Claims (21)

1. Защищенная от подделки металлическая фольга (1), отличающаяся тем, что металлическая фольга структурирована по меньшей мере в заданной частичной области (2, 4) своей поверхности и что эта частичная область по сравнению с остальной областью (3, 5) поверхности характеризуется отличающейся дифракцией, рассеянием, преломлением или отражением света.
2. Защищенная от подделки металлическая фольга по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что металлическая фольга состоит из алюминия.
3. Защищенная от подделки металлическая фольга по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что металлическая фольга в качестве структурированной частичной области (2) имеет плоскостной идентификационный признак.
4. Защищенная от подделки металлическая фольга по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что заданная частичная область (4) имеет структуру в форме линий.
5. Защищенная от подделки металлическая фольга по п.4, отличающаяся тем, что структура в форме линий упорядочена геометрически или по случайному принципу.
6. Защищенная от подделки металлическая фольга по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что структурированные частичные области (2, 4) предусмотрены на обеих сторонах металлической фольги.
7. Защищенная от подделки металлическая фольга по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что структурированные частичные области (2,4) предусмотрены почти на всей поверхности.
8. Защищенная от подделки металлическая фольга по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что большая часть структурированных частичных областей (2, 4) является видимой для наблюдателя, а остальная часть является невидимой для наблюдателя.
9. Защищенная от подделки металлическая фольга по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что поверхность металлической фольги, снабженная структурированными частичными областями, снабжена прозрачным покрытием.
10. Защищенная от подделки металлическая фольга по п.9, отличающаяся тем, что прозрачное покрытие содержит печатную краску и/или синтетический материал, а также, при необходимости, добавки.
11. Способ изготовления защищенной от подделки металлической фольги по п.1, отличающийся тем, что структурированные частичные области (2, 4) изготавливают с использованием лазерной технологии.
12. Способ изготовления защищенной от подделки металлической фольги по п.1, отличающийся тем, что металлическую фольгу изготавливают посредством рабочих валков (8), причем по меньшей мере один рабочий валок на его поверхности структурируют по меньшей мере в одной частичной области, и что эту структуру в процессе прокатки переносят на металлическую фольгу.
13. Способ по п.12, отличающийся тем, что структурируют поверхность обоих рабочих валков (8).
14. Способ по п.12, отличающийся тем, что структурируют почти всю поверхность валка.
15. Способ по п.12, отличающийся тем, что большая часть структурирований на поверхности валка является видимой для наблюдателя, а остальная часть является невидимой для наблюдателя.
16. Способ по п.12, отличающийся тем, что металлическую фольгу после осуществления структурирования снабжают прозрачным покрытием.
17. Способ по п.16, отличающийся тем, что прозрачное покрытие содержит печатную краску и/или синтетический материал, а также, при необходимости, добавки.
18. Способ по п.12, отличающийся тем, что заданные структурированные частичные области на поверхности валка изготавливают с использованием лазерной технологии.
19. Применение защищенной от подделки металлической фольги по п.1 для изготовления упаковочного материала.
20. Применение защищенной от подделки металлической фольги по п.1 для изготовления декоративной пленки.
21. Применение защищенной от подделки металлической фольги по п.1 для изготовления носителей рекламных материалов.
