1221430 Α7 Β7 五、發明説明(1 ) 1 .發明部份 本發明係有關用以可轉動之方式支持輥軋機之輥子頸 部之油膜軸承。 2 · 討論背景 輥軋機油膜軸承普通包含一套筒軸向套於,並以可轉 動之方式固定於輥子頸部上。套筒由一軸襯包圍,包含於 輥子箱中所裝之一固定座中。在使用中,套筒以可轉動之 方式受支持於薄油膜上,液體動力維持於套筒及軸襯間之 軸承負載區處。 套筒可爲內圓筒形,用於圓筒形或”直”輥子頸部上 ’或可爲內錐形,用於錐形輕子頸部上。而且,套筒可” 自鎖定”或”非鎖定”。自鎖定套筒由干涉配合摩擦固萣 於輥子頸部,而非鎖定套筒則需要鍵或類似物來達成與輥 子頸部機械相互接合。 本發明係有關內錐形套筒之改良,具有至少5 〇〇 m m之較大軸頸直徑,及至少三度之非鎖定錐形角度。 參考圖1 ,此一套筒顯示於1 〇,作爲輥軋機油膜軸 承1 2之一組成件。套筒1 〇以可移去之方式置於輥子頸 部之錐形部份1 6上,並由鍵1 4或類似物以可轉動之方 式固定於輥子頸部上。套筒由軸襯1 8包圍,並固定於一 軸承固定座2 0中。在使用時,如前述,套筒以可轉動之 方式受支持於薄油膜(未顯示)上,液體動力維持於套筒 及軸襯間之軸承負載區處。 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) A4規格(210X297公釐) I—J--r.------ (請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 訂 f 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 λ 1221430 A7 B7 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 五、發明説明(2) 參考圖2,可見套筒10具有內錐形部份2 1 ,具有 長度L,一端部2 2軸向伸出內錐形部份之外端外,及一 圓筒形外表面2 3包圍內錐形部份。圓筒形外表面具有直 徑D (普通亦稱爲”軸頸”直徑)。內錐形部份具有一錐 形角度α,一最小厚度t在其內端,及一最大厚度t ‘在 其外端,鄰接端部2 2。鍵槽1 5與鍵1 4機械相互接合 合作,鍵及鍵槽二者在內錐形部份2 1外,並全在端部 2 2內。 內錐形部份2 1之軸頸直徑D及長度L管制軸承之尺 寸及負載承擔容量。錐形角度α決定套筒是自鎖定或非鎖 定。 當此種油膜軸承於1 9 3 0年代引進於輥軋機中時, 精於本藝之人士認爲在負載區處之套筒壁需具有最小厚度 t足以抵抗套筒在負載情況下之彈性變形,且亦具有最大 厚度t ‘足以抵抗在鍵槽處由於扭力所引起之應力所造成 之損壞。故此,如圖5之線2 4所示,在具有軸頸直徑自 5 0 0 - 2 1 0 0mm範圍之套筒,最小厚度t普通自 30—70mm範圍,平均爲t=〇·024D+ 2 2 · 6 ’如由虛線所不。 此設計標準維持幾乎不變,直至1 9 7 0年代中期, 當精於本藝之人士發現,由於所輥軋之產品之尺寸之不規 則,導致鍵槽中斷內錐形部份。如發表於美專利 4,0. 9 3,3 2 1號。爲改正此問題,鍵及鍵槽移出內 錐形部份2 1 ,而至全在端部2 2之其現位置中,如顯示 (請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) ψ 、1 τ 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) A4規格(210X297公釐) c 1221430 A7 B7 五、發明説明(3) 於圖1及2。雖此消除維持一增加之厚度t ‘於內錐形部 份之外端處之任何需要,但由於精於本藝之人士仍然相信 ’負載所引起之套筒彈性變形有害,且應不計成本避免, 故套筒厚度維持不變。 發明槪要 然而,現經發現,與普通認知相反,一些套筒彈性變 形不獨可容忍,且爲所必需,因爲此導致受支持於軸承負 載區處油膜上之套筒之表面積增加。此轉而增加軸承之負 載承擔容量。故此,在特定軸頸直徑D及錐形角度α,可 由減小最小厚度t ,引進彈性變形之一有利幅度,此在特 定之長度L及錐形角度α,導致內錐形部份之整個長度上 套筒厚度之減小。厚度t之減小宜由增加套筒之膛孔尺寸 達成,同時維持軸頸直徑D不變。此使套筒可容納較大之 輥子頸部,從而進一步加強整個組件。 本發明之一主要目的在經由適當減小最小套筒厚度t ,增加具有內錐形非鎖定套筒之較大油膜軸承之負載承擔 容量至少1 0%,且宜高至2 0%或以上。 本發明之一隨帶目的在減小製造套筒之金屬鍛件或鑄 件之尺寸及重量,從而有利降低原料成本。 現自更詳細之說明並參考附圖,可明暸本發明之此等 及其他目的,優點,及特色,在附圖中: 附圖簡述 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) A4規格(210 X297公釐) I--- ---Γ.------ (請先閲讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 訂 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 1221430 A7 B7 五、發明説明(4) 圖1槪要顯示輥軋機中用於以可轉動之方式支持輥子 頸部之油膜軸承組件; 圖2爲圖1所示之內錐形非鎖定套筒之放大縱斷面圖 圖3 A槪要顯示當普通內錐形非鎖定套筒在負載下轉 動時之負載區之寬度; 圖3 B爲與圖3 A相似之圖,槪要顯示套筒厚度t之 減小導致負載區寬度之增加,所有其他情況相同; 圖4爲比較圖3 A及3 B所示之套筒之套筒中心線圓 周應力之曲線圖;及 圖5顯示普通套筒及依本發明修改之套筒之t / d關 係之曲線圖。 主要元件對照表 10 套筒 12 油膜軸承 14 鍵 15 鍵槽 16 錐形部份 1 8 軸襯 2 0 軸承固定座 2 1 內錐形部份 2 2 . 端部 2 3 圖商形外表面 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS) M規格〈210χ:Ζ97公餐) β -ϋ· ϋ—L ι_^ϋ ϋ—·— n ϋϋ ϋϋ —ϋ— H (請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 訂 f 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 1221430 A7 B7 __ 五、發明説明(5) 較佳實施例之詳細說明 在圖3 A中,尺寸經誇大,俾便圖解,顯示具有軸頸 直徑D及厚度t a之一套筒1 〇 a在負載下順時針方向轉 動於一軸襯1 8內。在套筒1 0 a上內錐形部份2 1處所 產生之中心線圓周應力由圖4之曲線S a表示。離平均應 力之最大偏離在0 1處開始,並上升至最大,然後降回至 0 2之最小。0 1及Θ 2間之圓周距離w a代表負載區之 寬度,在此,套筒受支持於液體動力維持之油膜上。 在圖3 B中,具有相同軸頸直徑D但具有較小厚度 t b之一套筒1 〇 b顯示操作於相同負載下。較小厚度 t b使套筒在負載下可更自由彈性變形,具有所產生之中 心線圓周應力由圖4之曲線S b表示。 可見曲線S b離平均應力之最大偏離亦開始於Θ 1 , 且在上升至最大後,降回至Θ 3處之最小。圓周距離wb 較W a超出w △,W Δ爲由於套筒厚度自t a減小至t b所 引起之彈性套筒變形增加之結果。由於內錐形部份2 1之 長度L在二套筒中相同,故負載區面積之增加百分率可由 WA/WaXl〇〇 計算。 依據本發明且參考圖5,現確定與裝有〇 . 0 2 4D + 2 2 · 6之平均最小厚度t之普通尺寸之套筒之軸承相 較’由減小最小厚度t至約1 0 m m至0 . 0 2 4 D + 1 4 . 5間之範圍,且宜至約1 9 m m至0 · 0 2 4 D + 7 . 4間,可達成負載承擔容量增加約1 0 %至2 0 %及 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) A4規格(210X29?公釐) -----Γ.----衣-- (請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 訂 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 ^2143^ A7 —______ B7 五、發明説明(6) 更阔。 1Omm且宜19mm之最小厚度確保套筒具有充分 $結構剛度,以抵抗在機器處理之期間中,用以變換鍛造 或鑄造殼爲完成產品所施加之相當中度之力所引起之變形 。,然而,一旦套筒裝於輥子頸部上時,在更高之輥軋負載 下之變形有利增加在負載區處所支持之套筒之面積。 ϋ- HI n_i »Lli 1>1 —ϋ —ϋ 11_1 I n (請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 訂 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 準 標 家 國 國 中 一用 適I j 尺 一張 -紙 本 釐 公 97 2

Claims (1)
