Abstract
本發明係關於一種多層式中空按摩輔具及其製造方法,步驟包括:將第一塑料置入於模穴中;對模具進行第一次搖晃及溶脹作業,使第一塑料披覆在模穴的內壁且溶脹形成第一凝膠層;對模具進行開模作業,將第二塑料置入於模穴及第一凝膠層中;對模具進行第二次搖晃及溶脹作業,使第二塑料披覆在第一凝膠層的內部且溶脹形成第二凝膠層;對模具進行第三次搖晃及熔融作業,使第一凝膠層的內表面與第二凝膠層的外表面膠化成一體;對模具進行冷卻作業,使第一凝膠層凝固形成外部殼體,第二凝膠層凝固形成內部殼體。
Description
本發明是有關於一種按摩用具,且特別是有關於一種多層式中空按摩輔具及其製造方法。
現代人感到肌肉痠痛或筋膜緊拉等不舒服時,會利用按摩球來按摩筋膜、拍打肌肉,使筋膜或肌肉達到伸展或放鬆之效果。其中,按摩球的表面會披覆一層PU、PE、EVA或各種發泡材質的軟塑膠層,使按摩球更能舒適貼附肌膚。
然而,上述軟塑膠層多採用黏貼、卡合或鎖固方式固定於按摩球的表面,但黏貼方式造成按摩球的軟塑膠層容易發生脫離,卡合或鎖固方式造成按摩球的表面有硬塊之異物感。是以,如何提高按摩球的軟塑膠層之結構穩定度,係本發明人研發之要點。
有鑑於此,本發明人遂針對上述現有技術,特潛心研究並配合學理的運用,盡力解決上述之問題點,即成為本發明人開發之目標。
本發明提供一種多層式中空按摩輔具及其製造方法,其係利用開模、搖晃及加熱作業,使內部殼體直接熔融膠化成型在外部殼體的內表面,進而提升多層式中空按摩輔具之結構穩定度。
於本發明實施例中,本發明係提供一種多層式中空按摩輔具的製造方法,其步驟包括:a)提供一模具,該模具內部具有一模穴,將一第一塑料置入於該模穴中及閉合該模具;b)提供一搖晃裝置及一加熱裝置,以對該模具進行第一次搖晃及溶脹作業,使該第一塑料完全披覆在該模穴的內壁且溶脹形成一第一凝膠層;c)對該模具進行開模作業,將一第二塑料置入於該模穴中及閉合該模具,以令該第二塑料位在該第一凝膠層的內部;d)對該模具進行第二次搖晃及溶脹作業,使該第二塑料完全披覆在該第一凝膠層的內部且溶脹形成一第二凝膠層;e)對該模具進行第三次搖晃及熔融作業,使該第一凝膠層與該第二凝膠層進行熔融膠化,同時該第一凝膠層的內表面與該第二凝膠層的外表面膠化成一體;以及f)對該模具進行冷卻作業,以令該第一凝膠層凝固形成一外部殼體,該第二凝膠層凝固形成一內部殼體,該內部殼體完全披覆且熔融膠化成型在該外部殼體的內表面。
於本發明實施例中,本發明係提供一種多層式中空按摩輔具,包括:一內部殼體;以及一外部殼體,完全披覆且熔融膠化成型在該內部殼體的外表面,該外部殼體具有沿著其外周緣設置的一環形接合縫。
基於上述,透過開模、搖晃及加熱作業,使外部殼體與內部殼體接觸之表面彼此熔融膠化連接在一起,相較習知按摩球內、外層採用黏貼、卡合或鎖固方式連接,本發明多層式中空按摩輔具的製造方法更具有製程簡單及結構穩固之優點。

有關本發明之詳細說明及技術內容,將配合圖式說明如下,然而所附圖式僅作為說明用途,並非用於侷限本發明。
請參考圖1至圖7所示,本發明係提供一種多層式中空按摩輔具及其製造方法,此多層式中空按摩輔具10包括一內部殼體22及一外部殼體12。
如圖1所示,係本發明多層式中空按摩輔具的製造方法之步驟。首先,如圖1之步驟a及圖2所示,提供一模具100,模具100內部具有一模穴103,將一第一塑料1置入於模穴103中及閉合模具100;其中,本實施例之模具100由一上模具101及一下模具102相互接合所構成,第一塑料1為糊狀軟性聚氯乙烯(Polyvinyl Chloride,PVC),但不以此為限制。
另外,如圖1之步驟b及圖3所示,提供一搖晃裝置及一加熱裝置,以對模具100進行第一次搖晃及溶脹作業,使第一塑料1完全披覆在模穴103的內
壁104且溶脹形成一第一凝膠層11;其中,在第一次搖晃及溶脹作業中,加熱裝置對模具100的加熱溫度介於130℃至150℃,以令糊狀軟性聚氯乙烯被溶脹形成更黏稠狀的第一凝膠層11,且搖晃裝置對模具100進行上、下、左、右、前、後之360°晃動,使第一凝膠層11均勻地披覆在模穴103的內壁104之全部表面。
再者,如圖1之步驟c及圖4所示,對模具100進行開模作業,將一第二塑料2置入於模穴103中及閉合模具100,以令第二塑料2位在第一凝膠層11的內部;其中,本實施例之開模作業係將上模具101與下模具102相互分開,從而令第一凝膠層11跟隨上模具101與下模具102而被分開成一上凝膠層111與一下凝膠層112,即可將第二塑料2放置在第一凝膠層11的內部,第二塑料2為糊狀硬性聚氯乙烯(Polyvinyl Chloride,PVC),但不以此為限制。
又,如圖1之步驟d及圖5所示,對模具100進行第二次搖晃及溶脹作業,使第二塑料2完全披覆在第一凝膠層11的內部且溶脹形成一第二凝膠層21;其中,在第二次搖晃及溶脹作業中,加熱裝置對模具100的加熱溫度介於130℃至150℃,以令糊狀硬性聚氯乙烯被溶脹形成更黏稠狀的第二凝膠層21,且搖晃裝置對模具100進行上、下、左、右、前、後之360°晃動,使第二凝膠層21均勻地披覆在第一凝膠層11的內部之全部表面。
最後,如圖1之步驟e、f及圖5至圖6所示,步驟e為對模具100進行第三次搖晃及熔融作業,使第一凝膠層11與第二凝膠層21進行熔融膠化,同時第一凝膠層11的內表面與第二凝膠層21的外表面膠化成一體;步驟f為再對模具100進行冷卻作業,以令第一凝膠層11凝固形成一外部殼體12,第二凝膠層21凝固形成一內部殼體22,內部殼體22完全披覆且熔融膠化成型在外部殼體12的內表面121;其中,在第三次搖晃及熔融作業中,加熱裝置對模具100的加熱溫度介於165℃至180℃,即第三次搖晃及熔融作業的加熱溫度大於第一次搖晃及溶脹作業、第二次搖晃及溶脹作業的加熱溫度,以令第一凝膠層11與第二凝膠層21接觸之表
面彼此熔融膠化在一起,再讓模具100冷卻一段時間後,第一凝膠層11會冷卻凝固成外部殼體12,第二凝膠層21會冷卻凝固成內部殼體22,並因第一凝膠層11與第二凝膠層21接觸之表面彼此熔融膠化,使內部殼體22均勻地披覆且連接在外部殼體12的內表面121之全部表面。
此外,如圖6至圖7所示,對模具100進行拆模作業,即可獲得多層式中空按摩輔具10之完成品,因本實施例之模具100由上模具101及下模具102相互接合所構成,所以上述開模作業時,第一凝膠層11會跟隨上模具101與下模具102而被分開成上凝膠層111與下凝膠層112,之後將第二塑料2放置在第一凝膠層11的內部,再閉合模具100、第二次搖晃及溶脹作業後,外部殼體12自然會完全披覆且熔融膠化成型在內部殼體22的外表面221,且外部殼體12具有沿著其外周緣設置的一環形接合縫122,此環形接合縫122係上凝膠層111與下凝膠層112分開又熔融膠化連接在一起所形成。其中,內部殼體22由硬性聚氯乙烯所製成,外部殼體12由軟性聚氯乙烯所製成。
其中,第一塑料1為軟質塑料,不以軟性聚氯乙烯為限制,第二塑料2為硬質塑料,不以硬性聚氯乙烯為限制,以令外部殼體12為軟質塑膠殼體,內部殼體為硬質塑膠殼體,讓多層式中空按摩輔具10使用時有彈性更能舒適貼附肌膚。
又,多層式中空按摩輔具10的形狀可為圓形、花生型(8字形)、葫蘆型、橢圓形、多邊形等任意幾何形狀,不以本實施例為限制。
如圖1至圖7所示,本發明多層式中空按摩輔具的製造方法,其係利用先將第一塑料1置入於模穴103,並透過第一次搖晃及溶脹作業,使第一塑料1完全披覆在模穴103的內壁104且溶脹形成第一凝膠層11,再進行開模作業,將第二塑料2放置在第一凝膠層11的內部,之後透過第二次搖晃及溶脹作業,使第二塑料2完全披覆在第一凝膠層11的內部且溶脹形成第二凝膠層21,又對模具100
進行第三次搖晃及熔融作業,使第一凝膠層11與第二凝膠層21進行熔融膠化,同時第一凝膠層11的內表面與第二凝膠層21的外表面熔融膠化成一體,最後對模具100進行冷卻作業,以令第一凝膠層11凝固形成外部殼體12,第二凝膠層21凝固形成內部殼體22,內部殼體22完全披覆且融合成型在外部殼體12的內表面121。藉此,相較習知按摩球內、外層採用黏貼、卡合或鎖固方式連接,本發明多層式中空按摩輔具的製造方法更具有製程簡單及結構穩固之優點。
請參考圖8所示,係本發明將第二塑料2置入於模穴103中之另一實施例,圖8之實施例與圖2至圖7之實施例不同之處在於模具100結構不同。
詳細說明如下,本實施例之模具100設有連通於模穴103的一開關式澆注口105,開模作業係將開關式澆注口105開通,使第二塑料2透過開關式澆注口105注入第一凝膠層11的內部。藉此,以達到相同於圖2至圖7之實施例之功能及功效。
此外,相較於圖2至圖7之實施例,本實施例之多層式中空按摩輔具10之完成品的外部殼體12不具有沿著其外周緣設置的環形接合縫122,即本實施例之模具100所製成的外部殼體12表面係呈現平整無縫隙。
綜上所述,本發明之多層式中空按摩輔具及其製造方法,亦未曾見於同類產品及公開使用,並具有產業利用性、新穎性與進步性,完全符合專利申請要件,爰依專利法提出申請,敬請詳查並賜准本案專利,以保障發明人之權利。

Claims (10)
- 一種多層式中空按摩輔具的製造方法,其步驟包括:a)提供一模具,該模具內部具有一模穴,將一第一塑料置入於該模穴中及閉合該模具;b)提供一搖晃裝置及一加熱裝置,以對該模具進行第一次搖晃及溶脹作業,使該第一塑料完全披覆在該模穴的內壁且溶脹形成一第一凝膠層;c)對該模具進行開模作業,將一第二塑料置入於該模穴中及閉合該模具,以令該第二塑料位在該第一凝膠層的內部;d)對該模具進行第二次搖晃及溶脹作業,使該第二塑料完全披覆在該第一凝膠層的內部且溶脹形成一第二凝膠層;e)對該模具進行第三次搖晃及熔融作業,使該第一凝膠層與該第二凝膠層進行熔融膠化,同時該第一凝膠層的內表面與該第二凝膠層的外表面膠化成一體;以及f)對該模具進行冷卻作業,以令該第一凝膠層凝固形成一外部殼體,該第二凝膠層凝固形成一內部殼體,該內部殼體完全披覆且熔融膠化成型在該外部殼體的內表面。
- 如請求項1所述之多層式中空按摩輔具的製造方法,其中該模具由一上模具及一下模具相互接合所構成,該開模作業係將該上模具與該下模具相互分開,從而令該第一凝膠層跟隨該上模具與該下模具而分開成一上凝膠層與一下凝膠層。
- 如請求項1所述之多層式中空按摩輔具的製造方法,其中該模具設有連通於該模穴的一開關式澆注口,該開模作業係將該開關式澆注口開通,使該第二塑料透過該開關式澆注口注入該第一凝膠層的內部。
- 如請求項1所述之多層式中空按摩輔具的製造方法,其中該第一塑料為軟質塑料,該第二塑料為硬質塑料,以令該外部殼體為軟質塑膠殼體,該內部殼體為硬質塑膠殼體。
- 如請求項4所述之多層式中空按摩輔具的製造方法,其中該第一塑料為糊狀軟性聚氯乙烯,該第二塑料為糊狀硬性聚氯乙烯。
- 如請求項5所述之多層式中空按摩輔具的製造方法,其中該第三次搖晃及熔融作業的加熱溫度大於該第一次搖晃及溶脹作業、該第二次搖晃及溶脹作業的加熱溫度。
- 如請求項6所述之多層式中空按摩輔具的製造方法,其中該第一次搖晃及溶脹作業、該第二次搖晃及溶脹作業的加熱溫度介於130℃至150℃,該第三次搖晃及熔融作業的加熱溫度介於165℃至180℃。
- 一種多層式中空按摩輔具,包括:一內部殼體;以及一外部殼體,該外部殼體完全披覆且熔融膠化成型在該內部殼體的外表面,該外部殼體具有沿著其外周緣設置的一環形接合縫。
- 如請求項8所述之多層式中空按摩輔具,其中該外部殼體為軟質塑膠殼體,該內部殼體為硬質塑膠殼體。
- 如請求項9所述之多層式中空按摩輔具,其中該內部殼體由硬性聚氯乙烯所製成,該外部殼體由軟性聚氯乙烯所製成。
