单元1,加工刀具仓储单元3包括有多个加工刀具L”、“物件取放与传送单元4电连接于控制单元1,且设置于模具素材仓储单元2与加工刀具仓储单元3之间,物件取放与传送单元4包括有第一夹爪40”、“模具加工单元5电连接于控制单元1,其中一个尚未加工的模具素材M与至少一个加工刀具L通过物件取放与传送单元4以传送至模具加工单元5,尚未加工的模具素材M通过模具加工单元5的加工后而形成模具成品F”以及“模具成品仓储单元6电连接于控制单元1,模具成品F被运送到模具成品仓储单元6”的技术方案,以提升模具加工的效率。
本发明的另外一有益效果在于,本发明所提供的制作模具的派工方法,能通过“提供模具素材仓储单元以及加工刀具仓储单元,模具素材仓储单元与加工刀具仓储单元都电连接于控制单元,模具素材仓储单元包括有多个尚未加工的模具素材,加工刀具仓储单元包括有多个加工刀具”、“其中一个尚未加工的模具素材通过物件取放与传送单元以传送至模具加工单元,物件取放与传送单元与模具加工单元都电连接于控制单元”、“尚未加工的模具素材通过模具加工单元的加工,而形成模具成品”以及“将模具成品运送到模具成品仓储单元,模具成品仓储单元电连接于控制单元”的技术方案,以提升模具加工的效率。
更进一步来说,本发明所提供的制作模具的派工系统Z及派工方法通过上述的技术方案,能利用“模具素材仓储单元2”、“加工刀具仓储单元3”、“物件取放与传送单元4”的搭配,取代以“采用人工配合单一工作机的方式制作模具”的传统加工方式,不仅能够节省模具加工时的人工成本与速度,并且能通过智能化的方式,提供模具加工时的最佳加工参数(例如加工刀具的选用)。另外,本发明也能有效收集相关的加工资讯,以作为后续相关改进的评估资料。
以上所公开的内容仅为本发明的优选可行实施例,并非因此局限本发明的权利要求书的保护范围,所以凡是运用本发明说明书及附图内容所做的等效技术变化,均包含于本发明的权利要求书的保护范围内。

Claims (10)

1.一种制作模具的派工系统,其特征在于,包括:
控制单元;
模具素材仓储单元,所述模具素材仓储单元电连接于所述控制单元,所述模具素材仓储单元包括有多个尚未加工的模具素材;
加工刀具仓储单元,所述加工刀具仓储单元电连接于所述控制单元,所述加工刀具仓储单元包括有多个加工刀具;
物件取放与传送单元,所述物件取放与传送单元电连接于所述控制单元,且设置于所述模具素材仓储单元与所述加工刀具仓储单元之间,所述物件取放与传送单元包括有第一夹爪;
模具加工单元,所述模具加工单元电连接于所述控制单元,其中一个所述尚未加工的模具素材与至少一个所述加工刀具通过所述物件取放与传送单元以传送至所述模具加工单元,所述尚未加工的模具素材通过所述模具加工单元的加工后而形成模具成品;以及
模具成品仓储单元,所述模具成品仓储单元电连接于所述控制单元,所述模具成品被运送到所述模具成品仓储单元。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制作模具的派工系统,其特征在于,
每一个所述尚未加工的模具素材被承载件所承载,每一个所述尚未加工的模具素材都预先定义模具编码,每一个所述承载件上具有相对应所述模具编码的模具号码,以让所述控制单元能通过扫描以辨识所述承载件所承载的所述尚未加工的模具素材的型号;
其中,所述模具素材仓储单元包括模具素材仓储架,所述多个尚未加工的模具素材放置在所述模具素材仓储架上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的制作模具的派工系统,其特征在于,
每一个所述加工刀具具有刀具号码,以让所述控制单元能通过扫描以辨识所述加工刀具的型号;
其中,所述加工刀具仓储单元包括加工刀具仓储架,所述多个加工刀具放置在所述加工刀具仓储架上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的制作模具的派工系统,其特征在于,
所述物件取放与传送单元通过轨道以在所述模具素材仓储单元、所述加工刀具仓储单元以及所述模具加工单元之间移动,所述物件取放与传送单元还进一步包括至少一个机器手臂以及第二夹爪。
5.根据权利要求4所述的制作模具的派工系统,其特征在于,
所述第一夹爪与所述第二夹爪分别设置在所述机器手臂的两相反侧端上而呈180度水平设置,所述多个加工刀具被区分成多个可使用的加工刀具以及多个被磨损的加工刀具,所述第一夹爪夹取其中一个所述可使用的加工刀具,所述第二夹爪夹取其中一个所述被磨损的加工刀具。
6.根据权利要求5所述的制作模具的派工系统,其特征在于,还进一步包括:超音波清洗槽,所述超音波清洗槽电连接于控制单元,且设置在所述模具加工单元与所述模具成品仓储单元之间,所述模具成品通过所述超音波清洗槽进行清洗。
7.根据权利要求6所述的制作模具的派工系统,其特征在于,还进一步包括:
手持式装置,所述手持式装置电连接于所述控制单元,以接收所述制作模具的派工系统的相关实时资讯;
其中,所述相关实时资讯包括所述模具素材仓储单元的运作或者使用是否正常的资讯、所述加工刀具仓储单元的运作或者使用是否正常的资讯、所述物件取放与传送单元的运作或者使用是否正常的资讯、所述模具加工单元的运作或者使用是否正常的资讯、所述模具成品仓储单元的运作或者使用是否正常的资讯、所述超音波清洗槽的运作或者使用是否正常的资讯、所述尚未加工的模具素材所放置的位置或者型号是否正确的资讯、所述加工刀具所放置的位置或者型号是否正确的资讯以及所述模具成品所放置的位置或者型号是否正确的资讯。
8.一种制作模具的派工方法,其特征在于,包括:
提供模具素材仓储单元以及加工刀具仓储单元,所述模具素材仓储单元与所述加工刀具仓储单元都电连接于控制单元,所述模具素材仓储单元包括有多个尚未加工的模具素材,所述加工刀具仓储单元包括有多个加工刀具;
其中一个所述尚未加工的模具素材通过物件取放与传送单元以传送至模具加工单元,所述物件取放与传送单元与所述模具加工单元都电连接于所述控制单元;
所述尚未加工的模具素材通过所述模具加工单元的加工,而形成模具成品;以及
将所述模具成品运送到模具成品仓储单元,所述模具成品仓储单元电连接于所述控制单元。
9.根据权利要求8所述的制作模具的派工方法,其特征在于,
每一个所述尚未加工的模具素材被承载件所承载,每一个所述尚未加工的模具素材都预先定义模具编码,每一所述承载件上具有相对应所述模具编码的模具号码,以让所述控制单元能通过扫描以辨识所述承载件所承载的所述尚未加工的模具素材的型号;
其中,所述模具素材仓储单元包括模具素材仓储架,所述多个尚未加工的模具素材放置在所述模具素材仓储架上;
其中,每一个所述加工刀具具有一刀具号码,以让所述控制单元能通过扫描以辨识所述加工刀具的型号;
其中,所述加工刀具仓储单元包括加工刀具仓储架,所述多个加工刀具放置在所述加工刀具仓储架上。
10.根据权利要求8所述的制作模具的派工方法,其特征在于,还进一步包括:通过超音波清洗槽清洗所述模具成品。
