Description
本發明係有關於一種用來固定以防止至少兩個可被螺鎖在一起的罩殼部分被旋鬆的元件。
在管線架設期間,各種罩殼部分被螺鎖在一起。例如,在一膜片閥的例子中,該膜片被固定在兩個可被螺鎖在一起的罩殼部分之間。在操作期間必需要能夠將罩殼部分打開換膜片。當膜片的夾合減弱時,必需能夠將罩殼部分相對於彼此夾緊。在該膜片閥的操作期間,罩殼部分應被固定以防止被旋鬆。
在此先前技術的基礎上,本發明的目的是要提供一種用來固定以防止未受權的旋鬆的元件,此元件被儘可能地被一體地設置在該罩殼部分中,使得它從外部是看不到的。
此目的可由一用來固定以防止至少兩個可被螺鎖在一起的罩殼部分被旋鬆的元件來達成,其中該固定元件係以夾緊方式被設置在該等罩殼部分的一罩殼部分中,使得它與另一罩殼部分嚙合。
本發明的較佳發展被揭露在申請專利範圍附屬項中。
本發明對於將被固定以防止未經授權的移除的膜片閥而言是有利的。這是藉由一用夾緊方式被設置在該下罩殼部分中的固定元件來達成的。該固定元件被設置在該下罩殼部分與該上罩殼部分的外罩殼之間,其中該固定元件具有一彈性區域其具有一面向外的齒狀部。該外罩殼具有一面向內的齒狀部,其與該固定元件的齒狀部嚙合,其中該等齒狀部具有兩個不同的螺紋腹角,使得罩殼部分對於旋鬆的阻力大於旋緊的阻力。
圖1顯示一膜片閥1的上罩殼部分2的外罩殼13及一下罩殼部分3的側視圖。一固定元件26以精確的適配(fit)而被夾設在該下罩殼部分3中且被固定以防止旋鬆。該固定元件26被設置在一突出部分30的區域內,該突出部分在螺鎖在一起期間如該外罩殼部分3上一供該外罩殼13的下緣使用之拱台般地作用。該固定元件26之精確的適配及不可轉動的配置係藉由兩個肩部31,32來達成,這兩個肩部適配至該下罩殼部分3的一對應的凹部中。該固定元件26在有必要時可被更換。在圖1中,該膜片閥1係以完全被螺鎖在一起的狀態被顯示。
圖2顯示固定元件26的立體圖。該固定元件26具有一彈性區域27,其被設置成與該膜片閥1的心軸軸線平行且可垂直於該心軸軸線彈動。該固定元件26具有面朝外的齒腹(tooth flank)28,29,其與該上罩殼部分2的外罩殼13的週邊的內部上之另外的面朝內的齒腹(圖中未示出)相嚙合,它們被設計成彼此互補。齒腹28,29具有實質上不同的齒腹角。其結果為,用來將螺鎖連接弄鬆而施加的力量要比螺鎖在一起所需施加的力量要大很多。該彈性區域27被設置在該外罩殼13的內部且在螺鎖在一起的狀態下從該膜片閥1的外面是幾乎看不到,或完全看不到。
圖3顯示一通過該固定元件26及該下罩殼部分3以及該上罩殼部分2的外罩殼13的剖面圖。圖3顯示當該膜片閥1的該上罩殼部分2與該下罩殼部分3開始被螺鎖在一起時的狀態。該上罩殼部分2與該下罩殼部分3之間的螺鎖可藉由增加該膜片的變形而被旋緊。該固定元件26可防止該膜片閥1之未經授權的開啟或旋鬆。
圖4及5顯示該螺鎖配置的放大圖。圖4是圖3的放大圖且顯示螺鎖在一起開始時的狀態及圖5顯示螺鎖在一起終止時的狀態。
為了要提高關閉的力量,多個固定元件26亦可被設置成散佈在該閥罩殼的週邊的周圍。該固定元件26亦可被用於該膜片閥1以外的其它類型的閥上或者用於一管線系統的其它元件上,例如接合螺帽,其中兩個罩殼部分被螺鎖在一起且必需被固定以防止未經授權之旋鬆。

Claims (2)
- 一種用來固定膜片閥(1)的至少兩個可被螺鎖在一起的罩殼部分(3,2)以防止被旋鬆的固定元件(26),其特徵在於該膜片閥(1)的該罩殼部分是由一上罩殼部分(2)及一下罩殼部分(3)組成,該固定元件(26)係以夾緊方式被設置在該膜片閥(1)的該下罩殼部分(3)內,使得它與該膜片閥(1)的該上罩殼部分(2)的一外罩殼(13)嚙合,其中該固定元件(26)是由兩個區域組成,其第一個區域是一具有面向外的齒腹的彈性區域(27),該外罩殼(13)具有一面向內的另一齒腹,其與該固定元件(26)的齒腹嚙合,該固定元件(26)的第二區域具有肩部(31,32),其中該肩部(31,32)能夠嵌入該下罩殼部分(3)的一凹部內。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之固定元件(26),其中該等齒腹具有兩個不同的齒腹角,使得該等罩殼部分(2,3)對於旋鬆的阻力是大於旋緊的阻力。
