Description

在管線建造時,閥被用來調節各種媒介的流率。被設置有手輪(其係作為致動裝置)的閥必需用鎖定元件來加以保護以避免未經授權的致動。
在此先前技術的基礎上,本發明的目的是要提供一種致動裝置,其能夠可靠地操作且可被簡單地製造。
此目的可由一種用來致動具有一心軸的閥的致動裝置來達成,其中該致動裝置被形成為一手輪其具有一鎖定元件及一電氣的回饋裝置,其特徵在於該鎖定元件被形成為 單件式且被一體地設置在該手輪中。
本發明的較佳發展被揭露在申請專利範圍附屬項中。
本發明的優點在於閥不會被未經授權的人員所致動。這係藉由一單件式鎖定元件來達成,其係以一種與該心軸交互作用的方式被一體地設置在該手輪中。該鎖定元件被形成來固定該手輪相對於該心軸的軸向及徑向位置。該鎖定元件具有至少一彈性指件,其被垂直於該心軸軸線地形成,用以固定該手輪相對於該心軸的軸向位置,且具有一滑件,其被平行於該心軸軸線地形成,用以固定該手輪相對於該心軸的徑向位置。

圖1顯示一閥1,例如一膜片閥,的立體圖。該閥1包含一上罩殼部分2,一相配合的下罩殼部分3,一致動件,其被顯示為一具有一鎖定元件32的手輪4,一心軸5的延長部15及一電氣的回饋裝置6。該下罩殼部分3具有三個開口,只有一管路耦接件7可在圖1中被看到。
圖2顯示手輪4的立體圖。手輪4具有被徑向地形成的切除部31,該鎖定元件32可以一可徑向位移的方式被容納在該切除部31中。
該鎖定元件32在圖3及4中被顯示出與該上罩殼部分2交互作用及在圖5及6中則顯示出與該心軸5交互作用。該鎖定元件32具有一滑件33其由該鎖定元件32延伸至該上罩殼部分2的上側,成為一被垂直地設置且可徑向地位移的板子。
圖3顯示該滑件33處在相對於該心軸軸線被徑向地插入的狀態,即在該閥1的正常操作狀態。該滑件33具有一穿孔34,形成在該上罩殼部分2的上側上的凸輪35在該手輪4的轉動運動期間通過該穿孔。在圖3所示的位置上,該閥1可用手輪4來致動。
圖4顯示該滑件33位在徑向縮回狀態。在此位置時,該手輪4的徑向位置被固定。該手輪4不能被致動且 該心軸5在此位置時不能被轉動。為了要將該閥固定在此鎖定位置,該鎖定元件32具有一孔36,一掛鎖(未示出)或任何其它適合的安全裝置可被導入該孔內。這可防止該閥1之未經授權的致動。
如圖5及6所示,該鎖定元件32進一步具有兩個彈性指件37,38,它們以一種與該心軸5交互作用的方式被形成。該等彈性指件37,38與其它凸輪39嚙合,該等凸輪被形成在該心軸5的周邊上。該等彈性指件37,38可防止該手輪4從該心軸5被未經授權地取下。該手輪4相對於該心軸5之軸向位置被固定。如圖5所示地,只有在該鎖定元件32是處於正常操做狀態時才能脫下(pull off)該手輪4。只有藉由一能夠讓彈性指件37,38從該心軸5朝向外側被移開之特殊工具,該手輪4才能從該心軸5上被脫下來。為此目的,該等彈性指件37,38具有斜的表面40,其可被該特殊工具向外按壓。從圖6可以看到彈性指件37的端部是如合嚙合到該心軸5的凸輪39的一凹部中,藉以防止手輪4在此操作位置時被脫下來。藉由本文中所描述之具有鎖定元件32的手輪4,可使用一單一構件將該手輪4在徑向上及在軸向上加以完全地固定。
圖7及8顯示該電氣的回饋裝置6,用來提供關於該手輪4的位置及該閥1的關斷(shut-off)元件的位置的回饋。該電氣的回饋裝置6被設置在該閥1的上罩殼部分2的心軸罩殼13內。一環41被設置在該上罩殼部分2內, 其被連接至該心軸5且具有一形成在該環形緣上的螺紋42。該螺紋42透過一齒輪43與一蝸桿齒輪機構44交互作用。該蝸桿齒輪機構44驅動兩個切換凸輪45,其執行一直線運動。其結果為,該手輪4的轉動運動被轉變成該等切換凸輪45的直線運動。該等切換凸輪45與微型開關46交互作用,該等微型開關能夠送出電子訊號至一位置指示器(未示出)。換言之,該電氣的回饋裝置6可具有至少一被該等切換凸輪45致動的微型開關46、及齒輪43,其被安裝在該環41上的螺紋42驅動。該電氣的回饋裝置6可被設計成是可自我調整的(self-adjusting)且可在較晚的階段被裝配。

Claims (5)

  1. 一種用於一閥(1)之電氣的回饋裝置(6),用來回饋該閥(1)的手輪(4)的位置以及該閥(1)的關斷元件的位置,其中該電氣的回饋裝置(6)可被安裝在該閥(1)的外殼上部(2)的心軸罩殼(13)內,其特徵在於該電氣的回饋裝置(6)具有一齒輪(43),其係被一安裝在一環(41)上的螺紋(42)驅動。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項之電氣的回饋裝置(6),其中該手輪(4)的轉動運動被轉變成一切換凸輪(45)的直線運動。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1或2項之電氣的回饋裝置(6),其中該電氣的回饋裝置(6)具有至少一微型開關(46)。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第3項之電氣的回饋裝置(6),其中該微型開關(46)係被切換凸輪(45)所致動,該切換凸輪係以可直線地運動的方式被設置。
  5. 如上述申請專利範圍第1項之電氣的回饋裝置(6),其中該電氣的回饋裝置(6)可被設計成是可自我調整的(self-adjusting)且可在較晚的階段被裝配(fit)。
