Abstract
Description
本発明は、ステッチャーおよびゴム材料のストリップ同士をステッチングして実質的に連続したストリップを得る方法に関する。
互いにステッチングされるかまたは継ぎ合わされるゴム材料の複数のストリップの少なくとも縁部を配置するための表面と、
ステッチテーブルの上方に配置され、ゴム材料の複数のストリップの縁部同士をステッチラインに沿ってステッチングするステッチユニットを含み、ステッチラインと連続したストリップの長手方向が角度αをなすステッチングヘッドと、
ステッチングヘッドが第1の方向および第1の方向を少なくとも実質的に横切る向きに定められた第2の方向に沿って表面に対して相対的に移動するように駆動する駆動機構と、
ステッチングヘッドを第1の方向と第2の方向の少なくとも一方に沿って表面に対して相対的に移動させるように駆動機構を制御し、それによって、ステッチユニットが少なくとも実質的にステッチラインを辿るようにする制御装置とを有するステッチャーを提供する。
a.第1の方向に対するステッチラインの所望の角度αに関する情報を制御装置に供給するステップと、
b.制御装置が、ステッチングヘッドが第1の方向と第2の方向の少なくとも一方に沿って表面に対して相対的に移動するように駆動するように駆動機構を制御し、それによって、ステッチユニットがステッチラインを所望の角度αにおいて少なくとも実質的に辿るステップとを含む方法を提供する。
図1には、本発明によるステッチャー1の例示的な実施形態の概略上面図が示されている。ステッチャー1は、互いに連結されるゴム材料、たとえば長手方向Lを有する実質的に連続したストリップを形成するコードによって補強されたゴム材料4、5の連続した2つのストリップの縁部を配置するための表面3を含むステッチテーブル2を有している。
第1の方向Xに対するステッチライン8の所望の角度αに関する情報を制御装置11に供給するステップと、
保持装置またはロック装置122(存在する場合)を結合解除またはロック解除し、その結果、ステッチングヘッド6、106を回転軸12の周りを実質的に自由に回転できるようにするステップと、
必要ならば、ホイール15、115のトレッドが表面2、102またはゴム材料の複数のストリップの少なくとも1つに当接する第1の位置にホイール15、115を配置するステップと、
制御装置11が、ステッチングヘッド6、106を第1の方向Xと第2の方向Yの少なくとも一方に沿って移動させる駆動機構9、10;109、110を制御し、それによって、ステッチユニット6、106がステッチラインを所望の角度αにおいて少なくとも実質的に辿り、ステッチングヘッド6、106が移動する間、ホイール15、115のトレッドが表面2、102またはゴム材料の複数のストリップの少なくとも1つの上を転がり、ステッチングヘッド6、106が、少なくとも、回転軸12と車両15、115との間の連結ラインが所望の角度αによってステッチライン8に実質的に平行になるまで、回転軸12の周りを回転させられるステップと、
保持装置またはロック装置122(存在する場合)を結合またはロックし、ステッチングヘッド6、106を回転軸の周りを回転するのを実質的に妨げるステップと、
必要ならば、ホイール115が表面102から上方に距離を置いて配置される第2の位置にホイール115を配置するステップと、
少なくとも縁部がステッチングされるゴム材料4、5の1つまたは2つ以上のストリップを表面2、102上のステッチライン8上またはその近くに配置し、その後、制御装置11が、ステッチングヘッド6、106をステッチライン8に沿って移動させて縁部同士をステッチングするように駆動機構9、10;109、110を制御するステップと、を含む。

Claims (15)
- ゴム材料のストリップ同士をステッチングして実質的に連続したストリップを得るステッチャーであって、
互いにステッチングされる複数の前記ゴム材料のストリップの少なくとも縁部を配置するための表面と、
複数の前記ゴム材料のストリップの前記縁部同士をステッチラインに沿ってステッチングする前記表面の上方に配置されたステッチユニットを含み、前記ステッチラインと前記連続したストリップの長手方向とが角度αをなすステッチングヘッドと、
第1の方向および前記第1の方向を少なくとも実質的に横切る向きに定められた第2の方向に沿って前記表面に対して前記ステッチングヘッドを相対的に移動させるように駆動する駆動機構と、
前記ステッチングヘッドを前記第1の方向と前記第2の方向の少なくとも一方に沿って前記表面に対して相対的に移動させるように前記駆動機構を制御し、それによって、前記ステッチユニットが少なくとも実質的に前記ステッチラインを辿るようにする制御装置と、を有し、
前記ステッチングヘッドは、回転軸の周りを回転できるように前記駆動機構に連結され、前記回転軸は、前記表面を少なくとも実質的に横切って延び、
前記ステッチングヘッドは、前記回転軸から距離を置いて配置されたホイールを有し、前記ホイールのトレッドが前記表面または前記ゴム材料の複数の前記ストリップの少なくとも1つに当接し、前記ホイールは、前記ステッチングヘッドを前記ステッチラインに沿って移動させる場合に前記回転軸の後方への移動方向に向けられるように配置され、前記ステッチングヘッドを前記設定された角度αでステッチングできるように揃える、ステッチャー。 - ステッチテーブルをさらに有し、前記表面は、前記ステッチテーブルの、前記ステッチユニットに面する側であり、前記駆動機構は、前記ステッチングヘッドを前記第1の方向に移動させる第1の駆動装置と、前記ステッチングヘッドを前記第2の方向に移動させる第2の駆動装置と、を有する、請求項1に記載のステッチャー。
- コンベアベルトを有するベルトコンベアをさらに有し、前記表面は、前記コンベアベルトの、前記ステッチユニットに面する側であり、前記駆動機構は、前記コンベアベルトを前記第1の方向に移動させる第1の駆動装置と、前記ステッチングヘッドを前記第2の方向に移動させる第2の駆動装置と、を有する、請求項1または2に記載のステッチャー。
- 軸の周りを回転することのできる組立てドラムをさらに有し、前記表面は、前記組立てドラムの、前記ステッチユニットに面する周方向側であり、前記駆動機構は、前記組立てドラムを回転駆動して前記周方向面を前記第1の方向に移動させる第1の駆動装置と、前記ステッチングヘッドを前記第2の方向に移動させる第2の駆動装置とを有する、請求項1に記載のステッチャー。
- 前記ホイールのトレッドが前記表面または前記ゴム材料の複数の前記ストリップの少なくとも1つに当接する第1の位置と、前記ホイールが前記表面から距離を置いて前記表面の上方に配置される第2の位置と、の間を移動可能である、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のステッチャー。
- 前記ステッチングヘッドは張力部材を有し、前記張力部材は、動作時に前記ホイールを前記表面の方へ押すようになっている、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のステッチャー。
- 前記張力部材は空気圧シリンダを有する、請求項6に記載のステッチャー。
- 前記ステッチングヘッドは、前記ステッチングヘッドが前記回転軸の周りを回転しないように前記ステッチングヘッドを保持またはロックする保持装置またはロック装置を有する、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のステッチャー。
- 前記第1の方向は、前記長手方向に実質的に平行な向きに定められ、前記第2の方向は、前記長手方向を実質的に横切る向きに定められる、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のステッチャー。
- 前記ステッチユニットは第1のステッチユニットであり、前記ステッチングヘッドは第2のステッチユニットを有し、前記第2のステッチユニットは、前記第1のステッチユニットの後方に揃えて配置され、前記ホイールは、前記第1のステッチユニットと前記第2のステッチユニットの両方に揃えて配置される、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のステッチャー。
- 請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のステッチャーを使用してゴム材料のストリップ同士をステッチングして実質的に連続したストリップを得る方法であって、
a.前記第1の方向に対する前記ステッチラインの所望の角度αに関する情報を前記制御装置に供給するステップと、
b.前記ステッチングヘッドを前記第1の方向と前記第2の方向の少なくとも一方に沿って前記表面に対して相対的に移動するように駆動する前記駆動機構を前記制御装置が制御し、それによって、前記ステッチユニットが前記ステッチラインを前記所望の角度αで少なくとも実質的に辿るステップと、
c.前記ステッチングヘッドを相対的に移動させる間、少なくとも、前記回転軸と前記ホイールとの間の連結ラインが前記所望の角度αにおいて前記ステッチラインに実質的に平行になるまで、前記ホイールがそのトレッドによって前記表面またはゴム材料の前記複数のストリップの少なくとも1つの上を転がるステップとを含む方法。 - 前記ホイールは、ステップbの前に、前記ホイールがそのトレッドによって前記表面または前記ゴム材料の複数の前記ストリップの少なくとも1つに当接する第1の位置に配置されていたか、または配置されており、かつ前記ホイールは、ステップcの後に、前記ホイールが前記表面から距離を置いて前記表面の上方に配置される第2の位置に配置される、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記ステッチングヘッドは張力部材を有し、前記張力部材は、少なくとも、ステップcの前記移動の少なくとも一部の間、前記ホイールを前記表面の方へ押す、請求項11または12に記載の方法。
- 前記ステッチングヘッドは保持装置またはロック装置を有し、前記保持装置またはロック装置は、ステップbの前に、結合解除またはロック解除され、その結果前記ステッチングヘッドが前記回転軸の周りを回転することができ、前記保持装置またはロック装置は、ステップcの終了時またはステップcの後に、結合またはロックされ、前記ステッチユニットが前記回転軸の周りを回転するのを実質的に妨げる、請求項11から13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- ステップcの後に、少なくとも縁部同士がステッチングされるゴム材料の1つまたは2つのストリップが、前記表面上の前記ステッチライン上または前記ステッチラインの近くに配置され、前記制御装置は、前記ステッチングヘッドを前記ステッチラインに沿って移動させて前記縁部同士をステッチングするように駆動機構を制御する、請求項11から14に記載の方法。
