Abstract

背景技术
在管路结构中使用阀以调节不同的介质的输送量。构造有作为操纵装置的手轮的阀必须借助于锁止元件来保护以防未经授权的操纵。
发明内容
从现有技术出发,本发明的目的是说明一种操纵装置,其尽可能可靠地工作并且可尽可能简单地来制造。
该目的通过一种用于操纵带有主轴的阀的操纵装置来实现,其中,操纵装置构造成带有锁止元件和电气的反馈装置的手轮,其特征在于,锁止元件一体地构造并且整体地布置在手轮中。
本发明的优选的改进方案从从属权利要求中得出。
有利的是,该阀不可被未经授权者操纵。
这由此实现,即在手轮中以与主轴共同作用的方式集成地布置有一体的锁止元件。锁止元件构造用于固定手轮关于主轴的轴向和径向位置。锁止元件具有至少一个垂直于主轴轴线构造的、用于固定手轮关于主轴的轴向位置的弹性的指部,并且具有平行于主轴轴线构造的、用于固定手轮关于主轴的径向位置的滑块。

具体实施方式
在图1中透视地示出了阀1,例如膜片阀。阀1由壳体上部2、与此配合的壳体下部3、操纵机构(这里示出为带有锁止元件32的手轮4)、主轴5的延长部分15和电气的反馈装置6构成。壳体下部3具有三个开口,从其中在图1中仅可看见管接头7。
在图2中透视地示出了手轮4。手轮4具有径向构造的凹部31,锁止元件32能够径向可移动地容纳到其中。
锁止元件32在图3和图4中示出与壳体上部2共同作用而在图5和图6中示出与主轴5共同作用。锁止元件32具有滑块33,其作为竖直布置的并且径向可移动的板从锁止元件32延伸直至壳体上部2的上侧。
在图3中,滑块33在相对于主轴轴线径向推入的状态中、即在阀1的正常的工作状态中示出。滑块33具有贯穿开口34,凸轮35(其构造在壳体上部2的上侧上)在手轮4的旋转运动时贯穿通过贯穿开口34。在图3的位置中,可利用手轮4操纵阀1。
在图4中示出了在径向上推出的状态中的滑块33。在该位置中固定手轮4的径向位置。在该位置中手轮4不能被操纵,并且在该位置中主轴5不能被旋转。为了将阀固定在锁止的位置中,锁止元件32具有孔36,这里未示出的挂锁或其它的与此匹配的保险装置可被引入到孔36中。阀1的未经授权的操纵被阻止。
另外,如在图5和图6所示,锁止元件32具有两个弹性的指部37、38,其以与主轴5共同作用的方式构造。弹性的指部37、38接合到另一凸轮39中,凸轮39构造在主轴5的周围。弹性的指部37、38阻止了手轮4未经许可从主轴5移除。手轮4关于主轴5的轴向位置被固定。只有当锁止元件32如在图5中所示处于正常的工作状态中时,才可能取下手轮4。只有利用专用工具,弹性的指部37、38才可被向外远离主轴5移动,使得从主轴5中取下手轮4是可能的。只有当锁止元件32被保护免于径向运动时,才可能取下手轮4。弹性的指部37、38具有倾斜于此的面40,其可由专用工具被向外挤压。在图6中可见弹性的指部37的端部怎样接合在主轴5的凸轮39处的凹部中,使得在该工作位置中手轮4的取下被阻止。利用这里说明的带有锁止元件32的手轮4,可实现利用单个部件将手轮4不仅在径向上而且在轴向上完全紧固。
在图7和图8中示出了用于反馈手轮4的位置和因此阀1的闭锁件的位置的电气的反馈装置6。电气的反馈装置6布置在阀1的壳体上部2的主轴壳体13中。在壳体上部2中布置有与主轴5相连接的环41,其带有构造在环边缘处的螺纹42。螺纹42通过齿轮43与蜗轮传动装置44共同作用。蜗轮传动装置44驱动两个实施直线运动的转换凸轮45。以此实现了,手轮4的旋转运动被转化成转换凸轮45的直线运动。转换凸轮45与微型开关46共同作用,微型开关46可将电脉冲发送到这里未示出的位置显示器处。
Claims (10)
1.一种用于操纵带有主轴(5)的阀的操纵装置(4),其中,所述操纵装置构造成带有锁止元件(32)的手轮(4),其特征在于,所述锁止元件(32)一体地构造并且整体地布置在所述手轮(4)中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的操纵装置(4),其特征在于,所述锁止元件(32)以与所述阀(1)的主轴(5)共同作用的方式构造以固定所述手轮(4)关于所述主轴(5)的轴向和径向位置。
3.根据权利要求1或2中至少一项所述的操纵装置(4),其特征在于,所述锁止元件(32)具有至少一个垂直于主轴轴线构造的、用于固定所述手轮(4)关于所述主轴(5)的轴向位置的弹性的指部(37,38)。
4.根据权利要求1至3中至少一项所述的操纵装置(4),其特征在于,所述锁止元件(32)具有平行于所述主轴轴线构造的、用于固定所述手轮(4)关于所述主轴(5)的径向位置的滑块(33)。
5.根据权利要求1至4中至少一项所述的操纵装置(4),其特征在于,所述手轮(4)和所述锁止元件(32)这样构造,使得只有当所述锁止元件(32)布置在径向上邻近于所述主轴(5)的位置中时,所述手轮(4)的取下才是可能的。
6.根据权利要求1至5中至少一项所述的操纵装置(4),其特征在于,所述手轮(4)构造成非上升的手轮。
7.根据权利要求1至6中至少一项所述的操纵装置(4),其特征在于,在所述阀(1)的主轴壳体(13)中布置有电气的反馈装置(6)。
8.根据权利要求1至7中至少一项所述的操纵装置(4),其特征在于,所述电气的反馈装置(6)具有微型开关(46),其由以能够直线运动的方式布置的转换凸轮(45)来操纵。
9.根据权利要求1至8中至少一项所述的操纵装置(4),其特征在于,所述手轮(4)具有带有螺旋线轮廓(42)的环(41),其以与蜗轮传动装置(44)共同作用的方式这样布置,使得所述手轮(4)的旋转运动被转化为所述转换凸轮(45)的直线运动。
10.根据权利要求1至9中至少一项所述的操纵装置(4),其特征在于,所述电气的反馈装置(6)以自调整的并且接下来能够装配的方式构造。
