Description

用於將橡膠材料條帶縫合在一起的縫合機及方法
本案發明係有關一種用於將橡膠材料條帶縫合在一起成一大致為連續條帶的縫合機及方法。
為了製造例如是一未被硫化處理之輪胎或具有橡膠材料之構件的空氣彈簧,通常是使用必須被縫合在一起之一或多條橡膠材料條帶。在該狀況下,縫線係以對該等條帶之縱向成銳角的方式被置放,以致該縫線會至少部分地延伸越過該未被硫化處理之輪胎或空氣彈簧的周邊。
當製造一未被硫化處理之輪胎或空氣彈簧時,亦會使用一或多條線加固橡膠材料條帶。於該狀況下,該等加固線必須以對該條帶之縱向成一角度α的方式被放置。作為用於大致為連續條帶之製造的基本材料,會使用一卷加固線在縱向被埋設於其中之橡膠材料。被埋設在該橡膠材料中之該等加固線可例如是鋼類的、人造絲或一例如是尼龍、聚酯纖維或醯胺之合成材料、或類似者。於一裁切系統中,加固線橡膠材料條帶以一自該卷橡膠材料呈裁切角度α之角度被逐一切斷。結果該等條帶通常係一平行四邊形之形狀,具有一大致為三角形之頂端及一大致為三角形之尾端。個別之條帶由一供應裝置被接續地運送至一縫合機,之後二線加固橡膠材料之連續條帶的邊緣被縫合在一起,較佳地係藉由對接縫合或對接併合成一線加固橡膠材料之大致為連續的條帶,於其中,該等加固線以及該等連續條帶之縱向大致夾成一角度α。
倘若是對接縫合,通常為黏性之未被硫化處理之橡膠材料的該等條帶被彼此壓擠,以及例如是一縫合滾輪被移動壓過該縫線,以使該等條帶會開始形成一體。該等條帶之外端被放置成彼此相對接,大致未互相重疊。
一種用於以此方式製造此種大致為連續之橡膠材料條帶的裝置例如是自歐洲專利公開案0 698 479 A1已知的。於此文件中,說明有一種縫合機,其具有一被設置在該縫合工作檯上方之具有縫合單元的縫合頭座,於其中,該縫合頭座係可沿著一界定一條縫合線之直線導軌或軌道移動,於其中,該縫合線以及該連續條帶之縱向夾成一角度α。該導軌或軌道被設置在該縫合工作檯上方,以便係可稍微轉動的,以致相對待被縫合之該等條帶的邊緣對齊該縫合頭座係有可能的。
該已知裝置的一缺點為待被設定之角度α係受限的,其結果為該裝置係不適於製造不同之例如是加固線橡膠材料之大致為連續的條帶,該加固線橡膠材料的連續條帶係具有待被設定於該等加固線以及該連續條帶之縱向之間的大範圍角度α。
此問題可例如藉由增加該導軌或軌道可被轉動過之轉動角度被解決。然而,為取得一較大之轉動角度,特別是為取得較小之角度α,該軌道應較寬的連續條帶更長。為了以此種長軌道之精確的縫合,需要有一堅固以及因而重大之結構,以便能抵消該軌道下垂之可能性。
本案發明之一目的係提供一種縫合機,藉由其介於該縫合線以及該連續條帶之縱向間的角度α係可以一簡單的方式被設定。
依據為該目的之本案發明的第一觀點,提供有一用於將橡膠材料條帶縫合或倂接在一起成一大致為連續之條帶的縫合機,其包括:一表面,其用於將至少待被縫合或倂接在一起之該等橡膠材料條帶的邊緣放置於其上,一縫合頭座,其包括被設置在該縫合工作檯上方之用於將該等橡膠材料條帶的邊緣沿著一縫合線縫合在一起的縫合單元,於其中,該縫合線以及該連續之條帶的縱向夾成一角度α,一驅動機構,其用於驅動該縫合頭座沿著一第一以及一第二方向相對該表面之一相對移動,於其中,該第二方向被定向成至少大致橫向於該第一方向,以及一控制裝置,其用於控制用於該縫合頭座沿著該第一及/或第二方向相對該表面之相對移動的該驅動機構,使得該縫合單元至少大致地跟隨該縫合線。
依據本案發明之該縫合機使用一大致呈正交的驅動器。其意指依據本案發明之該縫合機的該驅動機構,藉由一第一驅動器,係能夠相對於該表面沿著一例如是一X軸線之第一方向移動該縫合頭座,以及藉由一第二驅動器,係能夠相對於該表面沿著例如是一Y軸線之第二方向移動該縫合頭座,於其中,該Y軸線大致橫向於該X軸線延伸。藉由該控制裝置對該第一以及第二驅動器之適當控制,該縫合頭座及/或該表面可相對彼此被移動,以致該縫合頭座可相對該表面沿著在由該X軸線以及Y軸線所構成之平面中任何想要之線路被移動,且該角度α原則上可被設定在0至90度之範圍內。
此種XY控制縫合機具有另一優點,即該驅動機構佔用之空間可大致被限制於該縫合工作檯上方之空間。於具有一長軌道用以達成一較大範圍之轉動角度的已知縫合機中,當該角度α增加時,特別是當該角度α接近90度時,該軌道會更突出超過該縫合工作檯。
依據本案發明之此種XY控制縫合機的又一優點為,該縫合頭座可相對該表面被移動至在由該X軸線以及Y軸線所構成之平面中的該縫合線之任何想要的起始點。特別是當改變該角度α時,通常該等橡膠材料條帶的位置以及在該裁切裝置的位置會改變。此也意指於該等已知的裝置中,調整是需要的,以將二連續條帶之邊緣以正確之方式鄰接地定位,該正確之方式係用於縫合及/或用於將二連續條帶之邊緣在縫合之前放置在該縫合線上之正確位置。於依據本案發明之該裝置中,係有可能調整該縫合線之起始點,以及如果有之角度α的改變。此在如同該申請人之荷蘭專利申請案2004213中所說明的用於縫合橡膠材料條帶的方法中特別是有利的,於其中,在裁切第二條帶之前,二連續條帶的邊緣被放置在一起,使得進一步之程序,該等邊緣由一縫線被彼此連接。於依據現有技術之裝置中,被放置在一起之該等邊緣必須被精確地放置在該縫合機之下,以使該縫合線能與該等邊緣重合。於依據本案發明之該裝置中,被放置在一起之該等邊緣為被縫合,僅需在由該X軸線以及該Y軸線所構成之平面中被移動。
然而,為了縫合,通常使用有一縫合滾輪,每當該角度α被改變便需要該縫合滾輪,該縫合頭座亦被置於正確的定向,以使該縫合滾輪能夠沿著該縫合線正確地滾動。若該縫合滾輪之對齊未有正確的定向,該橡膠材料在縫合期間可能會變形,結果便會得到不合格的縫線。
為解決此問題,於一實施例中,該縫合頭座被連接至該驅動機構,以便係可繞著一轉動軸線轉動,於其中,該轉動軸線至少大致橫向於該表面延伸,且於其中,該縫合頭座包括有一被設置在離該轉動軸線一段距離處之輪子,於其中,該輪子以其胎面鄰接該表面。
於此實施例中,該縫合頭座之大致為正確的定向可輕易地被設定。為該目的,於依據本案發明之該裝置中之該縫合頭座被連接至該驅動機構,以便係可繞著該轉動軸線轉動,於其中,該縫合頭座包括有一與該轉動軸線分隔開之輪子,於其中,該輪子以其胎面鄰接該表面或至少該等橡膠材料條帶之一,若此等條帶已被放置在該表面上。倘若該縫合頭座沿著該縫合線移動,與該轉動軸線分隔開之該輪子會被定向在該轉動軸線後的移動方向,結果便會提供給該縫合頭座大致為一致的定向,以及因而提供給具有縫合滾輪之該縫合單元大致為一致的定向,其係有關該移動方向以及因而係有關該設定角度α。因此,該縫合頭座便可輕易地被對齊,以在該設定角度α縫合。
於一實施例中,該縫合機包括有一縫合工作檯,於其中,該表面係該縫合工作檯面對該縫合單元之一側面,且於其中,該驅動機構包括有一用以移動該縫合頭座於第一方向之第一驅動器,以及一用以移動該縫合頭座於第二方向之第二驅動器。
於另一實施例中,該縫合機包括有一具有一輸送機皮帶之皮帶輸送機,於其中,該表面係該輸送機皮帶面對該縫合單元之一側面,且於其中,該驅動機構包括有一用以移動該輸送機皮帶於第一方向之第一驅動器,以及一用以移動該縫合頭座於第二方向之第二驅動器。於該案例中,該輸送機皮帶一方面可在縫合期間被使用於移動該等橡膠材料條帶,且另一方面可被使用於將該等被縫合之條帶自該縫線位置釋放開,以使其可再被用於下一縫合。
於再一實施例中,該縫合機包括有一可繞著一軸線轉動的組裝捲筒,於其中,該表面為該組裝捲筒面對該縫合單元之一環周側面,且於其中,該驅動機構包括有一用以轉動式地驅動該組裝捲筒以移動該環周表面於第一方向之第一驅動器,以及一用以移動該縫合頭座於第二方向之第二驅動器。本案發明亦可被應用於一組裝捲筒上,用以將橡膠材料條帶縫合在一起,以形成一生胎或其之一部分。在該組裝捲筒上,一條帶之前緣亦可被縫合至該同一條帶之尾緣,以形成該橡膠材料之一圓筒形元件。
於一實施例中,該輪子係可於一第一位置以及一第二位置之間移動的,於該第一位置中,該輪子以其胎面鄰接該表面或至少該等橡膠材料條帶之一,於該第二位置中,該輪子被設置在該表面上方之一距離處。若需沿著大致相同之縫合線縫合多次,在使用於該縫合頭座的一初始對齊之後,該輪子可被向上移動或向上折合。以該方式,於大致為連續之條帶的進一步製造中,該輪子會保持分離開於該條帶上方,以便能避免對該縫合程序之可能中斷或對該縫線之可能的打斷。
於一實施例中,該縫合頭座包括有一張力組件,於其中,該張力組件在操作時係調設成用於將該輪子推向該表面。該張力組件可包括有一彈簧或一彈性材料。該張力組件能減少該輪子滑脫的機會,該滑脫是會造成該縫合頭座之一不正確的對齊。
於一實施例中,該張力組件包括有一氣壓缸。以此張力組件,該輪子被推向該表面之壓力的大小可被設定。於另一實施例中,該氣壓缸亦可被調設成用於移動該輪子於第一以及第二位置之間。
於一實施例中,該縫合頭座包括有一固持裝置或鎖定裝置,用於固持或鎖定該縫合頭座抵抗該縫合頭座繞著該轉動軸線之一轉動。藉由固持或鎖定,該縫合頭座之對齊會漂移的情況可大致被避免。
於一實施例中,該第一方向,該X軸線,被定向成大致為平行於該縱向,以及該第二方向,該Y軸線,被定向成大致為橫向於該縱向。
於一實施例中,該縫合單元係一第一縫合單元,且該縫合頭座包括有一第二縫合單元,於其中,該第二縫合單元被對齊放置在該第一縫合單元之後,且於其中,該輪子係被放置成與該第一以及該第二縫合單元二者對齊。倘若該縫合頭座沿著該縫合線移動,與該轉動軸線分隔開之該輪子會在移動方向被定向在該轉動軸線之後,其結果為介於該第一及第二縫合單元以及該輪子之間的連線會相對該縫合線被對齊,以致在對齊之後,該連線以及該縫合線大致係重合的。
依據本案發明為該目的之一第二觀點,提供有一種用於使用一如上述之縫合機將橡膠材料條帶縫合在一起成一大致為連續之條帶的方法,該方法包括以下之步驟:
a、提供有關該縫合線相對該第一方向之所需角度α的資訊給該控制裝置,
b、該控制裝置控制該驅動機構,用以驅動該縫合頭座相對該表面沿著該第一及/或第二方向之一相對移動,使得該縫合單元至少大致地跟隨具有該所需角度α之該縫合線。
於一實施例中,該方法包括有步驟c,於其中,在該縫合頭座之相對移動期間,該輪子以其胎面滾壓在該表面上,或滾壓在至少該等橡膠材料條帶之一上,且該縫合頭座係繞著該轉動軸線轉動,至少直到介於該轉動軸線以及該輪子之間的連線係大致平行於具有該所需角度α之該縫合線。
於一實施例中,在步驟b之前,該輪子被放置在一第一位置,於該位置,該輪子以其胎面鄰接該表面或至少該等橡膠材料條帶之一,且在步驟c之後,該輪子被放置在一第二位置,於該位置,該輪子被放置在該表面上方一距離處。
於一實施例中,該縫合頭座包括有一張力組件,於其中,該張力組件,至少在步驟c之至少一部分移動期間,將該輪子推向該表面。
於一實施例中,該縫合頭座包括有一固持裝置或鎖定裝置,於其中,在步驟b之前,該固持裝置或鎖定裝置被鬆解開或解鎖開,其結果為該縫合頭座係可繞著該轉動軸線轉動,且於其中,在步驟c之結束時,或在步驟c之後,該固持裝置或鎖定裝置被連結或鎖定,以大致地阻止該縫合單元繞著該轉動軸線之轉動。
於一實施例中,在步驟c之後,一或二條橡膠材料條帶以至少其等待被縫合在一起之邊緣被放置於在該表面上之縫合線上,或靠近在該表面上之縫合線,之後,該控制裝置控制該驅動機構,以沿著該縫合線移動該縫合頭座,用以將該等邊緣縫合在一起。

本案發明將以顯示於隨附圖式中之數個範例實施例為依據被闡明。
於圖1中,顯示有一依據本案發明之縫合機的一範例實施例之一概略俯視圖。該縫合機1包括有一具有一表面3之縫合工作檯2,該表面3用於將待被彼此連接在一起之二連續之例如是一加固線橡膠材料4、5之橡膠材料條帶的邊緣放置於其上面,用以形成一具有一縱向L之大致為連續之條帶。
一縫合頭座6被放置在該縫合工作檯2之上方。該縫合頭座6被提供有一縫合單元7,用於沿著一縫合線8將該二連續之橡膠材料條帶4、5之邊緣縫合在一起。該縫合線8以及該縱向L夾成一角度α。
此外,一驅動機構被設置在該縫合工作檯2之上方。該驅動機構包括有一第一驅動器9,用於移動該縫合頭座6於一第一方向,例如沿著一X軸線,以及包括有一第二驅動器10,用於移動該縫合頭座6於一第二方向,例如沿著一Y軸線。如圖1中所顯示的,該Y軸線大致橫向於該X軸線延伸。藉由一控制裝置11對該第一驅動器9以及第二驅動器10之適當控制,該縫合頭座6可沿著在由該X軸線以及該Y軸線所構成之平面中任何需求之線上被移動,且該角度α原則上可被設定在0至90度之範圍內。
為該目的,該控制裝置11被連接至該第一驅動器9以及該第二驅動器10。此外,該控制裝置11被連接至該縫合頭座6以控制該縫合頭座6,如圖1中所概略顯示的。
該縫合頭座6係可轉動式地連接於該第二驅動器10,且係可繞著一轉動軸線12轉動。由於該縫合頭座6繞著該轉動軸線12之一角度轉動量R,該縫合頭座6可被定向,使得該縫合單元7之該等縫合滾輪13、14能沿著該縫合線8滾動。
此外,該縫合頭座6被提供有一被設置在離該轉動軸線12一距離處之輪子15。此所謂之拖曳輪子15,會在該縫合頭座6之一驅動器沿著該縫合線8之情況下,設定該角度轉動量R,使得連接該拖曳輪子15以及該轉動軸線12之連接線16與該縫合線8大致為重合。
圖2顯示一縫合頭座106之一範例實施例的一概略側視圖。藉由一轉動元件117,該縫合頭座106係可轉動式地連接於一第二驅動器110,且係被設置在一縫合工作檯102之表面上方。該第二驅動器110以如圖1中所概略顯示之同樣方式以其外端部被連接至一第一驅動器109。
該縫合頭座106包括有一第一縫合單元107,其具有一第一縫合滾輪113以及一第二縫合滾輪114,該二縫合滾輪至少在縫合期間係以如圖1中所概略顯示之同樣方式被放置在該縫合線的兩側。該等縫合滾輪113、114以一已知的方式被傾斜放置(亦見於EP 0 698 479 A1)。該縫合頭座106進一步包括有一具有諸縫合滾輪119之第二縫合單元118, 其在該縫合頭座106沿著在該第一縫合單元107之後的縫合線行進的移動下,用於將該二連續之橡膠材料條帶縫合在一起。
該縫合頭座106另外被提供有一作用為一拖曳輪子之輪子115,且其在該縫合頭座106之一驅動器沿著該縫合線下,會設定該角度轉動量,使得該第一縫合單元107、該第二縫合單元118以及該拖曳輪子115會坐落入與該縫合線大致為重合之一條線上。

此外,該縫合頭座106之一轉動元件117被提供有一固持裝置或鎖定裝置122,用於固持或鎖定該縫合頭座106抵抗該縫合頭座106繞著該轉動軸線之一轉動。藉由固持或藉由鎖定,該縫合頭座106之對齊會漂移的狀況大致可被防止。
於圖2及3之該範例實施例中,該固持裝置或鎖定裝置122被設計成一夾箝裝置,其具有一被轉動固定式地連接於該第二驅動器110之夾箝區段124,且於其中,該縫合頭座106之該可轉動的部分係轉動固定式地連接於一夾箝板123。為阻止該縫合頭座106繞著該轉動軸線之一轉動,該夾箝板123被該夾箝區段124固定式地夾箝住,其結果為在該縫合頭座106以及該第二驅動器110之間之一大致為轉動固定式連接被達成。

當相對該縫合線8對齊該縫合頭座6、106時,若該輪子15、115至少在該縫合頭座6、106之至少一部分移動期間被推向該表面之狀況是有利的。於如圖2及3中所顯示之範例實施例中,此狀況係可輕易地藉由設定在該氣壓缸121中之壓力被設定。
圖4顯示圖1之範例實施例的一概略視圖。於此範例實施例中,該縫合機1包括有一縫合工作檯2,於其中,該表面係該縫合工作檯面對該縫合頭座6之一側面3。該驅動機構包括有一第一驅動器9,用於移動一具有縫合頭座6之第二驅動器10於第一方向(X方向)。該第二驅動器10被調適用於移動該縫合頭座6於第二方向(Y方向)。該縫合頭座 6係可繞著該轉動軸線12轉動R。該縫合頭座6係參考圖2及3被更詳細說明於上。
圖5顯示另一範例實施例之一概略視圖。於此範例實施例中,該縫合機201包括有一具有一輸送機皮帶203之皮帶輸送機202,於其中,該表面係該輸送機皮帶203面對該縫合頭座206之一側面。該驅動機構包括有一第一驅動器209,用於移動該輸送機皮帶203於第一方向(X方向)。該驅動機構進一步包括有一第二驅動器210,用於移動該縫合頭座206於第二方向(Y方向)。該縫合頭座206可繞著該轉動軸線212轉動R,且係參考圖2及3被更詳細說明於上。

前述說明被包括以圖示說明本案發明之諸較佳實施例的操作,但非限制本案發明之範圍。參自前述解說,對一專業人士而言,落入本案發明之範圍的眾多變化型皆係顯而易知的。

Claims (13)

  1. 一種用於將橡膠材料條帶縫合在一起成一大致為連續之條帶的縫合機,其包括:一表面,其用於將至少待被縫合在一起之該橡膠材料條帶的邊緣放置於該表面上,一縫合頭座,其包括被設置在該表面上方用於將該橡膠材料條帶的邊緣沿著一縫合線縫合在一起的縫合單元,其中,該縫合線以及該連續之條帶的縱向夾成一設定角度α,一驅動機構,其用於驅動該縫合頭座沿著一第一以及一第二方向相對該表面之一相對移動,其中,該第二方向被定向成至少大致橫向於該第一方向,以及一控制裝置,其用於為了該縫合頭座沿著該第一及/或第二方向相對該表面之相對移動而控制該驅動機構,使得該縫合單元至少大致地跟隨該縫合線,其中,該縫合頭座被連接至該驅動機構,以便可繞著一轉動軸線轉動,其中,該轉動軸線至少大致橫向於該表面延伸,其中該縫合頭座包括有一固持裝置或鎖定裝置,用於固持或鎖定該縫合頭座抵抗該縫合頭座繞著該轉動軸線之轉動,且其中,該縫合頭座包括有一被設置在離該轉動軸線一段距離處之輪子,其中,該輪子以其胎面鄰接該表面或至少一個該橡膠材料條帶,其中,當該固持裝置或鎖定裝置被鬆解開或解鎖開,該縫合頭座係自由地繞著該轉動軸線 轉動,且倘若該縫合頭座沿著該縫合線移動,該輪子係經配置為被定向在該轉動軸線後的移動方向,以用於對齊該縫合頭座以在該設定角度α縫合。
  2. 依據申請專利範圍第1項所述之縫合機,其進一步包括有一縫合工作檯,其中,該表面係該縫合工作檯面對該縫合單元之一側面,且其中,該驅動機構包括有一用於移動該縫合頭座於該第一方向之第一驅動器,以及一用於移動該縫合頭座於該第二方向之第二驅動器。
  3. 依據申請專利範圍第1項所述之縫合機,其進一步包括有一具有一輸送機皮帶之皮帶輸送機,其中,該表面係該輸送機皮帶面對該縫合單元之一側,且其中,該驅動機構包括有一用於移動該輸送機皮帶於該第一方向之第一驅動器,以及一用於移動該縫合頭座於該第二方向之第二驅動器。
  4. 依據申請專利範圍第1項所述之縫合機,其進一步包括有一可繞著一軸線轉動的組裝捲筒,其中,該表面係該組裝捲筒面對該縫合單元之一環周側面,且其中,該驅動機構包括有一用於轉動式地驅動該組裝捲筒以移動該環周表面於該第一方向之第一驅動器,以及一用於移動該縫合頭座於該第二方向之第二驅動器。
  5. 依據申請專利範圍第1項所述之縫合機,於其中,該輪子係可於一第一位置以及一第二位置之間移動,於該第一位置中,該輪子以其胎面鄰接該表面或至少其中一個橡膠材料條帶,於該第二位置中,該輪子被設置在該表面上 方之一距離處。
  6. 依據申請專利範圍第1項所述之縫合機,其中,該縫合頭座包括有一張力組件,於其中,該張力組件在操作時係調設成用於將該輪子推向該表面。
  7. 依據申請專利範圍第6項所述之縫合機,其中,該張力組件包括有一氣壓缸。
  8. 依據申請專利範圍第1項所述之縫合機,其中,該第一方向被定向成大致為平行於該縱向,以及該第二方向被定向成大致為橫向於該縱向。
  9. 依據申請專利範圍第1項所述之縫合機,其中,該縫合單元係一第一縫合單元,且其中,該縫合頭座包括有一第二縫合單元,其中,該第二縫合單元被對齊放置在該第一縫合單元之後,且於其中,該輪子係被放置成與該第一以及該第二縫合單元二者對齊。
  10. 一種使用如申請專利範圍第1至3項中任一項所述之縫合機以用於將橡膠材料條帶縫合在一起成一大致為連續之條帶的方法,該方法包括以下步驟:a、提供有關該縫合線相對該第一方向之所需角度α的資訊給該控制裝置,b、該控制裝置控制該驅動機構,用以驅動該縫合頭座相對該表面沿著該第一及/或第二方向之相對移動,使得該縫合單元至少大致地跟隨具有該所需角度α之該縫合線,及c、其中,在該縫合頭座之相對移動期間,該輪子以其 胎面滾壓在該表面上,或滾壓在至少其中一個橡膠材料條帶上,且該縫合頭座係繞著該轉動軸線轉動,至少直到介於該轉動軸線以及該輪子之間的連線係大致平行於具有該所需角度α之該縫合線為止,其中該縫合頭座包括有一固持裝置或鎖定裝置,且其中在步驟b之前,該固持裝置或鎖定裝置被鬆解開或解鎖開,其結果為該縫合頭座係自由地繞著該轉動軸線轉動,且其中,在步驟c之結束時,或在步驟c之後,該固持裝置或鎖定裝置經連結或鎖定,以大致地阻止該縫合單元繞著該轉動軸線之轉動。
  11. 依據申請專利範圍第10項所述之方法,其中,在步驟b之前,該輪子被放置在一第一位置,於該位置中,該輪子以其胎面鄰接該表面或至少其中一個橡膠材料條帶,且其中,在步驟c之後,該輪子被放置在一第二位置,於該位置,該輪子被放置在該表面上方一距離處。
  12. 依據申請專利範圍第10項所述之方法,其中,該縫合頭座包括有一張力組件,其中,該張力組件係至少在步驟c之至少一部分移動期間將該輪子推向該表面。
  13. 依據申請專利範圍第10項所述之方法,其中,在步驟c之後,一或二條橡膠材料條帶係以至少該條帶之待被縫合在一起之邊緣被放置於在該表面上之縫合線上,或靠近在該表面上之縫合線,之後,該控制裝置控制該驅動機構,以沿著該縫合線移動該縫合頭座,用以將該等邊緣縫合在一起。
