Description

具有高厚度及彈性之針織帶 發明領域
本發明係概括有關紡織品之製造。更確切言之,本發明有關一用以光製或緊實經編織織物之紡織機帶。
發明背景
一般而言,使用此型機織物或帶來製造紡織品。更確切言之,使用稱為緊實帶之一類似於本發明類型的紡織機帶。在特殊機器(緊實機)上使用緊實帶令諸如經編織織物等材料成為防縮性。已經由緊實機處理之材料在首次洗滌期間事實上仍保持防縮。此程序常使用在衣物製造中。
紡織緊實機上所使用之一標準帶通常相對較厚,介於16公厘至22公厘厚度之間。緊實機帶通常利用聚醯胺、聚酯及芳醯胺纖維製造。帶當使用在此等機器上時必須經歷數個迴繞程序,而包繞在常有不同直徑的數個輥或筒周圍。隨著帶移行經過機器,其內與外表面自輥至輥而反轉。
第1圖描繪一典型紡織緊實機。一具有一內部機表面4及一外部產品表面6且在圖中以箭頭方向移行之緊實帶2係首先包繞於一驅動輥8周圍。在驅動輥8之點處,受緊實的紡織品或衣料10係被導入至緊實機中且放置成接觸緊實帶2的外表面6。此時被緊實帶2所攜載的衣料10係變成被嵌夾11在緊實帶2與一蒸汽加熱式筒12之間。將衣料10壓縮於緊實帶2與蒸汽加熱式筒12之間及以蒸汽來加熱衣料之合併效應係譬如導致一具有穩定維度且可抗收縮之經編織織物材料衣料。
然而,緊實帶的厚度具有問題。當帶2包繞在驅動輥8周圍時,其內部機側4變成被壓縮且縮短同時其外部產品側8變成拉伸且伸長。當帶2的曲率在蒸汽加熱式筒12處反轉時,外部產品側6此時變成被壓縮且縮短同時內部機側4變成拉伸且伸長。帶的相對表面之此交替的壓縮及拉伸係由第1圖中的箱13及梯形形狀15所描繪。
由於帶2的拉伸及壓縮,外部產品側表面6會失去其一致性或平順性。結果,外部產品側表面6變得不規則,導致經處理衣料的表面上之標記問題。此外,帶中會發生破裂,而限制了帶的服務壽命。已經顯示出服務壽命不只被筒或輥周圍之緊實帶的運動所降低,亦被諸如自受處理材料導入帶中之酸染料或漂白劑殘留等帶上的其他影響因素所降低。
已經嘗試解決與先前帶相關聯之上述問題。譬如,美國專利案6,479,414號(“‘414”專利案)係揭露由一地紡織品、一帶層、一彈性編織織物及一最上層所組成之一紡織機帶。如揭露,彈性編織織物係為一經編織套筒形成之一經紗或圓形經編織物件。因為特定經編織物件的固有特徵在於其彈性,機帶的彈性係來自於身為一編織之彈性織物的物理結構。亦即,一經編織物件的結構係允許其擴張及收縮(拉伸及壓縮)而不影響物件的整體性。
該帶與‘414專利者之差異係在於:該帶的彈性基底層以彈性纖維作平織且未以非彈性纖維作編織。因此,該帶之彈性係得自於在經平織彈性基底層中使用彈性纖維。因此,該帶可利用多種不同的紡織方法製造而不像,414專利之案例般只限於經紗編織或圓形編織技術。尚且,該帶之結構與,414帶者之差異係在於:該帶的外部產品側及內部機側由已經針織至基底層中之棉胎纖維所組成。’414專利的帶係談到一“經縫織”氈層2及纖維性層4且其間配置有一經編織層3。再者,彈性係由於結構亦即編織而非由於彈性材料本身所致。
為此,仍需要一能夠受到其表面的交替性且重覆性拉伸及壓縮之帶,故使其外部機側表面不會變成不規則,而導致一在其上所處理的紡織衣料之標記。尚且,仍需要一能夠利用多種不同紡織方法所製造之帶。該發明係有關克服與先前技藝帶相關聯之缺點。
發明概要
因此,本發明之一目的係提供一能夠重覆性且交替性拉伸及壓縮而不負面地影響帶的所需要性質之帶。
本發明之另一目的係提供一帶,其中帶的彈性可當包繞在各種不同輥或筒周圍時以帶的定向為基礎允許帶的兩表面皆拉伸及伸長且亦壓縮及縮短。
本發明之另一目的係提供一多基底帶,其中基底層的至少一者具有彈性。
本發明之另一目的係提供一具有一彈性基底層之彈性帶,其中帶的彈性係得自於用以構成彈性基底層之彈性纖維。
本發明之一目的係提供一彈性帶,其對於內部機側及外部產品側皆具有經針織棉胎帶。
本發明之另一目的係提供一彈性帶,其能夠利用多種不同的紡織方法製造。
本發明之另一目的係提供一較耐久之帶,導致具有增加的服務壽命。
本發明係提供這些及其他目的與優點。因此,本發明係有關一用以製造紡織品之機帶。本帶係包含一習知基底層、一彈性基底層及自各基底層的一外表面針織至基底層兩者內之棉胎纖維。彈性基底層係為平織且利用天然、腈或矽氧橡膠製造之彈性纖維構成。此外,可利用諸如但不限於LYCRA及ELASTAN等合成材料來構成彈性基底層。為了保護彈性纖維不在棉胎針織程序期間受到顯著損害,彈性纖維係塗覆有一諸如聚胺基甲酸酯或矽氧等聚合性樹脂。或者,彈性纖維可被處理成一複合紗線以使彈性纖維主要位於紗線核心或中央部中且包繞有諸如聚酯等纖維的一外層。此外層可為一複絲紗線,其沿彈性核心周圍被扭轉或螺旋,或可全為複絲構造。為了進一步保護複合彈性紗線不受顯著針織損害,複合紗線亦可塗覆有一諸如聚胺基甲酸酯或矽氧等聚合性樹脂。

較佳實施例之詳細說明
本發明係有關一使用於紡織品製造之多基底針織帶。如前所述,先前技藝帶因為其非彈性造成帶表面變成破裂且不規則、導致被處理的紡織衣料上之標記而具有問題。此外,先前技藝帶相關聯的問題係導致具有較短服務壽命之較不耐久的帶。
本發明提供一比起先前技藝帶更具彈性且更耐久之帶。第2圖描繪根據本發明的一實施例所構成之一多基底針織帶的組態。如描繪,一習知基底層14係設置成鄰近於帶2的內部機側4,而一彈性基底層16設置成鄰近於帶2的外部產品側6。為了將習知基底層14及彈性基底層16附接至彼此,一頂或外部棉胎層18及一底或內部棉胎層20係自各基底層的一外部表面針織至基底層14及16兩者內。因此,經針織棉胎纖維22係將兩層物理性接合至彼此。棉胎層18及20亦提供一產品側及一機側接觸表面。

由於在所揭露實施例兩者中將彈性基底層16定位成較接近帶2的外部產品側表面6之緣故,帶變得較具撓性。因此,帶2的增加撓性係降低了外部棉胎層18中的不一致性及不規則性之形成,藉以降低被處理紡織衣料之標記。如熟習該技術者所瞭解,亦可能包括一鄰近於帶2的內部機側4之彈性基底層16。這導致一在其內部機側4上亦具有增加撓性之帶。
習知基底層14可自單絲、薄層狀單絲、複絲或薄層狀複絲紗線或纖維所織造或編織。紗線通常係自一般熟習該技術者基於此目的所使用之諸如聚醯胺及聚酯樹脂等合成聚合性樹脂的任一者予以擠製。
彈性基底層16較佳為平織。然而,因為針織會損傷纖維所以標準彈性纖維不適合針織程序,故標準彈性纖維無法使用於彈性基底層16。因此,彈性纖維必須作進一步處理以包括一保護層而其可能係為物理或為化學處理。適合使用於彈性層16中之彈性纖維係包括但不限於天然、腈或矽氧橡膠、LYCRA及ELASTAN。一種用以保護彈性纖維之方式係將纖維處理成一複合紗線以使彈性纖維主要位於紗線核心或中央部中且包繞有諸如但不限於聚醯胺或聚酯等纖維的一外保護層。此外保護層可為一複絲紗線,其沿彈性核心周圍被扭轉或螺旋,或可全為複絲構造。
為了當對於外保護層使用諸如聚醯胺及聚酯等纖維時允許彈性核心纖維維持其彈性,外保護層可包含在相反方向中以螺旋方式包繞於彈性核心周圍之兩纖維層。亦即,如第5圖所描繪,外保護層的第一纖維層50係在一方向中包繞或螺旋於彈性核心56上。一旦第一纖維層50被螺旋覆上,一第二纖維層52係在與第一層相對之一方向中包繞或螺旋覆上第一纖維層50。

尚且,因為該帶的彈性係得自於一以彈性紗線或纖維構成之彈性層,該帶不限於平織物。取而代之,可利用熟習該技術者已知之其他的紡織品形成技術來構成本發明之彈性層。
此外,雖然參照針織作為將層疊結構的層附接在一起之手段,熟習該技術者將瞭解具有其他方式。譬如,有可能利用熱熔合之疊層或附接,特別是如果特定層的組件含有一具有較低融點之材料時尤然。因此,棉胎層可包括一“低融(low melt)”束縛劑纖維,特別是其中棉胎具有一內部棉胎層之情況尤然。可能考慮針織及部分熱熔合或適合該目的之其他附接機構之一組合。因此,此組合將降低使結構固持在一起之總針織量,正面地影響了對於彈性紗線盡量降低損害之所需要結果。在譬如熔合附接之案例中,熔合量及“低融”材料量及其位置將必須相對於帶在機器方向中的伸長及放鬆且亦包括經過厚度壓縮及反彈(韌性)以所需要方式作出表現之需求達成平衡。太多的“熔合”可能影響所需要的彈性表現故需要發生一妥當的平衡。

Claims (17)

  1. 一種多基底針織帶,包含:一以合成聚合性樹脂紗線織造或編織之合成聚合性樹脂基底層,其鄰近於該帶的一機側;一以彈性紗線織造之彈性基底層,其鄰近於該帶之一產品形成側;一第一棉胎層,其位於該帶的機側上,其中該第一棉胎層係附接至該合成聚合性基底層,且該第一棉胎層係藉由針織方法而透過該聚合性基底層附接至該彈性基底層;及一第二棉胎層,其位於該帶的產品形成側上,其中該第二棉胎層係附接至該彈性基底層,且該第二棉胎層藉由針織方法而透過該彈性基底層附接至合成聚合性基底層。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項之多基底針織帶,其中該等合成聚合性紗線係為單絲、薄層狀單絲、複絲或薄層狀複絲紗線。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1或2項之多基底針織帶,其中該合成聚合性樹脂係為一聚醯胺或聚酯樹脂。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項之多基底針織帶,其中該等彈性紗線係選自包括下列各物的群組:天然橡膠、腈橡膠、矽氧橡膠、LYCRA® 及ELASTAN®
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項之多基底針織帶,其中該等彈性紗線進一步包括一保護層。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第5項之多基底針織帶,其中該保護層係為一聚合性塗層。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第6項之多基底針織帶,其中該保護層係為一矽氧塗層。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第6項之多基底針織帶,其中該聚合性塗層係為一聚胺基甲酸酯。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第5項之多基底針織帶,其中該保護層係被噴灑或沾塗至該等彈性紗線上或係為一融結至該等彈性紗線之覆套。
  10. 如申請專利範圍第1或2項之多基底針織帶,其中該等棉胎層的至少一者或兩者係由針織所附接。
  11. 如申請專利範圍第1項之多基底針織帶,其中該等彈性紗線係為具有一包含至少一彈性紗線的核心之複合紗線且其中該核心上係配置有至少一保護層的纖維。
  12. 如申請專利範圍第11項之多基底針織帶,其中該至少一保護層的纖維係以一扭轉或螺旋方式包繞在該核心上。
  13. 如申請專利範圍第1項之多基底針織帶,其中該等彈性紗線係為具有一包含至少一彈性紗線的核心之複合紗線且其中該核心上係配置有一第一保護層的纖維及一第二保護層的纖維。
  14. 如申請專利範圍第13項之多基底針織帶,其中該第一保護層的纖維係在一第一方向中包繞於該核心上且該第二保護層的纖維係在一與該第一方向相對之第二方向中包繞於該第一保護層的纖維上。
  15. 如申請專利範圍第11項之多基底針織帶,其中該至少一保護層的纖維係進一步包括一聚合性塗層。
  16. 如申請專利範圍第13項之多基底針織帶,其中該第一保護層的纖維及一第二保護層的纖維係進一步包括一聚合性塗層。
  17. 如申請專利範圍第1項之多基底針織帶,更包含:一第三棉胎層,係配置於該合成聚合性樹脂基底層與該彈性基底層之間,其中:該合成聚合性樹脂基底層係由合成聚合性樹脂紗線織造或編織;該彈性基底層係由彈性紗線織造,該第一棉胎層係附接至該經織造或編織的合成聚合性樹脂基底層,該第一棉胎層係藉由針織方法而透過該合成聚合性樹脂基底層附接至該第三棉胎層,且該第一棉胎層係藉由針織方法而透過該合成聚合性樹脂基底層與該第三棉胎層附接至該經織造的彈性基底層;及該第二棉胎層係附接至該經織造的彈性基底層,該第二棉胎層係藉由針織方法而透過該彈性基底層附接至該第三棉胎層,且該第二棉胎層係藉由針織方法而透過該彈性基底層及該第三棉胎層而附接至該經織造或編織的合成聚合性樹脂基底層。
