Claims (12)
1. Et varmetransmissionssystem baseret på elektromagnetisk stråling, hvor den ene flade omslutter den anden.
2. De stråleafgivende og den strålingsabsorberende overflade er designet således at bølgelængderne er matchede. Den ene overflades elektromagnetiske strålings bølgelængdespektrum er således afstemt efter den anden.
3. Den strålingsabsorberende overflade kan være udformet som en fleksibel folie såvel som ufleksibel folie, der enten kan være af metal eller en polymer, papir, pap eller andre materialer der er baseret på træ.
4. Den strålingsabsorberende overflade er kendetegnet ved at have en hvidlig til lysegrå opaliserende udseende.
5. Den strålingsabsorberende overflade er kendetegnet ved at have en duktilitet på mindst 5% fleksibel og temperaturbestandighed og stabilitet, der muliggør opvarmning til 300 grader i mindst 3 timer.
6. Belægning kan være påført som både som en coherent film på overfladen og som en partiel film.
7. Coatning er kendetegnet ved at bestå af en temperaturbestandig organisk matrix, hvori et materiale som angivet i (2) er anvendt.
8. Coating kan alternativt påføres som en duplexcoating, hvor det øverste lag har et udseende som angivet i 4 medens det nederste ikke synlige lag kan være en belægning som beskrevet i 2. Den øverste belægning er typisk transparent for IR stråling og besidder en høj refraktionsindex såsom Ti02
9. Materialet angivet i (5) består fortrinsvis af mineraler der er hvide eller farveløse med høj emmisivitet. Der kan være tale om materialer såsom CaS04, MgC03, Si02 Ti02 m.fl.. Men mørke mineraler med egenskaber som beskrevet i (2) kan anvendes såfremt der anvendes en duplexbelægning som beskrevet i (8).
10. Coatning som i (5) kan påføres ved dybtrykning, flexotryk eller tilsvarende trykteknologier
11. Coatning i (5) er endvidere formuleret således at den kan påtrykkes en anden coatning partiel med henblik på en dekorativ applikation.
12. Den stråletransmitterende coatning kan endvidere vælges således, at den reducerer den reflekterede stråling fra det underliggende stråleabsorbeænde lag. Dette kan opnås ved benyttelse benyttelse af Ti02 eller Aluminium-flakes.
