Abstract

一种活动扳手,滑块1上带有梯形导块,配合地楔入导轨7的梯形槽内,可沿导轨滑移,利用梯形槽的楔形自锁效应以防止滑块1在扭螺帽时打滑后退,从而造成直推活扳手,省去现行活扳手的螺旋齿条机构,避免了间隙,降低造价和方便使用。

Description

直推活扳手
这是关于直接推合的活动扳手的发明。属于国际专利分类B25手工具类技术领域。
众所周知,现行活动扳手使用螺旋——齿条式推合机构,数十年来见之于各种教科书及企业产品。这种机构的不足之处在于:其传动间隙使扳手滑块后退,易扭坏螺帽;使用不便,结构复杂,成本也高。
本发明的目的是根本取消现用的螺旋——齿条式推合机构,利用梯形槽自锁紧效应,构成简单的直接推合活扳手,从而解决上述问题。
本发明的技术方案的核心,是使用如图2所示那样的梯形槽(燕尾槽)形成的楔形自锁紧效应,使活扳手滑块在受力时被自行锁紧止滑,扭动镙钉,而不受力时滑块可被轻快推动,直接推合到与螺帽恰当配合的工作位置。
结合对图面的说明,以进一步清晰地阐述本技术方案,图1显示本发明之活扳手,有与导轨7一体的固定臂2,导轨7上开有梯形槽,其内可滑动地装有与之配合的梯形导块3,导块3上一体地连有滑块1,滑块1之刃口与固定臂2之刃口恒保持平行。滑块1依靠一体之导块3而可在导轨7上滑移,其滑移方向与水平轴之夹角为γ。导轨7之下的6是工艺通孔。4是扳手的柄。8是圆头锁定螺钉,它旋入导块3的螺孔内,但其圆头卡在工艺通孔6内,从而防止滑块1脱离扳手。这样,用手直接推动滑块1,使它的刃口与固定臂2的平行刃口夹紧螺帽5,以扭动这个螺帽。按图1下部箭头方向转动扳手时,螺帽施予扳手之滑块1之上的反作用力P作用在滑块1的上部,与滑块1之刃口垂直(是法向力),P可分解为滑动方向分力P1及垂直分力P2。这P1与导轨7的方向即滑块1的滑动方向一致,与P夹γ角,P2与P1垂直,关系为:
P1=P·cosγ,    P2=P·sinγ
图2是图1的A-A方向剖视图。图3是图2的梯形槽部分的局部视图(但未显示锁定镙钉8)。图2、图3中,导块3之斜面及梯形槽斜面与铅垂之夹角为β,滑块1所受垂直分力P2必被梯形槽斜面上法向力(与斜面垂直)P3及P4所平衡,即
P3=P4=P2/(2sinβ)若导块3与梯形槽斜面间的摩擦系数为μ,工作时P2使滑块1向梯形槽内楔紧,为防止滑块1后退打滑,应使以P3、P4为正压力形成的摩擦力大于滑动方向分力P1,即应保证
μ·tgγ>sinββ不可过小,以免不工作时无法推动滑块1。γ也不可过大,以保证扳手的工作范围。μ通常取静摩擦系数,但取滑动摩擦系数时,对防止打滑就更为保险。梯形槽斜面及导块3的梯形斜面通常是平面,但若为提高效能,也可设计成曲面。滑块1之上通常固联有某种附件,使手指可利用该附件方便地推移滑块1,这可有多种方式,属通常技术,这里不赘述。
工作时,手指直接推滑块1(与固定臂2一起)将螺帽5夹紧,再扳转旋紧螺帽,然后推滑块1左移放松,移去扳手。这样,直推式活板手使用简单,不会因传动机构间隙而拧坏螺帽,取得与固定开口扳手同样的效果。而这种直推活扳手的造价也降低。
一个实施例是,各部件是钢制造,但梯形槽斜面上复有高摩擦系数的材料,例如导块3用高摩擦系数的粉末冶金制造,主要数据为:μ=0.3,γ=20°,β=5°,符合0.3×tg20°>sin5°
另一个实施例是,梯形槽斜面也是钢制,μ=0.1,而γ=20°,β=2°,仍符合0.1×tg20°>sin2°。

Claims (3)

1、一种活动扳手,具有与导轨7、手柄4一体的固定臂2,与梯形导块3一体的滑块1,导轨7之下开有工艺通孔6,其特征是,导轨7上开有梯形槽,其内可滑动地装有梯形导块3,使滑块1可沿导轨7滑移,其刃口与固定臂2之刃口保持平行。
2、根据权利要求1所述的活动扳手,以滑块1、固定臂2之刃口方向为垂直方面,导块3在导轨7上的滑移方向为与水平的夹角为γ,导轨7斜面及导块3之斜面与垂直方向之夹角为β,导块3与梯形槽斜面间的摩擦系数为μ,其特征是,为防止滑块1工作时打滑,下列不等式应成立:μ·tgγ>sinβ。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的活动扳手,其特征是,还具有可旋入导块3的螺钉8,它的圆头卡在工艺通孔6之内,防止滑块1脱离扳手。
