Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.フィルタ装置であって、 2分割形のフィルタハウジングを備えており、濾過すべき媒体のために、一 方の部分(3)に入口(8)のための開口が設けられていて、他方の部分に出口 (7)のための開口が設けられており、 濾過すべき媒体により通流されるフィルタエレメント(5)がフィルタハウ ジング内に設けられており、このフィルタエレメントが継合わせ面(9)の平面 内でほぼフィルタハウジングの輪郭を有しており、継合わせ面(9)の領域内に フィルタエレメントのための締付装置が設けられている形式のものにおいて、 締付装置が、少なくとも一方のハウジング(2,3)内で継合わせ面(9) 全体にわたり所定間隔で分配されていてハウジング部分(2,3)の継ぎ合わせ 時にフィルタエレメントを固定的に締め付けるほぞ(11)から成っていること を特徴とするフィルタ装置。 2.接触面(10)の相互の継ぎ合わせの後に、フィルタエレメント(5)がほ ぞ(11)の領域内で所定の値だけ圧縮されるまでほぞ(11)がハウジング部 分(2,3)の内室内へ突入していることを特徴とする請求項1記載のフィルタ 装置。 3.ハウジング部分(2、3)が所定の領域内に中間リブ(6)を備えており、 これらの中間リブが、両方のハウジング部分(2,3)の相互の継ぎ合わせの後 にフィルタエレメント(5)が付加的に締付けられるまで内室内に突入している ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2項記載のフィルタ装置。 4.ほぞ(11)が中間リブ(6)にも配置されていることを特徴とする請求項 3記載のフィルタ装置。 5.ほぞ(11)がフィルタエレメント(5)に面した側で丸みを付されている ことを特徴とする請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のフィルタ装置。 6.ほぞ(11)がフィルタエレメント(5)に面した側で円錐形又はピラミッ ド形であることを特徴とする請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のフィルタ 装置。 7.フィルタエレメント(5)がフリース板から成っており、 ハウジング部分(2,3)がプラスチックから成っていて、かつその接触面 (10)のところで振動溶着又は超音波溶着されていることを特徴とする請求項 1から6までのいずれか1項記載のフィルタ装置。 8.フリース板(5)がほぞ(11)のところでハウジング部分に同様に溶着さ れていることを特徴とする請求項7記載のフィルタ装置。 9.フィルタ装置であって、 2分割形のフィルタハウジングを備えており、その場合、濾過すべき媒体の ために、一方の部分(3)に入口(8)のための開口が設けられていて、他方の 部分に出口(7)のための開口が設けられており、 濾過すべき媒体により通流されるフィルタエレメント(5)がフィルタハウ ジング内に設けられており、このフィルタエレメントが継合わせ面(9)の平面 内でほぼフィルタハウジングの輪郭を有しており、継合わせ面(9)の領域内に フィルタエレメントのための締付装置が設けられている形式のものにおいて、 両方のハウジング部分(2,3)の継合わせ面(9)が、両方のハウジング 部分を互いに結合せしめるところのそれぞれ1つの接触面(10)と、フィルタ エレメント(5)のための側方内向きにずれた締付装置とから成っており、 フィルタエレメント(5)が、両方のハウジング部分(2,3)の継ぎ合わ せ中に比較的大きなシーブ織物面から切り取られるシーブ織物から成ることを特 徴とするフィルタ装置。 10.締付装置が継合わせ箇所において一方のハウジング部分(2.3)の台形状 の表面により両方のハウジング部分(2,3)の分割線を越えて突出してお り、その結果、フィルタ装置の内部のシーブ織物が継合わせの後に予め規定され る圧力により面状に締付られていることを特徴とする請求項9記載のフィルタ装 置。 11.シーブ織物(5)がフィルタ装置の内部の中間リブ(6)の間でも締付けら れていることを特徴とする請求項9又は10記載のフィルタ装置。 12.ハウジング部分(2,3)が接触面(10)のところでシーブ織物を貫通し て超音波溶着可能であり、その場合、両方のハウジング部分(2,3)の室の間 の所要のシール性が、特に間断のない環状の溶着継目により形成されることを特 徴とする請求項9から11までのいずれか1項記載のフィルタ装置。 13.シーブ織物(5)が、組立られていないハウジング部分(2,3)の間に帯 状に案内された織物面から切り取り可能であり、 溶着される接触面(10)のところでのハウジング部分(2,3)の継合わ せ中に、シーブ織物(5)の、フィルタエレメントとして残される部分が打ち抜 かれることを特徴とする請求項9から12までのいずれか1項記載のフィルタ装 置。 14.請求項9から13までのいずれか1項にもとづくフィルタ装置の製法におい て、 第1の製作工程で、シーブ織物から成るバンド状の織物表面を下のハウジン グ部分(3)の上方に引 き入れ、 第2の製作工程で、上のハウジング部分(2)を継合わせ位置で織物面上へ 圧着し、その際まず、シーブ織物を接触面の輪郭に合わせて保持し、かつ溶着装 置により圧縮時に内部で張設し、 第3の製作工程で、ハウジング部分(2,3)を接触面(10)のところで 溶着し、かつ、溶着継目のところで熱作用によりシーブ織物の押抜を行うことを 特徴とするフィルタ装置の製法。 15.フィルタ装置であって、 2分割形のフィルタハウジングを備えており、濾過すべき媒体のために、一 方の部分(3)に入口(8)のための開口が設けられていて、他方の部分に出口 (7)のための開口が設けられており、 濾過すべき媒体により通流されるフィルタエレメント(5)がフィルタハウ ジング内に設けられており、このフィルタエレメントが継合わせ面(9)の平面 内でほぼフィルタハウジングの輪郭を有しており、その場合、継合わせ面(9) の領域内にフィルタエレメントのための締付装置が設けられている形式のものに おいて、 両方のハウジング部分(2,3)の継合わせ面(9)が、両方のハウジング 部分を互いに結合せしめるところのそれぞれ1つの接触面(10)と、フィルタ エレメント(5)のための側方内向きにずれた 締付装置とから成っており、 フィルタエレメントがシーブ織物(5)から成り、このシーブ織物が支持体 (25)を備えており、この支持体が少なくとも1つのウエブ(26)を備えて おり、このウエブが内部でフィルタハウジングの少なくとも一部(2,3)へ延 びていてフィルタエレメントの位置をフィルタハウジングの継合わせ状態で固定 することを特徴とするフィルタ装置。 16.請求項15にもとづくフィルタ装置の製法において、 第1の製作工程で、シーブ織物(5)から成るバンド状の織物表面を射出成 形工具内に引き入れ、 第2の製作工程で、支持体を片側でシーブ織物(5)上へウエブ(26)と 一緒に射出成形し、 第3の製作工程で、シーブ織物をも含めてハウジング部分(2,3)を接触 面(10)のところで溶着することを特徴とするフィルタ装置の製法。 17.両方のハウジング部分(2,3)及び/又は支持体(25)がガラス繊維強 化されたポリアミドから成り、かつシーブ織物が有利にはポリエステル又はポリ アミドから成ることを特徴とする請求項1から13までのいずれか1項記載のフ ィルタ装置。
