Claims (16)

  1. 一種外罩型管接頭,其連接於端部具有凹狀或凸狀之安裝部之1對管;其具有1對外罩,該1對外罩具備:外罩本體,其形成半圓狀;凸緣部,其分別設於上述外罩本體之兩端部並朝直徑方向外側延伸;及卡合部,其與上述外罩本體之內表面呈彼此平行而設置,並卡合於上述管之上述安裝部,該卡合部相對於該外罩本體之中心軸線傾斜地延伸,或形成有至少1個自一端側朝另一端側傾斜於上述中心軸線而彎曲的階差部(stepped section);該外罩型管接頭更具有定位構件,將該定位構件分別設置在對向配置上述1對外罩之下呈相對向的上述凸緣部之對向面,將上述1對外罩之一於其對向面上且圍繞該外罩之對稱點旋轉時之第1位置、及朝與上述第1位置相反之方向旋轉時之第2位置處彼此卡合,而使上述1對外罩彼此定位,將上述定位構件彼此卡合且以既定之緊固件緊固彼此對向之上述凸緣部,藉此上述1對外罩包圍並固定上述1對管之連接部,於上述第1位置處將上述定位構件彼此卡合時,相對向之上述卡合部彼此之距離在沿垂直於上述外罩本體之中心軸線之管軸方向最為接近,將上述卡合部游嵌於上述安裝部而使上述1對管可自由活動地連接於上述1對外罩,於上述第2位置處將上述定位構件彼此卡合時,相對向之上述卡合部彼此之距離在沿上述管軸方向為最遠,將上述卡合部緊合於上述安裝部而使上述1對管固定連接於上述1對外罩。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項之外罩型管接頭,其中,上述定位構件由2個以上之凹部與凸部沿著上述外罩本體之兩端部以相同間隔交替排列而成。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項之外罩型管接頭,其中,上述定位構件沿著以上述外罩之對稱點為中心之圓弧而形成。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第2項之外罩型管接頭,其中,上述定位構件沿著以上述外罩之對稱點為中心之圓弧而形成。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項之外罩型管接頭,其中,上述凸緣部之對向面中於上述第1位置處使上述定位構件彼此卡合時所露出部分,為第1著色區域。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第2項之外罩型管接頭,其中,上述凸緣部之對向面中於上述第1位置處使上述定位構件彼此卡合時所露出部分,為第1著色區域。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第3項之外罩型管接頭,其中,上述凸緣部之對向面中於上述第1位置處使上述定位構件彼此卡合時所露出部分,為第1著色區域。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第1項之外罩型管接頭,其中,上述凸緣部之對向面中於上述第2位置處使上述定位構件彼此卡合時所露出部分,為第2著色區域。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第2項之外罩型管接頭,其中,上述凸緣部之對向面中於上述第2位置處使上述定位構件彼此卡合時所露出部分,為第2著色區域。
  10. 如申請專利範圍第3項之外罩型管接頭,其中,上述凸緣部之對向面中於上述第2位置處使上述定位構件彼此卡合時所露出部分,為第2著色區域。
  11. 如申請專利範圍第4項之外罩型管接頭,其中,上述凸緣部之對向面中於上述第2位置處使上述定位構件彼此卡合時所露出部分,為第2著色區域。
  12. 如申請專利範圍第1項之外罩型管接頭,其中,於上述外罩之外表面上設有標記,以表示朝向上述第1位置及/或上述第2位置之旋轉方向。
  13. 如申請專利範圍第2項之外罩型管接頭,其中,於上述外罩之外表面上設有標記,以表示朝向上述第1位置及/或上述第2位置之旋轉方向。
  14. 如申請專利範圍第3項之外罩型管接頭,其中,於上述外罩之外表面上設有標記,以表示朝向上述第1位置及/或上述第2位置之旋轉方向。
  15. 如申請專利範圍第4項之外罩型管接頭,其中,於上述外罩之外表面上設有標記,以表示朝向上述第1位置及/或上述第2位置之旋轉方向。
  16. 如申請專利範圍第5項之外罩型管接頭,其中,於上述外罩之外表面上設有標記,以表示朝向上述第1位置及/或上述第2位置之旋轉方向。
