-種用以製造根據本發明之金屬雜,例如料膜i,之輪出口, 〖制,然後薄膜1 之厚度而重複多 一儲料滾筒10。該滾動過程可根據所希望 I24888l 次。 為產生根據本發明之表面結構圖案,在最後之滾動程序中,工 ^昆子對被另-工作輥子對8替換,在其表面上_或多個部份範目_ 吉構圖案,_案要印在根據本發明之防偽薄膜1上。該結_ ; 2例如藉由研磨、拋光、_、雷射或雕刻工作輥子表面而產生, 其取好是使用雷射加工技術。如此結構圖案可以在較大之範圍内變 以致於方面觀祭者可以看到,而另一方面也製出不可見之会士 構圖案。 、藉由輥子表面上可見之結構圖案,在金屬薄膜表面上也產生可春 =之結構圖案,而不可見之結構圖案則可產生所謂之隱藏之防偽結 構圖案。在滾動過程中,上述之結構醜在施加所需之成形壓力下, 轉移至金屬薄膜上,如此,根據本發明,該結構圖案會在薄膜表面 至V —預定範圍上出現。該結構圖案可延伸於輥子表面之大部份區 :, 域,因此不僅產生防偽薄膜,也同時產生裝飾薄膜。 結構圖案可以是it期性的,亦即為有幾何次序之、或根據隨機 原理,例如以皺紋線方式呈現。 根據該應用,可以在金屬薄膜之正反表面加上結構圖案,此時,鲁 二工作輥子8必須設計有相應之結構圖案。 當然,在防偽金屬薄膜1有結構圖案之表面範圍,也可能以滾 動過i產生。較佳之方法係用雷射技術,如此,根據照射之程度, 可以產生隱藏、眼睛看不見之及眼晴看得到之表面結構圖案。 現在,以根據本發明之金屬薄膜1之實施形式,如圖一至圖二 所示,更進一步地說明本發明。 根據圖一係顯示以防偽辨識符號2形式之表面結構圖案,即為 公司之標誌。該符號與其他薄膜表面3有不同之光折射值,觀察者 可以目視辨別出。若該公司標被、對觀察者而言為習知之,如同製造 8 1248881 者在包裝材料上之印記,則該物品可被視為真正之產品。 根據表面結構圖案,對入射光也可有相應之繞射^漫射,其可 例如由形成之反射圖樣而量出。其可量測特性很重要,尤其是當表 面結構圖案不能以目视分辨之時。 〃 ^ 根據圖二可見另-辨識符號。因為根據本發明之金屬薄膜主要 係藉由滾動程序而產生,尤其是在運動方向,在輥子表面縱向之社 構圖案5被轉移到金屬薄膜!之表面上,所以 : 之研磨,在與運動方向垂直之方向產生一結構圖案 上產生有結構圖案之部份顧4,造成該結構圖案之光折射變化。若 其在部份顧4内之職結_倾—或是_子表面相應一 致時,可以確定該件為真品。 ^ 形成之圖案可以是週期性的,也可以根據隨機原理設置。如此, -非週期性設置之圖案兼有較高之防偽安全性,因為根據隨機原理 做出結構圖案只有製造者知道。此點可用於檢驗目的,在藥品之包 裝中也被要求如此做。藉由包裝材料之抽樣,檢查包裝材料表面= 結構圖案特徵,與在輥子表面或相應金屬薄膜丨之樣板間之一致性。 另外,在製造出根據本發明之薄膜後,表面之結構圖案也可藉 由相比較之光學量測加以檢測。其可以例如一般常用之光反射量^ 器材進行。 、 根據本發明之金屬薄膜可在表面結構化後塗上透明之塗層。該 透明塗層適合於印刷顏料混合物及塑料塗覆層,有時會具有^素了 適合之塑料塗覆層包括例如聚對苯二甲二乙酯(pET)、聚醯胺(〇pA) 及由聚丙烯(〇PP)組成之塗覆層。 透明之塗層增加裝飾效果,因而根據本發明之金屬薄膜也可用 作為裝飾薄膜或廣告載具。 該表面結構圖案形式之辨識符號也可藉由遮蓋添料,首先將之 1248881 f住而不4肉眼所見,只有專家在使用其他方式财為可見,如此 藉由樣板比對可知標的物是否為偽造產品。 工商業適用性 根據本發明之金屬薄膜係用於包裝材料之製造,尤其是藥品之 包裝材料。在此應用中,製造者或消費者可輕易從薄膜表面上之結 構圖案認出產品不是仿冒品,因而根據本發明之金屬薄膜有防偽安 全性。 若結構圖案擴大到金屬薄膜表面之大部份區域,而類似印刷圖 樣所顯示之圖像,以致於根據本發明之金屬薄膜也適合用作為裝飾 薄膜或廣告載具。

Claims (1)

  1. 日修(更)正替渙頁 , 第092112662號專利案申請專利範園修正本 拾、申請專利範圍: 1· 一種防偽金屬薄膜,其特徵為,該金屬薄膜在至少一預定之部 份範圍(2、4)中具有結構圖案化之表面,且該部份範圍與其他表 面範圍(3、5)相比,對光有不同之繞射、漫射、折射或反射。 2·根據申請專利範圍第1項所述之防偽金屬薄膜,其特徵為,該金屬 薄月庭由銘所組成。 3·根據申請專利範圍第1項所述之防偽金屬薄膜,其特徵為,金屬薄 膜之結構圖案化邵份範圍(2),具有一平面形式之辨識符號。 4·根據申請專利範園第1項所述之防偽金屬薄膜,其特徵為,預定之 部份範圍(4)具有直線形式之結構圖案。 5·根據申請專利範圍第4項所述之防偽金屬薄膜,其特徵為,直線形 式之結構圖案有幾何重複性,或根據隨機原理而設置。 6·根據申請專利範圍第1項所述之防偽金屬薄膜,其特徵為,結構圖 案化之部份範圍(2、4)係設在金屬薄膜之上下二表面上。 7·根據申請專利範圍第丨項所述之防偽金屬薄膜,其特徵為,幾乎在 整個表面上均設有結構圖案化之部份範圍(2、4)。 8·根據申請專利範圍第丨項所述之防偽金屬薄膜,其特徵為,大部分 之結構圖案化部份範圍(2、4)對觀察者為可見,而其他範圍對觀 察者則為不可見。 9·根據申請專利範圍第1項所述之防偽金屬薄膜,其特徵為,金屬薄 膜表面上設有結構化圖案之部份範圍有透明之塗層。 1〇·根據申請|利範圍第9項所述之防偽金屬薄膜,其特徵為,該透明 之塗層由印刷顏料及/或塑料組成,必要時包含有添加劑。 11· 一種製造根據申請專利範圍第i項所述之防偽金屬薄膜之方法,其 特徵為’結構圖案化之部份範圍(2、4)係精雷射技術而產生〇 11 更)i替換頁 L.丨"1 一' '' 12· -種製造根射請糊關第丨項所述之防偽金屬細之方法,其 特徵為,金屬薄膜藉由工作輥子8製造,同時,至少一工作輥子之 表面’在至少-部份範圍中被結構圖案化,且該結構圖案在滾動過 程中被轉移至金屬薄膜上。 13·根據中請專利範園帛12㉟所述之方法,其特徵為,二工作輕子⑻ 之表面均被結構圖案化。 14·根據巾請專利範_ u傭述之方法,其特徵為,幾乎整個辕子 表面均被結構圖案化。 15. 根據巾料利範㈣u項所述之方法,其特徵為,絲子表面大 部份之結構圖案於觀察者為可見,而其他部份於觀察者為不可見。 16. 根射請專_„ 12輯述之方法,其特徵為,金屬薄膜在施 加結構圖案後,係加上透明之塗層。 17·根據巾請專·圍第10項所述之方法,其特徵為,透明之塗層包 含印刷顏料及/或塑料,且亦含添加劑。 18·根據中請專利範圍第η ;請述之方法,其特徵為,在輥子表面施 加之結構圖案化之部份範圍,係藉由雷射技術產生。 19·根據中請專利範㈣1輯述之防偽金屬薄膜,其係用來製造包裝 材料。 20·根據巾請專鄕圍第丨销述之卩錢金屬_,其侧來製造裝飾 薄膜。 21·根據巾請專利棚第i爾述之_金屬薄膜,其係用來製造廣告 載具。 12
