Claims (17)

  1. 一種氫氟醚化合物,其包含兩個獨立之末端氟烷基或全氟烷基及經由其中心碳原子與經烷氧基或氟烷氧基取代之氟亞甲基部分基團(-CF(OR)-)鍵結插入之氧基四氟亞乙基部分(-OCF(CF3 )-),該等末端基團中之每一者視情況包含至少一個鏈接雜原子,其中該化合物為由以下通式(I)所表示之類別中之一者:Rf -CFX-O-CF(CF3 )-CF(OR)-CFX-Rf (I)其中Rf 各自獨立地為氟原子或全氟烷基,該全氟烷基為直鏈、分支鏈、環狀或其組合,視情況含有至少一個鏈接雜原子且視情況包含選自-CF2 H、-CFHCF3 及-CF2 OCH3 之末端部分;X各自獨立地為氟原子或全氟烷基,該全氟烷基為直鏈、分支鏈、環狀或其組合且具有1至約6個碳原子;且R為烷基或氟烷基,其為直鏈、分支鏈、環狀或其組合且視情況含有至少一個鏈接雜原子。
  2. 如請求項1之氫氟醚化合物,其中該氟亞甲基部分基團經烷氧基取代,且該等末端基團係獨立地選自視情況含有至少一個鏈接雜原子之全氟烷基。
  3. 如請求項1之氫氟醚化合物,其中該Rf 各自獨立地為氟原子或全氟烷基,該全氟烷基為直鏈或分支鏈,視情況含有至少一個鏈接雜原子且具有1至約8個碳原子;該X各自獨立地為氟原子或全氟烷基,該全氟烷基為直鏈或分支鏈,且具有1至約3個碳原子;且該R為烷基或氟烷 基,其為直鏈或分支鏈且具有1至約8個碳原子。
  4. 如請求項3之氫氟醚化合物,其中該Rf 各自獨立地為氟原子或全氟烷基,該全氟烷基為直鏈或分支鏈,視情況含有至少一個鏈接雜原子且具有1至約4個碳原子;該X各自獨立地為氟原子或全氟甲基;且該R為具有1至約4個碳原子之烷基。
  5. 如請求項4之氫氟醚化合物,其中該R為乙基或甲基。

  7. 一種製備如請求項1之氫氟醚化合物之方法,其包含(a)使至少一種含氟化合物醯基氟與至少一種氟-或全氟乙烯基醚反應以形成至少一種含氟化合物酮,該含氟化合物酮包含兩個獨立之末端氟烷基或全氟烷基及經由其中心碳原子與羰基鍵結插入之氧基四氟亞乙基部分基團(-OCF(CF3 )-),該等末端基團中之每一者視情況包含至少一個鏈接雜原子;(b)使該含氟化合物酮化合物與至少一種氟化物來源反應以形成至少一種含氟化合物烷醇鹽;及(c)使該含氟化合物烷醇鹽與至少一種烷基化劑反應以形成至少一種氫氟醚化合物。
  8. 如請求項7之方法,其中該含氟化合物醯基氟、該氟-或全氟乙烯基醚、該含氟化合物酮及該含氟化合物烷醇鹽 均各自全氟化。
  9. 一種移除物品污染物之方法,其包含使該物品與包含至少一種如請求項1之氫氟醚化合物之組合物接觸。
  10. 一種製備發泡塑膠之方法,其包含在至少一種可發泡聚合物或至少一種可發泡聚合物之前驅體的存在下使起泡劑混合物汽化,該起泡劑混合物包含至少一種如請求項1之氫氟醚化合物。
  11. 一種汽相焊接之方法,其包含藉由將包含焊料之至少一種組件浸於包含至少一種如請求項1之氫氟醚化合物之含氟化合物液體蒸汽體中來熔融該焊料。
  12. 一種傳熱之方法,其包含在熱源與散熱器之間經由使用包含至少一種如請求項1之氫氟醚化合物之傳熱劑來傳熱。
  13. 一種沈積塗料於基材上之方法,其包含將包含以下各物之組合物塗敷於該基材之至少一個表面之至少一部分上:(a)溶劑組合物,其包含至少一種如請求項1之氫氟醚化合物;及(b)至少一種塗層材料,其可溶於或分散於該溶劑組合物中。
  14. 一種切割或研磨加工之方法,其包含將工作流體塗敷於金屬、金屬陶瓷或複合物工件及工具上,該工作流體包含至少一種如請求項1之氫氟醚化合物及至少一種潤滑添加劑。
  15. 一種聚合方法,其包含在至少一種聚合引發劑及至少一種如請求項1之氫氟醚化合物存在下聚合至少一種單 體。
  16. 一種含氟化合物酮化合物,其包含兩個獨立之末端氟烷基或全氟烷基及經由其中心碳原子與羰基鍵結插入之氧基四氟亞乙基部分基團(-OCF(CF3 )-),該等末端基團中之每一者包含至少一個鏈接氮原子。
  17. 如請求項16之化合物,其中至少一個該末端基團包含至少一個全氟嗎啉基部分基團。
