、發明說明: 【發明所屬之技術領域】 本發明係關於一種適於將可熱熔接之合成樹脂製網狀 物、紡織物、編織物(針織物)及不織布等之布片狀物選用 口,以上’個二以上重疊後熔接成為—體而做成各種製 m時非常有用之熔接構造及其方法,也關於應用此構造或方 法所構成之燃料用過濾體。 【先前技術】 如第5圖所示,當使用可熱熔接之合成樹脂製網狀物、 紡織物、編織物(針織物)及不織布等之布片狀物一種以上 並裁剪二片以上1,1…互相重疊之後,置於一對熔接用模具(工 具)5, 5之間,以行藉此模具5, 5加壓加熱實施熔接時,熔接 時所產生之熔融樹脂會流出熔著部之邊侧而形成所謂之毛邊 3’(第6圖),呈不規則溢出狀外露於製品表面,有礙觀瞻。 因此,熔接之後,必須將該毛邊3,除去而費工時。又,在除 去毛邊3’時,製品表面將留下毛邊3’刮除後之痕跡,同時, 在原有毛邊3’之部位易發生針孔、氣泡,因此,必須格外小 心處理。 【發明内容】 本發明所欲解決之主要問題,在使此種合成樹脂製網狀 織物等在加壓熔接時能避免產生如前述毛邊之問題,而完成 既美觀又不必另行處理毛邊之炼接製品。 為達成上述目的,本發明之合成樹脂製網狀物、紡織物、 編織物(針織物)及不織布之熔接構造,係採用可熱熔接之 合成樹脂製網狀物、紡織物、編織物及不織布之布片狀物中 之一種以上,使用兩片以上互相重疊之後,在將重疊之各片 1344900 ,沿聽接部施以加壓熔接時’能使熔接所生成之炼融樹脂 在該溶接部之邊側形成所望之隆起框緣而熔接成一體。 就在加壓熔接之際,熔接部熔化之熔融樹脂一般會溢出 而形成毛邊,然而,在本發明之熔接構造中,因使熔融樹脂 形成位於熔著部侧邊之所定規則隆起框緣之故,在此隆起框 緣之形成部份不會形成由於熔接時所生成之熔融樹脂溢出製 ,之,面成為不規則之毛邊,於是製成之成品表面之外觀設 計不受損害;同時,也不必另行如依習用熔接方法所需因熔 _ 接時在熔接部邊側由於熔融樹脂所造成有礙觀瞻之毛邊之去 t 除處理;加之所生成之製品之熔接部所形成隆起框緣能提供 W 該熔接部之堅牢性及剛性。 、又,本發明所提供之燃料用過濾體,係用以可熱熔接且 適於做為濾材之合成樹脂製網狀物、紡織物、編織物及不織 布之布片物中之一種以上,且使用兩片以上互相重疊之後', 在將重疊之各片順沿其熔接部施以加壓熔接時,能使熔接所 生成之熔融樹脂在該熔接部之邊側形成所望之隆起框緣而熔 接成一袋狀體。 依此燃料用過濾體,在加壓熔接之際,熔接部熔化之熔 W樹月曰一般會溢出而形成毛邊,然而,在本發明之炼接構造 ‘ 中,因使熔融樹脂形成位於熔著部側邊之所定規則隆起框緣 之故,在此隆起框緣之形成部份不會形成由於熔接時所生成 之熔融樹脂溢出製品之表面成為不規則之毛邊,於是製成之 成品表面之外觀設計不受損害;同時,也不必另行如依習用 熔接方法所需因熔接時在熔接部邊侧由於熔融樹脂所造成有 礙觀瞻之毛邊之去除處理;加之所生成之製品之熔接部所形 成隆起框緣能提供該熔接部之堅牢性及剛性。 又,為達成上述課題,本發明也提供一種使用超音波熔 接或高週波熔接以形成請求項1之熔著構造或請求項2或請 求項3之燃料用過濾體之熔著方法,係將使用以將重疊之各 6 1344900 片於工具之間以便於相對抵接時能施以溶接之一對溶接用工 具(模具)之至少一方之抵接部形成一缺口部,使於加壓溶 接時生成之熔融樹脂能流闖至此缺口部而被拘束以形成所期 之隆起框緣。 依此方法,能在熔接部形成順沿該熔接部邊侧之適當形 狀之隆起框緣,以增加美觀及補強作用。 根據本發明之熔著構造及熔著方法,能用以將可熱溶接 之合成樹脂製之各種織物等在不發生熔接毛邊之問題之情形 下,實施適切之加壓熔接而予以疊層或相連接。 又,根據本發明之燃料用過濾體,能藉加壓熔接在不發 生毛邊之情況下形成過濾體,且藉所形成之定形隆起框緣以 保持過濾體之形狀及強度。 【實施方式】 茲參照第1圖至第4圖就實施本發明以最佳形態詳細 明如下:
第1圖表示具有適用本實施形態之熔著(熔接)構造所 構成之過濾體60之過滤裝置6就其主要部份剖開之剖視圖, 第2圖表示上述過濾裝置6之整體立體圖。又,第3 為獲得上述熔著構造所用一對熔接用工具(模具)5, 5 : 表示使用第3圖之熔接工具5所得之熔接 構造之要部剖視圖。 在此實施形態之熔著構造_來將可鱗接之 之網狀物、紡織物、針織物及不織布之一種以上重 二 上予以熔接而製成各種製品之際,非常有效及實用者。 此種絲(雜)手段,舉财,欲使用上述之網狀 ,層,合以形成叠層(積層)體時,為維持此叠層狀離 』合|="==用物料片狀齡其麟或邊緣;互相 1344900 由熔接而成之熔著構造,係將如前述之重疊之各片布片 狀j,l沿著熔著部2加壓熔接時,令其所生成之熔融樹脂在 熔著部2之邊側形成所定之隆起框緣3,而相互熔接為一者。 上述加壓熔接一般可利用熱板熔接、超音波熔接、高週 波熔接等方法,使用一對熔接用工具(模具)5, 5 (熱板、熔 接頭與鐵钻、電極等)同時進行加熱、加壓,而可預期形成 低於非熔著部4之二片互相熔著之熔著部2。 在進行上述加壓熔接時,被熱熔之熔著部2之熔融樹脂 本會從熔著部2溢出外側,但本發明之熔著構造因構成能導 引此溶融樹脂在熔著部2之邊侧形成所定形狀之隆起極緣3, 故在形成隆起框緣3之部位不會出現因熔接時所生成熔融樹 月^呈不規則之毛邊3’(見第4圖)粘在製品表面上之情形,所 形成之製品之外觀設計即不受損,且不必為如依習用之加壓 熔接方法時,會在相當於隆起框緣3之邊側因熔融樹脂外溢 所形成之毛邊3’ ’而需另費工夫清除該毛邊3,。此外,藉此 隆起框緣3之肋條結構,可賦與製成之製品之熔著部2形成 處具有強度及剛性。
實施上述加壓熔接如以超音波熔接或高週波熔接進行 時’在絲夾持重疊之各片(各張狀物丨卜.以便相 對壓接之一對熔接用工具5, 5之至少一方之抵接部5〇形成一 ^口 4 51(參照第3圖),而使於加壓熔著時所生成之熔融樹 脂流入,缺口部51内,以形成對應該缺口部51之隆起框緣 3沿熔著部2 —側緣延伸(參照第4圖及第2圖)。 在第3圖所示實例中,一對熔接用工具5,5之各個相對 面52之中,其一方之熔接用工具5之相對面记形成具有上 階面52a及下階面52b(依第3圖之逆向看)之二階階面,此 上 '下二階面52a、52b之間則形成缺口狀之段差面52 一 =下重疊之布片狀物U··.係置於二賴用//5=相; 2之間,然後,由無形成缺口部51之熔接用工具5之相 1344900 對面52與具有缺口部51之另一溶接用工具 才目對加壓炼接,以使受壓溢出之熔融樹脂流^^ a 唯—出路之缺口部51内,並^缺口 邛51疋心硬化,於是,可形成順沿熔著 形狀(即對應缺口部51之形狀)之隆起框緣3之奴伸之所疋 在另一實施例中,如將一對熔接用工具5, 5 Ϊ用ίίΐ相對面52之左右兩端角部皆形成上述之上階面 52a與下1¾面52b而形成左右皆具缺口部51之
W 二接時所形成溶著部2之左右兩側分別 形成化著此熔者邰2延伸之隆起框緣3。又,如在一對熔接 用工具5, 5之雙方之各相對面52皆形成上述缺口部51時, 則可在所製成之製品之表裡兩面皆形成沿著熔著部2之 緣3。藉此隆起框緣3之形成,不僅可補強熔接製品 之強度,而且規則整齊之形狀可增加美觀。 士代i1圖及第2 _就彻上述熔著構造及熔接方法以形 成㈣内部空間60a可連通汽車或機車等用燃料箱内τ之燃 料吸入口 Ρ之Κ狀過遽體6〇為例加以說明,但精於此領域 之人士顯然可知尚可利用於其他類似之熔接體之構造。 上述過濾體60係採用可熱熔接且適於做為濾材之合成樹 脂之網狀物、紡織物、針織物及不織布之布片狀物中之一種 以上用二片以上互相重疊之後,在將重疊之各布片狀物 1,1」·.沿著熔著部2加壓熔接時,能使熔接生成之熔融樹脂在 熔者部2之邊緣形成所要之隆起框緣3並將各布片狀物丨卜.· 熔接形成一袋狀體。 ’ 通常在實施加壓熔接時,熔融樹脂會溢出熔著部2,但 本發明之過紐60之雜構造射使麟麟麟成所定形 狀之隆起框$ 3緊連接於熔著部3之邊侧,因此,在此隆起 框部3,之形成部位不會形成因熔融樹月旨溢出而成之不規則之 毛邊3 ’所以製成之過滤體6〇之外觀設計不受任何減損;同 9 1344900 時,也不必除去如依習見一般加壓熔接方法時會在熔著部2 之邊侧相當於隆起框緣3部位上因外溢之上述熔融樹脂所造 成之毛邊3’,而節省工時;更因該隆起框緣3可成為補強肋 條賦與製成之過滤體60強度及剛性而延長使用壽命,並可使 製成之過濾體60之形狀保持完整及美觀,而提高品質。 在此情形下,宜使過濾體60在位於袋體内側6〇b (見第 1圖)之熔著部2之内侧邊2a形成隆起框緣3 (在第4圖之情 形時,則使左侧部形成袋體内側6〇b),並在上溶著部2之寬 度範圍内施以裁剪而最後成型為所要之外形為佳。由於熔著 部2之外侧邊並無形成隆起框條3之關係,在此邊側受加壓 W 熔接時溢出之熔融樹脂將會形成之毛邊3’,但可藉上述最終 裁剪將此發生此毛邊3’之部份隨不要之邊一併裁掉,而製成 所需之袋狀過濾體60。 構成如上之過濾體60可裝在深入汽車或機車等之燃料箱 内T之燃料吸入口 P,用以防止水及異物被吸經由此燃料吸 入口P送入内燃機關之燃料中。 典型的,此類過濾體60係裝接在燃料吸入口 P伸入燃 料箱内T之吸入管之該燃料吸入口 p來使用。 又,經由此燃料吸入口 P輸送至内燃機之燃料係藉由配 ‘ 置在燃料箱内T之燃料泵或配置在燃料箱外之燃料泵(均未 圖示)來抽送。 圖示之實施例,該過濾體60係將間隔形成構件61及管 接頭62組裝一起而構成過濾裝置6。 該過濾體60係採用具有濾材60c之過濾作用之合成樹脂 製之網狀物(如,由塑料擠壓成型製造之所謂擠壓網狀物等)、 紡織物、針織物、不織布等之布片狀物1所構成。典型的, 將此等布片狀物之濾材60c之一種以上使用二片以上互相重 疊之狀態相對折疊,以使開口邊與折邊6〇d之間能形成由周 邊圍繞之空間之狀態,進行熔接成帶狀之一端與另一端能分 10 1344900 別連接該折邊60d之兩端之帶狀熔接,便可由上述濾材6〇c 製成袋狀過濾體60。或者,也可採用上述布片狀物之濾材6〇c 了種以上使用二片以上互相重疊而構成之第一濾材6〇c組及 同樣構成之第二濾材60c組,以所定應位於過濾體6〇之内侧 ,之一面相對重疊之後,施以環周之帶狀熔接以形成在熔著 部2之内側能成為内部空間6〇a之袋狀過濾體6〇。經如上所 述熔接後之濾材60c,隨後被順著帶狀熔著部2之帶寬範圍 内裁剪整形而成為過濾體6〇。 、〜間隔形成構件61係在實施上述熔接之前預先配置於即將 進行帶狀熔接之部位與折邊之間,或將進行環周帶狀熔 接之部位之内側之後,進行熔接而包入過濾體6〇 内部。典型 的,、過濾體60之外側(外層)配置以具有油水分離功能之網狀 物或紡織物之濾材60c,其内侧(内層)則配置以由不織布所 =成之塵埃濾除用濾材6〇c各一片以上。間隔形成構件61係 採用合成樹脂製品,設於上述過濾體6〇内部以便保持過濾體 60經常呈膨脹狀態。 ‘ 圖示之實施例之間隔形成構件61係由圓板狀之基部 61a,及一端成一體連接於此基部61a而另一端向側方延伸之 延伸4 61e所構成(見第2圖)。基部61a之中心設有一圓形 ,通孔jib ;基部61a之上面突設有内徑與此貫通孔61b相 等而使筒内空間與貫通孔61b相通之短筒部61c ;基部6ia 之下面則形成有向下突出之間隔形成用突起61d ;如此,經 ,濾體60過濾而吸入過濾體6〇内之燃料可從各相鄰之間隔 形成用突起61d之間之間隙經由貫通孔61b被送入燃料吸入 口 P延伸部61e從連接基部61a之一端往遠離此之另一端 其寬度漸漸變狹而形成長扁板體,此板體上設有多個略呈方 形之貫通孔61f,61f…,同時,其末端及中間部之左右緣, 以及中間部與基部61a之間之左右緣分別設有從延長部61e 之下面突出之間隔形成用突起61g。又’基部61a之間隔形 1344900 成用突起61d與延伸部61e之間隔形成用突起61g之突出高 度係形成大致同一尺寸。 ° 管接頭62亦採用合成樹脂製品,用來將過滤體go連接 於燃料吸入口 P以使過濾體60之内部空間6〇a與該吸入口 P相通。 ' 在圖示之實施例之管接頭62係由筒之兩端皆開口之筒狀 主體62a, 體形成於此[狀主體62a之上端之連接用耳片 62b,及形成於此筒狀主體62a之下端之突緣部62cj所構成。 連接用耳片62b係向筒狀主體62a之外側延伸出來,其上設 IS ο i# 5S R.0 rfii riTt -v r\ >>4 _
