揭示之細節並不視同限制,僅用作申請專利範園之基礎, 及當作敎示熟習本技藝者如何進行及/或利用本發明之其 礎。 參照圖1,係揭示本發明之修飾層10。修飾層1〇包含外 上層紙層12、修飾層14、第一層蕊層16、第一層結合層 18、鉛層20、第二層結合層22及三層最後之蕊層24、 26、28。雖然依本發明之較佳具體例揭示特定之層圖案, 但層圖案可稍許變化,且均不背離本發明之精神。 上層紙層12較好爲浸泡三聚氫胺之紙層。修飾層14爲 緊鄰上層紙層12之下方之傳統圖案片。當層合物充分加 熱及加壓後(詳述於後),上層紙層12變成透明,且使修 飾層1 4完全露出。因此,修飾層j 4實質的反應最終修飾 層合物1 0之美觀。修飾層係選自廣泛之片。例如,修飾 層14可爲固體顏色(例如白色)或包含美麗的珍珠圖案^ 如上述,修飾層14可使層合物具有引人之外觀。上層 紙層1 2及修飾層1 4亦顯示最終修飾層合物i 〇之表面特 性。例如,上層及修飾層之組合物可協助顯露出修飾層合 物對化學藥劑、熱、光、衝擊及磨耗之抗性。 修飾層合物一般係由高品質8〇_2〇2克/m2令重、充填顏 料之浸泡胺基甲酸酯-甲嚴樹脂之水醇或水溶液之“纖維 素紙製造。再烘乾浸泡樹脂之修飾層,部份硬化,最後切 割成片。修飾片之充填顏料以纖維素紙可包含固體顏色, 修飾設計或光蚀刻再製之天然材料,如木料、石材\皮革 等。纖維素紙之美觀特性在修飾層合物完成時顯露出層合 -6- 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS)A4規格(210 x 297公釐)

(請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 562738 A7 B7 五、發明說明(4 ) 物之修飾設計。 (請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 第一層蕊層1 6較好爲浸泡酚系樹脂之片狀物,雖然亦 可使用其他材料,但均不離本發明之精神。例如’第一層 蕊層16包含一片每平方公尺120-323克浸泡酚系樹脂之牛 皮紙。該牛皮紙充分的浸泡,且與層合步驟過程中已轉化 成熱固態之實質上硬化之樹脂結合。 第一結合層 1 8 較好由 DYLARK® (NOVA Chemicals,Inc. 製造之苯乙烯-馬來酸酐共聚物)。更好,結合層係由 DYLARK® 481組成。DYLARK®呈現與組成詳述於下之蕊 層1 6之浸泡酚系樹脂牛皮紙傑出之結合特性。DYLARK® 亦呈現與下面詳述之鉛層2 0傑出之結合特性。 關於與浸泡酚系樹脂牛皮紙結合之DYLARK®'s,極佳之 結合特性係由於DYLARK®共聚物之馬來酸酐上之羧基所 致。羧基與酚系樹脂結合,得到極安定之層合物。雖然 DYLARK®係以本發明較佳之結合層材料揭示,但亦可使 用其他相同功能性及構造性之聚合物,且均不背離本發明 之精神。 關於DYLARK®'s與鉛層2 0之結合,極佳之結合特性可能 係由於DYLARK®'s之酸基能與鉛之表面層結合所致。 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 鉛層20較好約0.476公.分至約0.3175公分。該範圍通常 提供層合物避免不需要之輻射通過之厚度,同時亦使之可 輕易的製造及裝置。然而,熟習本技藝者將了解鉛所需之 厚度將依應用及與其併用之X -射線裝置而定,且可使用 各種厚度’但均不離本發明之精神。錯層最終使用之厚度 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS)A4規格(210 X 297公釐) 562738 A7 發明說明( :考量各種因素而定,包含(但不限)厚度是否可 層合物加工工具、成本、鉛對於防止輻射穿透之能例及 加錯所增加之額外重量。 雖然本修飾層合物10之構造中所用較佳之材料揭示 爲鉛,但亦可使用其他保護用材料,且均不背離本發: 精神。 斤第二結合層22將鉛層20與其餘蕊層24、26、28依上述與 第一結合層18相似之方式結合。尤其,第二結合層之^較 好亦由DYLARK⑧組成。
