Description

具有切槽刮刀之薄紙捲繞上膠機構及上膠方法
本發明係關於一種薄紙捲繞上膠機構之設計,特別是關於一種具有切槽刮刀之薄紙捲繞上膠機構及上膠方法。
習知之薄紙捲繞機構之紙管,是靠輸送機傳遞至一上捲輪旁,再由一推桿推入一弧型導板通道,到達一捲繞區。紙管於捲繞區中捲繞薄紙成為一紙捲筒,如同捲筒衛生紙一般。在捲繞的過程中,有使用轉印方式塗上一頭膠或一尾膠於薄紙上,亦有使用旋轉桿件沾膠,再將旋轉桿件所沾附之膠傳遞至薄紙上。
然而,使用轉印方式普遍會有沾膠量不足、沾膠不均勻之現象。而使用旋轉桿沾膠易因高速旋轉產生離心力而將膠甩出,此甩出之膠水難以有效的回收再利用。
緣此,本發明之一目的即是提供一種薄紙捲繞裝置之上膠機構及上膠方法,可控制沾膠時之膠水量及膠水被覆之位置,以使薄紙之沾膠量充足且均勻。
本發明之另一目的是提供一種薄紙捲繞裝置之上膠機構,使在沾膠後所用之多餘膠水即時回收再利用。
一種具有切槽刮刀之薄紙捲繞上膠機構,包括有一佈膠輪,配置在一薄紙通過路徑鄰近位置處,且面對於薄紙之上膠面,以一預定旋轉方向旋轉,佈膠輪具有一膠水附著輪面;一膠槽,設置於佈膠輪之一側,膠槽中容置有膠水;一切槽刮刀,以一平行於佈膠輪之軸向方向之方向延伸,並對應於佈膠輪之膠水附著輪面,切槽刮刀具有一緊鄰輕觸於佈膠輪之膠水附著輪面之刮除端,且在切槽刮刀之刮除端設有至少一缺口凹槽;一膠水回收槽,設置於佈膠輪下方一預定距離處。此外,膠槽亦可改為設置於佈膠輪之下方,且不設置膠水回收槽,以膠槽兼任膠水回收槽之作用。
當佈膠輪旋轉時,佈膠輪之膠水附著輪面由膠槽中沾附膠水,此沾附膠水在通過切槽刮刀之刮除端時,受到切槽刮刀之刮除端予以刮除非位於缺口凹槽之膠水,但對應於切槽刮刀之缺口凹槽之沾附膠水,則在通過切槽刮刀之缺口凹槽時,形成一被覆膠層於佈膠輪之膠水附著輪面,以供沾附至薄紙之上膠面。
於本發明之實施例中,更包括有一上膠撥桿,配置在相反於薄紙之上膠面之受推面,上膠撥桿受一驅動機構驅動旋轉,用以使薄紙受上膠撥桿推壓與佈膠輪之膠水附著輪面之被覆膠層接觸而沾附膠水。
經由本發明所採用之技術手段,使膠水在沾附到薄紙 前,切槽刮刀之刮除端會先刮除形成在佈膠輪之膠水附著輪面上的被覆膠層非位於膠水通過區段之膠水,只有位於膠水通過區段之被覆膠層才得以通過,使沾膠的位置會依照膠水通過區段之設計而均勻分布在所需之位置。膠水通過區段的大小、形狀決定了被覆膠層能通過的量以及通過後的厚度分布,使得沾膠量受到調節。利用膠水通過區段的大小、形狀之設計時除了能使沾膠量充足且均勻外,更可以對應各種薄紙沾膠的需求,加強或改變特定位置的黏著強度。
於本發明之第二實施例中,切槽刮刀除了用來控制被覆膠層之分布位置之外,一方面亦用以刮除佈膠輪之膠水附著輪面上多餘之膠水。另外,由於膠槽的位置改為設置在佈膠輪之下方,使多餘的膠水會直接流回至膠槽中,取代了膠水回收槽的功用。如此一來,不僅僅使整體結構因為減少了膠水回收槽而更加精簡,更省下從膠水回收槽將回收的膠水輸入至膠槽所需花費的時間與人力。進一步而言,膠槽中的膠水因為能不斷地回收補充而不易匱乏,可節省成本。
本發明所採用的具體實施例,將藉由以下之實施例及附呈圖式作進一步之說明。
參閱第1圖及第2圖所示,其係顯示本發明第一實施例之側視示意圖及步驟流程圖。第1圖中所示即為薄紙捲繞裝置100,一薄紙P1先由一對夾送輪1以一輸送方向R輸送進入薄紙捲繞裝置100中,再經一打孔裝置2在薄紙P1 上每隔一預定距離打上一列如虛線般的切割線,之後經過一薄紙通過路徑R1(步驟101),在上膠機構3中進行區域上膠之動作。
上膠機構3用以將薄紙P1經過薄紙通過路徑R1時,在薄紙P1之上膠面P11沾附膠水。上膠機構3包括有一佈膠輪31、一膠槽32、一切槽刮刀33、至少一上膠撥桿34、一平刮刀35、一膠水回收槽36及一檔板37。
佈膠輪31配置在薄紙通過路徑R1鄰近位置處,且面對於薄紙P1之上膠面P11,以一預定旋轉方向I旋轉,佈膠輪31具有一膠水附著輪面311;膠槽32設置於佈膠輪31之側邊,膠槽32中容置有膠水g1。
切槽刮刀33以一平行於佈膠輪31之軸向方向之方向延伸(同時參閱第7圖),並對應於佈膠輪31之膠水附著輪面311。切槽刮刀33具有一緊鄰輕觸於佈膠輪31之膠水附著輪面311之刮除端331。另外參閱第3圖至第6圖所示,其係顯示各種切槽刮刀之刮除端形狀之側視圖。如圖所示,雖然於本發明之第一實施例中,切槽刮刀33之刮除端331為單錐形,但也可以是其他形狀。像是如切槽刮刀33a之刮除端331a為錐形;切槽刮刀33b之刮除端331b為平直形;切槽刮刀33c之刮除端331c為弧形,刮除端331亦可為其他適當之形狀,以因應各種需求。
另外參閱第7圖至第10圖所示,其係顯示各種切槽刮刀之缺口凹槽形狀之上視示意圖,其中第7圖亦顯示切槽刮刀及佈膠輪之局部組立之上視示意圖。切槽刮刀33之刮除 端331對應於薄紙P1欲沾附膠水g1之選定區域之位置處,設有至少一缺口凹槽332。於本發明之第一實施例中,缺口凹槽332之形狀為弧形。但也可以設計成如切槽刮刀33d之刮除端331d之缺口凹槽332a的錐形、如切槽刮刀33e之刮除端331e之缺口凹槽332b的梯形、或是如切槽刮刀33f之刮除端331f之缺口凹槽332c的矩形,缺口凹槽332亦可為其他適當之形狀,要使用何種大小、形狀,端看不同沾膠量的需求而定。
另外參閱第11圖所示,其係顯示佈膠輪佈膠後之上視圖。當佈膠輪31旋轉時,佈膠輪31之膠水附著輪面311會由膠槽32(同時參閱第13圖)中沾附膠水g1(步驟102),該沾附之膠水g1在通過切槽刮刀33之刮除端331時,受到切槽刮刀33之刮除端331予以刮除非位於缺口凹槽332(同時參閱第7圖)之膠水g1。但對應於切槽刮刀33之缺口凹槽332上之膠水g1不會被刮除,於通過切槽刮刀33之缺口凹槽332時,在佈膠輪31之膠水附著輪面311上形成一被覆膠層g2(步驟103)。
另外參閱第12圖、第13圖及第14圖所示,其係顯示上膠撥桿之上視圖、上膠撥桿位在推壓位置之側視示意圖及上膠撥桿點膠完成之側視示意圖。上膠撥桿34配置在薄紙通過路徑R1鄰近位置處,且面對於相反於薄紙P1之上膠面P11之受推面P12。上膠撥桿34連接在一上膠撥桿軸心341上,受一驅動機構342驅動而以上膠撥桿軸心341為軸心旋轉。當上膠撥桿34旋轉至推壓位置A(如第13圖所示)時, 薄紙P1被上膠撥桿34推壓與佈膠輪31之膠水附著輪面311之被覆膠層g2接觸,使薄紙P1之上膠面P11沾附一尾膠g21(步驟104,同時參閱第14圖)。
薄紙P1沾膠後繼續移送,必要時上膠撥桿34可再旋轉第二圈,使得薄紙P1之上膠面P11在間隔沾附尾膠g21之位置一段距離處再沾附一頭膠g22,而這段距離可藉由控制上膠撥桿34之轉速來調整。雖然在本發明之第一實施例中,薄紙P1沾附有尾膠g21及頭膠g22,但亦可以只沾附尾膠g21或是只沾附頭膠g22,端看實際的需求。在實際應用上,紙管P2亦可在輸送帶承板41輸送過程中,於一預定位置在紙管P2上先沾附一頭膠。
另外參閱第15圖所示,其係顯示平刮刀及佈膠輪之局部組立之底視示意圖。平刮刀35以一平行於佈膠輪31之軸向方向之方向延伸對應於佈膠輪31之膠水附著輪面311。平刮刀35具有一緊鄰接觸於佈膠輪31之膠水附著輪面311之刮膠端351,平刮刀35之刮膠端351並無任何缺口凹槽,用以刮除薄紙P1沾膠過後,膠水附著輪面311上之多餘之膠水g3(參閱第1圖)。多餘之膠水g3被刮除後會流至設置於佈膠輪31下方一預定距離處之膠水回收槽36中,回收再利用(步驟105)。
檔板37設置在佈膠輪31上方鄰近位置,且輕觸於薄紙P1之上膠面P11,使薄紙P1與佈膠輪31之膠水附著輪面311之被覆膠層g2保持一小間距,當薄紙P1受上膠撥桿34之推壓點膠後,薄紙P1受檔板37之支撐會隨即與佈膠輪 31之膠水附著輪面311之被覆膠層g2分離,保持一小間距。
另一方面,紙管P2先由一輸送帶承板41承載輸送,再由一推桿42將紙管P2推入一紙管輸送通道43中。紙管輸送通道43形成在一弧形導板44及一上捲輪51之間。當紙管P2進入紙管輸送通道43並與薄紙P1捲繞後,會被傳送至捲繞區5。
另外參閱第16圖所示,其係顯示紙管進入捲繞區中與薄紙捲繞之側視示意圖。捲繞區5位於一上捲輪51、一下捲輪52及一騎輪53之間,在捲繞區5中,已黏附薄紙之紙管P2’與薄紙P1持續捲繞而逐漸形成一紙捲筒P3(同時參閱第17圖)。
當紙捲筒P3快要捲繞完成時,一新紙管P2被傳送至紙管輸送通道43之壓送輪46處,薄紙P1被該紙管P2及延伸臂45之凸出部451夾制,而將薄紙P1拉斷,順利完成紙捲筒P3之捲繞,紙捲筒P3捲繞完成後,沿著傾斜通道62及壓緊輸送帶61排出。
參閱第18圖、第19圖及第20圖所示,其係顯示捲繞完成之紙捲筒之立體圖、裁切後之紙捲筒之立體圖及裁切後之紙捲筒之側視圖。如圖所示,紙捲筒P3例如捲筒衛生紙、捲筒擦手紙、捲筒廚房紙巾。於上膠過程中所沾附之尾膠g21’使紙捲筒P3尾端封合。當紙捲筒P3要供應予消費者使用時,即會以一寬度W裁切加工而成一短支紙捲筒P4。
參閱第21圖及第22圖所示,其係顯示本發明第二實施例之側視示意圖及步驟流程圖,此一實施例之薄紙捲繞裝置 100’之結構設計大致上與前述第一實施例相同,故相同之構件乃標示以相同之元件編號,以資對應。
本發明第二實施例之上膠機構3’僅包括有一佈膠輪31、一膠槽32’、一切槽刮刀33、至少一上膠撥桿34及一檔板37。膠槽32’改為設置於佈膠輪31之下方一預定位置。切槽刮刀33位於佈膠輪31之側邊位置,可以使用一般常見之方法將其固定,切槽刮刀33之刮除端331設有至少一缺口凹槽332(同時參閱第7圖)。與前述第一實施例相似地,薄紙P1沿著薄紙通過路徑R1移送(步驟201),佈膠輪31旋轉使佈膠輪31之膠水附著輪面311由膠槽32’中沾附膠水g1(步驟202),多餘之膠水g3在通過切槽刮刀33之刮除端331時,受到切槽刮刀33之刮除端331予以刮除。但對應於切槽刮刀33之缺口凹槽332之膠水g1,則在通過切槽刮刀33之缺口凹槽332時,在佈膠輪31之膠水附著輪面311上形成被覆膠層g2(步驟203)後,藉由上膠撥桿34之推壓,將膠水沾附至薄紙P1之上膠面P11(步驟204)。
本發明之第二實施例相較於第一實施例之最大不同之處在於結構上省去第一實施例中所使用之膠水回收槽36。多餘之膠水g3由切槽刮刀33之刮除端331刮除後,回流入設置於佈膠輪31下方之膠槽32’中,而並非是第一實施例中的膠水回收槽36。如此一來,膠槽32’中之膠水g1能立即回收而循環再利用,不需再從膠水回收槽36來補充。
由以上之實施例可知,本發明所提供之具有切槽刮刀之薄紙捲繞上膠機構及上膠方法確具產業上之利用價值,故本 發明業已符合於專利之要件。惟以上之敘述僅為本發明之實施例說明,凡精於此項技藝者當可依據上述之說明而作其它種種之改良,惟這些改變仍屬於本發明之發明精神及以下所界定之專利範圍中。

Claims (9)

  1. 一種具有切槽刮刀之薄紙捲繞上膠機構,用以使一薄紙在經過一薄紙通過路徑時,在該薄紙之上膠面沾附膠水,該機構包括有:一佈膠輪,配置在該薄紙通過路徑鄰近位置處,且面對於該薄紙之上膠面,以一預定旋轉方向旋轉,該佈膠輪具有一膠水附著輪面;一膠槽,設置於該佈膠輪之一側,該膠槽中容置有膠水;一切槽刮刀,以一平行於該佈膠輪之軸向方向之方向延伸,並對應於該佈膠輪之膠水附著輪面,該切槽刮刀具有一緊鄰輕觸於該佈膠輪之膠水附著輪面之刮除端,且在該切槽刮刀之刮除端設有至少一缺口凹槽;一膠水回收槽,設置於該佈膠輪下方一預定距離處;至少一上膠撥桿,配置在相反於該薄紙之上膠面之受推面,當該上膠撥桿受一驅動機構驅動旋轉而位在推壓位置時,該薄紙被該上膠撥桿推壓與該佈膠輪之膠水附著輪面之被覆膠層接觸,使該薄紙之上膠面沾附膠水;其中該佈膠輪旋轉時,該佈膠輪之膠水附著輪面由該膠槽中沾附膠水,該沾附膠水在通過該切槽刮刀之刮除端時,受到該切槽刮刀之刮除端予以刮除非位於該缺口凹槽之膠水,但對應於該切槽刮刀之缺口凹槽之沾附膠水,則在通過該切槽刮刀之缺口凹槽時,形成一被覆膠 層於該佈膠輪之膠水附著輪面,以供沾附至該薄紙之上膠面。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之具有切槽刮刀之薄紙捲繞上膠機構,更包括有一平刮刀,以一平行於該佈膠輪之軸向方向之方向延伸,並對應於該佈膠輪之膠水附著輪面,用以刮除該佈膠輪之膠水附著輪面上之多餘之沾附膠水,使該多餘之沾附膠水流至該膠水回收槽中,回收再利用。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之具有切槽刮刀之薄紙捲繞上膠機構,更包括有一檔板,設置在該佈膠輪上方鄰近位置,該檔板輕觸於薄紙之上膠面,使該薄紙與該佈膠輪之膠水附著輪面之被覆膠層保持一小間距,當該薄紙受該上膠撥桿之推壓沾附膠水後,該薄紙會隨即與該佈膠輪之膠水附著輪面之被覆膠層分離,保持一小間距。
  4. 一種具有切槽刮刀之薄紙捲繞上膠機構,用以使一薄紙在經過一薄紙通過路徑時,在該薄紙之上膠面沾附膠水,該機構包括有:一佈膠輪,配置在該薄紙之通過路徑鄰近位置處,且面對於該薄紙之上膠面,以一預定旋轉方向旋轉,該佈膠輪具有一膠水附著輪面;一膠槽,設置於該佈膠輪之下方,該膠槽中容置有膠水; 一切槽刮刀,以一平行於該佈膠輪之軸向方向之方向延伸,並對應於該佈膠輪之膠水附著輪面,該切槽刮刀具有一緊鄰輕觸於該佈膠輪之膠水附著輪面之刮除端,且在該切槽刮刀之刮除端設有至少一缺口凹槽;至少一上膠撥桿,配置在相反於該薄紙之上膠面之受推面,當該上膠撥桿受一驅動機構驅動旋轉而位在推壓位置時,該薄紙被該上膠撥桿推壓與該佈膠輪之膠水附著輪面之被覆膠層接觸,使該薄紙之上膠面沾附膠水;其中該佈膠輪旋轉時,該佈膠輪之膠水附著輪面由該膠槽中沾附膠水,該沾附膠水在通過該切槽刮刀之刮除端時,受到該切槽刮刀之刮除端予以刮除多餘之膠水,該多餘之膠水回流至該膠槽中,但對應於該切槽刮刀之缺口凹槽之沾附膠水,則在通過該切槽刮刀之缺口凹槽時,形成一被覆膠層於該佈膠輪之膠水附著輪面,以供沾附至該薄紙之上膠面。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之具有切槽刮刀之薄紙捲繞上膠機構,更包括有一檔板,設置在該佈膠輪上方鄰近位置,該檔板輕觸於薄紙之上膠面,使該薄紙與該佈膠輪之膠水附著輪面之被覆膠層保持一小間距,當薄紙受該上膠撥桿之推壓沾附膠水後,該薄紙會隨即與該佈膠輪之膠水附著輪面之被覆膠層分離,保持一小間距。
  6. 一種具有切槽刮刀之薄紙捲繞上膠方法,係在一薄紙通過路徑鄰近位置處配置有一以一預定旋轉方向旋轉之佈膠輪,該佈膠輪具有一膠水附著輪面,對應於該佈膠輪之膠水附著輪面設置有一切槽刮刀,該切槽刮刀以一平行於該佈膠輪之軸向方向之方向延伸,並具有一緊鄰輕觸於該佈膠輪之膠水附著輪面之刮除端,且在該切槽刮刀之刮除端設有至少一缺口凹槽,該方法包括下列步驟:(a)將一薄紙沿著該薄紙通過路徑移送;(b)該佈膠輪以該旋轉方向旋轉,使該佈膠輪之膠水附著輪面由一容置有膠水之膠槽沾附膠水;(c)該佈膠輪持續旋轉,使該沾附膠水在通過該切槽刮刀之刮除端時,受到該切槽刮刀之刮除端予以刮除非位於該缺口凹槽之膠水,但對應於該切槽刮刀之缺口凹槽之沾附膠水,則在通過該切槽刮刀之缺口凹槽時,形成一被覆膠層於該佈膠輪之膠水附著輪面;(d)將該佈膠輪之膠水附著輪面所形成之被覆膠層沾附至該薄紙面向於該佈膠輪之上膠面。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之具有切槽刮刀之薄紙捲繞上膠方法,其中步驟(d)係以至少一配置在相反於該薄紙之上膠面之受推面之上膠撥桿推壓該薄紙,使該薄紙與該佈膠輪之膠水附著輪面之被覆膠層接觸,使該薄紙之上膠面沾附膠水。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之具有切槽刮刀之薄紙捲繞上膠方法,其中該步驟(d)之後更包括以平行於該佈膠輪之軸向方向之方向延伸,並對應於該佈膠輪之膠水附著輪面之一平刮刀刮除該佈膠輪之膠水附著輪面上之多餘之膠水,使該多餘之膠水回流至設置於該佈膠輪下方一預定距離處之一膠水回收槽中。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之具有切槽刮刀之薄紙捲繞上膠方法,其中步驟(c)中,受到該切槽刮刀之刮除端所刮除之多餘之膠水係回流至設置於該佈膠輪之下方之該膠槽中。
