本发明涉及一种补胶罐构造,尤其是指一种内含有补胶用途的化学胶液的补胶罐构造,该补胶罐的罐体与一盖体相结合,该盖体具有二只歧管,其中的一歧管提供作为接受来自空气压缩机所产生的高压空气,另一歧管则提供作为输出补胶罐内的化学胶液,借由一役动组件动作致使一冲头件可推移并穿破一薄膜,让高压空气能直接从入气歧管的进气通道的气芯输入再向下迫挤化学胶液的上表面,让化学胶液经由圆筒管底端的缺缝进入内流通室及下轴管的内流道,并流经冲头件的流通槽及缺口、上轴管的下段的内流道、出胶歧管的出胶通道及出胶软管而连通至破损轮胎的气嘴,达到安全进行及有效达成补胎及充气等动作。
背景技术
请参阅图12,大部分的补胶罐9基本上由一盖体91、一罐体92及一中空管体93所构成,罐体92内则填充有补胎用途的化学胶液94;盖体91具有二岐管,其中一岐管作为接受由空气压缩机所产生的高压空气,另一岐管则是作为输出化学胶液;中空管体93则连结于盖体91所设的下轴管95,当盖体91结合于罐体92后,该中空管体93被容置于罐体92内,空气压缩机所产生的高压空气可经由入气歧管96输入再向下迫挤化学胶液94的上表面,让化学胶液94经由中空管体93底端进入下轴管95、出胶歧管97及出胶软管而连通至破损轮胎的气嘴,但往往在高压空气输入并向下迫挤化学胶液94的同时,该中空管体93亦会因震动、摇晃等因素而与下轴管95的连接处产生松脱掉落至罐体92底部,而造成中空管体93与下轴管95产生间隙98,导致高压空气输入会从间隙98泄出,而无法顺利地迫挤化学胶液94的上表面。因此,本发明提出一种可安全运作补胶动作的补胶罐构造。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的,在于提供一种补胶罐构造,补胶罐的罐体内装填化学胶液,一盖体可结合于罐体的开口处,借由一役动组件动作致使一冲头件可推移并穿破一薄膜,使进气通道及出胶通道形成可连通的状态,足让空气压缩机所产生的高压空气由进气通道进入罐体内,同时让化学胶液由出胶通道流出。
本发明的另一主要目的,是提供一种补胶罐构造,该补胶罐可借由役动组件进行定轴点摆动而推动一冲头件,该冲头件进而推移并穿破一薄膜,致令压缩空气可迫挤化学胶液经由出胶歧管输出。
本发明的再一主要目的,是提供一种补胶罐构造,该补胶罐借由圆筒管的底端延伸出的具有弹性的薄片,该薄片因抵触于罐体的底端座上而产生挤压并弯曲且具有往上的回弹力量,此回弹力量可以确保补胶罐在搬运或操作产生震动时,该圆筒管与下轴管的密合,使圆筒管的内流通室的平台可持续抵触于盖体的下轴管末端,达到安全进行及有效达成补胎及充气等动作。
一种补胶罐构造,包括:一罐体,罐体为内空状而形成一内容室,于罐体一端具有一开口,而另一端则形成一底端座,于罐体的开口设有阳螺纹并于罐体与开口之间设有多个棘轮齿,罐体的内容室可填充补胶用途的化学胶液;
一盖体,盖体内缘设有阴螺纹并于内底缘设有多个棘轮槽,而盖体的内顶面凹设有一环凹槽,其可容纳一垫圈,盖体可借由阴螺纹螺合于罐体开口的阳螺纹,且为避免盖体松脱,再借由转动与罐体相结合的盖体,使盖体的棘轮槽紧密地卡扣于罐体的棘轮齿,使盖体不会产生松脱而造成化学胶液溢出,盖体上下端各延伸有一相贯通的上轴管及下轴管,该上轴管及下轴管内各具有一内流道,于内流道中设有一薄膜,其可作为阻隔前述相贯通的上轴管的内流道及下轴管的内流道,前述上轴管具有上段及下段,于上轴管的上段开口端设有一对相对向的侧板,于侧板上设有仍然为相对向的轴孔,该轴孔内设有一凸块,而该对侧板之间则设有一对相对向且顶端为开放式而底端为封闭面的穿槽,上轴管设有一入气歧管及一出胶歧管,该入气歧管内具有前述进气通道,该进气通道含有一气芯,其与罐体的内容室相连通,在上轴管上段的内口径大于上轴管下段的内口径,二者之间乃形成一阶梯状的梯阶,而出胶歧管内具有前述出胶通道,该出胶通道与上轴管的内流道相连通,而盖体外缘延伸出一弹性体,于弹性体末端设有一卡钩;
一冲头件,该冲头件可由盖体的上轴管开口置进于内流道中,该冲头件,其一端为一柱体,于另一端设有一外端头,于外端头设有一环凹槽,其可套置有一O型环,于柱体上形成有多个相间隔呈凹陷状的流通槽,于二流通槽之间形成一凸肋柱,于每一凸肋柱上形成有一呈凹陷状的缺口,该具有凸肋柱、流通槽的柱体末端为一斜面端头,该冲头件可由盖体的上轴管开口置进于内流道中并座落在薄膜上方;
一役动组件,其可在盖体处进行定轴点转动的作用,借由其转动时的扳动动作可迫动冲头件推移并穿破一薄膜,使进气通道及出胶通道形成可连通的状态,足让空气压缩机所产生的高压空气由进气通道进入罐体内,同时让化学胶液由出胶通道流出。
进一步,该补胶罐还包含有一具有内流通室的圆筒管,于圆筒管的上端内口径大于下端内口径,二者之间乃形成一阶梯状的平台,该圆筒管的底端设有多个缺缝并延伸出一具有弹性的薄片,圆筒管可由圆筒管的上端由下往上套置于盖体的下轴管,该盖体的下轴管并抵触于内流通室的平台上,且为因应各种不同体积的罐体而可设置不同长度的圆筒管作为更换,而借由圆筒管的底端延伸出的具有弹性的薄片,该薄片因抵触于罐体的底端座上而产生挤压并弯曲且具有往上的回弹力量,此回弹力量可以确保补胶罐在搬运或操作产生震动时,该圆筒管与下轴管的密合,使圆筒管的内流通室的平台可持续抵触于盖体的下轴管末端,达到安全进行及有效达成补胎及充气等动作。
进一步,该役动组件在一端设有一偏心凸轮,在偏心凸轮的两侧且具有一对轴柱,该轴柱上设有二凹陷状缺槽,役动组件的另一端则设有一C型扳手部,役动组件可借由轴柱枢设于前述上轴管所设的侧板上的轴孔,而役动组件的偏心凸轮可位于上轴管的开口端且可抵触于前述冲头件的外端头,C型扳手部则以轴柱为摆动中心,上轴管所设的侧板的二相对向穿槽则容许使用者操控该役动组件进行概为半圆周的定轴点摆动。
进一步,该役动组件的C型扳手部卡固于前述盖体外缘所延伸的弹性体的卡钩上,该役动组件的C型扳手部阻挡于盖体的入气歧管的正前方,此种设计可提醒使用者,该补胶罐处于尚未开启的备用状态,一出胶软管的一端连接于出胶歧管上,另一端的出胶软管缠绕于盖体外缘,再将出胶软管的末端穿固于C型扳手部中。

为更详细了解本发明的结构,请参阅图1、图2及图5所示,本发明提供一种补胶罐1构造,其设有一罐体2及一盖体3,该罐体2为内空状而形成一内容室23,于罐体2一端具有一开口21,而另一端则形成一底端座24,于罐体2的开口21设有阳螺纹22并于罐体2与开口21之间设有多个棘轮齿221,罐体2的内容室23可填充补胶用途的化学胶液25。
请参阅图3及图4所示,该盖体3内缘设有阴螺纹300并于内底缘设有多个棘轮槽301,而盖体3的内顶面凹设有一环凹槽30,其可容纳一垫圈6,盖体3可借由阴螺纹300螺合于罐体2开口21的阳螺纹22,当盖体3与罐体2相结合时,可借由一垫圈6使盖体3螺合罐体2的开口21端时更具有稳定性及密闭性,且为避免盖体3松脱,再借由转动与罐体2相结合的盖体3,使盖体3的棘轮槽301紧密地卡扣于罐体2的棘轮齿221,如图10所示,使盖体3不会产生松脱而造成化学胶液25溢出,而盖体3外缘延伸出一弹性体39,于弹性体39末端设有一卡钩391,如图9所示,而盖体3上下端各延伸有一相贯通的上轴管31及下轴管36,该上轴管31内设有一内流道310,上轴管31具有上段311及下段312,于上轴管31的上段311开口端设有一对相对向的侧板313,于侧板313上设有仍然为相对向的轴孔32,该轴孔32内设有一凸块320,而该对侧板313之间则设有一对相对向且顶端为开放式而底端为封闭面的穿槽33,上轴管31设有一入气歧管34及一出胶歧管35,该入气歧管34内具有一进气通道340,该进气通道340含有一气芯341,其与罐体2的内容室23相连通,在上轴管31上段311的内口径大于上轴管31下段312的内口径,二者之间乃形成一阶梯状的梯阶37,而出胶歧管35内具有一出胶通道350,该出胶通道350与上轴管31的内流道310相连通,而下轴管36内具有一内流道360,于内流道360中设有一薄膜38,其可作为阻隔前述相贯通的上轴管31的内流道310及下轴管36的内流道360。
一冲头件5,其一端为一柱体51,于另一端设有一外端头52,于外端头52设有一环凹槽53,其可套置有一O型环54,于柱体51上形成有多个相间隔呈凹陷状的流通槽55,于二流通槽55之间形成一凸肋柱56,于每一凸肋柱56上形成有一呈凹陷状的缺口57,该具有凸肋柱56、流通槽55的柱体51末端为一斜面端头58,该冲头件5可由盖体3的上轴管31开口置进于内流道310中并座落在薄膜38上方。
一具有内流通室70的圆筒管7,于圆筒管7的上端71内口径大于下端72内口径,二者之间乃形成一阶梯状的平台73,该圆筒管7的底端74设有多个缺缝75并延伸出一具有弹性的薄片76。圆筒管7可由上端71由下往上套置于盖体3的下轴管36,该盖体3的下轴管36并抵触于内流通室70的平台73上,且为因应各种不同体积的罐体2而可设置不同长度的圆筒管7作为更换。
一役动组件4在一端设有一偏心凸轮41,在偏心凸轮41的两侧且具有一对轴柱42,该轴柱42上设有二凹陷状缺槽421、422,役动组件4的另一端则设有一C型扳手部43,役动组件4可借由轴柱42枢设于前述上轴管31所设的侧板313上的轴孔32,而役动组件4的偏心凸轮41可位于上轴管31的开口端且可抵触于前述冲头件5的外端头52,C型扳手部43则以轴柱42为摆动中心,上轴管31所设的侧板313的二相对向穿槽33则容许使用者操控该役动组件4进行概为半圆周的定轴点摆动。
在冲头件5、圆筒管7及役动组件4组合于盖体3上,及盖体3连结于前述罐体2后,盖体3的下轴管36、圆筒管7均内藏于罐体2的内容室23中,如图4所示。
本发明的补胶罐1初始状态,或言尚未使用的备用状态,其可如图5所示,该役动组件4的C型扳手部43卡固于盖体3外缘所延伸的弹性体39的卡钩391上,该役动组件4的C型扳手部43阻挡于盖体3的入气歧管34的正前方,此种设计可提醒使用者,该补胶罐1处于尚未开启的备用状态,且前述役动组件4的轴柱42上的其中一缺槽421可卡扣于盖体3的轴孔32内的凸块320上,若是使用者确定要使用该补胶罐1进行补胎之际,请参阅图5,使用者必须先将出胶软管81连接出胶歧管35及破损轮胎的气嘴(图中未示出),再参阅图6,将役动组件4扳动让偏心凸轮41与冲头件5的外端头52的接触状态由短距端44变换至长距端45的接触状态,而前述卡扣于盖体3的轴孔32内的凸块320上的役动组件4的轴柱42上的其中一缺槽421则转换成另一缺槽422卡扣于盖体3的轴孔32内的凸块320上,如图2及图9所示,其可作为役动组件4操作的起始点及终止点的确认辅助,此阶段该冲头件5受到推移并往下移位进而抵触于梯阶37上,使冲头件5末端的斜面端头58将下轴管36的内流道360中的薄膜38穿破推开,使盖体3的上轴管31的内流道310及下轴管36的内流道360与罐体2的内容室23相连通,且该薄膜38并不会完全从内流道360中脱落,其可避免产生补胶动作受到薄膜38阻塞流道的状态,如图7所示,而此阶段该冲头件5上套置有O型环54,使冲头件5与上轴管31的内流道310的间隙可借由O型环54完全密封,避免罐体2的内容室23的化学胶液25从上轴管31上段311的开口端溢出,再参阅图8,利用一入气软管82连接空气压缩机(图中未示出)及入气歧管34后,即可让高压空气直接从入气歧管34的进气通道340的气芯341输入再向下迫挤化学胶液25的上表面,让化学胶液25经由圆筒管7底端74的缺缝75进入内流通室70及下轴管36的内流道360,并流经冲头件5的流通槽55及缺口57、上轴管31的下段312的内流道310、出胶歧管35的出胶通道350及出胶软管81而连通至破损轮胎的气嘴,且借由圆筒管7的底端74延伸出的具有弹性的薄片76,该薄片76因抵触于罐体2的底端座24上而产生挤压并弯曲且具有往上的回弹力量,此回弹力量可以确保补胶罐1在搬运或操作产生震动时,该圆筒管7与下轴管36的密合,使圆筒管7的内流通室70的平台73可持续抵触于盖体3的下轴管36末端,达到安全进行及有效达成补胎及充气等动作。
补胶罐1初始状态,或言尚未使用的备用状态亦可如图11所示,该役动组件4的C型扳手部43卡固于盖体3外缘所延伸的弹性体39的卡钩391上,该役动组件4的C型扳手部43阻挡于盖体3的入气歧管34的正前方,而一出胶软管81的一端连接于出胶歧管35上,另一端的出胶软管81缠绕于盖体3外缘,再将出胶软管81的末端穿固于C型扳手部43中。
统观前论,本发明的补胶罐1的罐体2与一盖体3相结合,该盖体3具有二只歧管,其中的一歧管提供作为接受来自空气压缩机所产生的高压空气,另一歧管则提供作为输出补胶罐1内的化学胶液25,借由一役动组件4动作致使一冲头件5可推移并穿破一薄膜38,让高压空气能直接从入气歧管34的进气通道340的气芯341输入再向下迫挤化学胶液25的上表面,让化学胶液25经由圆筒管7底端74的缺缝75进入内流通室70及下轴管36的内流道360,并流经冲头件5的流通槽55及缺口57、上轴管31的下段312的内流道310、出胶歧管35的出胶通道350及出胶软管81而连通至破损轮胎的气嘴,达到安全进行及有效达成补胎及充气等动作。

Claims (3)

1.一种补胶罐构造,包括:
一罐体,罐体为内空状而形成一内容室,于罐体一端具有一开口,而另一端则形成一底端座,于罐体的开口设有阳螺纹并于罐体与开口之间设有多个棘轮齿,罐体的内容室填充补胶用途的化学胶液;
一盖体,盖体内缘设有阴螺纹并于内底缘设有多个棘轮槽,而盖体的内顶面凹设有一环凹槽,其容纳一垫圈,盖体借由阴螺纹螺合于罐体开口的阳螺纹,再借由转动与罐体相结合的盖体,使盖体的棘轮槽卡扣于罐体的棘轮齿,盖体上下端各延伸有一相贯通的上轴管及下轴管,该上轴管及下轴管内各具有一内流道,于内流道中设有一薄膜,所述薄膜阻隔前述相贯通的上轴管的内流道及下轴管的内流道,前述上轴管具有上段及下段,于上轴管的上段开口端设有一对相对向的侧板,于侧板上设有仍然为相对向的轴孔,该轴孔内设有一凸块,而该对相对向的侧板之间则设有一对相对向且顶端为开放式而底端为封闭面的穿槽,上轴管设有一入气歧管及一出胶歧管,利用一入气软管将一空气压缩机与入气歧管相连接,该入气歧管内具有进气通道,该进气通道含有一气芯,其与罐体的内容室相连通,在上轴管上段的内口径大于上轴管下段的内口径,上轴管上段与下段形成一阶梯状的梯阶,而出胶歧管内具有出胶通道,该出胶通道与上轴管的内流道相连通,而盖体外缘延伸出一弹性体,于弹性体末端设有一卡钩;
一冲头件,该冲头件由盖体的上轴管开口置进于内流道中,该冲头件,其一端为一柱体,于另一端设有一外端头,于外端头设有一环凹槽,其套置有一O型环,于柱体上形成有多个相间隔呈凹陷状的流通槽,于二流通槽之间形成一凸肋柱,于每一凸肋柱上形成有一呈凹陷状的缺口,具有凸肋柱、流通槽的柱体末端为一斜面端头,该冲头件由盖体的上轴管开口置进于内流道中并座落在薄膜上方;
一役动组件,其在盖体处进行定轴点转动的作用,借由其转动时的扳动动作迫动冲头件推移并穿破一薄膜,使进气通道及出胶通道形成连通的状态,足让空气压缩机所产生的高压空气由进气通道进入罐体内,同时让化学胶液由出胶通道流出;
该补胶罐还包含有一具有内流通室的圆筒管,于圆筒管的上端内口径大于下端内口径,二者之间形成一阶梯状的平台,该圆筒管的底端设有多个缺缝并延伸出一具有弹性的薄片,圆筒管由圆筒管的上端由下往上套置于盖体的下轴管,该盖体的下轴管并抵触于内流通室的平台上,且因各种不同体积的罐体而设置不同长度的圆筒管作为更换,而借由圆筒管的底端延伸出的具有弹性的薄片,该薄片因抵触于罐体的底端座上而产生挤压并弯曲且具有往上的回弹力量,此回弹力量使圆筒管的内流通室的平台持续抵触于盖体的下轴管末端,使该圆筒管与下轴管密合。
2.如权利要求1所述的补胶罐构造,其特征在于:该役动组件在一端设有一偏心凸轮,在偏心凸轮的两侧且具有一对轴柱,该轴柱上设有二凹陷状缺槽,役动组件的另一端则设有一C型扳手部,役动组件借由轴柱枢设于前述上轴管所设的侧板上的轴孔,而役动组件的偏心凸轮位于上轴管的开口端且抵触于前述冲头件的外端头,C型扳手部则以轴柱为摆动中心,上轴管所设的侧板的二相对向穿槽则容许该役动组件进行概为半圆周的定轴点摆动。
3.如权利要求2所述的补胶罐构造,其特征在于:该役动组件的C型扳手部卡固于前述盖体外缘所延伸的弹性体的卡钩上,该役动组件的C型扳手部阻挡于盖体的入气歧管的正前方,一出胶软管的一端连接于出胶歧管上,另一端的出胶软管缠绕于盖体外缘,再将出胶软管的末端穿固于C型扳手部中。
