本发明主要目的是提供一种扳动零件时不需要反复地结合、 脱离, 以致于使 用上相当顺手、 效率高、 可连续操作工具的扳动装置。 为了达成上述的目的与功效, 本发明工具的扳动装置包括一工具柄、 一摆动 颚以及一滑动颚, 其中: 该工具柄, 其一端设有一工作头, 且该工作头一端设有一关节座, 该关节座 一侧设有导引壁;
该摆动颚为 L型构件, 其外侧转折处对应关节座设有一套枢于关节座的摆动 槽, 该摆动槽槽底面限制摆动颚相对关节座的转动间距, 且该摆动颚设有一贯穿 摆动槽的滑槽; 以及该滑动颚, 其设有一可相对滑槽滑动设置的滑动部, 由摆动颚与滑动颚 之间构成一套口, 且该滑动部一端对应导引壁设有一推动壁; 如此, 操作工具柄顺向转动时, 摆动颚受到工作头顶部抵顶, 摆动颚与滑动 颚两者呈锁定状态, 并以套口一同夹固对象进行旋紧或旋松作业, 而逆向转动时 摆动颚相对关节座转动, 同时以导引壁推抵推动壁, 以令滑动颚的滑动部在滑槽 朝向摆动颚的相反方向位移, 并扩大套口前后尺寸差, 而上述位移量、 扩大套口 前后尺寸差同等于转动间距, 且扩大的套口得以相对物件空转。
本发明工具的扳动装置进一步包括有下列技术特征, 其中: 1.关节座设有一 贯穿关节座的枢孔, 而摆动槽两侧槽壁各设有一向外贯穿的通孔, 并以一枢轴穿 枢通孔与枢孔, 提供摆动颚相对关节座的摆动。 2.工作头设有关节座的另一端设 有一向外侧延伸的挡止臂。 3.该滑槽垂直截面上窄下为圆形截面结构, 且滑动颚 的滑动部垂直截面也为上窄下为圆形截面的相对结构。 4.该摆动颚底部设有一与 滑槽相连通的贯孔, 贯孔穿设有一凸柱, 而滑动颚在滑动部设有推动壁的另一端 设有一活动槽, 且活动槽开口与贯孔相连通, 而凸柱顶端滑设于活动槽内, 并以 一弹簧两端分别弹抵凸柱以及活动槽朝向推动壁方向的槽面, 滑动颚的滑动部在 滑槽朝向摆动颚的相反方向位移过程中, 凸柱压缩弹簧, 并以弹簧恢复力推抵滑 动颚复位, 同时摆动颚一并复位。 5.于滑动颚设有一缺口, 该缺口位于推动壁上 方, 该缺口供导引壁上端闪避。 6.推动壁上 位置高于导引壁上 位置。
因此本发明可说是一种相当具有实用性及进步性的发明, 相当值得产业界来

关于本发明动作方式请参阅附图图 4至图 5所示: 操作工具柄 1顺向转动时 (由关节座 12朝向工具柄 1方向转动, 如第四图所示), 由于摆动颚 2受到工作 头 1 1顶部抵顶, 因此摆动颚 1与滑动颚 3两者呈锁定状态, 并以摆动颚 1与滑动 颚 3的套口 41一同夹固物件 50 (在此以螺帽为例) 进行旋紧或旋松作业;
而逆向转动时 (由工具柄 1朝向关节座 12方向转动, 如第五图所示), 此时 滑动颚 3不受工具柄 1的工作头 11顶部抵顶,使得滑动颚 3—同与摆动颚 1相对 关节座 12转动, 同时以导引壁 13推抵推动壁 32, 以令滑动颚 3的滑动部 31在 滑槽 23朝向摆动颚 2的相反方向略微位移, 并扩大套口 41前后尺寸差, 而上述 滑动颚 3位移量、 扩大套口 41前后尺寸差同等于转动间距, 且扩大的套口 41尺 寸大于对象最大尺寸, 而使得套口 41得以相对对象 50空转, 提供使用者反复连 续操作使用, 有效提高工作效率及工作进度, 如此达成本发明的目的与功效。
而滑动颚 3的滑动部 31在滑槽 23朝向摆动颚 2的相反方向位移过程中, 凸 柱 24压缩弹簧 34, 并借由弹簧 34恢复力推抵滑动颚 3复位, 同时摆动颚 2—并 复位。
值得一提的是, 本发明推动壁 32上 位置高于导引壁 13上 位置, 使得导 引壁 13得以顺利导引并抵顶推动该滑动颚 3的推动壁 32, 确实推抵滑动颚 3相 对摆动颚 2的滑移动作。

1 . 一种工具的扳动装置, 包括有一工具柄、 一摆动颚以及一滑动颚, 其中: 该工具柄, 其一端设有一工作头, 且该工作头一端设有一关节座, 该关节座 一侧设有导引壁;
该摆动颚为 L型构件, 其外侧转折处对应关节座设有一套枢于关节座的摆动 槽, 该摆动槽槽底面限制摆动颚相对关节座的转动间距, 且该摆动颚设有一贯穿 摆动槽的滑槽;
以及该滑动颚, 其设有一可相对滑槽滑动设置的滑动部, 由摆动颚与滑动颚 之间构成一套口, 且该滑动部一端对应导引壁设有一推动壁;
如此, 操作工具柄顺向转动时, 摆动颚受到工作头顶部抵顶, 摆动颚与滑动 颚两者呈锁定状态, 并以套口一同夹固对象进行旋紧或旋松作业, 而逆向转动时 摆动颚相对关节座转动, 同时以导引壁推抵推动壁, 以令滑动颚的滑动部在滑槽 朝向摆动颚的相反方向位移, 并扩大套口前后尺寸差, 而上述位移量、 扩大套口 前后尺寸差同等于转动间距, 且扩大的套口得以相对物件空转。
