2、 现有活扳手的优缺点:

综上, 尽管扳手的改进设计很多, 但是均未能从根本上改进现有 活扳手容易打滑的问题和呆板手不可调的问题。这是因为活扳手的开 口调节方向与其受力的方向是一致的, 在用力时, 由于调节轮与齿条 间存在间隙, 而使扳手的开口变大, 导致打滑, 或损伤螺母。 而呆板 手的改进主要集中在如何减少扳手的重新插入,并没有解决其开口可 调的问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足, 本发明所要解决的技术问题是, 提供 一种可解决现有呆扳手宽度不可调的问题,同时解决现有活扳手因开 口尺寸调节方向与受力方向一致导致拨轮与齿条容易磨损的问题,以 及拨轮与齿条啮合间隙增大,使用时打滑而损伤螺母的问题的可调节 式扳手。
为解决上述技术问题, 本发明所采取的技术方案是: 一种可调节 式扳手, 包括手柄, 所述手柄至少一端设置有互成一定角度形成一扳 手钳口的直爪与斜爪,所述直爪上设置可沿其长度方向移动的调节滑 唇, 所述调节滑唇包括一与螺母作用的倾斜面, 该倾斜面与形成所述 扳手钳口的斜爪的内表面平行。
上述的可调节式扳手,所述调节滑唇与直爪之间设置有可在直爪 上任意位置固定的定位机构。
上述的可调节式扳手,所述定位机构为设于调节滑唇侧面或底面 的紧定螺釘。

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种可调节式扳手, 包括手柄, 所述手柄至少一端设置有互 成一定角度形成一扳手钳口的直爪与斜爪, 其特征在于: 所述直爪上 设置可沿其长度方向移动的调节滑唇,所述调节滑唇包括一与螺母作 用的倾斜面, 该倾斜面与形成所述扳手钳口的斜爪的内表面平行。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的可调节式扳手, 其特征是: 所述调节 滑唇与直爪之间设置有可在直爪上任意位置固定的定位机构。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的可调节式扳手, 其特征是: 所述定位 机构为设于调节滑唇侧面或底面的紧定螺釘。
4、 根据权利要求 2所述的可调节式扳手, 其特征是: 所述定位 机构为设于直爪与调节滑唇滑动作用面上的互相配合的锁定锯齿。
5、 根据权利要求 2、 3或 4所述的可调节式扳手, 其特征是: 所 述调节滑唇上设置穿过其内部的螺杆,在直爪上固定有可旋转的与螺 杆配合、 调节滑唇沿所述直爪往复运动的的拨轮。
6、 根据权利要求 5所示的可调节式扳手, 其特征在于: 所述直 爪与斜爪之间形成的钳口角度为 5° ~ 40。 。
