所述上齿面嵌块包括上齿面及上榫头, 所述上颚夹上设置有与上榫头相适 配的上榫槽, 通过上榫槽与上榫头的配合使上齿面嵌块固定在上颚夹上。
本发明改进有, 所述下榫头设置在弧形齿面后端中部, 下榫头与弧形齿面 连接处采用阶梯过度, 下榫头是横截面为矩形的直榫头, 下榫槽是横截面为矩 形的直向长槽, 当下榫头插入下榫槽时, 弧形齿面与下榫头连接处的台阶面压 紧在下榫槽壁的顶面上; 所述上榫头设置在上齿面后端中部, 上榫头与上齿面连接处采用阶梯过度, 上榫头是横截面为矩形的直榫头, 上榫槽是横截面是矩形的直向长槽, 当上榫 头插入上榫槽时, 上齿面与上榫头连接处的台阶面压紧在上榫槽槽壁的顶面上。

本发明改进有, 多用棘爪管钳还包括将下榫头推出下榫槽的第一卸榫螺釘, 所述柄体上设置有与下榫槽相通的第二螺孔, 所述第一卸榫螺釘设置在第二螺 孔内, 第一卸榫螺釘的末端抵在下榫头上。
本发明改进有, 多用棘爪管钳还包括将上榫头推出上榫槽的第二卸榫螺釘, 所述上颚夹上设置有与上榫槽相通的第三螺孔, 所述第二卸榫螺釘设置在第三 螺孔内, 第二卸榫螺釘的末端抵在上榫头上。
本发明改进有, 多用棘爪管钳还包括限位销, 所述扭力弹簧为平列双扭弹 簧, 所述限位销设置在平列双扭弹簧下臂的根部上方, 限制弹簧下臂只能贴近 装配槽底移动。
平列双扭弹簧上臂端部连接上颚夹后臂, 上颚夹旋转带动平列双扭弹簧上 臂和下臂夹角变化, 因此产生的弹簧张力始终顶住上颚夹, 使上颚夹的上齿面 嵌块与柄体头部弧形齿面嵌块之间形成管钳夹紧工件的开口。 本发明的有益效果为: 新型结构的多用棘爪管钳, 柄体及上颚夹上的防滑 齿可装卸可更换, 对使用者而言, 钳口防滑齿磨损至不能再用时, 扳手不会报 废, 只要更换两个嵌块即可, 对于生产者而言, 要选择优质材料提高质量, 只 要对两个嵌块选择优质材料, 其余部分仍用普通材料, 就能达到目的, 整个钳 口由三个不同方向的齿面夹紧管子, 防止滑动, 而且上颚夹的结构合理, 重量 轻, 强度好, 新采用的平列双扭弹簧结构紧凑对称, 弹性好无别劲, 性能好。 整根多用棘爪管钳制造成本低, 使用寿命长, 功能广泛, 工作快速可靠。 附图说明

为详细说明本发明的技术内容、 构造特征、 所实现目的及效果, 以下结合 实施方式并配合附图详予说明。
请参阅图 1至附图 4, 附图所示本发明提供的一种多用棘爪管钳, 包括柄体 1、 销轴 6、 上颚夹 2及扭力弹簧 3 , 所述上颚夹 2通过销轴 6铰接在柄体 1上, 所述柄体 1上开设有装配槽 11 , 所述扭力弹簧 3设置在装配槽 11内, 扭力弹簧 3的一驱动端设置在上颚夹 2上,扭力弹簧 3的另一端设置在装配槽上, 多用棘 爪管钳还包括弧形齿面嵌块 4及上齿面嵌块 5 ,所述弧形齿面嵌块 4包括弧形齿 面 41及下榫头 42, 所述柄体 1头部设置有与下榫头 42相适配的下榫槽 12, 通 过下榫头 42与下榫槽 12的配合使弧形齿面嵌块 4固定在柄体 1上;
所述上齿面嵌块 5包括上齿面 51及上榫头 52,所述上颚夹 2上设置有与上 榫头 52相适配的上榫槽 21 , 通过上榫槽 21与上榫头 52的配合使上齿面嵌块 5 固定在上颚夹 2上。
具体的,装配槽 11设置在柄体 1上,设置的大小可以容置上颚夹 2的后臂, 而且扭力弹簧 3也设置在装配槽 11内, 上颚夹 2铰接在柄体 1上, 铰接点在本 实施例中设置在装配槽 11内, 通过销轴 6贯穿柄体 1及上颚夹 2的轴孔, 柄体 1与销轴 6是不动的, 上颚夹 2可绕销轴 6转动, 本实施例中上颚夹 2可绕销轴 6旋转大于 90° 。
新型结构的多用棘爪管钳在正常使用时, 下榫头 42插入下榫槽 12, 上榫头 52插入上榫槽 21 , 之后依靠弧形齿面 41与上齿面 51的配合实现各种工件的拆 装, 在使用一段时间后, 即当防滑齿磨损到失去防滑功能时, 将弧形齿面嵌块 4 及上齿面嵌块 5从下榫槽 42及上榫槽 21 内抽出, 并更换新的弧形齿面嵌块 4 及上齿面嵌块 5 , 大大提升了多用棘爪管钳的使用寿命。
本实施例中, 参照附图 3 , 所述下榫头 42设置在弧形齿面 41的后端中部, 下榫头 42与弧形齿面 41的连接处采用阶梯过度,下榫槽 12的厚度与下榫槽 12 宽度适配, 装配时台阶面压紧在下榫槽 12的侧壁顶面上。
参照附图 4, 所述上榫头 52设置在上齿面 51的后端中部, 上榫头 52与上 齿面 51的连接处采用阶梯过度, 上榫槽 21的厚度与上榫槽 12宽度适配, 装配 时台阶面压紧在上榫槽 21的侧壁顶面上。
上述两种装配方式中, 所述上榫槽 21和下榫槽 12均为直向长槽, 上榫槽 21与下榫槽 12的横截面均为矩形,槽壁均设置有足够厚度,用以保证抗弯强度, 进一步的, 在装配后, 上榫头 52与上榫槽 21底之间存在一定的间隙, 即上齿 面的台阶面紧贴在上榫槽 21槽壁顶面上, 下榫头 42与下榫槽 21槽底也存在一 定的间隙, 及弧形齿面 41的台阶面紧贴在下榫槽 12槽壁顶面上, 因此, 整个 管钳在使用时, 作用在弧形齿面 41及上齿面 51上的力能全部通过台阶面压在 本实施例中, 可以直接采用过盈配合互相固定上榫头 52与上榫槽 21及下 榫头 42与下榫槽 12, 实现了相互之间的紧配合, 当需要拆卸更换时, 通过道具 将上榫头 52及下榫头 42拔出。
当然, 两者之间的配合也可以是过渡配合, 过渡配合指可能具有间隙或过 盈的配合。
当两者采用过渡配合时, 为了使上榫槽 21与上榫头 52及下榫槽 12与下榫 头 42固定牢固, 本实施例中, 多用棘爪管钳还包括第一固定装置 7及第二固定 装置 8, 当下榫头 42插入下榫槽 12时采用第一固定装置 7固定, 当上榫头 52 插入上榫槽 21时采用第二固定装置 8固定。
一实施例中, 参照附图 1及附图 2, 所述第一固定装置 7为防脱螺釘, 所述 下榫槽 12的一个侧壁上设置有光孔, 所述下榫槽 12的另一个侧壁上设置有第 一螺孔, 所述下榫头 42上设置有通孔, 防脱螺釘依次穿过光孔及通孔并与第一 螺孔配合将下榫头 42固定在柄体 1上。
防脱螺釘通过螺纹配合固定在第一螺孔后, 下榫头 42牢固的固定在下榫槽 12内, 即整个弧形齿面嵌块 4牢固的固定在柄体 1上, 当然, 采用防脱螺釘只 是一种技术方案, 本发明中并不限制第一固定装置 7 的具体形式, 其他实施例 中,也可以采用其他方式固定下榫头 42与下榫槽 12,例如采用螺栓与螺母配合, 即下榫槽 12的两个侧壁上均设置为光孔, 螺栓依次穿过一光孔、 通孔、 另一光 孔并最终与螺母配合固定在柄体 1上, 当然也可以采用销固定等。
本实施例中, 参照附图 1及附图 2, 第二固定装置 8为紧定螺釘, 上榫槽 21的一个侧壁上设置有紧定螺孔, 当上榫头 52插入上榫槽 21时, 紧定螺釘通 过紧定螺孔顶紧上榫头 52, 以防松脱, 当然第二定位装置也可以采用上述第一 定位装置的技术方案, 本发明中并不做具体限制。
本实施例中, 所述上齿面 51为 V型齿面, V型齿面的开口端朝向柄体 1。 具体的, 本实施例中, 弧形齿面 41居下朝上, V型齿面居上朝下, V型齿 面顶角的夹角为 120° , 因此 V型齿面实际上是两个不同方向的齿面, 它与弧 形齿面上下相对, 三个齿面构成了钳口, 用于夹持工件, 由于三个点可以决定 一个圓, 因此采用这种方式能有效的夹紧工件。 如传统扳手无法夹紧的管子类 工件, 新型的扳手也能牢固的夹持。
本实施例中, 弧形齿面 41与 V形齿面的防滑齿的齿形向内倾斜, 并且齿尖 角小于 90。 , 可以达到最佳的防滑效果, 此结构与其他结构配合时, 实现了外 力旋紧或松开螺纹连接件时, 即实施正向压力, 外力越大, 钳口对工件就夹的 越紧, 当实施反向外力时, 调整管钳的工作位置时, 就会自动松开, 使管钳轻 松到达新的工作位置, 实现连续工作。
下榫槽 12可以直接与装配槽 11相通, 使得柄体 1的加工方便, 根据柄体 1 及上颚夹 2的具体形状来确定下榫槽 12与下榫槽 12的结构。
本实施例中, 参照附图 1及附图 2, 所述多用棘爪管钳还包括将下榫头 42 推出下榫槽 12的第一卸榫螺釘 9,所述柄体 1上设置有与下榫槽 12相通的第二 螺孔, 所述第一卸榫螺釘 9设置在第二螺孔内, 第一卸榫螺釘 9的末端抵在下 榫头 42上。
同理, 所述多用棘爪管钳还包括将上榫头 52推出上榫槽 21的第二卸榫螺 釘 10, 所述上颚夹 2上设置有与上榫槽 21相通的第三螺孔, 所述第二卸榫螺釘 10设置在第三螺孔内, 第二卸榫螺釘 10的末端抵在上榫头 52上。
通过两个卸榫螺釘可方便的拆卸上榫头 52及下榫头 42, 具体的, 以第一卸 榫螺釘 9为例, 当需要拆卸下榫头 42时, 将第一卸榫螺釘 9往内旋, 第一卸榫 螺釘 9将下榫头 42推出下榫槽 12, 使用者可以方便的将弧形齿面嵌块 4拆下。
本实施例中, 多用棘爪管钳还包括限位销 31 , 所述扭力弹簧 3为平列双扭 弹簧, 所述限位销 31设置在平列双扭弹簧下臂的根部上方。
具体的, 参照附图 1、 附图 2及附图 5所述平列双扭弹簧的上臂是双臂, 并 彼此独立分开, 双臂顶端均有弯脚, 弯曲方向相对朝内侧, 弯曲角度 90° , 上 颚夹 2后臂设置有小通孔, 上臂从上颚夹 2后臂两侧插在其小通孔内, 弹簧下 臂两根钢丝连在一起成连体臂, 插在销轴 6下方, 下臂压在柄体 1装配槽 11的 底部, 限位销 31设置在下臂根部上方, 限制了弹簧下臂只能贴近柄体 1装配槽 11底面移动, 上颚夹 2旋转带动平列双扭弹簧上臂和下臂夹角变化, 弹簧张力 始终顶住上颚夹 2,使它复位,平列双扭弹簧结构对称,所以别劲相互抵消为零, 只有双臂张力合力作用在中心线上, 有利于上颚夹 2顺畅复位。 平列双扭弹簧的设置方式在本发明中并不做具体限制,主要是提供上颚夹 2 转动后带动平列双扭弹簧上臂和下臂之间的夹角变化, 从而产生回复力, 因此 平列双扭弹簧的设置可以为多种结构, 例如, 在一实施例中, 所述平列双扭弹 簧的上臂设置在上颚夹 2上, 与上述结构一致, 其下臂直接固定在柄体 1上, 例如柄体 1 上开设有固定孔, 下臂底部直接穿过固定孔固定, 或者下臂端部缠 绕在限位销上, 另一种方案中, 所述平列双扭弹簧反向安装, 此时上臂制成顺 销轴方向弯曲, 仍设置在上颚夹上, 下臂反向伸向柄体末端方向, 限位销仍在 下臂根部上方, 当上颚夹旋转时, 带动上臂推动弹簧储能圏向前移动, 上述结 构均可以实现上下臂夹角变化, 产生回复弹力。
柄体 1上设置有固定轴, 下臂绕设在固定轴上。
本实施例中, 所述上颚夹 2的前端的横截面为 "T" 型, 使整个上颚夹 2重 量轻, 抗弯曲性能好, 而且上颚夹 2绕销轴 6旋转灵活顺畅, 进一步的, 上颚 夹 2后壁设计成弧形, 使其跨过弧形齿面, 在弧型齿面后部插入装配槽 11 , 保 证弧形齿面完整无缺, 使多用棘爪管钳在夹持最大直径的管子时, 即钳口最大 开口时, 有最大的齿面夹紧管子。

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种多用棘爪管钳, 包括柄体、 上颚夹、 销轴及扭力弹簧, 所述柄体上 开设有装配槽, 所述上颚夹通过销轴铰接在柄体的装配槽上, 所述扭力弹簧设 置在装配槽内, 扭力弹簧的一驱动端设置在上颚夹上, 扭力弹簧的另一端设置 在装配槽上, 还包括弧形齿面嵌块及上齿面嵌块, 所述弧形齿面嵌块包括弧形 齿面及下榫头, 所述柄体头部设置有与下榫头相适配的下榫槽, 通过下榫头与 下榫槽的配合使弧形齿面嵌块固定在柄体上;
所述上齿面嵌块包括上齿面及上榫头, 所述上颚夹上设置有与上榫头相适 配的上榫槽, 通过上榫槽与上榫头的配合使上齿面嵌块固定在上颚夹上。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的多用棘爪管钳, 其特征在于, 所述下榫头设置在 弧形齿面后端中部, 下榫头与弧形齿面连接处采用阶梯过度, 下榫头是横截面 为矩形的直榫头, 下榫槽是横截面为矩形的直向长槽, 当下榫头插入下榫槽时, 弧形齿面与下榫头连接处的台阶面压紧在下榫槽壁的顶面上;
所述上榫头设置在上齿面后端中部, 上榫头与上齿面连接处采用阶梯过度, 上榫头是横截面为矩形的直榫头, 上榫槽是横截面是矩形的直向长槽, 当上榫 头插入上榫槽时, 上齿面与上榫头连接处的台阶面压紧在上榫槽槽壁的顶面上。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的多用棘爪管钳, 其特征在于, 还包括第一固定装 置及第二固定装置, 当下榫头插入下榫槽时采用第一固定装置固定, 当上榫头 插入上榫槽时采用第二固定装置固定。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的多用棘爪管钳, 其特征在于, 所述第一固定装置 为防脱螺釘, 所述下榫槽的一个侧壁上设置有光孔, 所述下榫槽的另一个侧壁 上设置有第一螺孔, 所述下榫头上设置有通孔, 防脱螺釘依次穿过光孔及通孔 并与第一螺孔配合将下榫头固定在柄体上。
5、 根据权利要求 3所述的多用棘爪管钳, 其特征在于, 所述第二固定装置 包括紧定螺釘, 上榫槽一个侧壁上设置有紧定螺孔, 紧定螺釘通过紧定螺孔顶 紧上榫头使上榫头固定在上颚夹上。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的多用棘爪管钳, 其特征在于, 所述上齿面为 V型 齿面, V型齿面的开口端朝向柄体。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的多用棘爪管钳, 其特征在于, 所述弧形齿面与上 齿面的齿角小于 90° , 所述弧形齿面的齿角及上齿面的齿角倾斜设置。
8、 根据权利要求 1所述的多用棘爪管钳, 其特征在于, 还包括将下榫头推 出下榫槽的第一卸榫螺釘, 所述柄体上设置有与下榫槽相通的第二螺孔, 所述 第一卸榫螺钉设置在第二螺孔内, 第一卸榫螺釘的末端抵在下榫头上。
9、 根据权利要求 1所述的多用棘爪管钳, 其特征在于, 还包括将上榫头推 出上榫槽的第二卸榫螺釘, 所述上颚夹上设置有与上榫槽相通的第三螺孔, 所 述第二卸榫螺釘设置在第三螺孔内, 第二卸榫螺釘的末端抵在上榫头上。
10、 根据权利要求 1 所述的多用棘爪管钳, 其特征在于, 还包括限位销, 所述扭力弹簧为平列双扭弹簧, 所述限位销设置在平列双扭弹簧下臂的根部上 方, 限制弹簧下臂只能贴近装配槽底移动。
