Claims (12)
- 一種由電絕緣鐵基粉末微粒組成之鐵粉末,其具有一小於100μm之粒度,其中該鐵基粉末具有小於0.1重量%的氧含量,該等電絕緣鐵基粉末微粒具有至多0.8%之總氧含量Otot 及比該等鐵基粉末微粒高至少0.04重量%的總磷含量,使得該等電絕緣鐵基粉末微粒之該總氧含量與該等電絕緣鐵基粉末微粒之該總磷含量與該等鐵基粉末微粒的該總磷含量之間的差△P之商係在2與6之間,且其中表達為△P/(Otot *D50 )之該等電絕緣鐵基粉末微粒之該總氧含量,及該等電絕緣鐵基粉末微粒之該總磷含量與該等鐵基粉末微粒之該總磷含量之間的該差△P,與平均粒度D50 之間的關係是在4.5l/mm與50l/mm之間。
- 如請求項1之鐵粉末,其中D90 低於75μm而D50 是在10μm與50μm之間。
- 如請求項1或2之鐵粉末,其中Ptot 等於或高於0.05%。

- 如請求項4之粉末磁芯,其係用於在5kHz與100kHz之間的頻率下操作,具有高於2000μΩm之比電阻ρ,及高於1.7(T)之飽和磁通量密度B。
- 如請求項4之粉末磁芯,其係用於在5kHz與100kHz之間的頻率下操作,具有高於3000μΩm之比電阻ρ,及高於1.9(T)之飽和磁通量密度B。
- 如請求項4之粉末磁芯,其中該等電絕緣微粒具有75μm或小於75μm之D90 及在10μm與50μm之間的D50 。
- 如請求項4或7之粉末磁芯,其中該電絕緣塗層包含磷。
- 如請求項4或7之粉末磁芯,其在0.1T及10kHz下具有至多30W/kg的磁芯損耗。
- 一種製備一鐵芯之方法,其包含步驟:將如請求項1至3中任一項之絕緣粉末與小於1重量%之量的潤滑劑混合;將所得混合物填入一模中;壓實該混合物,使所得坯自該模脫模且加熱該生坯。
- 如請求項10之方法,其中該壓實係在環境溫度下執行。
- 一種製造如請求項1之鐵粉末之方法,其包含以下步驟: a)以溶解於溶劑中之磷酸處理鐵基粉末至少一次;及b)使所得經塗佈之粉末乾燥。
