背景技术

作为替代方案,可通过应用诸如但不限于聚氨酯或硅氧烷的聚合物涂层来保护所述弹性纤维。
用这些涂层处理弹性纤维防止明显的针刺损坏并保证絮纤维和弹性纱之间的良好附着。这些涂层还可以涂覆到复合纱上以进一步提供保护以免受明显的针刺损坏并保证絮纤维和弹性纱之间的良好附着。保护涂层还包括在弹性纱上喷涂或浸涂的涂层。涂层还可以是熔粘到纱线上的皮形式或例如在纱线挤出或其它本领域技术人员公知的生产纱线方法过程中生产的所谓皮/芯纱线形式。处理弹性纱线的纱线表面的其它方法对本领域技术人员而言是显而易见的。
而且,因为本发明的带的弹性源于由弹性纱线或纤维构造的弹性层,所以本发明的带不限于平织。相反,本领域技术人员公知的其它织物成形技术可用于构造本发明的弹性层。
此外,虽然以针刺作为用于将层合结构的层连接起来的方法,但是其它方法对本领域技术人员而言将是显而易见的。例如,如果某些层的组分含有熔点较低的材料,则尤其可采用热熔法层合或连接。在这方面,一个或多个絮层可包括“低熔”粘合纤维,尤其是在絮具有内部絮层的情况下。人们可能考虑针刺和某种热熔合或适合于此目的的其它连接机理的组合。在这方面,这种组合会降低将所述结构保持在一起所需要的针刺总量,对使弹性纱线损坏最小化的期望结果产生积极影响。在例如熔合连接的情况下,熔合的量和“低熔”材料的量及其位置将不得不在使带以期望的方式操作从而沿纵向伸长和松弛的需要以及全厚度压缩和回弹(resiliciency)之间取得平衡。过多的“熔合”会影响期望的弹性性能,因此需要存在恰当的平衡。
尽管本文已经详细说明了本发明的优选实施方案及其改进,但是应理解本发明不限于该具体的实施方案和改进,其它改进和变化可由本领域的技术人员实现,而不脱离如所附权利要求限定的本发明的精神和范围。根据本发明的本发明的带的使用不限于使织物防缩的机器,换言之,本发明的带可用于对带的质量和使用寿命具有上述需要的任何地方。

Claims (50)

1.一种多基布织物带,其包括:
靠近所述带的机器侧的合成聚合物树脂基布层;
靠近所述带的产品形成侧的弹性基布层;
所述带的所述机器侧上的第一絮层,其中所述第一絮层连接到所述合成聚合物基布层和所述弹性基布层;和
所述带的所述产品形成侧上的第二絮层,其中所述第二絮层连接到所述合成聚合物基布层和所述弹性基布层。
2.如权利要求1所述的多基布织物带,其中所述合成聚合物基布层用合成聚合物树脂纱线机织或针织而成。
3.如权利要求1所述的多基布织物带,其中所述弹性基布层用弹性纱织成。
4.如权利要求2所述的多基布织物带,其中所述合成聚合物纱线是单丝、合股单丝、复丝或合股复丝纱线。
5.如权利要求1所述的多基布织物带,其中所述合成聚合物树脂是聚酰胺或聚酯树脂。
6.如权利要求3所述的多基布织物带,其中所述弹性纱线选自天然橡胶、丁腈橡胶、硅橡胶、

7.如权利要求3所述的多基布织物带,其中所述弹性纱线还包括保护层。
8.如权利要求7所述的多基布织物带,其中所述保护层是聚合物涂层。
9.如权利要求8所述的多基布织物带,其中所述保护层是硅氧烷涂层。
10.如权利要求8所述的多基布织物带,其中所述聚合物涂层是聚氨酯。
11.如权利要求7所述的多基布织物带,其中所述保护层是喷涂或浸涂到所述弹性纱线上的或者是熔粘到所述弹性纱线上的皮。
12.如权利要求1所述的多基布织物带,其中所述絮层的至少一个或两个都通过针刺连接。
13.如权利要求3所述的多基布织物带,其中所述弹性纱线是具有包括至少一根弹性纱的芯的复合纱线,并且其中所述芯上配置至少一个纤维保护层。
14.如权利要求13所述的多基布织物带,其中所述至少一个纤维保护层以加捻或螺旋方式包缠到所述芯上。
15.如权利要求3所述的多基布织物带,其中所述弹性纱线是具有包括至少一根弹性纱的芯的复合纱线,并且其中所述芯上配置第一纤维保护层和第二纤维保护层。
16.如权利要求15所述的多基布织物带,其中所述第一纤维保护层沿第一方向包缠到所述芯上,所述第二纤维保护层沿与所述第一方向相反的第二方向包缠到所述第一纤维保护层上。
17.如权利要求13所述的多基布织物带,其中所述至少一个纤维保护层还包括聚合物涂层。
18.如权利要求15所述的多基布织物带,其中所述第一纤维保护层和第二纤维保护层还包括聚合物涂层。
19.一种多基布织物带,其包括:
靠近所述带的机器侧的包括合成聚合物树脂纱线的机织或针织第一基布层;
靠近所述带的产品形成侧的包括弹性纱线的机织第二基布层;
所述带的所述机器侧上的第一絮层,其中所述第一絮层连接到所述机织或针织第一基布层和所述机织第二基布层;和
所述带的所述产品形成侧上的第二絮层,其中所述第二絮层连接到所述机织或针织第一基布层和所述机织第二基布层。
20.如权利要求19所述的多基布织物带,其中所述机织或针织第一层中的所述纱线是单丝、合股单丝、复丝或合股复丝纱线。
21.如权利要求19所述的多基布织物带,其中所述合成聚合物树脂是聚酰胺或聚酯树脂。

30.如权利要求29所述的多基布织物带,其中所述至少一个纤维保护层以加捻或螺旋方式包缠到所述芯上。
31.如权利要求19所述的多基布织物带,其中所述弹性纱线是具有包括至少一根弹性纱的芯的复合纱线,并且其中所述芯上配置第一纤维保护层和第二纤维保护层。
32.如权利要求31所述的多基布织物带,其中所述第一纤维保护层沿第一方向包缠到所述芯上,所述第二纤维保护层沿与所述第一方向相反的第二方向包缠到所述第一纤维保护层上。
33.如权利要求29所述的多基布织物带,其中所述至少一个纤维保护层还包括聚合物涂层。
34.如权利要求31所述的多基布织物带,其中所述第一纤维保护层和第二纤维保护层还包括聚合物涂层。
35.一种多基布织物带,其包括:
靠近所述带的机器侧的包括合成聚合物树脂纱线的机织或针织第一基布层;
靠近所述带的产品形成侧的包括弹性纱线的机织第二基布层;
置于所述机织或针织第一基布层和所述机织第二基布层之间的第一絮层;
所述带的所述机器侧上的第二絮层,其中所述第二絮层连接到所述机织或针织第一基布层、所述第一絮层和所述机织第二基布层;和
所述带的所述产品形成侧上的第三絮层,其中所述第三絮层连接到所述机织或针织第一基布层、所述第一絮层和所述机织第二基布层。
36.如权利要求35所述的多基布织物带,其中所述机织或针织第一层中的所述纱线是单丝、合股单丝、复丝或合股复丝纱线。

45.如权利要求35所述的多基布织物带,其中所述弹性纱线是具有包括至少一根弹性纱的芯的复合纱线,并且其中所述芯上配置至少一个纤维保护层。
46.如权利要求45所述的多基布织物带,其中所述至少一个纤维保护层以加捻或螺旋方式包缠到所述芯上。
47.如权利要求35所述的多基布织物带,其中所述弹性纱线是具有包括至少一根弹性纱的芯的复合纱线,并且其中所述芯上配置第一纤维保护层和第二纤维保护层。
