Description
本發明涵蓋注射器裝置、結合施打系統、用於注射器裝置及組件的防護包裝及防護注射器裝置處理者免於接觸彼等裝置之內含物之方法。
本專利根據35 U.S.C.§119規定主張2007年10月4日申請之臨時專利申請案第60/977,557號、2007年11月16日申請之臨時專利申請案第60/988,509號及2008年7月23日申請之臨時專利申請案第61/082,870號之優先權。
製備藥物或藥劑及將此等藥劑施打至個人通常涉及結合兩者或兩者以上組份以形成藥劑且隨後將所結合之藥物輸送至個人。組份之結合通常可涉及以流體形式自瓶或其他容器提取一種組份,且將此等組份轉移至裝有另一組份之獨立容器中。在特定情況下,在施打之前,瓶或容器之內含物之僅一部分將用於製備結合物。因此,提取及轉移可涉及精確量測待結合之一或多個組份。
當利用習知方法及裝置用於結合藥物及/或將藥物施打至個人時可能發生多種問題。舉例而言,在多個組份待結合的情況下,提取並轉移一種組份及將該組份引入至另一組份中可潛在地將該等組份中之一者或兩者暴露至非無菌或受污染環境,從而導致所得藥物受污染。此外,一或多個組份之不完全提取或不正確量測可導致製備及/或施打不正確之劑量。在特定情況下,一旦結合一藥物,即必須在施加至個人之前將結合物再次自一瓶或容器提取至注射器中,此額外轉移可導致污染、內含物之不完全提取及/或一組份或所得藥物之不準確量測的額外可能。
實務上,存在用於在轉移及/或結合組份或製備及轉移藥物期間維持無菌性的無菌環境之有限可用性。額外誤差可由於使用錯誤稀釋劑來重組藥物而產生。歸因於諸如需要接取諸如獨立瓶的經個別包裝之物品及/或轉移裝置,或量測待組合以形成藥物之一或多個組份的因素,利用多個組份製備藥物可能緩慢且耗時。
在製備用於施打之藥物時要考慮之另一因素係裝於裝置及/或裝置組件中之藥物的性質。舉例而言,裝於裝置組件中之藥劑在暴露時可潛在地對處理者有害。此類潛在有害藥劑包括(但不限於)過敏原、畸形原、內分泌干擾素、致癌原、或其他毒性或潛在毒性材料。許多習知藥物施打裝置在製備及施打過程期間潛在地將此類裝置之處理者暴露至經施打或製備之藥物。
需要開發用於製備及施打藥物之替代方法及系統以及用以防護處理者免於暴露至藥物裝置組件之內含物的系統。
本發明之一個態樣包括一注射器裝置結合/施打系統,其包括具有前端及相對之後端的注射器筒。該系統進一步包括可插入注射器筒後端之注射器活塞及可逆向附接至注射器筒前端之流體袋。一防護膜材料封裝注射器筒、注射器活塞及流體袋。

提交本發明之此揭示內容以促進美國專利法"促進科學及實用技藝之進步(to promote the progress of science and useful arts)"(第1條第8款)之憲法目的。
在一般態樣中,本發明係關於用於結合及/或施打藥物之系統。結合及/或施打之裝置、裝置之組件、包裝及方法涵蓋於本發明中且於下文中描繪及描述。
本文所述及例示之組件及方法可結合美國專利申請案第11/238,880號及第11/558,146號中所述之許多裝置及方法來使用,其全文以引用之方式併入本文中。應理解,本發明之許多概念可結合其他裝置構型或可適用於其他裝置構型,其包括習知注射器裝置及組件以及彼等仍待開發之裝置。
本發明之注射器裝置及其他裝置不限於特定大小,且可視待結合及/或施打之藥物之容量而變化。因此,應理解,隨附圖示僅出於說明之目的且並不意欲將裝置限制於任何特定大小或容積。
最初參見圖1,依據本發明之一個態樣說明用於結合及施打藥物之一注射器裝置。結合施打系統10包括具有第一端102及相對之第二端104的注射器筒100。第一端102可經構形以逆向附接至一針或其他醫療設備。此逆向附接可為(例如)扭轉型接頭(諸如LUER-LOK接頭)或替代類型之接頭。可提供管帽106以覆蓋第一端102處之開口或以覆蓋安置於第一端102處之針。注射器筒100可描述為具有一內部腔室108。
結合施打系統10進一步包括一活塞200,其可如圖1所描繪經由第二端104插入於注射器筒100之內部腔室108中。在所示構型中,活塞200包括閥250及具有開口310之容器外殼300,該容器外殼300安放一諸如所說明之瓶400之容器。應注意,外殼300完全封裝瓶400,其提供除開口310以外之密封隔室。外殼300之外徑如此以致外殼300可插入於注射器100之腔室108中。
在圖2中較詳細地展示圖1之活塞200。活塞200具有第一端202及相對之第二端204以及自第一端202延伸至容器外殼300之桿部分206。容器外殼300自活塞桿延伸至活塞之第二端204。活塞桿206具有一內部流體通路208,其自第一端202縱向延伸至活塞外殼204。提供與活塞桿206相關聯之穿孔結構260。
在圖2A之橫截面圖中展示穿孔結構260之放大圖。穿孔結構260可具有底座部分262、具有尖端272之頭部分268、及在底座及頭之間延伸的桿部分264。流體通道270縱向於中央行進貫穿底座部分及桿,且自穿孔裝置之頭部分的一側在一位置處(非尖端272)顯露。此構型允許在不需要去除核心的情況下發生隔片穿孔。穿孔裝置之形狀允許隔片保持跨越桿部分,並有助於保持瓶在發生穿孔之後拉回裝置下。
經由活塞桿206及穿孔裝置之流體通路藉由閥250而控制,其可跨越流體通道208而插入於桿部分206中之開口212中。
在圖2之橫截面圖中展示瓶外殼300以說明內部特徵。外殼300具有內部側壁301,其可藉由(例如)沿著此類側壁之至少一部分提供諸如凸起凸塊302之凸起特徵而經紋理化。儘管凸起特徵302經展示為凸塊,但應瞭解可使用替代之凸起特徵,諸如脊、肋等等。在側壁301中紋理化可有助於在外殼300之側壁與容器或瓶(其提供於外殼內)之間提供緊密配合,並有助於保持此類容器在外殼內之定位。另外,外殼壁之厚度可如此以提供與容器之緊密配合(亦即、具有一僅稍大於該密封容器之最大外徑之內徑)、且足夠之薄以允許外殼配合於注射器腔室內。
在圖1及圖2中描繪外殼300,其包含在外殼之兩部分之間具有接縫或封口303之兩部外殼。外殼300之兩部分之相對長度僅出於說明之目的,且接縫303之定位可在沿著外殼之長度的任何地方或者替代性地可為沿著外殼縱向貫穿行進之縱向接縫(未圖示)。或者,瓶外殼300可包含管帽及插入部分,只要外殼300之最大外徑可插入腔室筒內。
再次參見圖1,可在初始"預結合"條件下提供注射器系統10,其中將第一藥物組份提供至注射器筒100內且將第二藥物組份提供至腔室外殼300內之容器或瓶400內。在其初始狀態中,提供注射器系統10以使包括活塞封口210之注射器活塞200之一部分插入於腔室108內及使提供於關閉狀態之閥250阻塞穿過活塞桿206之流體通路。在圖12中描繪該構型。在此初始構型中,瓶400經定位與活塞桿之第二端204處的外殼後部相抵。外殼300之經紋理化側壁可有助於將瓶400保持於其初始位置。
當需要結合時,可經由接取穿過外殼300中之開口310而操縱瓶400,且瓶400可朝著活塞200之第一端202向前滑動。此滑動可使瓶400與穿孔結構260接觸,且使用足夠之力可允許藉由該穿孔結構使該瓶之一隔片穿孔以在穿過穿孔結構260之流體通道270與瓶之間建立流體流通。一旦穿孔結構跨越隔片而嚙合,帶有經紋理化之側壁之穿孔結構的形狀有助於在外殼內之前向位置維持瓶之定位。
一旦已在瓶與流體通道之間建立起流體流通,則閥250可重新定位至"打開"位置以允許瓶與注射器筒之間的流體流通。活塞200可接著向前滑動至注射器筒100中以使腔室108及瓶400之間的流體轉移。可利用活塞之重複前後滑動運動以結合兩種組份。此類結合可進一步藉由(例如)搖動、攪動及/或渦旋注射器系統而有所幫助。
當發生充分結合時,可藉由將注射器活塞200抽取至其原始位置而將經結合之藥物牽引至注射器腔室108中。閥250接著重新定位至"關閉"位置,以阻塞注射器腔室108及瓶外殼400之間的流體流通。當需要施打時,可移除管帽106以暴露一針或用於由針、IV口等注射之適當的附接接頭。藉由向前滑動活塞200至注射器筒108中而達成施打。
接著參見圖3,其描繪與參見圖2而於上文論述之注射器外殼構型相關的替代注射器外殼構型。與上文關於圖2之特徵相同的特徵用相同數字編號。與上文關於圖2之特徵類似的特徵經給定相同數字識別符附加"a"來表示。新特徵指派新的數字識別符。在特定情況中,容器或瓶400可具備一金屬端或塑膠管帽410。可提供瓶外殼300a以使一或多個開口312允許接取瓶管帽410,以用於在腔室外殼內重新定位瓶之前移除此類管帽。開口312之形狀不限於所展示之矩形開口。此類開口可為(例如)圓形、橢圓形的或其他適當形狀。較佳地,開口312足夠大以允許自腔室外殼300a內提取管帽410。
一旦自外殼300a移除管帽410,瓶400可經由接取開口310a向前滑動至穿孔結構上。如圖3所說明,與圖2相比,只要提供足夠之空間用於在外殼300a內操縱瓶400,接取開口310/310a並不限於特定長度或寬度。瓶外殼300a(及後續論述之瓶外殼)可包含經紋理化之側壁(如關於圖2在上文所論述)。
圖4描繪額外替代外殼構型。與上文論述之特徵相關之類似特徵經指派類似數字識別符附加"b"來表示。新特徵經指派新的數字識別符。圖4中所描繪之外殼300b可經構形以包含材料316之一系列隔開纏結之"指狀物"。此類隔開纏結之指狀物在其間留有開口或縫隙,且有足夠之可撓性以允許在外殼300b內接取及操縱瓶400。此類指狀物可相對彼此移動且可相對外殼300b稍向外彎曲,以允許插入一指狀物或工具裝置以在外殼300b內向前滑動瓶400。另外,在瓶400具有塑膠或金屬蓋的情況下,可在指狀物316之間移除此類蓋。
指狀物316之形狀及間隔並不限於所展示之三角形緊密配合。舉例而言,指狀物316可隔開及/或可交替地成形(諸如矩形、圓形等)。
在圖5中表示外殼構型之額外態樣。應注意,參見圖5,開口310c之定位並不限於特定位置。舉例而言,開口310c可定位於接近瓶400之頸,以允許瓶400藉由確定在頸上方之瓶頭或蓋區域下方有一向前壓力而在外殼300c內向前滑動。圖5額外說明一外殼構型,其中該內部外殼緊緊地貼在瓶400之側壁上。為了允許在外殼內操作瓶400,可提供一或多個縫隙318縱向穿過該外殼以允許外殼輕微膨脹。縫隙318之數目及長度不限於特定值。
圖5額外說明自活塞200c之第二端204的延伸部,其包含桿部分214及圓盤部分218。此延伸部可允許調適注射器裝置10用於注射器泵。圖6展示於圖5中所描繪之外殼之部分剖視圖。如圖6所說明,可提供相對之開口310以有助於在外殼內操縱瓶400。此操縱可包括用穿孔裝置260穿孔隔片,且可視需要包括自瓶100移除一金屬及/或塑膠蓋410。
圖7描繪替代構型之一部分剖視圖。在特定情況中,瓶或容器400可包括諸如LUER-LOK接頭412之扭轉型接頭(而非隔片)。因此,外殼300d可經構形以使一相應接收接頭320經構形以接收扭轉型接頭412。在外殼300d內操作瓶400可因此包括利用接取開口310d使瓶400轉動以將接頭412扭轉至接收接頭320。
接著參見圖8,此描繪在活塞200e之第二端204處具有開口底部之替代外殼300e。如所說明,外殼300e可具有沿著內部側壁301e之表面紋理特徵302e,且可額外視需要包括膨脹縫隙318e(如上文所述)。此類外殼可允許待插入之瓶/容器與腔室外殼之內部側壁301e具有一緊密配合,仍允許此類容器藉由在容器底部上之向前壓力而重新定位。在容器具有一金屬及/或塑膠管帽的情況下,可沿著外殼提供一或多個接取孔(未圖示)以允許提取此蓋,或可在將容器插入於外殼之前移除此蓋。
接著參見圖9,此展示注射器外殼300f之替代實施例,其具有一足夠大以用於插入並移除容器/瓶400之膨脹開口310f。實施例300f額外包括一瓶/容器罩324,其較佳地可為(例如)透明塑膠材料,諸如袋或小袋類型之材料。罩324可附接至外殼300f且較佳地附接以完全涵蓋開口310f以及瓶/容器。提供罩324為有足夠的可撓性以允許對瓶400之操縱,其包括自容器移除任何塑膠及/或金屬蓋及將容器400插入於外殼300f中。容器之進一步操縱可包括在外殼300f內向前滑動容器以跨越容器之隔片或經由一替代接頭附接至容器而嚙合該穿孔結構。
圖10描繪注射器結合/施打系統之一替代實施例。注射器裝置10可包含(例如)上文參看圖1所述之注射器筒組件100及活塞組件200。外殼組件300可參照先前所述之任一圖式而描述。或者,系統10可包含如在申請人較早申請之申請案(其以引用之方式併入全文(見上))中之一者中所述之注射器裝置。注射器裝置10進一步包括藥物袋500,其可逆向附接至注射器筒100。其中注射器筒100包含LUER-LOK或其他扭轉型接頭110,袋500可經構形以包含一對應相對之接收扭轉型接頭502。在接頭110為替代型接頭之情況下,袋接頭502可經構形以形成至接頭110之配合。
藥物袋500為用於裝流體之袋,且可因此稱為流體袋。可提供流體袋為初始空狀態或具有初始流體內含物。
在提供流體袋500為初始裝有藥物流體或稀釋劑的情況下,可用初始構型提供注射器裝置10,該初始構型使注射器活塞200經定位以使塞子210位於注射器筒100之前端。可利用活塞之部分抽取以自袋500將流體提取至注射器筒100中。安置於外殼300內之瓶可向前滑動至穿孔結構(或替代的連接結構)上,且閥250可重新定位至"打開"位置以在注射器筒與密封之瓶之間建立流體流通。可藉由將注射器活塞插入並抽取至注射器筒中而發生結合。可接著自袋500移除注射器筒100來準備施打經結合之藥物。
接著參見圖11,如所說明,可在流體袋500與注射器筒100之間併有一閥系統550。當將結合三種或三種以上藥物或稀釋劑時,此類閥系統可為有利的。描繪閥裝置550具有控制鄰接管道之間的流之三向管道及三向閥552。涵蓋替代閥系統。
利用所說明之閥構型,第一稀釋劑或藥物組份可提供於流體袋500中,第二組份或稀釋劑可提供於注射器筒100中,且第三組份可提供於藥物瓶400中。若待添加額外組份,則此可利用管道558及適當地定位閥552而達成。如所描繪,閥裝置550可包含可移夾具,其用於將注射器筒100可逆附接於出口554處及將注射器及流體袋500可逆附接於出口556處。組份之結合及施打可藉由適當定位閥552而達成。
在一個態樣中,本發明係關於用於防護注射器變得受污染及/或用於防護施打者或處理者暴露至注射器裝置之內含物的包裝構型。在施打或處理可含有一或多種潛在危險材料(諸如可為過敏原、畸形原、內分泌干擾素、致癌原或其他毒性或潛在毒性材料的組份)之藥劑時,防護施打者及其他裝置處理者變得十分重要。下文所述之構型可由本文所述之裝置、在以引用之方式併入的先前申請之申請案中所述之裝置、或習知注射器裝置及其組件而利用。
參見圖12,依據本發明之防護包裝通常將封裝整個結合/施打系統(其包括結構之所有組件)。包裝可為鬆散的,在其限制範圍中存在過剩空間以允許操縱裝置從而製備諸如所描繪之用於施打之藥物。用於操縱各種結合裝置之方法與上文所描述之類似。如於圖12中所描繪,展示一防護包裝600完全封裝來自圖1之以初始"預結合"構型展示之注射器裝置。在所描繪之實施例中,包裝600為相對鬆散的且可經形成以大體上模擬結合/施打系統之整個形狀。在此情況中,包裝為管狀及錐形的以大體符合裝置之形狀。或者,形狀可為矩形、類套管形、類小袋形或類囊形。
包裝600形成一內部隔室610。在較佳實施例中,本發明之包裝提供一無菌內部環境以防護裝置及其內含物不受污染。殺菌可在包裝之密封期間及/或之後發生。可執行終端殺菌,其可提供所有組件(包裝及封閉裝置)之最終殺菌。終端殺菌可涉及利用一或多個殺菌技術在密封過程期間或之後殺菌,該等殺菌技術包括但不限於暴露至汽化H2
O2
、伽瑪射線、電子束照射、化學滅菌器(例如,痕量甲醛)、高壓滅菌器(例如,如熟習此項技術者應理解之在適當壓力下在至少121℃的溫度下經歷至少21分鐘)等等。用於終端殺菌之方法可視裝置組件之材料、藥品組份、所存在之液體(若存在)及/或包裝材料而定。
較佳地提供包裝600以使得結合可在不需要打開或刺穿包裝之情況下完成。較佳地可於注射器筒100之前端提供穿孔602或可移開封帶或其他接取,以出於施打之目的允許接取裝置同時最小化暴露至裝置內含物。此類定位亦可最小化裝置之暴露至外部大氣之部分。或者,可提供一穿孔線或點,其可被撕開或由針外罩(needle cover)穿透。接著可輕微地拉回包裝以暴露針外罩且在最小化暴露裝置期間允許執行施打。
本發明之防護包裝並不限於任何特定材料。包裝可由單一材料或由兩種或兩種以上材料形成。參看圖13,在某些態樣中包裝材料600可為(例如)包含不同材料之兩個或兩個以上層604、606、608的層狀材料。材料600將具有外表面603及內表面609,內表面609將面對注射器裝置。或者或另外,包裝材料600可包含複合材料。亦可使用各種塗層材料。在特定較佳態樣中,包裝包含一或多種材料之半透明或透明塑膠膜,其允許裝置可見以用於結合及/或施打過程。膜提供UV射線防護亦可為較佳的。亦可提供包裝材料以提供蒸發防護且在特定情況中提供O2
障壁。在所利用之材料提供O2
障壁的情況下,可填充包裝以使內部隔室610包含氮氣或其他惰性氣體。在特定實施例中,包裝可為多層的以提供多個此等防護功能。
可用於包裝之例示性材料包括(但不限於):聚丙烯(PP)、聚乙烯、鋁箔、氧化鋁塗佈之耐綸、雙軸定向(雙軸)耐綸(BO耐綸)、雙軸聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯(BOPET)、氧化鋁塗佈之BOPET、聚碳酸酯、定向聚丙烯(OPP)、雙軸OPP(BOPP)、高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)、中密度聚乙烯(MDPE)、低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)、線性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)、乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)、茂金屬、離聚物、聚二氯亞乙烯(PVdC)、金屬化PET、金屬化OPP、聚(乙烯乙烯醇)(EVOH)、共擠物(coex)、沙林、氧化矽塗佈之BOPET、紙及/或經塗佈或未經塗佈之TYVEK(美國杜邦公司(E.I. du Pont de Nemours and Company),Wilmington DE)。所利用之材料可視所需防護及待利用之殺菌方法而定。
應理解,本發明之包裝概念不限於特定於本文中描述之或在先前申請之申請案中的裝置。舉例而言,本發明之包裝可結合習知注射器、習知注射器系統、習知結合系統、習知藥物輸送組件及系統、仍待開發之裝置及組件而使用。
接著參見圖14,封裝圖13之注射器系統之防護包裝可進一步包裝於托盤700內,托盤700可包含一成形腔702。較佳地,成形腔702經成形以模擬初始構型(預結合)中之裝置之整體輪廓。此類腔成形可有助於支撐裝置且可進一步將裝置穩定於初始構型,以防止在裝運、儲存及處理期間注射器筒內活塞之滑動。托盤700可包括具有適當標記之外罩。
圖15中展示額外包裝。此說明一類袋或類小袋包裝構型600a,其封裝整個注射器裝置,其包括筒組件100、活塞組件200及流體袋組件500。可抽空包裝600a或在其限制範圍內可具有空氣、氮氣或其他惰性氣體。較佳地,包裝600a可足夠可撓以在不需要將裝置暴露至外部環境或不需要將處理者暴露至裝置之組件的情況下允許結合藥物組份。一旦發生結合,對裝置之接取可藉由開封帶或穿孔602a而獲得。
在特定系統中,可與結合施打裝置之剩餘組件分開提供裝有藥物之瓶或容器,但其可在相同防護包裝內包裝(如圖16所說明)。如圖所示,防護包裝600a封裝包含注射器筒100及注射器活塞200之結合施打系統,其中外殼經構形以經由一開口310接收瓶。然而,可分開提供瓶400,但其封裝於相同防護包裝600b內。較佳地包裝600b可為袋或類小袋的,且可為抽空的或可裝有空氣、氮氣或其他惰性氣體。包裝可進一步包括具有一腔702b之托盤700b。托盤700b可進一步包括用於支撐注射器裝置及瓶之凸起突出部704b。突出部704b接近瓶400較佳地延伸超過瓶400之最大直徑以在處理、裝運及儲存期間防護瓶。突出部分較佳的成形以符合瓶及注射器裝置之形狀以提供支撐及維持注射器裝置之初始位置。
參見圖17,說明依據本發明之包裝之另一態樣。在所描繪之實施例中,展示包裝600c以符合形狀或包裝內含物。在此使用一習知注射器以說明包裝概念。此完全符合之包裝亦可由上文所論述之注射器結合施打裝置及於先前申請之申請案(以引用的方式併入本文)中所揭示之彼等裝置而使用。包裝600c較佳地可為可撓性且抗裂的,且可熱密封其內裝置之主體。包裝可視情況包括一或多個剛性及/或半剛性組件613,其可支撐或穩定化一或多個裝置結構或相對於另一裝置之裝置特徵的定位。舉例而言,在圖17之描繪中,剛性或半剛性包裝613可在活塞桿區域上利用以防止活塞200插入注射器筒100內。此類支撐特徵亦可有助於最小化或防止由可能發生之衝擊(例如,在裝運期間)造成的損害。對於諸如上文所論述之整體裝置構型,此類包裝可較佳地為足夠可撓以允許在包裝內操縱裝置。
或者或另外,包裝可在一或多個點615處附接至裝置。可利用(例如)熱密封、焊接、超音波方法或黏著劑而達成此類附接。附接點不限於任何特定位置或數目。較佳地,在裝運及儲存期間附接穩定化裝置之定位,且該附接可藉由由使用者在準備施打期間為了操縱而將包裝自裝置拉掉而與裝置分離。
本發明之結合/施打系統可由各種人員(包括(例如)家庭護理提供者、戰場或災害救援工作者)或由患者自己在最小失誤或受污染之風險的情況下容易地使用。在特定實施例中,本發明之裝置可提供於防護包裝中,其降低將人員暴露至裝置之內含物之可能性。提供該包裝以符合或優於如美國藥典§797中所提供之清潔及無菌性的標準。
遵照法令,已關於結構及方法特徵以或多或少特定之語言描述了本發明。然而應理解,由於本文中揭示之構件包含實現本發明之較佳形式,因此本發明不限於所展示及描述之特定特徵。因此,本發明係以其在隨附申請專利範圍之適當範疇內的任何形式或修改來主張,該等申請專利範圍依據均等論而適當地加以解釋。

Claims (19)
- 一種注射器裝置結合/施打系統,其包含:一注射器筒,其具有一前端及一相對之後端,該前端經建構以可移除地與一流體袋耦接並自該筒內部排出流體,該相對之後端界定一內周緣且經建構以接收一注射器活塞;一注射器活塞,其可插入至該注射器筒之該後端中,該注射器活塞界定延伸其長度的一管道;一自該活塞之一端延伸之瓶外殼,該瓶外殼具有界定一外周緣的側壁,該外周緣小於該筒之外周緣且可插入該筒中,該瓶外殼具有在側壁中的一取用窗,該取用窗具有一足夠尺寸以當一瓶在該外殼中時,允許該瓶之移除;至少一瓶;一流體袋,其可逆向附接至該注射器筒之該前端;及一防護膜材料,其封裝該注射器筒、該注射器活塞、該瓶外殼、該瓶及該流體袋,該防護膜材料經建構以當該流體自該注射器筒排出且流入該流體袋時,封裝該注射器筒、該注射器活塞、該瓶外殼、該瓶及該流體袋。
- 如請求項1之系統,其進一步包含一裝有封裝該注射器筒、該注射器活塞及該流體袋之該防護膜材料之防護托盤,該防護托盤包含凸起突出部以支撐該注射器筒及該注射器活塞。
- 如請求項1之系統,其中該防護膜材料經構形以允許在 不需要移除或刺穿該防護膜材料的情況下相對於該注射器筒操縱該注射器活塞。
- 如請求項1之系統,其中該防護膜材料對處理者提供對該注射器及該袋之該等內含物之防護。
- 如請求項1之系統,其中該活塞包含一縱向貫穿桿之流體通道。
- 如請求項1之系統,其進一步包含一安置於該流體袋及該注射器筒之該前端之間的閥裝置,該閥裝置包含一經構形以在該注射器筒及該流體袋之該內部之間控制流體流通之閥。
- 一種注射器裝置,其包含:一注射器筒,其具有一內部腔室、一前端及一後端,該前端經建構以可移除地與一流體袋耦接並自該筒內部排出流體,該相對之後端界定一內周緣且經建構以接收一注射器活塞;一注射器活塞,其具有可插入該內部腔室之一第一端、一第二端及一自該第一端延伸至一容器外殼之桿,該容器外殼延伸至該第二端且經構形以安放一容器,該容器外殼之至少一部分可插入該內部腔室內,其中該容器外殼包含一圓筒形側壁,其具有經構形以允許自一封閉之容器移除一蓋並自該外殼提取該蓋之至少一取用窗,該窗之大小不足以允許該容器穿過該窗之經過;及一流體通道,其自該容器外殼延伸穿過該桿且穿過該活塞之該第一端。
- 如請求項7之注射器裝置,其中該容器外殼包含一具有側壁之內部腔室,該等側壁之至少一部分具有紋理。
- 如請求項8之注射器裝置,其中該紋理包含肋及凸塊中之至少一者。
- 如請求項7之注射器裝置,其進一步包含一在該容器外殼內之瓶穿孔裝置。
- 如請求項7之注射器裝置,其進一步包含一Luer-Lok接頭,其經構形以附接至一容器上之一對應Luer-Lok接頭。
- 一種注射器裝置,其包含:一注射器筒,具有前端及後端,該前端經建構以可移除地與一流體袋耦接並自該筒內部排出流體,該相對之後端界定一內周緣且經建構以接收一注射器活塞;一活塞,其具有可插入該注射器筒內的一前端,且具有包含一瓶的一封閉之瓶外殼,該瓶外殼具有圓筒形側壁、一相對於該注射器前端的底座、及一穿過該等側壁具有足夠尺寸的取用窗,用於手動移除一瓶蓋並自該外殼提取該蓋而不用允許該瓶穿過該開口,該瓶外殼具有界定一外周緣的側壁,該外周緣小於該筒之外周緣且可插入該筒中;及一流體通道,其自該瓶外殼穿過該活塞至該前端。
