562830 五、發明説明(1) 本發明係關於一種製造基於水性膏之微包覆可交聯熱熔 黏著劑塗料之方法,其包括微包覆聚異氰酸酯分散液與商 業可得胺封端共聚醯胺或共聚酯以製造基點作爲雙點塗料 之回擊屏障。上點包括以胺調節之共聚醯胺以確定對下點 之良好黏合。本發明特別地關於用於成衣工業,特別是外 衣之可固定內襯材料之格狀塗層之熱熔黏著劑化合物。以 下可取代共聚醯胺使用:基於對酞酸、異酞酸,及丁二醇 或組合相當少量(至多12莫耳%,較佳爲6至10莫耳%)之 具有100至150°C熔點之其他二醇(例如,己二醇、或聚乙 二醇)之丁二醇之OH基封端共聚酯。 在解決降低之淸洗與乾洗抗性,及較弱之黏附性之問題 之興趣上,隨著已改良之塗料技術,已發展改良之熱熔化 合物。例如,雙重點或雙點塗層敘述於DE-B22 1 4 236、 DE-B 22 317 23 、 DE-B 25 36 911 、及 DE-B 32 30 579 專利。 因爲使用更細之紗及細丹尼爾單纖維,包括微纖維範圍 ,及合成紗,如高塡積丙烯酸或聚酯紗,依照現今技藝改 良塗料載劑。原來使用之織物已廣泛地被縫合織物取代, 其中後者材料代表非織與紡織織物之組合。這些新穎組合 經非常開放之結構造成非常柔軟,其對塗覆方法及熱熔黏 著劑化合物產生較高之需求,特別是關於熱熔黏著劑化合 物之回擊及滲透。 由於成本與品質原因,每平方米內襯材料之塗佈塗料量 已有顯著之下降。一方面15至20克/平方米之先前塗料量 562830 五、發明説明(2) 爲常見的,現在其則爲7至12克/平方米。 儘管如此少量,仍必須保證適當黏附性與固定性,即, 熱熔黏著劑不穿透至內襯中,否則無法得到實際黏附。 本發明之目標爲發現使用低量塗料材料之有效回擊屏障 ,其呈現高黏合強度,上點在基層上之良好黏合,及良好 之淸洗與乾洗抗性,而且具有滅菌力。 其他之優點爲得到較高之裝載下熱安定力。 依照現今技藝,已知一定範圍之回擊屏障,如交聯丙烯 酸酯或聚胺甲酸酯分散液,或基於高熔共聚醯胺與聚乙烯 或高黏度熱塑性聚胺甲酸酯粉末之塡粉膏。 在塗佈於粗、起毛內襯時,及對上點之黏合或其耐洗性 ,所有這些系統具有或多或少之主要缺點。 在塗覆自我交聯丙烯酸酯或聚胺甲酸酯分散液時,在塗 覆時經常發生部份交聯,其造成模板上之塗層形成,因此 阻塞模板之孔。然後需要廣泛之設備淸洗。在發生製造相 關停機時,模板無法使用亦造成主要困難及困擾;在應用 材料時,上點對基層之黏合亦爲問題。基於聚醯胺、聚乙 烯與聚胺甲酸酯之高黏度塡粉系統通常不滿足所需之回擊 抗性。 迄今尙無製造用於基點之安定交聯系統之成功。較佳地 使用之異氰酸酯無法針對水安定(塗料膏之基質)或交聯所 需之活化溫度過度(大於15(TC )。 對於活化溫度較高U50t)之特殊應用,例如,固定襯 衫衣領,可使用內部嵌段聚異氰酸酯,例如,二聚合異氰 -4- 562830 五、發明説明(3) 酸酯。此種聚異氰酸酯與胺封端共聚醯胺之粉末混合物亦 可藉其他塗佈技術處理,如粉末分散液或粉末點。依照迄 今之現今技藝,已使用具有110°c至120°C熔點之聚乙烯或 130°C至160°C熔化範圍之更高熔聚醯胺固定襯衫衣領。 異氰酸酯必須針對水或針對濕度擴散安定,以確定在相 當低溫之活動力。 本發明之目的爲發現使用低量塗料材料之有效回擊屏障 ,其呈現高黏合強度,上點在基層上之良好黏結,即使是 粗基層,及良好之淸洗與乾洗抗性,及滅菌力。另一個目 的爲使熱熔黏著劑塗料得到增加之裝載下熱安定力,及利 於分散液處理,及防止模板被阻塞。本發明之額外目的爲 明確地改良異氰酸酯對濕度之敏感度。 如申請專利範圍中所申請,此工作涉及將具有超過2個 自由NC0基及110至130°C之熔化範圍之異氰酸酯,例如, 三聚合異氰酸酯產物,以微包覆形式加入膏調配物。 矽烷化聚丁二烯,其在接觸水或水蒸氣氣氛時形成安定 及水不可滲透膠囊,適合作爲包覆材料。已知矽烷化聚丁 二烯可用於微包覆,但是其結合異氰酸酯與胺之應用力今 人驚奇。已假設異氰酸酯或胺及矽烷彼此接觸使得產生熱 熔黏著劑之異氰酸酯被去活化或破壞且不再依照意圖用途 用於熱熔黏著劑形成。亦已假設異氰酸酯及原地交聯或產 生矽烷化聚丁二烯之膠囊結構所需之水分介質因其立即水 解而損壞異氰酸酯。 依照本發明,依照本發明之溶液令人驚奇爲異氰酸酯比 562830 五、發明説明(4 ) 起矽烷在反應上非常遲鈍,及可形成微膠囊。除此之外, 如此快速地明顯地發生微包覆,使得完全防止異氰酸酯之 水解及防止可能損壞異氰酸酯之水份穿透至微膠囊中。 微包覆異氰酸酯藉由混合異氰酸酯組分與矽烷化聚丁二 烯而製造。將混合溫度調整至組分之熔點,而且一般爲 100°C至15(TC。以4 : 2至4 : 1,較佳爲4 : 1之比例,裝 載交聯組分與矽烷化聚丁二烯。聚丁二烯應呈現2至1 0重 量%之矽含量,1 500至2500克/莫耳之莫耳質量,1000至 3000毫巴斯卡之黏度,及大於60%之固體含量。混合步驟 在高剪力不進行。可將另外約0.5至1 . 5%之商業界面活性 劑(例如,In tra sol)、0.05至0.1 %之催化酸(例如,甲苯 磺酸)、及1 . 5至5%之增稠劑(例如,丙烯酸酯增稠劑),如 果需要,及其他添加劑,加入混合物。 用於塗覆及/或層合表面形成之依照本發明可交聯熱熔 黏著劑化合物特徵爲存在於熱熔黏著劑化合物中之反應性 組分首先在熔化物中交聯反應。將交聯組分加入微包覆聚 異氰酸酯分散液形式之塗料膏。在此較佳起初形式中,以 對水不敏感之三聚合異氰酸酯將具有胺基端基之商業共聚 醯胺處理成膏。被處理之材料然後藉轉動網印塗覆。共聚 酯可取代共聚醯胺使用。在約120°C之烤箱之後續乾燥時 ,在數秒內引起交聯而得到雙點之交聯回擊屏障。以此方 式,可規避含異氰酸酯系統之一般問題;例如,其包括封 端異氰酸酯(己內醯胺或肟作爲包覆介質)需要過高活化溫 度之事實。因爲有水性懸浮液存在,在固定時不釋放低沸 -6- 562830 五、發明説明(5) 可燃溶劑亦爲有利的。 實例1 : 將160克之三聚合IPDI之70%聚異氰酸酯溶液與40克 具有1 500至2500之莫耳質量、1000至3000毫巴斯卡之黏 度、及>60%之固體含量之矽烷化聚丁二烯混合在一起。結 果爲透明均質混合物。藉產生高剪力之攪拌裝置(Ultra-Thu rrax)在高剪力下將此混合物緩慢地加入包括 500 克之 水、10克之Inti*asol、0.5克之對甲苯磺酸、1克之消沬 劑、及30克之商業水性增稠劑之水溶液。在水解條件下, 膠囊形成材料立即藉由形成可依照意圖用途以壓力或熱破 壞或釋放之防水外殼而包覆聚異氰酸酯。 以此方式產生之分散液或印刷膏具有特定之有利性質: 印刷作爲所謂之雙點之基點(回擊屏障)之膏在連接之熱 風導管中乾燥時交聯,及隨散射胺封端共聚醯胺(上點)熔 化。黏合特別良好,因爲在邊界表面至基點,來自上點之 胺基端反應交聯組分,生成由交聯基層至熱塑性上點之順 暢轉移,其保證實際黏附。 爲了得到上點在基點上之良好黏合,建議使用以胺調節 之共聚醯胺作爲上點材料。用於基點與上點之適當產物爲 低黏度、低熔化級。熔點應爲90至1 5(TC,較佳爲1 1 5至 13 0°C,溶液黏度爲1 .2至1 .7毫巴斯卡,較佳爲1 .25至 1.4毫巴斯卡之範圍。邊界層因而反應異氰酸酯膏且製造非 常抗性之兩點連接。基點之塗料量應爲2至5克/平方米, 較佳爲2.5至4克/平方米,對於依照本案之上點爲4至8 562830 五、發明説明(6 ) 克/平方米,特別是5至7克/平方米。基點可知膏塗佈成 格狀。 亦可不被膏包覆而處理內嵌段聚異氰酸酯(例如,二聚 合聚異氰酸酯),因爲其不易受水影響。使用此系統限於 高於15(TC之溫度範圍,例如,襯衫衣領,因爲在此使用 之織品(通常爲棉)容忍較高之溫度。膏配方VESTAMELT X 1316-Pl(Degussa Hiils)適合作爲熱熔黏著劑。 實例2 將 Degussa Hiils AG(VESTAMELT X 1027-P1)之胺封端共 聚醯胺與以上述方式製造之包覆聚異氰酸酯分散液處理成 爲可印刷膏,其具有商業可得分散劑及增稠劑(例如, Intrasol 12/18/5 及 Stockhausen 上市之 Mirox TX,而且 如 DE-B 20 07 971 、 DE-B 22 29 308 、 DE-B 24 07 505 、 與DE-B 25 07 504專利所述,及使用具有CP66模板之轉 動網印機,在35克具有高塡紗之聚酯織物上印刷。塗料爲 2克/平方米。VESTAMELT X 1 027 -P816散射於仍濕之膏點 上,吸取過量且將物件乾燥及在130t之乾燥烤箱中燒結。 上點具有5克/平方米之塗料,使總重量爲7克/平方米。 基點之膏調配物: 1 500克水 35 克Mi rox TX(聚丙烯酸衍生物) 40 克lntrasol 12/18/5(乙氧化脂肪醇) 200克聚異氰酸酯分散液(約5%三聚合IPDI) 600 克 VESTAMELT X 1027-P1 562830 五、發明説明(7)
Degussa Hills AG 之胺封端 VESTAMELT X 1 027-P816 如散 射材料而散射。 結果 · 以127°C之結合溫度及4N之襯墊壓力,將此內襯之5公 分寬條固定於得自棉/聚酯混合物之矽化短上衣材料10 秒,然後此複合物接受60°C淸洗。 主要黏附性:16N/5公分 6〇°C淸洗: 14N/5公分 反釘: 0. 1N/10公分 實例II :現今技藝之比較 將基於共聚醯胺聚乙烯之膏系統塗佈於相同之內襯基層 且以相同之上點材料散射,然後乾燥及燒結。應用相同量 之基點與上點。 膏調配物: 1 500克水
35 克 Mirox TX 40 克 Intrasol 12/18/5 400克SCHAETTIFIX 1 820(高密度聚乙烯) 200 克 VSTAMELT X 751-P1 SCHAETTIFIX 1 820 爲具有 128 至 130°C 熔點及 20 克 η 〇 分鐘熔化指數之高密度聚乙烯。 結果: 主要黏附性:9Ν/5公分 60°C淸洗: 5N/5公分 -9- 562830 五、發明説明(8) 反釘: 0.9N/10公分 依照本發明方法之優點爲,在乾燥條件下下點交聯, 及在熔化時上點因其以下點封端而交聯,因而製造最適之 黏合。由於在塗覆後,下點之分子量大爲增加,其不再沈 入織物中。在後續之固定程序時,由於無法向下流,上點 之低黏度聚醯胺被強迫沿被固定乏材料流動;因而以最少 量之熱熔黏著劑得到非常高之黏附程度。上點與基點間之 分離層,原先爲系統之弱點,特別是在淸洗時,不會如先 前已知系統之情形被水壓強烈地侵襲,因而呈現實質上較 高之抗性。 使用之產品= VESTAMELT X 1027-P1 爲 Degussa-Huls AG 之具有胺基端 基,120°C熔點,100至400mVal/公斤,較佳爲250至350 mVal/公斤之胺基端基之基於LL、CL與DDS/MPD之三元共 聚醯胺。 三聚合異氰酸酯爲具有3至4個官能基,具有100至115 °C 熔點之聚異氰酸酯。其爲Degussa-Hiils AG之產品。 實例3 :
