Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.次の: a)微粒化鉄粉末又は海綿鉄粉末の粒子を、リン酸で、絶縁性のリンを含有す る層材料を形成するのに十分な温度と時間で、リン含有量が微粒化鉄粉末に対し ては0.005〜0.03重量%、海綿鉄粉末に対しては0.02〜0.06重 量%となるように処理し、 b)得られた粉末を乾燥し、 c)その乾燥粉末を、所望によっては、熱硬化性樹脂と混合し、 d)その粉末をダイで圧縮成形し、そして e)得られた部材を350〜550℃の温度に加熱する 工程から成る、改良された軟磁性を有する製品の製造方法。 2.微粒化鉄粉末のリン含有量が0.008〜0.02重量%であり、海綿鉄 粉末ではそれが0.03〜0.05重量%であることを特徴とする、請求の範囲 第1項に記載の方法。 3.工程e)の温度が400〜530℃の間、好ましくは430〜520℃の 間であることを特徴とする、請求の範囲第1項又は第2項に記載の方法。 4.熱硬化性樹脂がフェノール−ホルムアルデヒド樹脂であることを特徴とす る、請求の範囲第1〜3項のいずれかに記載の方法。 5.微粒化鉄粉末又は海綿鉄粉末の粒子をリン酸水溶液で処理することを特徴 とする、請求の範囲第1〜4項のいずれかに記載の方法。 6.樹脂を鉄粉末に対して0.1〜0.6重量%の量で添加することを特徴と する、請求の範囲第5項に記載の方法。 7.最終加熱工程に先立って、樹脂の硬化温度で追加の加熱工程を実施するこ とを特徴とする、請求の範囲第1〜6項のいずれかに記載の方法。 8.追加の加熱工程を120〜160℃の温度で行うことを特徴とする、請求 の範囲第7項に記載の方法。 9.圧縮成形工程を周囲温度で行うことを特徴とする、請求の範囲第1〜8項 のいずれかに記載の方法。 10.圧縮成形工程に先立って鉄粉末に潤滑剤を加えることを特徴とする、請 求の範囲第1〜9項のいずれかに記載の方法。 11.鉄粒子が約10〜200ミクロンの重量平均粒径を有することを特徴と する、請求の範囲第1〜10項のいずれかに記載の方法。 12.加熱工程を20分〜2時間、好ましくは長くても1時間行うことを特徴 とする、請求の範囲第1〜11項のいずれかに記載の方法。 13.リン酸による処理を周囲温度で約0.5〜約2時間行い、得られた粉末 を約90〜約100℃の温度で乾燥することを特徴とする、請求の範囲第1〜1 2項のいずれかに記載の方法。 14.0.005〜0.03重量%のリンを含む絶縁層を有する微粒化鉄粉末 、又は0.02〜0.06重量%のリンを含む海綿鉄粉末の粒子より本質的に成 る、請求の範囲第1〜13項のいずれかに記載の製品を製造するための鉄粉末。
