Description

撓性材料製管件之製程
本發明係有關由撓性材料製成,用於存放化妝品、乳霜等類型之管件的製程,管主要由裙部及頭部形成,並設有標籤及其他裝飾元件。
習知技術包含許多已知以撓性材料製造管件之製程。該管件設有:裙部(大致筒形體,於兩端開口);以及頭部(封閉裙部之兩端之一的組件,且其一般包括可容許蓋或其他封閉構件連接之螺紋區或其他可應用成形區)。到目前為止,最廣為大家使用之製造管件之裙部的製程之一涉及藉由擠製連續管、進行管件之後續切割以獲得具有必要長度之裙部以及後續過模塑頭部於該裙部。另一習知方法說明於世界專利WO05072931A1,其中該管件由以下製程製得:裝飾以標籤之管件之裙部於提供有模內標籤之第一射出成型法中製造;管件之頭部在第二射出成型法中過模塑於裙部上;接著該管件加蓋;可任選地添加其他裝飾元件。另一習知方法說明於世界專利WO06082255A1,其中管件由以下製程製得:裝飾以標籤之裙部半頭單元於提供有模內貼標籤之第一射出成型法中製得;管件之頭部在第二射出成型法中過模塑於裙部;接著,該管件加蓋;可任選地添加其他裝飾元件。WO06082255A1所提議之第二方法旨在改進過模塑頭部的結果。還有其他已知管件製程,其中整個管件(裙部及頭部)藉單一射出成型法及機器同時 射出。
本發明旨在提供以撓性材料製造管件之製程,其解決主要因所用機器及當前可購得之機器的限制而發生之先前製程中的某些缺點。例如,本發明製程旨在改進過模塑頭部於裙部的結果。
本發明之目的在於提供一種以撓性材料製造管件之製程,該管件設有裙部及頭部,其中該裙部具有大致為圓形、橢圓形或其他橫截面之稜柱形狀,其具有恆定或可變厚度,裙部形成管件之本體,並於對向面開口,該頭部係一蓋封閉裙部之對向開口面之至少一者,該頭部任選地包括用以排出該管件之內容物及用於蓋或其它封閉構件之連接用之元件。該製程包括以下諸階段:於射出製程中製造裙部附加單元,其中附加部配設在裙部之一端,且局部或全部封閉該端部,且其中一個或多數射出口位於該附加部中;全部或局部切割附加部及移除切割部;將頭部過模塑於裙部附加單元之任一部分,其為在移除切割部之後殘留,亦即頭部之過模塑於單元被切割之區域或其他區域(例如切割位置之對向處)。
附加部可夾持或保持定位,使裙部附加單元可在其藉由射出成型製程製造之後,自模具移除。由於附加部在稍後階段切割並處理掉,因此,以附加部保持該單元無問題,且可避免該裙部(裙部附加單元之最重要部分)保持時受到污染的危險。接著,無須為了連續保持若干單元而清 潔或更換工具;反而,可使用單一工具。該附加部之另一優點在於其在管件內部作為用於套筒之止動件,該套筒於切割作業期間插入該內部,藉此有助於該切割作業。
附加部可依其須執行之功能(為可夾持而作為止動件等)而定,採取各種形狀及尺寸。本發明之詳細揭露及圖式顯示若干附加部實施例。
本發明製程提供具有較以其他習知製程獲得者更佳之光製管件。此改善之光製泰半肇因於裙部之射出口配置在與裙部連接之附加部上,換言之,藉由將射出口移離管件標籤達成。
較佳地,本發明製造裙部附加單元之製程包括模內貼標籤,藉此,對裙部供應標籤。於此特定情況下,一個或多數射出口(後面將稱為單一點)配設在附加部上,這容許其等移離裙部,並藉此防止於模內貼標籤期間發生諸如標籤起皺、移動、褪色等可能問題。這提供較以WO05072931A1製程所獲得者更佳之光製管件,其中WO05072931A1藉當前可購得之機器進行(這使裙部藉由模內貼標籤射出標籤很困難,此乃因為裙部之射出口非常接近標籤或在其上)。
本發明製程提供若干優於文獻WO06082255A1之優點。第一,循環時間(因此,成本)可改善,此乃因為本發明之附加部可較WO06082255A1之半頭薄(該半頭一般應較裙部更厚、更堅硬,使頭部可過模塑於其上)。第二,射出點配設於附加部上,並因此移離標籤,容許在裙部及標 籤之區域實現材料之均流,該區域係管件最重要之區域。此外,管件之最後外觀獲得改進,此乃因為根據文獻WO06082255A1所揭示技術製造管件中偶而出現的步驟已被移除。本發明亦容許頭部製成異於裙部之顏色,這在以前技術中不可能,此乃因為半頭(與裙部同顏色)不完全為頭部所隱藏或埋沒。本發明亦可使用具有不同橫截面(橢圓形或圓形等)之管件之相同裙部來製造;達成此目的之所有手段均使裙部充份變形並過模塑對應頭部。
本發明亦提供優於整支管件(裙部及頭部)藉單一作業及射出成型機器射出之管件製程之某些優點。首先,本發明製程容許以簡單方式製造不同尺寸之容器(裙部之長度並因此管件之容量可簡單地藉由移動切割點來改變)。其亦容許使用不同材料於裙部及頭部,為獲得性質(機械、物理/化學等)異於裙部之頭部,此有時有必要,且於某些用途上,像是撓性噴嘴、塗佈器、用於計量泵之實心底部等,有其必要
第1圖顯示本發明以撓性材料製造管件(1)之製程的實施例,該管件(1)設有裙部(3)及頭部(10),其中該裙部(3)具有大致為圓形、橢圓形或其他橫截面之稜柱形狀,裙部形成管件(1)之本體,並於對向面開口,該頭部(10)係一蓋,其封閉裙部(3)之對向開口面之至少一者,該頭部(10)任選地包括用以排出該管件之內容物及用於蓋(6)或其它封閉構件之連接之元件(7)。本發明之製程至少包括: 射出成型階段(13),其中製造由裙部(3)及附加部(4)形成之單元(2),該附加部(4)配設在裙部(3)之一端,且局部或全部封閉該端部,且其中單元(2)的一個或多數射出點位於該附加部(4)上;切割階段(14),該附加部(4)之全部或局部切割,換言之,該附加部(4)之至少一部分及任選地全部附加部(4),甚至該裙部(3)之一部分被切割,且切割部被移除;須知,圖式顯示整個附加部(4)及該裙部(3)之一部分被切割之實施例;過模塑階段(15),其中該頭部(10)過模塑在由該裙部(3)及該附加部(4)所形成之該單元(2)在切割部移除後所殘留之任一部分的區域上。
於圖示之實施例中,製程結束於加蓋階段(16),其中管件(1)設有一蓋(6)。此加蓋階段(16)可任選。
附加部(4)可製成任何形狀或大小,全部或局部封閉裙部(3)之端部。附加部(4)甚至可為管頭。換言之,本發明製程可包括多個階段,其中射出成型整支管件(裙部及頭部),切至少一部分的頭(任選地,整個頭部及甚至裙部之一部分),接著過模塑其他頭部於剩餘部分。後一實施例容許使用一批設有相同頭部之相同管件,故可製造各批不同的管件(設有不同頭部)。
較佳地,用以製造由裙部(3)及附加部(4)形成之單元(2)之射出成型階段(13)亦包括模內貼標籤,藉此,對裙部(3)供應標籤(5)。於此特定情況下,本發明特別有利,此 乃因為射出點移離該標籤(5),藉此,防止在由裙部(3)及附加部(4)形成之單元(2)之射出成型期間,缺陷出現於標籤(5)。
附加部(4)可提供呈各種形狀形成之壁部,以使其可實現其功能(用來作為抓及握元件,如止動件等)。
若使用印刷或裝飾技術(絹印、熱戳印、平版印刷等)以替代或除了模內貼標籤,即可藉本發明印刷裙部(3)成品之整個表面區域。如於第2圖所示,這可藉由印刷由裙部(3)及附加部(4)形成之單元(2),並切割附加部(4)及部分裙部(3),所以實現切割裙部(3)上之印刷裝飾(12)到達裙部(3)之邊緣(11)。
第3至7圖顯示附加部(4)之四個實施例。第3圖顯示成蓋形式之附加部(4),其封閉裙部(3)之一端。該蓋設有一系列窗(7)以減少材料浪費。第4圖顯示第二實施例,其中,附加部(4)亦包括突起(8)。第5圖顯示第三實施例,其中,附加部(4)亦為蓋,設有窗(7)及突起(8)。第6圖顯示第四實施例,其中,附加部(4)為錐形蓋,設有窗(7)。除此等四個實施例外,附加部(4)可形成呈其他形狀,有或無窗(7),有或無突起(8),全部或局部對裙部(3)之端部加蓋等。
本發明之另一目的在於提供類似於上文所述之製程,其中替代於射出成型製程中製造由裙部(3)及附加部(4)形成之單元(2),本發明之製程設有一由裙部(3)及附加部(4)形成之單元(2),其在個別程序中預製。

Claims (2)

  1. 一種由一撓性材料製成的管件(1)之製程,該管件設有一裙部(3)及頭部(10),其中該裙部(3)具有大致為圓形、橢圓形或其他橫截面之稜柱形狀,形成該管件(1)之本體,並於兩對向面開口,該頭部(10)係一蓋,其封閉該裙部(3)之至少一開口面,該頭部(10)任選地包括元件(7),用以排出該管件之內容物及用於連接一蓋(6)或其它封閉構件,該製程之特徵在於包括以下步驟:射出由裙部(3)及附加部(4)所形成之一單元(2),該單元(2)包括一或多個射出點該射出包括模內貼標籤,藉此,對該裙部(3)供應標籤(5),該附加部(4)配設在該裙部(3)之一端,且局部或全部封閉該端部,且其中一或多個射出點位於該附加部(4)上;藉印刷或裝飾技術施加一裝飾在由該裙部(3)及該附加部(4)所形成之該單元(2)上;切割該附加部(4)及裙部(3)之一部分,使得在該裙部(3)之剩餘部分上的裝飾抵達該裙部(3)之邊緣,並移除該附加部(4)及裙部(3)之該部分;將該頭部(10)過模塑在由該裙部(3)及該附加部(4)所形成之該單元(2)之任一部分區域上,該區域為在切割部分被移除之後殘留者。
