Abstract

本發明係提供一種補膠罐構造,尤其是指一種可配合空氣壓縮 機共同使用之補膠罐,補膠罐之罐體內裝填化學膠液,一蓋體可結合於罐體之開口處,藉由作動一役動元件致使一冲頭件可推移並穿破一薄膜,使進氣通道及出膠通道形成可連通的狀態,足讓空氣壓縮機所產生的高壓空氣由進氣通道進入罐體內,同時讓化學膠液由出膠通道流出。

Description

補膠罐構造
本發明係為一種補膠罐構造,尤其是指一種內含有補膠用途之化學膠液的補膠罐構造,該補膠罐的罐體係與一蓋體相結合,該蓋體具有二只歧管,其中之一歧管提供作為接受來自空氣壓縮機所產生的高壓空氣,另一歧管則提供作為輸出補膠罐內之化學膠液,藉由作動一役動元件致使一冲頭件可推移並穿破一薄膜,讓高壓空氣能直接從入氣歧管之進氣通道的氣芯輸入再向下迫擠化學膠液之上表面,讓化學膠液經由圓筒管底端的缺縫進入內流通室及下軸管之內流道,並流經冲頭件之流通槽及缺口、上軸管之下段的內流道、出膠歧管之出膠通道及出膠軟管而連通至破損輪胎之氣嘴,達到安全進行及有效達成補胎及充氣等動作。
請參閱第十二圖,大部份的補膠罐9基本上係由一蓋體91、一罐體92及一中空管體93所構成,罐體92內則填充有補胎用途之化學膠液94;蓋體91具有二岐管,其中一岐管作為接受由空氣壓縮機所產生的高壓空氣,另一岐管則是作為輸出化學膠液;中空管體93則連結於蓋體91所設之下軸管95,當蓋體91結合於罐體92後,該中空管體93被容置於罐體92內,空氣壓縮機所產生的高壓空氣可經由入氣歧管96輸入再向下迫擠化學膠液94之上表面,讓化學膠液94經由中空管體93底端進入下軸管95、出膠歧管97及出膠軟管而連通至破損輪胎之氣嘴,但往往 在高壓空氣輸入並向下迫擠化學膠液94的同時,該中空管體93亦會因震動、搖晃等因素而與下軸管95的連接處產生鬆脫掉落至罐體92底部,而造成中空管體93與下軸管95產生間隙98,導致高壓空氣輸入會從間隙98洩出,而無法順利地迫擠化學膠液94之上表面。因此,本發明人祈望發展出一種可安全運作補膠動作之補膠罐構造。
本發明之主要目的,其係提供一種補膠罐構造,補膠罐之罐體內裝填化學膠液,一蓋體可結合於罐體之開口處,藉由作動一役動元件致使一冲頭件可推移並穿破一薄膜,使進氣通道及出膠通道形成可連通的狀態,足讓空氣壓縮機所產生的高壓空氣由進氣通道進入罐體內,同時讓化學膠液由出膠通道流出。
本發明之另一主要目的,其係提供一種補膠罐構造,該補膠罐可藉由役動元件進行定軸點擺動而推動一冲頭件,該冲頭件進而推移並穿破一薄膜,致令壓縮空氣可迫擠化學膠液經由出膠歧管輸出者。
本發明之再一主要目的,其係提供一種補膠罐構造,該補膠罐藉由圓筒管之底端延伸出的具有彈性之薄片,該薄片因抵觸於罐體之底端座上而產生擠壓並彎曲且具有往上的回彈力量,此回彈力量可以確保補膠罐在搬運或操作產生震動時,該圓筒管與下軸管的密合,使圓筒管之內流通室的平台可持續抵觸於蓋體之下軸管末端,達到安全進行及有效達成補胎及充氣等動作。

本發明係提供一種補膠罐1構造,尤其是指一種可配合空氣壓縮機共同使用之補膠罐1,補膠罐1之罐體2內裝填化學膠液25,一蓋體3可結合於罐體2之開口21處,藉由一役動元件4在蓋體3處進行定軸點轉動之作用,可迫動冲頭件5推移並穿破一薄膜38,使進氣通道340及出膠通道350形成可連通的狀態,足讓空氣壓縮機所產生的高壓空氣由進氣通道340進入罐體2內,同時讓化學膠液25由出膠通道350流出。
為使更詳細了解本發明之結構,請參閱第一、二及五圖所示,本發明係提供一種補膠罐1構造,其係設有一罐體2及一蓋體3,該罐體2為內空狀而形成一內容室23,於罐體2一端具有一開口21,而另端則形成一底端座24,於罐體2之開口21設有陽螺紋22並於罐體2與開口21之間設有複數個棘輪齒221,罐體2之內容室23可填充補膠用途之化學膠液25。
請參閱第三及四圖所示,該蓋體3內緣係設有陰螺紋300並於內底緣設有複數個棘輪槽301,而蓋體3之內頂面係凹設有一環凹 槽30,其可容納一墊圈6,蓋體3係可藉由陰螺紋300螺合於罐體2開口21之陽螺紋22,當蓋體3與罐體2相結合時,可藉由一墊圈6使蓋體3螺合罐體2之開口21端時更具有穩定性及密閉性,且為避免蓋體3鬆脫,再藉由轉動與罐體2相結合之蓋體3,使蓋體3之棘輪槽301緊密地卡扣於罐體2之棘輪齒221,如第十圖所示,使蓋體3不會產生鬆脫而造成化學膠液25溢出,而蓋體3外緣係延伸出一彈性體39,於彈性體39末端設有一卡鉤391,如第九圖所示,而蓋體3上下端各延伸有一相貫通之上軸管31及下軸管36,該上軸管31內設有一內流道310,上軸管31係具有上段311及下段312,於上軸管31之上段311開口端設有一對相對向之側板313,於側板313上設有仍然為相對向之軸孔32,該軸孔32內設有一凸塊320,而該對側板313之間則設有一對相對向且頂端為開放式而底端為封閉面之穿槽33,上軸管31設有一入氣歧管34及一出膠歧管35,該入氣歧管34內具有一進氣通道340,該進氣通道340係含有一氣芯341,其係與罐體2之內容室23相連通,在上軸管31上段311之內口徑係大於上軸管31下段312之內口徑,二者之間乃形成一階梯狀之梯階37,而出膠歧管35內具有一出膠通道350,該出膠通道350係與上軸管31之內流道310相連通,而下軸管36內具有一內流道360,於內流道360中係設有一薄膜38,其可作為阻隔前述相貫通之上軸管31的內流道310及下軸管36的內流道360。
一冲頭件5,其一端係為一柱體51,於另一端設有一外端頭52,於外端頭52設有一環凹槽53,其可套置有一O型環54,於柱體51上形成有複數個相間隔呈凹陷狀之流通槽55,於二流通槽55之間形成一凸肋柱56,於每一凸肋柱56上形成有一呈凹陷狀之缺口57,該具有凸肋柱56、流通槽55之柱體51末端係為一斜面端頭58,該冲頭件5係可 由蓋體3之上軸管31開口置進於內流道310中並座落在薄膜38上方。
一具有內流通室70之圓筒管7,於圓筒管7之上端71內口徑係大於下端72內口徑,二者之間乃形成一階梯狀之平台73,該圓筒管7之底端74係設有複數個缺縫75並延伸出一具有彈性之薄片76。圓筒管7係可由上端71由下往上套置於蓋體3之下軸管36,該蓋體3之下軸管36並抵觸於內流通室70之平台73上,且為因應各種不同體積的罐體2而可設置不同長度之圓筒管7作為更換。
一役動元件4係在一端設有一偏心凸輪41,在偏心凸輪41的兩側且具有一對軸柱42,該軸柱42上設有二凹陷狀缺槽421、422,役動元件4的另端則設有一C型扳手部43,役動元件4可藉由軸柱42樞設於前述上軸管31所設之側板313上的軸孔32,而役動元件4之偏心凸輪41可位於上軸管31之開口端且可抵觸於前述冲頭件5之外端頭52,C型扳手部43則以軸柱42為擺動中心,上軸管31所設之側板313的二相對向穿槽33則容許使用者操控該役動元件4進行概為半圓周之定軸點擺動。
在冲頭件5、圓筒管7及役動元件4組合於蓋體3上,及蓋體3連結於前述罐體2後,蓋體3之下軸管36、圓筒管7均內藏於罐體2之內容室23中,如第四圖所示者。
本發明之補膠罐1初始狀態,或言尚未使用之備用狀態,其可如第五圖所示,該役動元件4之C型扳手部43係卡固於蓋體3外緣所延伸的彈性體39之卡鉤391上,該役動元件4之C型扳手部43係阻擋於蓋體3之入氣歧管34的正前方,此種設計可提醒使用者,該補膠罐1係處於尚未開啟之備用狀態,且前述役動元件4之軸柱42上的其中一缺槽421係可卡扣於蓋體3之軸孔32內的凸塊320上,若是使用者確定 要使用該補膠罐1進行補胎之際,請參閱第五圖,使用者必須先將出膠軟管81連接出膠歧管35及破損輪胎的氣嘴(圖中未示出),再參閱第六圖,將役動元件4扳動讓偏心凸輪41與冲頭件5之外端頭52的接觸狀態由短距端44變換至長距端45的接觸狀態,而前述卡扣於蓋體3之軸孔32內的凸塊320上的役動元件4之軸柱42上的其中一缺槽421則轉換成另一缺槽422卡扣於蓋體3之軸孔32內的凸塊320上,如第二及九圖所示,其可作為役動元件4操作的起始點及終止點的確認輔助,此階段該冲頭件5係受到推移並往下移位進而抵觸於梯階37上,使冲頭件5末端之斜面端頭58將下軸管36之內流道360中的薄膜38穿破推開,使蓋體3之上軸管31的內流道310及下軸管36的內流道360與罐體2之內容室23相連通,且該薄膜38並不會完全從內流道360中脫落,其可避免產生補膠動作受到薄膜38阻塞流道的狀態,如第七圖所示,而此階段該冲頭件5上套置有O型環54,使冲頭件5與上軸管31之內流道310的間隙可藉由O型環54完全密封,避免罐體2之內容室23的化學膠液25從上軸管31上段311之開口端溢出,再參閱第八圖,利用一入氣軟管82連接空氣壓縮機(圖中未示出)及入氣歧管34後,即可讓高壓空氣直接從入氣歧管34之進氣通道340的氣芯341輸入再向下迫擠化學膠液25之上表面,讓化學膠液25經由圓筒管7底端74的缺縫75進入內流通室70及下軸管36之內流道360,並流經冲頭件5之流通槽55及缺口57、上軸管31之下段312的內流道310、出膠歧管35之出膠通道350及出膠軟管81而連通至破損輪胎之氣嘴,且藉由圓筒管7之底端74延伸出的具有彈性之薄片76,該薄片76因抵觸於罐體2之底端座24上而產生擠壓並彎曲且具有往上的回彈力量,此回彈力量可以確保補膠罐1在搬運或操作產生震動時,該圓筒管7與下軸管36的密合,使圓筒管7之內流通室70的平台73可持續抵觸於 蓋體3之下軸管36末端,達到安全進行及有效達成補胎及充氣等動作。
補膠罐1初始狀態,或言尚未使用之備用狀態亦可如第十一圖所示,該役動元件4之C型扳手部43係卡固於蓋體3外緣所延伸的彈性體39之卡鉤391上,該役動元件4之C型扳手部43係阻擋於蓋體3之入氣歧管34的正前方,而一出膠軟管81之一端連接於出膠歧管35上,另端之出膠軟管81纏繞於蓋體3外緣,再將出膠軟管81之末端穿固於C型扳手部43中。
統觀前論,本發明之補膠罐1的罐體2係與一蓋體3相結合,該蓋體3具有二只歧管,其中之一歧管提供作為接受來自空氣壓縮機所產生的高壓空氣,另一歧管則提供作為輸出補膠罐1內之化學膠液25,藉由作動一役動元件4致使一冲頭件5可推移並穿破一薄膜38,讓高壓空氣能直接從入氣歧管34之進氣通道340的氣芯341輸入再向下迫擠化學膠液25之上表面,讓化學膠液25經由圓筒管7底端74的缺縫75進入內流通室70及下軸管36之內流道360,並流經冲頭件5之流通槽55及缺口57、上軸管31之下段312的內流道310、出膠歧管35之出膠通道350及出膠軟管81而連通至破損輪胎之氣嘴,達到安全進行及有效達成補胎及充氣等動作。

Claims (8)

  1. 一種補膠罐構造,包括:一罐體,其內可裝填化學膠液;一蓋體,其可結合於罐體之開口處,該蓋體上下端各延伸有一相貫通之上軸管及下軸管,上軸管設有一入氣歧管及一出膠歧管,該入氣歧管內具有一進氣通道,該上軸管及下軸管內各具有一內流道,於內流道中係設有一薄膜,其可作為阻隔前述相貫通之上軸管的內流道及下軸管的內流道,而出膠歧管內之出膠通道係與上軸管之內流道相連通;一冲頭件,該冲頭件係可由蓋體之上軸管開口置進於內流道中並座落在薄膜上方;一具有內流通室之圓筒管,於圓筒管之上端內口徑係大於下端內口徑,二者之間乃形成一階梯狀之平台;一役動元件,其可在蓋體處進行定軸點轉動之作用,藉由其轉動時之扳動動作可迫動冲頭件推移並穿破薄膜,使進氣通道及出膠通道形成可連通的狀態,足讓空氣壓縮機所產生的高壓空氣由進氣通道進入罐體內,同時讓化學膠液由出膠通道流出。
  2. 申請專利範圍第1項所述之補膠罐構造,其中,該罐體為內空狀而形成一內容室,於罐體一端具有一開口,而另端則形成一底端座,於罐體之開口設有陽螺紋並於罐體與開口之間設有複數個棘輪齒,罐體之內容室可填充補膠用途之化學膠液;前述蓋體內緣係設有陰螺紋並於內底緣設有複數個棘輪槽,而蓋體之內頂面係凹設有一環凹槽,其可容納一墊圈,蓋體係可藉由陰螺紋螺合於罐體開口之陽螺紋,當蓋體與罐體相結合時,可藉由一墊圈使蓋體螺合罐體之開口端時更具有穩定性及密閉性,且為避免蓋體鬆脫,再藉由轉動與罐體相結合之蓋體,使蓋體之棘輪槽緊密地卡扣於罐體之棘輪齒,使蓋體不會產生鬆脫而造成化學膠液溢出。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之補膠罐構造,其中,前述上軸管係具有上段及下段,於上軸管之上段開口端設有一對相對向之側板,於側板上設有仍然為相對向之軸孔,該軸孔內設有一凸塊,而該對側板之間則設有一對相對向且頂端為開放式而底端為封閉面之穿槽,上軸管設有一入氣歧管及一出膠歧管,該入氣歧管內具有前述進氣通道,該進氣通道係含有一氣芯,其係與罐體之內容室相連通,在上軸管上段之內口徑係大於上軸管下段之內口徑,二者之間乃形成一階梯狀之梯階,而出膠歧管內具有前述出膠通道,該出膠通道係與上軸管之內流道相連通,而蓋體外緣係延伸出一彈性體,於彈性體末端設有一卡鉤。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之補膠罐構造,其中,該冲頭件,其一端係為一柱體,於另一端設有一外端頭,於外端頭設有一環凹槽,其可套置有一O型環,於柱體上形成有複數個相間隔呈凹陷狀之流通槽,於二流通槽之間形成一凸肋柱,於每一凸肋柱上形成有一呈凹陷狀之缺口,該具有凸肋柱、流通槽之柱體末端係為一斜面端頭,該冲頭件係可由蓋體之上軸管開口置進於內流道中並座落在薄膜上方。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之補膠罐構造,其中,該圓筒管之底端係設有複數個缺縫並延伸出一具有彈性之薄片,圓筒管係可由圓筒管之上端由下往上套置於蓋體之下軸管,該蓋體之下軸管並抵觸於內流通室之平台上,且為因應各種不同體積的罐體而可設置不同長度之圓筒管作為更換,而藉由圓筒管之底端延伸出的具有彈性之薄片,該薄片因抵觸於罐體之底端座上而產生擠壓並彎曲且具有往上的回彈力量,此回彈力量可以確保補膠罐在搬運或操作產生震動時,該圓筒管與下軸管的密合,使圓筒管之內流通室的平台可持續抵觸於蓋體之下軸管末端,達到安全進行及有效達成補胎及充氣等動作。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之補膠罐構造,其中,該役動元件係在一端設有一偏心凸輪,在偏心凸輪的兩側且具有一對軸柱,該軸柱上設有二凹陷狀缺槽,役動元件的另端則設有一C型扳手部,役動元件可藉由軸柱樞設於前述上軸管所設之側板上的軸孔,而役動元件之偏心凸輪可位於上軸管之開口端且可抵觸於前述冲頭件之外端頭,C型扳手部則以軸柱為擺動中心,上軸管所設之側板的二相對向穿槽則容許使用者操控該役動元件進行概為半圓周之定軸點擺動。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之補膠罐構造,其中,該役動元件之C型扳手部係卡固於前述蓋體外緣所延伸的彈性體之卡鉤上,該役動元件之C型扳手部係阻擋於蓋體之入氣歧管的正前方,此種設計可提醒使用者,該補膠罐係處於尚未開啟之備用狀態。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之補膠罐構造,其中,一出膠軟管之一端連接於出膠歧管上,另端之出膠軟管纏繞於蓋體外緣,再將出膠軟管之末端穿固於C型扳手部中。
