Claims (5)
- 압연기에서 롤 목부를 회전 가능하게 지지하기 위해 채용된 형태의 오일 필름 베어링에 사용되는 슬리브이며,상기 슬리브는 내부가 테이퍼진 부분을 둘러싸는 원통형 외부 표면을 가지고, 상기 원통형 외부 표면은 베어링의 부하 영역의 오일 필름 상에서 회전 가능하게 지지되고, 상기 내부가 테이퍼진 부분은 상기 부하 영역을 가로질러 축방향으로 연장하고 롤 목부의 외부가 테이퍼진 부분 상에 안착되도록 구성되고, 상기 원통형 외부 표면은 적어도 500 ㎜의 직경(D)을 가지며, 상기 내부가 테이퍼진 부분은 3°보다 큰 테이퍼 각도와 10 ㎜와 0.024 D + 14.5 사이의 최소 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬리브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 최소 두께(t)는 적어도 19 ㎜인 것을 특징으로 하는 슬리브.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 최소 두께(t)는 0.024 D + 7.4 보다 크지 않은 것을 특징으로 하는 슬리브.
- 압연기에서 롤 목부를 회전 가능하게 지지하기 위해 채용된 형태의 오일 필름 베어링에 사용되는 슬리브이며,상기 슬리브는 제1의 내부가 테이퍼진 부분과 제1의 내부가 테이퍼진 부분으로부터 대향 단부로 연장하는 제2의 내부가 테이퍼진 부분을 가지고, 상기 제1 및 제2의 내부가 테이퍼진 부분은 축방향으로 정렬하고, 원통형 외부 표면은 제2의 내부가 테이퍼진 부분을 둘러싸고, 상기 원통형 외부 표면은 베어링의 부싱 부분에서 회전 가능하게 저널되도록 구성되고 적어도 500 ㎜의 직경(D)을 가지며, 상기 제2의 내부가 테이퍼진 부분은 롤 목부의 외부가 테이퍼진 부분 상에 안착되도록 구성되고 3°보다 큰 테이퍼 각도와 10 ㎜와 0.024 D + 14.5 사이의 최소 두께를 가지고, 기계적 결합 수단은 상기 제2 내부가 테이퍼진 부분의 외측에 위치되며 상기 슬리브를 롤 목부에 회전 가능하게 고정시키기 위해 상기 대향 단부에만 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬리브.
- 압연기에서 롤 목부를 회전 가능하게 지지하기 위해 채용된 형태의 오일 필름 베어링에 사용되는 슬리브이며,상기 슬리브는 내부가 테이퍼진 부분을 둘러싸는 원통형 외부 표면을 가지고, 상기 내부가 테이퍼진 부분은 상기 슬리브를 롤 목부에 회전 가능하게 고정시키기 위한 기계적 결합 수단과 결합하는 축방향으로 정렬된 단부에 의해 일 단부에서 접하고, 상기 원통형 외부 표면은 베어링의 부싱 부분에서 회전 가능하게 저널되도록 구성되고 적어도 500 ㎜의 직경(D)을 가지며, 상기 내부가 테이퍼진 부분은 롤 목부의 외부가 테이퍼진 부분 상에 안착되도록 구성되고 3°보다 큰 테이퍼 각도와 10 ㎜와 0.024 D + 14.5 사이의 최소 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬리브.
