直推活板手
这是关于活动板手的发明,属于手工具领域。
现行的活动板手需要螺旋-齿条式推动机构,它尚有下列不足之处:其传动间隙构成板手滑块工作时后退,容易将螺帽拧出飞边而损坏;结构复杂,成本高,制造、使用不便。
为解决上述问题,本发明提出一种自锁紧直推机构,构成直推式活板手,图1,图2和图3说明了它的原理。
1是活板手的滑块,依靠其下部的梯形导块3楔入并与导轨7上开有的燕尾措相配合,而能在7上滑动,其滑动方向与水平轴夹角为α。6是工艺通孔。2是板手的固定臂,2与1之间夹有被扭动的螺帽5,4是板手的柄。8是园头螺钉,它拧在导块3的螺孔内,其园头被卡在通孔6内,从而防止滑块1脱离板手。

图2是图1的A-A方向剖视图。图3是图2的燕尾槽部分的局部放大图,但没有表示锁定螺钉8,图2及图3中,燕尾槽及导块3的梯形的斜面与铅垂的夹角为β,P2可分解为两个与燕尾槽斜面垂直的分力P3与P4,有P3=P4=P2/(2.sinβ)若导块3与燕尾槽斜面间的摩擦系数为μ,工作时靠P2使滑块1的梯形导块3向燕尾槽内楔紧。为防止工作时滑块1向后退打滑,应使P2产生的P3、P4为正压力形成的摩擦力大于法向力P的沿滑动方向分力P1,即应保证:
μ.tgα>sinβ
但是β不可过小,防止因滑块1的重力等因素形成燕尾槽处的自锁,而使滑动1无法推移,而α也不可过大,以保证板手的工作范围,μ是静摩擦系数,如取为滑动摩擦系数,对防打滑就更保险,燕尾槽及相配合的导块3的梯形的斜面通常是平面,但效能有需要时,也可设计成曲面。滑块1之上通常因联有某种附件,使手指利用该附件可方便地推移滑块1,这可有多种方式,属通常的技术,这里不再陈述。
工作时,直接推滑块1与固定臂2一起将螺帽5夹紧,再旋转,然后直推滑块1左移放松,移去板手。这样,直推活板手使用简单,效果与固定开口板手相同,造价降低。

Claims (3)

1、一种活动板手,有滑块1,导轨7,固定臂2,其特征是,滑块1下部之梯形导块3与导轨7的燕尾槽楔入地配合,滑块1可能被直接推移,沿导轨7及其燕尾槽滑动,从而能与固定臂2一起将被扭转的螺帽等夹紧。
2、权利要求所述的活动板手,其特征是,所述导轨及滑动的方向与水平方向夹有一个α角,而滑块1、固定臂2的工作面为垂直方向,这样在工作时螺帽与滑块工作面接触产生之反作用力P能产生一个指向导轨及燕尾槽的分力P2,这个分力使滑块向燕尾槽内楔紧,并产生分力P3及P4,它们产生的摩擦力在符合不等式:
μ.tgα>sinβ
时可阻止工作时滑块1后退打滑,μ可以是静摩擦系数或滑动摩擦系数。
3、权利要求2所述的活动板手,其特征是,燕尾槽下部钻有工艺通孔6,并利用锁定螺钉8,防止滑块1脱离板手。
