Description
本發明與鋸切機具有關,特別是指一種方便拆卸且結構穩固之鋸切機劈刀調整裝置。
為了避免已被鋸切的工件部份因受到持續的推力與本身材質的回復彈力影響而不當夾持鋸片,鋸切機具通常會設置一劈刀,讓劈刀切入工件被鋸片鋸切之後所產生的切縫中,用以撐開工件已被鋸切的部份,進而輔助操作者更安全且省力地推送工件。
然而,傳統的劈刀都是使用螺栓鎖固的方式加以固定,但是劈刀常需要配合加工內容的不同而拆換下來,習用之設計不僅造成劈刀拆裝的困難,同時提供給劈刀的定位效果也相當有限,故有改良之必要。
本發明之主要目的在於提供一種鋸切機劈刀調整裝置,其能方便完成劈刀的拆卸,同時可讓劈刀獲得良好的定位效果。
為了達成上述目的,本發明之鋸切機劈刀調整裝置包含有一劈刀座、一劈刀、一彈性件,以及一固定件。該劈刀座具有一長槽孔;該劈刀具有一長槽與至少一缺口,該缺口由該長槽之槽壁凹陷而成;該彈性件設於該劈刀座;該固定件穿設於該劈刀之長槽與該劈刀座之長槽孔而將該劈刀固定於該劈刀座,可受該彈性件的頂抵而卡合於該劈刀之缺口內,以提供該劈刀良好的定位效果。
藉由上述設計,操作者只要施力克服該彈性件施予該固定件之彈力,讓該固定件脫離該劈刀之缺口而位於該劈刀之長槽內,便能順著該劈刀之長槽將該劈刀拆卸下來,以達到方便拆卸之目的。
為了詳細說明本發明之結構、特徵及功效所在,茲列舉一較佳實施例並配合下列圖式說明如後。
請參閱第一至二圖,為本發明一較佳實施例所提供之鋸切機劈刀調整裝置(10),包含有一劈刀座(20)、一固定板(30)、一劈刀(40)、一第一彈性件(50),以及一固定組件(60)。
劈刀座(20)具有一固定部(22),固定部(22)的中央具有一第一長槽孔(24),且劈刀座(20)於第一長槽孔(24)的上、下方分別設有一第一定位桿(26),而於固定部(22)之右下方設有一第二定位桿(28)。
固定板(30)安裝於劈刀座(20)之第一定位桿(26),並具有一對應第一長槽孔(24)之第二長槽孔(32)。
劈刀(40)具有一長槽(42),可供劈刀座(20)之第一定位桿(26)穿設,讓劈刀(40)位於劈刀座(20)與固定板(30)之間而能相對劈刀座(20)上下移動,並可靠抵於第二定位桿(28);另外,劈刀(40)具有二缺口(44),該二缺口(44)由長
槽(42)之槽壁凹陷而成,並分別靠近於長槽(42)之頂底兩端而呈間隔設置於長槽(42)之同一側。
第一彈性件(50)藉由一鎖固於劈刀座(20)之螺栓(52)而固定於劈刀座(20),並位於劈刀座(20)之固定部(22)的後方。
請參閱第二至三圖,固定組件(60)具有一固定件(61)、一迫緊塊(62)、一把手(63)、一塞件(64),以及一第二彈性件(65)。固定件(61)依序穿過固定板(30)之第二長槽孔(32)、劈刀(40)之長槽(42),以及劈刀座(20)之第一長槽孔(24),並螺接有一固定塊(66)供第一彈性件(50)推頂;迫緊塊(62)緊配地套設於固定件(61),並於外周面具有一第一齒部(622);把手(63)套設於固定件(61)之頭端,並於內周面具有一第二齒部(632)與一鄰接第二齒部(632)之凸緣(634),可沿著固定件(61)之軸向於一嚙合位置(P1)與一分離位置(P2)之間移動,當把手(63)位於嚙合位置(P1),如第三圖所示,把手(63)之第二齒部(632)與迫緊塊(62)之第一齒部(622)相互嚙合,使把手(63)可透過迫緊塊(62)帶動固定件(61)轉動,當把手(63)位於分離位置(P2),如第四圖所示,把手(63)之第二齒部(632)與迫緊塊(62)之第一齒部(622)相互分離,使把手(63)可相對固定件(61)自由轉動;塞件(64)套設於固定件(61)之頭端而位於把手(63)內;第二彈性件(65)設於把手(63)之凸緣(634)與塞件(64)之間,以提供彈力將把手(63)保持在嚙合位置(P1)。
當操作者要定位劈刀(40)時,首先順著劈刀(40)之長槽(42)調整劈刀(40)之位置,如第五圖所示,直到固定件(61)正對劈刀(40)之其中一缺口(44)時,螺接於固定件(61)之固定塊(66)便會受到來自第一彈性件(50)之頂抵作用而讓固定件(61)產生橫向位移,藉以卡合於劈刀(40)之缺口(44)內,如第六圖所示,接著操作者再轉動把手(63),使把手(63)透過與迫緊塊(62)之間的嚙合關係而連動固定件(61)轉動,固定件(61)即可再透過與固定塊(66)之螺接關係逐漸朝劈刀(40)移動,讓迫緊塊(62)透過推頂一墊圈(67)而將劈刀(40)迫緊於劈刀座(20)與固定板(30)之間,如此便完成劈刀(40)之定位,如第三圖所示。
當操作者要拆卸劈刀(40)時,先反向轉動把手(63),以旋鬆固定件(61)與固定塊(66)之間的螺接關係,並且讓迫緊塊(62)釋放施予劈刀(40)之迫緊力量,接著再施力克服第一彈性件(50)施予固定塊(66)之彈力,讓固定件(61)從劈刀(40)之缺口(44)移動至劈刀(40)之長槽(42)內,操作者便可順著劈刀(40)之長槽(42)將劈刀(40)拆卸下來。
另一方面,為了方便轉動把手(63)及避免把手(63)與其他構件互相干涉,操作者可施力將把手(63)從嚙合位置(P1)往外拉動至分離位置(P2),如第四圖所示,此時,便能將把手(63)轉動至適當的位置之後再釋放施予把手(63)的拉力,讓把手(63)再回到嚙合位置(P1),以便帶動固定件(61)旋轉。
綜合以上所述,本發明之鋸切機劈刀調整裝置不僅能夠提供劈刀良好的定位效果,同時也能很方便地將劈刀拆卸下來,以確實達到本發明之目的。
本發明於前揭實施例中所揭露的構成元件,僅為舉例說明,並非用來限制本案之範圍,其他等效元件的替代或變化,亦應為本案之申請專利範圍所涵蓋。

Claims (7)
- 一種鋸切機劈刀調整裝置,包含有:一劈刀座,具有一長槽孔;一劈刀,具有一長槽與至少一缺口,該缺口由該長槽之槽壁凹陷而成;一彈性件,設於該劈刀座;以及一固定件,穿設於該劈刀之長槽與該劈刀座之長槽孔而將該劈刀固定於該劈刀座,可受該彈性件的頂抵而卡合於該劈刀之缺口內。
- 如請求項1所述之鋸切機劈刀調整裝置,其更包含有一固定塊,螺接於該固定件,並被該彈性件推頂。
- 如請求項2所述之鋸切機劈刀調整裝置,其更包含有一迫緊塊與一把手,該迫緊塊套設於該固定件,並具有一第一齒部,該把手套設於該固定件而具有一第二齒部,並可沿著該固定件之軸向於一嚙合位置與一分離位置之間移動,當該把手位於該嚙合位置,該把手之第二齒部與該迫緊塊之第一齒部相互嚙合,使該把手可透過該迫緊塊帶動該固定件轉動,當該把手位於該分離位置,該把手之第二齒部與該迫緊塊之第一齒部相互分離,使該把手可相對該固定件自由轉動。
- 如請求項3所述之鋸切機劈刀調整裝置,其更包含有一塞件與一彈性件,該塞件設於該固定件,該彈性件設於該把手之一凸緣與該塞件之間,提供彈力將該把手保持在該嚙合位置。
- 如請求項1所述之鋸切機劈刀調整裝置,其更包含有一固定板,鎖固於該劈刀座而讓該劈刀位於該劈刀座與該固定板之間,並具有一供該固定件穿設之長槽孔。
- 如請求項1所述之鋸切機劈刀調整裝置,其更包含有一定位桿,固定於該劈刀座,可供該劈刀靠抵。
- 如請求項1所述之鋸切機劈刀調整裝置,其中,該缺口數量為二,該二缺口呈間隔設置於該長槽的同一側。
